Where Are We Headed?, Part 6: Plagues

This article refers to the ten plagues described in the Bible’s book of Exodus, with an eye to seeing if recent events such as the Lahaina fire, Hurricane Helene, or the deaths of vaccinated children are ‘plagues.’ This article uses the word plague in the general sense of catastrophe, not in the sense of the particular disease known as “the Plague.”

Chapters 7 to 12 of Exodus show how God came to the aid of the Hebrew tribe which was being held as slaves in Egypt. God instructed Moses’ brother Aaron to instigate each plague and then try to bargain with the Egyptian Pharaoh offering to lift the plague in exchange for the liberation of the slaves.

The ten plagues were as follows: 1. turning the river into blood, thus depriving people of drinking water, 2. filling the land with frogs, 3. causing lice to bite everyone, 4. sending swarms of flies to fill the air, 5. making all the farm animals die off, 6. Making dust that causes boils on the skin of man and animal, 7. causing hail and fire, 8. sending millions of locusts to destroy the crops, 9. making three days of darkness, and 10. killing the firstborn of every family.

In each case, Pharaoh said he would free the Hebrews if God lifted the plague, but after it was lifted, he changed his mind. Finally, though, the killing of the firstborn sufficed to obtain the desired goal: the Hebrews were released from captivity. They became God’s “Chosen People,” and He gave them “a land flowing with milk and honey.” (Exodus 4: 17).

In the biblical story, it is clear who is causing the plague and why it is happening. I am now going to list three contemporary events which seem to be “caused” against “the American tribe,” but for which there can only be speculation as to who is doing it and why.

1. On August 8, 2023, two thousand homes were destroyed in the town of Lahaina on the Hawaiian island of Maui. I believe there is no doubt that DEW, Directed Energy Weapons, caused the fire. This was likely controlled by satellites — so no “bad guy” was visible, and no one has been charged with crime.
2. During the Covid pandemic, which lasted from 2020 to 2024, vaccinations were encouraged by the US government. Thousands of children, not to mention hordes of adults, died or were seriously injured shortly after the vax was administered. No participant has so far been charged with crime, and a federal statute, dated 1986, protects vax manufacturers from being sued for damages.
3. From September 24 to 29, 2024, a tropical cyclone with the name Hurricane Helene, damaged several states, especially North Carolina. I believe it was geo-engineered, but I do not know who controls that. Several nations, including the US, have the military capacity to alter the weather.

I quote an observation by Paul Craig Roberts, on October 8, 2024, regarding a subsequent hurricane. The name of his article is “Hurricane Milton Is So Unusual That It Does Not Seem Natural.” Roberts says:

“Normally a hurricane originates in the Atlantic or Caribbean, crosses Cuba into the Gulf and then hits anywhere from Texas to Florida. Milton originated as a minor disturbance in the Pacific, was lifted over Mexico and appeared as a hurricane in the Gulf itself between Mexico and Texas. It is unusual — perhaps unprecedented — for a hurricane to originate in the Gulf itself.

“Milton intensified over Sunday night [Oct 6] from a Category 1 to a Category 5 with current sustained wind speed of 160 mph and 200mph wind gusts which makes it almost an enormous tornado. The meteorologist describes the rapid intensification and other aspects of the hurricane as ‘unprecedented,’ ‘very rare,’ ‘crazy’.”

My article here is part 6 of a series that asks “Where Are We Headed?” The series tries to look at a ‘word’ — so far: nation, government, war-making, politics, lying — to see if there is good correlation between the word’s general usage and reality on the ground.

But here in Part 6, I do not contend that the public uses the word “plague.” The fires, vaccination deaths, and hurricanes are treated by the public (guided by the mass media) as separate disasters or misfortunes. I think it would be helpful if the public saw such events as having been caused, for some purpose however ugly. In the Bible, two causes are given for the ten plagues — to free the Hebrews and to make the Egyptians respect God’s power.

First Plague: Water Became Blood

This is the beginning of Chapter 7 of the book of Exodus in the King James Version of the Old Testament, as presented online at BibleGateway.com (Copyright © 1982 by Thomas Nelson):

“So the Lord said to Moses: ‘See, I have made you as God to Pharaoh, and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet.  You shall speak all that I command you. And Aaron your brother shall tell Pharaoh to send the children of Israel out of his land.  And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt. But Pharaoh will not heed you, so that I may lay My hand on Egypt and bring My armies and My people, the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments.  

^“And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord.’ … Then Moses and Aaron did so; just as the Lord commanded them…. And Moses was eighty years old and Aaron eighty-three years old…. And the lord said …’Go to Pharaoh in the morning… And you shall say to him, ‘The Lord God of the Hebrews has sent me to you, saying, “Let My people go, that they may serve Me in the wilderness”….

