When I first heard about the proposed WHO Pandemic Treaty, I was shocked to the core. I consider it the very worst outcome for the future of humans. And is this the sneaky way to bring in global government?

The WHO (with funder Gates) is the very last organisation that I want supervising my life, my country, my government, and my planet. The WHO is the organisation that helped suppress life-saving therapeutics like Ivermectin, and assisted in the rolling out of vaccines to kill many hundreds of thousands and wreck the immunity system of Homo sapiens. I cannot think of a more destructive body on the planet (at the moment).

It seems governments across the globe will be handing their (medical) sovereignty over to these mobsters at the end of the month. Why? To allow the pharma profit-gangsters to rule over humanity? Not in my nightmares had such a horrific scenario surfaced.

Many of those against the treaty have focused on the forcing of vaccines upon the population — but in part, that process is almost complete. I believe the consequences are truly dire. I don’t want to be alarmist but how can one not be, at this tipping point.

Below, I post an article on “The REAL Threat From the Pandemic Treaty That Most Are Completely Ignoring.”

But let me mention a few problems that are on my mind.

First, I am sure some entity is planning for 100% vaccination — and that this is for the purpose of “identity” and complete control over all humans (or the sub-species Homo pfizeriens). I am sure the WHO, in a future PLANDEMIC, plan to force vaccinations.

Second, I think free speech will be obliterated. Anyone against the WHO narrative will be “silenced” by whatever means. They did this in the Covid plandemic via control over social media and the media, but I sense that an alternative view to the WHO narrative could be criminalized in the future.

Third, I anticipate a slaughter of livestock. Many years ago, I read a book called FOOD IS YOUR MEDICINE by Henry G Bieler MD. There are foods that heal us and foods that harm. The powers that be know this. They know the sun heals us, but they told us to stay indoors. Imagine a future scenario that involves hoof-and mouth disease. Here is what Dr Richard Flemming suggested in an interview with Steve Bannon:

“The spike protein [produced by the vaccine] is not natural; it is gain of function. It is crossing the blood-brain barrier and we know in the animal models… in the humanized mice it forms spongiform encephalopathy … for the general public that’s mad cow disease. We also know in the rhesus macaque models that about two weeks afterward they developed Lewy Body and inflammation in the brain…. Lewy bodies is what causes Alzheimer’s and a number of neurological disorders and those numbers translate into about a year and a half for human beings to see the same consequences [as the rhesus monkeys’ two weeks].”

Thus I ask: could a fake Prion (Mad Cow Disease) PLANdemic result in the WHO instructing governments everywhere to slaughter tens of millions of cattle across the globe? This would result in a further food crisis, and starvation.

The Report by the Breggins

Dr Peter Breggin is a psychiatrist who, for years, had condemned the over-use of chemical treatments for mental problems. He and his wife, Ginger Ross Breggin, have produced a detailed critique of the amendments that the US is proposing to an existing WHO treaty. I now quote them, from  America Out Loud:

“On May 22-28, 2022, ultimate control over America’s healthcare system, and hence its national sovereignty, will be delivered for a vote to the World Health Organization’s governing legislative body, the World Health Assembly (WHA). This threat is contained in new amendments to WHO’s International Health Regulations, proposed by the Biden administration, that are scheduled as “Provisional agenda item 16.2” at the upcoming conference on May 22-28, 2022.

“These amendments will empower WHO’s Director-General to declare health emergencies or crises in any nation and to do so unilaterally and against the opposition of the target nation. The Director-General will be able to declare these health crises based merely on his personal opinion or consideration that there is a potential or possible threat to other nations.

“If passed, the Biden Administration’s proposed amendments will, by their very existence and their intention, drastically compromise the independence and the sovereignty of the United States. The same threat looms over all the U.N.’s 193 member nations, all of whom belong to WHO and represent 99.44% of the world population.

“These regulations are a “binding instrument of international law entered into force on 15 June 2007.”3 U.N. members states can be required by law to obey or acquiesce to them…. The U.S. amendments cross out a critical existing restriction in the regulations [as follows]:

“WHO shall consult with and attempt to obtain verification from the State Party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring…” By eliminating that, and other clauses (see below), all the shackles will be removed from the Director-General of WHO, enabling him to declare health emergencies at will.

“The amendments would give WHO the right to take important steps to collaborate with other nations and other organizations worldwide to deal with any nation’s alleged health crisis, even against its stated wishes. The power to declare health emergencies is a potential tool to shame, intimidate, and dominate nations. It can be used to justify ostracism and economic or financial actions against the targeted nation by other nations aligned with WHO or who wish to harm and control the accused nation.

