A Hypothetical Hypothesis Regarding Cruelty

I have published various hypotheses in the past, but always with good research behind them. The ultra-modesty in the title of this article is meant to indicate that I have NO research for what I will now propose. Read it at the peril of wasting your time.

Circumstances lately have caused me to be aware of two rather widespread forms of cruelty. Which to tackle first? OK, it’s 4 days till Thanksgiving here in USA so I’ll deal first with Thanksgiving Cruelty.

Turkey Day

I am heading towards talking about political matters, so let me eliminate the type of unhappiness that comes when members of a family have to sit down to share a turkey but are at loggerheads regarding a family matter. (“Lenore should not have married Walter,” “Bob is crazy to appoint Bill as his executor”. Blah blah.) However painful such Thanksgivings are they have nothing to do with my hypothetical hypothesis (hereinunder HH).

Now we get closer with an example about 9-11. In November 2021, a very hospitable friend of mine was aware that many “truthers” were dreading the cold shoulder they might get from rellies for having spoken out about the 9-11 fraud. Twenty years onward! So she arranged a pot luck dinner at her house. I was to bring the cranberry sauce. But two nights before Thanksgiving, her basement got flooded. She called RotoRooter. They said they could not investigate till Friday. So she had to cancel our get-together.

In retrospect, the 2021 situation was mild – people did not act like they hated each other. But now we truthers are wondering if we have grown horns or something. Even without a turkey event, there is hate in the air. I am pleased that The Marjorie Taylor Greene blowup has at least made this discussable.

What has this to do with my HH? Wait till we discuss the other part of my HH. I am going to invoke neuroscience for both parts. I hypothesize that “someone somewhere” (cough, cough) has learned how to get inside the brain and fiddle with it, to cause two kinds of cruelty. The turkey-dinner ostracism isn’t horrendous. Granted, it does hurt. And it makes people feel unstable about everything since it is inexplicable by past experience. But it’s not in the same league as thuggery. So let me say my piece about thuggery.

Thuggery under Instruction

Bet you don’t know about this one. I did not know about it until this year, and I am 78 frickin’ years old. I am referring to the ease with which one person can murder another (who is not his enemy or his attacker). Or can throw acid in a child’s face. Or can arrange for a crowded train to go off its tracks. Etc.

Sure, I know some people are pugnacious, sneaky, and/or cruel in the ordinary sense of the word ‘cruel.’ I also know, as everyone knows, that there are people who are mentally ill or deluded, spaced out on drugs, whatever, who are perceiving the world differently from when they’re sober. I know that men beat their wives the world over. (Or they beat their dog if they don’t have a wife.) Some situations stimulate cruelty. Luckily, some sports siphon off some of the society’s need for violence. OK, but nowadays we have something new.

Nowadays we have thousands of people, maybe more, engaged in the task of being cruel UNDER INSTRUCTION. They are not spaced out. They are not wife beaters. They do not need to see a thriller in Manila. They carry out the assigned task with, um, I don’t know the word for it, maybe “amorality.”

They’re not the least bit held back by scruple — -even if earlier in the day they may have applauded a sermon on kindness. The episode of cruelty that they are now undertaking is – again, I don’t have a word for it – lacking in feeling. Hey, wait, isn’t that kind of unusual? Don’t we usually have a motive for hitting someone? Aren’t the basics of human behavior recorded in a book somewhere? Don’t we hit in self-defense, in rivalry, in punishment, or maybe to distract the victim while we steal his wallet?

What’s with this new crew of people who are acting Under Instruction?

OK, Guys, you’ve come this far in my HH, come a bit further while I discuss Janine, and then John. Both have given me permission to publish this.

Janine Jones

First, Janine Jones. She is in her 70s. For her first 32 years of life, she was never harmed by anyone. I would say she lived a privileged upper-class life in New Zealand. The only cruelty she ‘encountered’ was when she was at university in South Africa and saw Blacks being treated appallingly. But after age 32 she discovered that she had a brain implant — and that someone could give her a blast of electricity.

Clarification: I said I bring no research to this article. I mean I bring no testing of my new ‘neuroscience’ idea that people are “taking instructions” to be cruel. I have indeed researched the kind of targeting to which Janine is being subjected. And recently, a very smart victim, Ana Toledo, an attorney from Puerto Rico, has – thank God – started an organization called Targeted Justice (hereinunder TJ).

Just yesterday Ana’s TJ article at Substack.com included photos of her brain x-rays, and darned if they aren’t carbon copies of Janine Jones’ brain x-rays! I will provide them when I can, for your comparison. I’m a dorp when it comes to electronic cutting and pasting. Janine Jones knows that hers were implanted at birth in New Zealand, whereas Ana Toledo had all sorts of things put into her, in adulthood, when she underwent surgery. (Covered by Blue Cross?)

