DOCTOR Willam Bay had a victory in the Supreme Court. Dr My Le Trin was also suspended (for prescribing life-saving Ivermectin). Let’s see what the HCCC and APHRA decide on how to proceed in her case.

The North West Star reports: “Supporters have clapped and cheered in court after a doctor who clashed with regulators over COVID-19 vaccines had a medical ban lifted. Dr William Anicha Bay had his registration as a medical practitioner suspended by the Medical Board of Australia on August 17, 2022 in response to five complaints involving his anti-vaccine activities.

“Brisbane Supreme Court Justice Thomas Bradley overturned that suspension on Friday after finding Dr Bay had been subject to “bias and failure to afford fair process” over complaints unrelated to his clinical practice. … Justice Bradley said the COVID-19 pandemic was an “extraordinary period of history” in which governments encouraged widespread vaccine use. However he said that did not allow the medical board to deny Dr Bay information about the complaints or disregard potential bias at hearings. “None of these measures extended the board’s regulatory role to include protection of government and regulatory agencies from political criticism,” Justice Bradley said. He ordered the medical board and AHPRA to cover Dr Bay’s reasonable legal costs as the regulators had extended the proceedings and made partial admissions at a late stage.

        • There’s always been a complete disconnect between U.S. domestic & foreign policy. The 1st amendment has precluded Dr. Bay-style censuring and the 2nd amendment was the basis for Daniel Penny’s acquittal.
          The U. K. seems to have become one of the worst places for both freedom of speech and self-defence. Australia seems to sit somewhere in the middle

  2. The parallel to Dr Pridgeon’s 2022 win is striking:

    “Dr Pridgeon was successful in revoking his suspension by the Medical Board of New South Wales and was awarded costs!
    The principal issues before the Court were:
    (i) whether the Tribunal exercised its power “in the public interest” by purporting indefinitely to suspend Dr Pridgeon’s registration as a medical practitioner pursuant to s 150 of the National Law
    (ii) whether the Tribunal erred in law by acting without any factual basis upon which the exercise of the emergency power contained in s 150 depends.”

But an individual along with many others deserving praise of the Australian public for their continuous portraying of the fatal scam carried out by Australian Governments both State and Federal of the Covid-19 (non disease), disaster.

    Clive Palmer has mounted a challenge in the High Court of Australia to ensure the United Australia Party (UAP) will be a third force in the 2025 Federal Election.
    Mr Palmer said Labor and the Liberals were rigging the election by supporting a draconian and unconstitutional Electoral Act aimed at eliminating competition. Senator Ralph Babet said that as a serving Senator, he found it undemocratic that the Electoral Act would ban the party from contesting the election. The Electoral Act states that a deregistered party that seeks re-registration can only contest the election after next. Section 135(3) of the Commonwealth Electoral Act (the Act) states: “Where a political party is deregistered under subsection (1), that party, or a party that has a name that so nearly resembles the name of the deregistered party that it is likely to be confused with or mistaken for that name, is ineligible for registration under this Part until after the general election next following the deregistration.”
    Mr Palmer said the party would seek a declaration from the High Court of Australia that section 135(3) is unconstitutional.
    “We don’t believe the provisions of the Electoral Act are conducive to running a free and fair election as our Constitution demands. With that in mind, we have taken the matter to the High Court of Australia,” Mr Palmer said.
    Senator Ralph Babet said the party was taking the battle head-on. “I have lodged an application to re-register the United Australia Party and candidate nominations are now open. United Australia Party will field candidates in all upper and lower house seats,” Senator Babet said.
    Mr Palmer said the United Australia Party had 82,000 members and they were being denied the right to vote for who they wanted. “Labor is running scared. There will be a third force in the next election and it will be well supported. I am calling for all parties to join together to kick out the uni-party of Labor /Liberals which has destroyed our economy and increased our cost of living.”
    “The Liberals and Labor need to be cancelled,” Mr Palmer said.
    “Before the last election we told the Australian public that interest rates would rise, inflation and the cost of living would go through the roof and life would get a lot more difficult for most Australians. And we were right.”
    “Our country is barely recognisable. In just a few short years our standard of living has plummeted thanks to poor government policies and Ministers who are out of their depth,” Mr Palmer said.
    “The Coalition are no better and are simply one half of what appears to be a uni-party with Labor. The Government intends to introduce censorship and destroy Australians free speech.
    “The time is now for a real alternative. You don’t need a crystal ball to see into the future with Labor and the Coalition – more hard times, more and more control over your lives, more government overreach and more pandering to global elites.
    “To vote for them again this time around simply locks this in forever. The 2025 election is critical to the future of the nation and your family.
    “In preparation for the next election we are now calling on members to nominate for candidate positions with the United Australia Party,” Mr Palmer said.

  10. Reading between the lines of the North West Star report, it’s fairly obvious that the respective board flouted the T & C of it’s authority thereby abrogating it, quote:

    ” ‘The court is concerned only with whether the decision or the conduct (of the medical board) was free from an error,’ Justice Bradley stated.”

    What interests me is that each and every one of my many and various run-ins with the PTB has been likewise predicated

    Alex Krainer is an excellent geopolitical analyst with a very interesting take on the fall of Syria.
    On 29 November in Astana (two days after HTS launched their incursion into Syria), Vladimir Putin said the following with regards to war/peace in Ukraine:

    “Let me underscore the key point – the essence of our proposal is not a temporary truce or ceasefire, as the West might prefer, to allow the Kiev regime to recover, rearm, and prepare for a new offensive. I repeat: we are not discussing freezing the conflict, but its definitive resolution.”

    And what is Putin’s definitive resolution? It’s nothing less than the creation of a new security architecture between the “heartland and the rimland” to use Halford Mackinder’s terminology. In other words, Putin is determined to end British geopolitics once and for all. Yet the science of so-called ‘greenhouse gases’ is well known and there is no reason to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), or nitrous oxide (N2O) because absorption of radiation is logarithmic.
    There is a case against the adoption of Net Zero given the enormous costs associated with implementing the policy, and the fact it is unlikely to achieve reductions in average near surface global air temperature, regardless of whether Net Zero is fully implemented and adopted worldwide. Therefore, Net Zero does not pass the cost-benefit test. The recommended policy is to abandon Net Zero and do nothing about so-called ‘greenhouse gases’.
