Does Kevin Annett Have a Basis for Banishing a Church in Canada?

Back in 1776, we had the Declaration of Independence, meaning the American colonies declared independence from the England of King George III.  At that moment those colonies became “the United States.” That historic moment is not exactly treated as a sacred thing here, but everybody “gets it” and there has never been a challenge to its rightness.

Last night in his first speech as an Independent candidate for US president in the 2024 election, RFK, Jr used that as a solid theme — he is “declaring his independence” from the media, Big Pharma, and also from both political parties. In April, 2023 Kennedy had declared himself a candidate within the Democrat Party but they tried to ignore him. He now has gone off on his own.

In Canada, since the 1990s, Kevin Annett, who was given the title Eagle Strong Voice, has more or less declared a new nation, Kanata. Does that mean he is breaking away from “the King”? Well, no exactly. I think it is only meant symbolically, to lead all Canadians into rethinking the government they have which can, and does, cause death to children, and then gets away with it,

There would be no point telling Annett that he should l play it by the book. He has tried, since the 1990s, to accomplish things within the system. “The system” included the state of British Columbia, the nation of Canada, plus three Churches — Catholic, United, and Anglican — and, for that matter, the timber corporations who were interested in a land grab.

Indigenous people are treated badly for various reasons. The US massacred many an Indian tribe, usually with the rationale that the Injuns were attacking us. In a sense, it was all a land grab, as the whites kept moving further and further west, pushing the First Nations people even further along.

Not that this is much different from ancient and medieval migrations in Europe, some of which were constrained by the Roman Empire. The stronger group routinely pushes the weaker. Have you ever heard of a strong group saying “No, we mustn’t do that. That would be taking advantage….”?

Anyway, Kevin Annett came into the story from a different route. When he was a new priest, in the United Church, he was told by some of his First Nations parishioners on Vancouver Island that their kids had been stolen, throughout the 20th century. The method was that the Catholic and Anglican churches set up “Residential Schools” for them. The government became the Guardian and so could make all decisions.

The PR, the public relation story, was that these children needed to learn English and get ready for jobs. In fact, though, and you may not be willing to believe it, there was a plan to have many of them die in the schools. It could be blamed on tuberculosis or whatever.

I have not researched it any further than following Kevin Annett’s reports for about 16 years, and reading his book Unrepentant. He dug into the research and found that kids really did die, in great numbers, and Prime Minister Cameron made an apology from Parliament.

Annett wants more than an apology. I reckon he wants retribution. (Note: In Australia, Dee McLachlan and I have made some efforts to stop courts from stealing children, whether indigenous or European. I don’t accuse Dee of wanting retribution, but I confess to it myself. Maybe I’d let cops and social workers off, but it’s just not in me to let a judge off.)

Annett’s method has been to identify wrongdoers.  His group (and website) is called “International Tribunal for Crimes of Church and State – the ITCCS.” They go through the motions of holding a grand jury and/or a trial for the criminals. If someone is “convicted,” the ITCCS then issues an arrest warrant. It is downloadable and everyone is invited to use it to arrest the named person.

I cannot fault that method, as it is within the bounds of the Law of Outlawry.  No ordinary Law Enforcement people are willing to go after elite criminals, are they? So should we all say Ho Hum, that’s that, c’est domage, and let the outrages continue?

Kevin Annett is unique in that he is directing the thing by himself. He is a living experiment. He is trying to create a new structure, Kanata. It is not exclusively First Nations. I am sure he knows that he lacks the manpower, firepower, and public support to turn this entity into anything but a moral force.

He does claim to have caused the departure from the papal throne of the pope who preceded the current pope, Francis I, namely Benedict VI, the former Cardinal Ratzinger. Such a coup  sounds plausible to me.  Sort of like Tim Minchin singing “Come home, Cardinal Pell.”  A high church official realizes he can’t insist on staying after he’s been outed.

As a separate matter, Kevin Annett’s work raises a huge question: How is it that priests and nuns would go out of their way to be cruel to children?  Yes we know that laypersons, including famous politicians, abuse kids, even just doing it for fun. Fiona Barnett swears it is an elite pastime.  But a nun has given up sex, marriage, freedom to travel, and all luxuries, to honor God.

I can only surmise that these nuns were not typical nuns but operated under some terrible mind control. Maybe the ITCCS will look into it. I believe they have been made aware of nuns killing children in Irish convent schools, and the bodies have been found buried on the site. And how does this tie in with a land grab, or anything else?

Update

I received an email from the ITCCS, providing a video of a 2008 action in which the ITCCS group “took over” a church premises. I will show the video below.  The text that came with it today, October 9, 2023, said:

On March 16, 2008, Squamish elder Kiapilano and Kevin Annett Eagle Strong Voice led fifty mostly indigenous people in the occupation of the Catholic, Anglican, and United churches in downtown Vancouver and publicly evicted them from the city. Some of this historic event is featured in this video.

Four of the participants in this action were subsequently killed by the RCMP or Vancouver police: William Combes, Ricky Lavallee, Johnny ‘Bingo’ Dawson and Edna Philips, all of whom can be seen in this video, along with Kiapilano and Kevin.

Two weeks after these occupations, the Canadian government began publicly acknowledging the death of “Indian residential school” children and performed a rapid official cover up called the ‘Truth and Reconciliation Commission’. The Vancouver church occupations and evictions forced this change and the subsequent revelations of mass murder of children by these churches and the government.

