I hand-delivered this letter today to the Secretary’s office. Then when I got home and read more, I found that the access issue had been discussed in the Debates, five days ago. Maybe I am missing something. If you can think of a reason why Trump should be kept off the ballot, let me know. Note: he could still win the NH Republican primary as a write-in candidate.
Don’t forget, Trump and I were both on the presidential primary ballot in 2020 in NH. He got 129,000 votes and I got 900. Talk about a photo finish!

Best greetings!
It’s not true, is it, that you are going to deprive Trump of access to the ballot in the NH primary? I heard of it only today at GraniteGrok.com but I may have misheard. It would be so totally NOT NEW HAMPSHIRE to play such a game. The rest of the country respects us. Is someone trying to demolish even that small, national joy?
The US Constitution Fourteenth Amendment, sec 3, holds that no person can be elected who had taken an oath of office to support the Constitution and subsequently “engaged in insurrection or rebellion.” No one has proven anything about Trump engaging in insurrection or rebellion.
This month, on August 1, 2003, Trump was charged with four crimes in the US District Court of the District of Columbia, Case 1:23-cr-00257-TSC:
- Conspiracy to defraud the US (by spreading false stories about the election).
- Conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding (by planning to obstruct Congress on Jan 6).
- Obstruction of and attempt to instruct an official proceeding.
- Conspiracy against people’s right to vote (by intimidating them).
I think you’d agree that none of those charges could win a conviction. Most likely the January 6 “riot” was a psy-op to lower the image of our nation, and also to pave Tyranny’s way.
Two official means of helping us find the facts were squelched. First was the Select Committee of the House to investigate Jan 6, with Adam Schiff and others telling such embarrassing lies. Second was the Republican-led Senate’s declining to try Trump’s second impeachment. Even Rand Paul insisted on voting to “acquit summarily,” yet Trump himself should have wanted to have the insurrection story put on the table!
A third way that Americans were deprived of learning the facts was the wrongful imprisonment of many of the protestors. They were kept in jail in solitary, in conditions that would conduce to their opting to plead guilty in exchange for release. This is an obstruction of justice for which the FBI, and DoJ attorneys, should be arrested.
Come to think of it, a fourth way that we all got screwed, pardon my French, was by Trump’s declining to tell us what he intended his supporters to do to make the Certification process get derailed on January 6, 2021. He did say that Pence should help, but there was no way for that to happen. Per 3 USC 15.2:
“The President of the Senate [Vice President Pence] shall have no power to solely determine, accept, reject, or otherwise adjudicate or resolve disputes over the proper certificate of ascertainment of appointment of electors, the validity of electors, or the votes of electors.”
Many Americans knew before Jan 6 that finagling had occurred in the 2020 election, possibly in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona. (Actually everywhere, if we can believe Jim Collier’s 1992 fabulous book Votescam — and I do.) Citizens could have fought it out with their state government. But as January 6 drew nigh, it was too late for people to act at state level. Rather, the citizens’ target had to be Congress.
The method for Congress to intervene is cut and dried. Any House of Reps member can stand up and complain when dodgy ballots are being opened. Then, if at least one senator is willing to co-sign that complaint, it must go to each chamber for a vote, preceded by a maximum 2-hour debate. A majority of both chambers will result in a given state’s ballots being set aside.
Just as Arizona was being counted, a Rep complained. Bang! In came the “rioters.” We all recall the disruption, the breaking of glass, the guy wearing the horn-hat, etc. The members escaped to their office rooms, and after 8pm they reassembled and continued the counting job till around 2am. Debates actually did ensue for three states; I have read them at Congress.gov. None got a majority vote to de-certify. Conceivably, without the ‘riot,’ Trump’s desire for decertification may have prevailed. So Trump acted self-destructively if he encouraged a riot!
Mr Scanlan, if you are indeed thinking of leaving Trump’s name off the 2024 primary ballot, maybe it is because Trump is also accused in Georgia of having pressured your counterpart, Sec’y of State Brad Raffensperger, to “find” 11,000 votes. I say that this was not a crime. If a president OR ANYONE has seen fraud in an election, they surely can ask the proper officials to dig out the correct voting numbers. When I heard that Fulton County, GA was preparing a case, I swiftly wrote to the foreman of that Grand Jury to point out the facts as above.
I am no Trump supporter. I think he did a tragic job as president. I sued him twice, for Vac-cinations and for threatening to nuke North Korea. It’s a pity that folks will feel loyal to Trump because he is victimized. It would be better for citizens to be loyal to the parchment.
Please do the right thing, Mr Secretary, I’m sure you will. Excuse me for even worrying about the rumor of “no access.”

