DARPA, Profusa Implant and SARS-CoV-2

In 2011 DARPA began funding Profusa to develop a syringe inserted tracking device. The reverse being that it can release an element to overwhelm the immune system of the target victim.

As I have written a number of times, the Owners do not want mass extinctions; which is the basis of the narrative of many. That would destroy the enslaved consumers and the enslaved producers who feed them.

What is sought is control through the culling of certain groups that have not responded to the dumbing down efforts of Western Governments. Those who question, are a problem. Albeit the pickup and return to innate Rational and Critical Thought is less than the numbers of ‘socilaized’ by childhood inculcation and maintained through reinforcement tutoring, beyond retrieval.

The current narrative has been spun on the back of The SARS-CoV-2 Virus.

Let there be no mistake: this ‘Chinese Virus’ was developed in US Military BioChem Weapons Laboratories, stolen by Plummer, Boyle, Soule, and principally Qiu, from the US NML at Winnipeg. The samples being delivered through Chinese diplomatic logistics to the Wuhan Facility through Rotterdam.

The virus was leaked into Western Europe at that time. And further leaked back to US troops who attended the world military games at the end of 2019 in Wuhan. Infected US Trial Non-Symptomatic Military delivered the virus to Italy, South Korea, and Japan.

Timeline reversals are easy to lose in the context of reporting events. The Serbian Military was bombed by Clintons’ US and NATO proxies, then the Clintons and NATO gassed Kosovo. The narrative was spread that The Serbs had gassed Kosovo and the Clintons and NATO bombed Serbia in response.

Milosevic was captured and show-trialed through the US puppet ICTY for fake War Crimes. Kosovo and Croatia, have been fighting Serbia and Greece from at least WWII. And that continues to this day. As Syria, Turkey, Kurdistan, Iraq, Iran, and Saudi have been fighting each other for a century. Subsequently joined by Lebanon and Israel.
Just prior to the Clintons having Milosevic show executed; it delivers the morality signal and hides the real criminals (recall The Nuremberg Farce, while Operations Paperclip and Ratlines were operating in the background), an appeal was being conducted with the less-puppet ICJ.

As the ICJ began peeling away and discarding the false convictions of the ICTY; with Milosovich pending release and by default, blame being delivered to the real US and NATO criminals; Milosevic is murder-suicided. Another long-serving manipulation mechanism. Recall Epstein’s murder-suicide; which this writer predicted.

To maintain the circus narrative; Mladic and other Serbs were captured, show-trialed and hidden in the prison system in England.

Similar reversed timelines and false blame were used by The US in; Iraq, Libya, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Syria.

FDA approval for the DARPA – Profusa implant will be delivered in 2021. The alleged testing and trials to commence. But as all such matters; the trials have already been conducted on paid volunteers, unknowing hidden victims, and US Military.

The US Military Athletes in Wuhan, were drawn from a non-specific unit sampling. The Non-Symptomatic had passed health requirements after contaminated vaccination. The Experts had lost control of their great works. As is almost always the case.

The guinea pigs were sent in the complement, but not specifically to infect The Chinese. Which is where the hoax developed the life of its own.

The source and contamination areas I wrote at the time. The Chinese spin on the origins of the SARS-CoV-2 Virus is correct, but the determined delivery is as I have written. Not consciously by victimized US Military or their hapless Expert handlers. The SARS-CoV-2 Virus was leaked from the Wuhan Facility by the Chinese. That part of the lunacy was to infect the foreign militaries in attendance, to it carry back.

The whole affair requires a pause with some lateral thought. My part is easier by analyzing Humint. The infection was passed by hard surface contact and small aerosol coughing not dropping to the ground.

The connected Profusa narrative to be eagerly sucked in by the herds is a means to detect the immune system fighting an infection, some three weeks before symptoms appear.

Even Trump cannot be fully trusted at this time. He keeps delivering variations on the theme of: if they knew sooner, and the Chinese should have told us about the Chinese Virus.

The Infodemic was an easy US spin with the evolved US Military Hoax, derived from the typical stupidity of the events. Recall the reasons for Operation Fishbowl.

The implant is a cocktail of a 3mm Hydrogel strip; ‘under-the-skin biosensing tracker to detect flu-like infections before their symptoms begin to show.‘

A network of polymer chains having already been tested in certain contact lenses and other implants, by other victims. The cocktail string also has an engineered molecule that sends a fluorescent signal, which is detected by an external device. Which in turn sends a signal to a database. And your doctor is then notified. And so the cute and digestible theory sings.

A spin-off advises that the gel does not give out any signal; that might be detected to give the positions of military. They will need to subsequently check-in through the second component electronic device. Sucked in by the Behind enemy lines, narrative.

The funds keep flowing from DARPA, The US Defence Department, BARDA, Trump, and The FDA. In 2016, one known Defence amount was $7.5 million. Profusa is a dark project. Funds can be delivered in many ways, including the indirect settlement of Profusa’s supply debts. It is in the fold of The Military-Industrial Complex. They will at least implant the punter classes of The US Military.

The reason Trump initially hid the profiteering insider trading stock plays by Feinstein and leading-edge Dems and GOPs, was because he was also involved. The prior airline stock plays just prior to 9/11, are matched by the more recent oil stock plays following The Saudi OPEC barrel price gymnastics and trickle-down confections of that complex market. As usual, the herd punter pays all the freight and maintains their owners in the generational style, to which they have become accustomed and to which they are entitled.