These evictions stand. The Catholic, Anglican, and United churches are illegally squatting on Squamish land (and all of Canada), have been banished by nine indigenous nations, and can be lawfully seized by the public.

This video is entered into the docket of evidence of the West Coast Common Law Court of Justice, which is set to convene on Monday, October 16, 2023 in Vancouver.

Its first case is the investigation of the murder of the native people seen in this video and of Harriett Nahanee, the first indigenous eyewitness to describe a killing in a ‘residential school’. (United Church Alberni ‘school’, December 1946)

  1. Well that’s quite a story. Canada is the ying to our yang and so we don’t really see it from here. I mean Nova Scotia and stuff like that, what is there, just grizzly bears and pine trees I would imagine. Wearing layers of clothes, shovelling snow, the funny hats, and of course the mounties. The story of how exactly the mounties got their 4 men is missing.
    Here the communist Elbow’s referendum pitch is failing miserably, we are told. I told a “no” campaigner that for the cost of the referendum the government could have bought a whole suburb for the aborigines. He was in furious agreement, maybe for partisan reasons, maybe because it was true. Where Elbow failed is that he did not play self-interest, what a foolish little man he must be. The massively underfunded “no” campaign, which is being outspent by about 100x by Elbow’s “yes” campaign, plays self interest by correctly talking about “division”. Yes the money will be divided and the no voters will lose. The whole communist-UN-constitution thing does not even get a mention. “What’s in it for me” is where people are generally at. Morality comes a poor second, or third. Greed and fear drive people.
    How to re-frame things in a way that appeals to greed and fear, or at least, “what’s in it for me”. The politicians were good at it, until Elbow came along, and screwed up. How the Canadians will take down Justin Castro when the communists have got the lower 51% stitched up, is a mystery. Possibly Kevin Annet needs to work on his angle.

I don’t know much about Canada and I won’t be going there so my resources are very limited especially time, but I can say with a fair degree of certainty that some people will defend their church / religion to excess. Is that what might be happening here ?

          • They should know they can’t beat the royals, perhaps their optimism came from Annet or from themselves or most likely a combination and now they are disappointed ?
            The part that interested me the most was 4 people in the top video died in “Royal Mounted Police” custody, if I have that correctly, sorry I should take more interest in Canada, they are a frontline in the NWO experiments.

        You could say that of anyone… “Oh Assange just wanted to famous”… probably true, but everything in life is more complicated. Did he have a mission to expose truth…? Q: What is Kevin Annett’s worth? What about every politician they are coining it. Why be a target for 2 decades … must be fun.

        I’m suspicious of any character assassination attempt to a ‘messenger’. That’s the first port of call / action. Anyone digging to close to the crown — make sure they are discredited.

What Mary has posted here ties in with Trump’s Executive Order (E.O.) of December 21, 2017, aimed at the world wide network of Human trafficking, and that E.O. encompasses the entire pedophile network and is not just aimed at one or two institutions and countries, as Annet’s exposure over the years has revealed, and should awaken anyone who can allow their thinking to be expanded, away from the government/media propaganda that has been constantly used as an effective psychological tool against the weak of mind, and for far too long.

But it has been Trump’s E.O. that has brought down the controllers of this entire planet – the various Satanic worshipping families, their gate keepers, and their financial and institutional agencies.

    What a pity that Trump never gets a fair shake for his endeavors, on this site.

      I take it that you have also noted the ‘statistics reported’ even in the msm of the apparent huge increase in police arrests and the prosecutions of paedophiles and their related pornographic exposures.
      Many as a result of competent ‘sting’ operations by policing authorities worldwide.
      Not recognised much by commentators here at GS….. then again I listen to some msm to feel the ‘vibe’.
      Pity it is low hanging fruit in Australia, but in the US it is getting up amongst the branches…… especially with democrat players.
      You would be aware that slowly slowly catchy monkey and squeeze out the perpetrators to divulge more. E.G. Maxwell ?
      So I have some encouragement on how things may eventuate with the despised Trump’s, main agenda in this regard.
      I suppose we just have to be patient and have faith in what is to be accomplished in regard to many exposures.
      I can wait awhile before entering the crease and batting on this subject topic.

      I note that no commentator, other than me, has referred to a apparent rescue of caged children in the tunnels under the White House as depicted in Mary’s video highlights at the beginning of her reports…… January 2021.
      If only people had the time to look, consider and realise before sounding off on the subject…….perhaps the reports are accurate🙏

        I wonder why the need for a God fearing President to believe that Evil had to be driven out of the White House – what could have gone on there in the past?

        I have seen video of the children being escorted out of a darkened White House – can’t remember which site put out a copy – but there it was, for all who have eyes, to see.

        Soon after that event, the White House became flooded – I would assume to clear out whatever was still in the bowels of those tunnels – but no rain of any real measure had fallen over the days leading up to, or on the day itself, that could account for such a huge amount of water.

        Some are now saying that Washington DC will no longer play host to the next American Republic Government, or any of its branches and agencies.

        I guess, time will tell.

  10. Sounds like the author isn’t exactly familiar with Catholic church’s nuns and priests. I went to Catholic school for 8 yrs and my husband went to Catholic schools his entire education including college. When a child, he was beaten quite a lot by nuns and priests and that was quite common back in 1950s/1960s especially back east in U.S. There has always been rampant pedophilia by priests and in upper echelons of Catholic church. Sorry, Catholics but this is documented and many survivors of rape by priests have testified in courts of law about this.