The whole premise of this post is the assumption that Trump somehow lost the 2020 election and that those who ‘fiddled the vote’ will now play by fair and lawful means in everything they do under Constitutional Law if only we can get to plead with them?
What you don’t consider is that those who took part in a coup against Trump are criminals of the highest order – Traitors – who will stop at nothing to get their way. So why would traitors now play by the rules, the same rules that would see them all hang as they continue on their agenda to destroy the United States, and subsequently, the rest of the world?
As for Trump did not do enough to drain the swamp in his first four years of walking into the Lions den of Globalist iniquity – I would point this out: The United States came under the control of the British Empire in 1871, when President Grant was forced to sign into effect, The District of Columbia Act, that brought the city of Washington into the third point of the Masonic triangle, thereafter, becoming a subject to Britannia and what Britannia demanded the United States military acquiesce to on the world stage.
Britannia had bigger plans for America than Americans wanted for themselves and could not allow America to become a sovereign nation with its own laws. The infiltration by Globalists began from the very founding of America. One only need to learn the bitter fight between the Central Bankers (Rothschild) and Thomas Jefferson, to rid the country of them, to realize the insidious nature of Central Banking to control whole nations, via bribes, blackmail, etc.
Trump’s first term in office was just to expose who America’s enemies were – and he has succeeded in that endeavor – one should now be looking at those who have been forced out of the shadows in this fifth generation war and their role in undoing the 2020 election to further the Globalist agenda.
To not comprehend the consequences of another civil war if Trump had begun arresting and attempting to convict within a heavily compromized judicial system, America’s enemies, and that the American public were still at that time largely asleep to, is an exercise in rejecting a wider catastrophe that would have befallen America, and the world, under what was then the complete control of the entire planet by the Globalist cabal.
We are approaching the end game as Globalist control has been destroyed, middle management taken out, and only the mopping up of the lower levels are still ongoing via a worldwide military alliance – hence all the so called ‘exercises’ around the planet still occurring.

Big pharma’s deadly jabs did not come on line in the states until January ,2021, and February, 2021, in this country.
The roll out pause of the real jab, gave more time to those doubtful of what has since proven to be, a non-pandemic, to re-think their intention to get jabbed – how many did that pause in the real jab roll out save, I wonder?
Trump could have stood on Mt Everest, and shouted – the jab is full of poison – but how many still glued to the fear and propaganda about a fake bug and a fake pandemic, would have heeded the warning?
In the end, it will always be a personal choice as to what substance an individual will choose to put into their body, but when a program is put into place via a media and government agencies, to generate a mass psychosis against a population to effect a desired result, for example, take a poison jab, then those responsible for the desired result of their propaganda, must be dealt with, and not those who were only acting on the ‘expert’ advice being given out to them.
The non-pandemic was a Globalist plan of genocide that was promoted by the cabal who were set in place within government and its agencies, well before Trump came to office, but you’re out to blame Trump anyway.
You can’t even give the Man credit for attempting to save as many lives as he could without becoming too obvious in exposing the plan in effect, to defeat the Globalists.

Everybody talks about FDA but I think FDA is a bluff. It has the authority, under the Commere Clause (within Article I, sec 8 of the US Constittion) or maybe under the clause granting the feds the right to set standards of weights and measures. They can “rule” on the purity of a product. I mean producers of food and drugs.
If FDA “approves,” what they’re approving of is only the manufacturer’s claim, or the food-grower’s claim that what they say is in the packet is really that.
I can’t find any legislation that auhorizes the FDA to rule that Valium helps to calm you down. Or that lamb chops are good for you.
Medical power always belongs to the states. It is a subsection of the police power.
The Covid stuff never needed approval about its effectiveness. We are all bluffed into thinking the FDA has this power.
Note: docs all know they can prescribe “off label.” But they also know that their state’s AMA club will set rules for what rhey can prescribe.