“…The existing WHO regulations then provide for an 18-month grace period during which a nation may withdraw its “yes” vote for amendments, but the current proposed amendments would reduce that opportunity to six months. If the U.S.-sponsored amendments are passed, a majority of the nations could, in the next six months, change their individual votes and reverse the approval. But this is a much more difficult proposition than stopping the whole process now.

Climate Change in This Pandemic Treaty????

Hold on, everybody — there is more. I [Dee] will now revert to the piece by JD Rucker. He says that he thinks Peter Breggin is correct but has omitted a devastating bit, namely” The powers-that-be are in the process of tying “climate change” to “healthcare” in a way that would give the World Health Organization total supremacy. Rucker says:

“By making climate change a healthcare issue, they will have the catch-all they need in order to exert control over every aspect of our lives. Climate change will be blamed for pandemics, as Dr. Li-Meng Yan noted on the latest episode of Two Mikes. Climate change will be blamed for the current food shortages that are plaguing the world, giving the World Health Organization control over the food supply. Add in energy, military, and transportation issues that will be tied to climate change and it’s clear the Pandemic Treaty bolstered by an attachment to climate change is the ultimate huge step towards The Great Reset.”

      Dee quoted an Oz legal guru: “no head of power for this.” Re America, I can say with certainty that the US Constitution does not permit any branch of government to abdicate its authority.

      The CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) has been trying since 1920 to yield us to World Governance. No luck, but as Dee has outlined, violent oppression could change that.

      Also, there may be a stealthy move afoot to call a Constitutional convention about anything (say, sex for 8-year-olds) and then all the “delegates” will change the whole constitution.

    • Mary, you will appreciate this… I had long talks with USMC soldiers in Nhulunbuy and what a great bunch of guys. The MV-22 Osprey pilot devoted and hour to explaining the operations and capacity of his machine, which I believe is the most unbelievably ingenious machine ever built. If we ever get our country back I want five of these across the north coast carrying our forces.

    What is a Treaty?

    Australia becoming a party to a treaty is a legal process.

    The Australian law recognises that a treaty is:

    … an agreement between States (countries) which is binding at international law. In some cases international organisations can be parties to treaties.     The legal process for Australia to sign, ratify or accede/implement to an international agreement/treaty is set out below:

    Signature – agreement in principle, but not legally bound by the treaty.

    Ratification – a binding agreement that Australia will implement the treaty. In the case of a multi-lateral United Nations agreement an instrument of ratification prepared by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is deposited with the UN Secretary-General after being approved by the Governor-General in Council.

    Accession/Implementation – the Parliament implements the agreement as an Act of Parliament

    Example: the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth) implements the Convention for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

    It may be of interest to know that Australia ratified the full text of the United Nations Charter as a treaty in 1945 and in so doing gave away its sovereignty. Communist “Doc”Evatt and dupe, P.M. Ford signed on behalf of Australia.

        The land and the building of the United Nations Headquarter are considered international territory. It doesn’t even meet all of New York City’s fire safety and building codes.

        Churchill in a Bathtub: The Origin of the Name

        The name “United Nations” was proposed by US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt to Winston Churchill back in 1942. Churchill was in Washington, D.C. then – in fact, he was sitting in a bathtub when FDR was wheeled into the bathroom and proposed that the Allies of World War II be called the United Nations.         FDR and Churchill thought that “United Nations” sounded better than the “Alliance,” a name they were thinking of first. Churchill noted that the poet Lord Byron had used the name to describe the Allies at the Battle of Waterloo in his book Childe Harold’s Pilgrimage:

        Our countrymen were warring on that day!
        And this much—and all—which will not pass away.

        Ironically, the Allies of the 1815 Battle of Waterloo, which included the Prussian Army (which later became part of Germany in 1919), fought the French Empire. France, of course, was later part of the Allies of World War II, who fought Nazi Germany.

  26. i find it quiet humorous the claims made here on treaties ect having to be passed thru Parliament and signed ect, ect. Yet it appears everyone is ignoring the FACT that the Whitlam Government was destroyed simply because he tried to get a U.S. Aust agreement signed by both parties. Nixon refused to even meet and discuss the issue, which made our P.M quiet mad, who then threatened to close the Spy base near Alice Springs. We all know the result, but I digress. The issue here is signatures and the process such documents must go thru before becoming valid. Clearly, the SEATO Whitlam was trying get made valid, was NOT valid, and even today, AUKUS is not valid either, as said agreement has not complied with the process being posted here today.

        There is a report that he was arrested last Monday for breaching a suppression order and bail refused by the coppers.
        If he has been released on bail, one can surmise that a bail condition would be ‘just shut the F up’.

Trump has been complaining about China for years and now Clive Palmer is right on board, since the CCP and Gates control the W.H.O., but CCP infiltration and subversion goes deeper and wider and is getting in anywhere it can, I am starting to feel concerned for Chinese expats now who will be getting the “jew” treatment for something they have no involvement in.
