Loy Brunson and his three brothers have a case before the Supreme Court right now that could be both groundbreaking and earth-shaking. Their case is 22-380 and titled Brunson v. Alma S. Adams. The case centers around the 2020 Election and charges by 100 members of Congress who wanted to investigate fraud provided for in the Constitution. By voting not to investigate, members of Congress broke their oath, according to the Brunson Supreme Court case.

Brunson says his case has national security implications because enemies of the United States, both foreign and domestic, are in the process of destroying the country and the U.S. Constitution as a result of the 2020 Election.

If Brunson wins, he’s asking the court for the cancelation of the credentials of 387 House members and Senators, and this includes the President and his VP because oaths were broken by NOT investigating election fraud.

How to cancel them, beside the ballot box in 2024? By their constituents condemning them,or, per Article I Section 5, by each chamber using a 2/3 majority to kick their bad brethren out.

  2. I don’t consider my opinion as cynical, just realistic – I don’t see any substantive help coming from the existing legal system. Either in the U.S. or in Australia.

    Here is a fascinating interview by Jordan Peterson on the biological evolution of humans. The striking similarities with chimpanzees is quite profound. It is only humans and chimpanzees that will go to ‘war’ with their fellow species. Near the end of the interview we come upon the ‘Tony Ryan’ solution, which as I see it, will be the solution that is eventually used to correct the path of humanity.

      • In the Jordan Peterson interview there is discussion of the book about humans learning and developing the use of FIRE. It is quite surprising what happened after the use of extra ENERGY to release nutrients from food and to decrease the energy to process that food. Further, it led to many other technologies, like creating utensils such as cookware and brick. This led to other developments of releasing metals from stone ore and the mixing of the metals. Which then led to steam engines and the internal combustion engines, etc…

    Someone was debating with me as to why Ukraine doesn’t technically exist. So I went hunting to prove why.
    Searching through the treaties for the maps and the years for letters of approval.
    Only one letter of agreement was was available dedicated to the map boundaries and this letter is only from the Ukrainian side and only signed by Ukraine. I cannot find anything that Putin signed to agree with these border plans.
    Likewise for Belarus and Romania. Only maps, not letters of agreement.
    Hungary have a signed letter of co-operation but no definitive border maps drawn up.
    There is nothing for the remaining countries of Moldova, Slovakia or Poland, neither maps of the border nor letters of agreement.
    I did find that somehow without any of these, the UN forced through the certification in January of 2017 and the only documents submitted was for the border with Russia and the Statement of agreement signed by only Ukraine.
    So from that assessment I’d say the rushed certification of Ukraine in 2017 (pretty much based only on google maps) is completely illegal by international standards and by the UN’s own charter. Therefore, as of the end of the USSR, has failed to meet all legal requirements to establish itself as a Sovereign Nation, thus leaving itself under the old USSR administration, which the Russian Federation inherited and became the administration for the area. From this conclusion, you should be lucky that Ukraine is even recognised at all in any capacity.

    However I did find a possible gentleman’s agreement about the “Frontier” between Russia and Ukraine going forward after the dissolution of the USSR was done. However, I can’t relocate that link.     I was also shown a .pdf of an agreement signed in 2003 to the agreement on the Ukraine/Russian border, but not where to find this file, searching for it based off the .pdf link only brings me to a UN 404 page. So I haven’t included it here for now. That said, what concerns me as mentioned above is the forced certification in 2017 of this Ukraine/Russia border and countries declaring Ukraine recognised without any of the borders with Ukraine’s other neighbouring countries signed. This whole thing stinks no matter which way you look at it.

        Basically the law is, if you want it, and you have a big enough army, it’s yours. But if both sides agree to stop fighting, you get a treaty.
        In any case there were other treaties than specific border treaties, which Putin says were not maintained to the specified standard, these are UN treaties if memory serves.   9. The Brunsons are to be commended for their judicial ingenuity, but in my humble opinion I can’t see enough yet for them to get the result they want.

    Firstly I’ve looked at petitioner Rayland’s key document, the writ of certiorari. For mine, the writ is mainly deficient because it doesn’t specify exactly how and where VP Pence and the balance of the Congress (ie those other than the 100 congressional objectors) “refused to investigate” the objectors’ claim about the election results. If the refusal exists it should be recorded somewhere like in our Hansard (the Congressional Record?).

    My concerns are born out in the Amicus Brief of Californian Paul Preston where he says that in searching the on-line records of Congress, he could find no reference to any warning to or request of the non-objector group to investigate election irregularities. Preston refers to Rayland’s claim that the warning/request is contained in audio records, so he implores the court to use its own resources to find the audio. This sounds unlikely.

    Also the use of sloppy non-legal language throughout the writ (apparently drafted by non-lawyer Rayland) would not normally be persuasive to a superior court (eg using terms like “rigged” and “unconstitutional”).

    On the other hand, perhaps the First Amendment ‘s reference to the right of “the people” to petition excuses vagaries in drafting and use of non-legal language in a SCOTUS filing such as this one. This would explain the clerk of the court apparently contacting Rayland to urge and then help him to get his filing formalities right.

    Finally I interpret the SCOTUS “conference” scheduled for the January 6th as no more than what we call here in Oz a “Directions Hearing”. Simply a housekeeping sitting to prepare for a more substantive review to come.

    Rayland’s writ of certiorari might make some progress with SCOTUS in its early stages, but I can’t yet see enough for it to be granted. And even if it is, SCOTUS may simply then remit it back to the lower court, for further review (and ultimate rejection). Hopefully I’m proved wrong!