On 18/2/2019, Profusa CEO Ben Hwang, began selling the narrative of ‘Injectible Biosensors’. The health junkie target audience sucked it in and wanted more. So the hinges of; ‘Wellbeing’, ‘Imaging’, and ‘Advance Warnings’; were added.

The prior 2016 narrative of; ‘Tissue-Integrated biosensors for maintaining multiple body chemistries’; was reworked back into the 2019 spin. With Silicon Valley cohorts, it limits and controls its information. Which was last adjusted on 19/9/2019.

Profusa Inc. run by Ben Hwang; fronts a fascinating unrevealed interconnection with The Military Industrial Complex, The Usual Suspects, and Deep State, Congressional, Silicon Valley, and Chinese stakeholders.

A buzzing little; very well connected; biotechnology enterprise, hidden away at Suite 450, 5959 Horton St., Emeryville Ca. 94608.

A very interesting and connected Profusa Dramatis Personae. You won’t be misled by allowing your informed imagination to flow. The following is a condensation.

For technologies to have been developed elsewhere and suddenly appear at Profusa; or via other intermediaries; means ongoing links. Profusa is involved in the stock plays and massive handouts to Thermo-Fushervm and Roche. This is a scientific maze. Follow the money trail. I am purposely leaving out subsidiaries and confusing arms-length disguises.
SARS-CoV-2 Virus is multi-faceted. There is the real source and the postured source. The real release and the Expert accidental release. The real efforts funding, and the massive hidden frauds. Remember: this is a four trillion dollar fraud; at the least. The way to keep something quiet is to involve all the players in the payouts.

Ben Hwang is from Leroy Hood Labs at Caltech. He marketed their discoveries as Asia Pacific President of Life Technologies Corp., bought by Thermo-Fisher. Currently the biggest recipient of Trump largesse. And further linked to Johns Hopkins which has the vaccine. I recently detailed the connection. He is also connected to McKinsey as is Younis infra.

Bill McMillan is cofounder of Cepheid Inc (Nasdaq: CPHD) with Tom Gutshall infra.
Kersten Rebrin has marketed many medical products including for Microchips. She is connected to Roche. Also a massive recipient of the current Trump cash machine. She is connected to The N.I.Pirogov Medical University in Moscow.

Hesham Younis markets healthcare products, programs, and services. He is connected to Philips, GE Healthcare, and Harvard Medical School. Also to McKinsey as Hwang supra.
Sean Givens is a government-linked negotiator from Cellerant Therapeutics. He drew a $180 million payment from BARDA for Profusa. And this was before the games concerning SARS-CoV-2.

Soya Gamsley brought the technology for the glucose reactant fluorescent molecule in the Profusa Hydrogel Implant. There are some fifteen patents involving a number of researchers.

Bruce Smith is from Market XT Mortgage Broking and was VP for Instinct Corp. an Equity Trader in New York. The connection to Profusa. Joan Braddi is VP of Product Partnerships at Google Inc. William Frist; a former GOP Senate Majority Leader; is a partner in Cressey, a Private Equity Manager. He sits on many convenient boards and pushed through a lot of convenient legislation. He founded The Vanderbilt Transplant Centre, and Aspire Health. The US’s largest palliative care organization. Tom Gutshall is cofounder of NASDAQ listed Cepheid Inc. with Bill McMillan supra. He is President of CV Technologies and linked to the Sydtex agribusiness and pharmaceutical conglomerate.

Karen Liu is the founder of Bioventures Capital. Active in China healthcare venture investment from 2006; she is a partner in Kaiwu Capital Healthcare Investments, MD of CRCI Capital, and a senior executive of ‘3721’, internet search company, founded by Hongyi Zhou, and owned by Yahoo. She is also linked to McKinsey and Harvard, as others supra, and CKGSB Chung Kong School in China.

Trump needed to reverse the massive $200 odd trillion Unfunded Debt. Different to the $20 odd trillion public focussed component. Every one of his actions from 2017 has a second hidden agenda.

The China Affair concerning trade was not an issue of a Tariff War but; as I have written; an agreement allowing The US to reschedule $200 billion of its immediate default over a six month period.

He pulled away from all war footings. The Fed has been pumping their fictional $1.5 billion per day into the Repo Market. Among other plays I have previously detailed.

The US was bankrupted by the Dem pushed GOP inherited Vietnam War. Signaled by Russia and China. The defaults began in 1972. From at least the end of WWII, the US has been led by one war of attrition to another. From one failed Pillage and Plunder, to the next.

The USD has passed through one blackmailing fraud to the next. From Petrodollars to the division of the USD into Domestic and Foreign, to the necessary loss of its Bretton Woods, World Reserve Currency Status.

Apart from rescheduling; The US continues to default on its Treasury Paper. However it landed: the world inherited The SARS-CoV-2 Virus, and The US is responsible. Whatever the outcome The US should have remained in The CBRN Protocols, Treaties, and Agreements, and not moralized abrogation and played supreme entitled being. No one except fools ever believed the rhetoric of US Military and Economic supremacy. The US was destroyed at Potsdam. Every subsequent outing and attempted adventure since, only repeated that fact ad nauseam.

The wake of the current affair in The US, will leave the surviving stupid, with tutored practices destroying their built immune systems. The current death toll by Seasonal Influenza from 26,000 to 78,000 will rise to over 200,000. As immune systems are more and more compromised by the unnecessary ethic of induced cleanliness addiction. The correct hygiene balance is already lost, and cannot be retraced.