“The Lord spoke to Moses, ‘Say to Aaron, “Take your rod and stretch out your hand over the waters of Egypt, over their streams, over their rivers, over their ponds, and over all their pools of water, that they may become blood. And there shall be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in buckets of wood and pitchers of stone.”  And Moses and Aaron did so, just as the Lord  commanded. So [Aaron] lifted up the rod and struck the waters that were in the river, in the sight of Pharaoh and in the sight of his servants. And all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood. 

^“and Pharaoh’s heart grew hard, and he did not heed them, as the Lord had said…. So all the Egyptians dug all around the river for water to drink, because they could not drink the water of the river.”

This sort of thing proceeds throughout the ten plagues, whereby Pharoah does not keep his promise. For example, in the plague of flies, the Lord kindly “removed the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people. Not one remained. But Pharaoh hardened his heart at this time also; neither would he let the people go.”

Note: there is a difference (which I don’t understand) between some of the plagues, where the Pharaoh hardened his heart and ones where “God hardened Pharaoh’s heart.” For example, after the plague of locusts, a deal was made: “And the Lord turned a very strong west wind, which took the locusts away and blew them into the Red Sea. There remained not one locust in all the territory of Egypt. But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he did not let the children of Israel go.” 

Seventh Plague: Hail and Fire

To repeat, I am comparing the ten plagues in Exodus with the fact that we have had some recent disasters in the US. In the back of my mind, I am playing with the idea that someone is planning all of them, but I do not have sufficient evidence to make a conjoined case. In particular, it was the current two hurricanes that made me think of the biblical plagues. Here is a short quote from the seventh plague about hail and fire. It is Chapter 10 of the Book of Exodus:

“Then the Lord said to Moses, “Rise early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh, and say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord God of the Hebrews: “Let My people go, that they may serve Me,  for at this time I will send all My plagues to your very heart, and on your servants and on your people, that you may know that there is none like Me in all the earth…. Behold, tomorrow about this time I will cause very heavy hail to rain down, such as has not been in Egypt since its founding until now.” 

^“Then the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt — on man, on beast, and on every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt.” And Moses stretched out his rod toward heaven; and the Lord sent thunder and hail, and fire darted to the ground. And the Lord rained hail on the land of Egypt. … And the hail struck throughout the whole land of Egypt…Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, there was no hail.”

Tenth Plague: Death of the Firstborn

At last, the desired goal was reached. The tenth plague was so awful that the Pharaoh gave in and “let my people go.” Moses had delivered the message:  

“About midnight I will go out into the midst of Egypt; and all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sits on his throne, even to the firstborn of the female servant who is behind the handmill, and all the firstborn of the animals. Then there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as was not like it before…. But against none of the children of Israel shall a dog move its tongue, against man or beast, that you may know that the Lord does make a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.’ ….”

This is also the meaning of Passover.  God instructed the Hebrews to take a lamb:

“and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at twilight.  And they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel of the houses where they eat it. … For I will pass through the land of Egypt … and will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment….. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.”

Subsequently, Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said,

“Rise, go out from among my people, both you and the children of Israel. And go, serve the Lord as you have said….  Also take your flocks and your herds, as you have said, and be gone; and bless me also….

“Now the sojourn of the children of Israel who lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years. And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years … that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt.  It is a night of solemn observance to the Lord (Passover) for all the children of Israel throughout their generations….”

Arguments against My Theme

Where are we headed? In the present year, 2024, it looks like things are falling apart. Personally, I feel sure the instigation for this comes from the top. To express it in simple terms, I think it comes from a sort of World Government. As I showed in Part 3 of this series, “war-making” does not arise, as it did in evolutionary times, from the natural response of one group to another. The leader who makes the call for war is often a distant leader who can provoke both sides to do the warring against one another.  He then gains something from all that misery.

In this article on plagues, I mused that Hurricane Helene and the Lahaina fire may have originated for a purpose. Lately it is being said that the worst-hit part of North Carolina has lithium mines and that mining companies may wish to kick the homeowners out of the way. Michele Melendez, founder of Stand Together Hawaii, has entitled her book about the Lahaina fire “The Great Maui Land Grab,” referring to the fact that Lahaina was on a list to become a 15-minute city.

Also, I recall Kevin Annett, who has investigated native child-stealing in western Canada, accuses the lumber industry of wanting the land on which First Nations people were living. So, there may be many individual reasons why some party who can afford it will create a disaster for personal gain. We always see, though, that whistleblowers like Annett cannot arouse any official body to look at the facts. This suggests at least some government collusion with the offender, doesn’t it?

As for vaccines causing deaths, this has been true for a long time.  See my 2013 book Consider the Lilies, in which I also show the encouragement by the Powers That Be, especially Rockefeller, to prevent good health in general. If we are to say bad health is a plague, deliberately caused, it has been going on for a full century in the US and was not meant to be noticed. Rockefeller never told “Pharaoh” to do such-and-such or suffer the consequences. Rather, I claim, Rockefeller wanted a weak population so he would not meet resistance — or punishment!

In sum, I have not shown in this article (but I may be able to do it later) that we are being visited by plagues that are deliberate and coordinated.