Now, before I leave the matter of “targeting electronically,” let me say that for both these gals, and for John (below), there is always an accompaniment of gang-stalking. At times it does no physical harm (though if you’re in the driver’s seat and cars around you are gang-stalking you, you surely can end up harmed). Frequently it is very intimidating, especially as the number of people coming at you, or following behind you, is itself frightening.

By the way, sometimes the gang-stalking is deliberately amusing. Blanche Chavoustie used to call it “street theatre.” She might be checking in for a doctor’s appointment and the nurse would say “Chavoustie, Chavoustie, rhymes with travesty,” and then go across the street to buy lunch with a credit card and the waitress would say “Chavoustie, Chavoistie, rhymes with travesty.”

John Kennedy

Now for John. He has not only been harmed, he has been a harmer. I have not yet had a chance to run my HH past him, in which I say that the cruelty is not accompanied by any feeling on the part of the cruel person. (I did not run that past Janine, either.) But John definitely says that when he harmed people, he was doing it under instruction. He had no personal desire to hurt anyone, and sometimes was ‘conscious enough’ to feel very bad about it, and occasionally refused.

Wait. Were these instructions written? Did a courier deliver them? Sometimes John’s main handler, code-named Wayne, accompanied him and told hm what to do. Other times the cue came from his – you guessed it – brain implant. In fact, he said his implant could cause him to get up suddenly in the middle of the night and attend to one of his chores, possibly including murder.

(I think Janine has no such history, but another friend of mine, Anastasia Sprout, recently told, publicly, of having killed a 6-year-old, Under Instruction, when she herself was 9 years old. It has taken her 40 years to face it.) Oh, and Janine says the speed at which she can fall asleep is amazing.

HH – It’s Not the Same As Mafia

Do you remember when Diane Keaton, starring in The Godfather, said she had had an abortion so she wouldn’t have to bring another child into this mafia family? OK, she herself had not been brought up mafia, but her husband and father-in-law had. Recognizing that The Godfather is fiction, I make the bold interpretation that those men did mean to be cruel. I mean they did mean to break a guy’s legs for non-payment of protection money.

At a stretch, you could say ‘Don’ was acting under his Group’s Instructions: “We’ve got to run our rackets neatly and this means letting every potential cheater know that non-payment means a broken leg.” Just maybe – if my HH proves to have value – it is the same neuroscience that let’s Don be unscrupulous, as let’s Ana Toledo’s targeters target her. Maybe one of them says “Gotta put food on the table for my kids so I’m gonna buzz this little remote here to give Ana a big zap.” (However, these are wage-earners, not part of the club.)

(I must reveal here that John’s bosses were a mixture of real mafia and real CIA. In fact, to some extent, HE was real mafia and real CIA. It’s too much to cover here. John and I wrote a book about it, called “The Historian’s Tale”, qv.)

Back to the Turkey Table

These subjects were covered above:

1. The mild hate that was aimed at Truthers in 2021 (it may have included some funny business with a flooded basement, but that’s not essential).

2. The sharper quality of hate today, enough to make one wonder if it isn’t peculiar.

3. That there is a new (?) type of thuggery out there that does not fit the standard motives (it’s not the product of rivalry, vengeance, etc); it is done with a lack of feeling.

4. Per the story of Janine Jones, it involves electronic targeting of a brain. Ana Toledo of TJ has collected stories of people in many countries with similar, horrific complaints. Note: I think the Cell Towers maybe soon be able to do it to us all, withut implants.

5. Gang stalking, in order to intimidate, is sometimes part of the targeting. Blanche Chavoustie, born 1938, suffered torture from childhood. (Note: her handler in Syracuse — are you sitting down? – was Allen Dulles.)

6. John Kennedy – who has much to tell and wants to tell you — yes, you – is willing to admit to some thuggery, full bore, and some, with reluctance. Always Under Instruction. (I mentioned Anastasia Sprout; she believes her Instructors worked via a cult.)

7. I conceded that unfeeling thuggery is well-established in the ranks of the mafia. But I tend to see this as explainable — part of the instinct to preserve one’s group’s source of wealth. Note: mafia violence is limited; their hitmen do not amputate penises.

So What?

Folks, I think I have got something going here. Please take it further. We have been told that Artificial Intelligence will change everything. We have been told that human nature will change. If a few people have initiated this, we need to find them and stop them. I have not, above, gone onto the details of the extreme wrongs done to Janine, Ana, John, Anastasia, but they want to tell you. They want us American citizens to stop acting like it isn’t happening. Or like there is no way to stop it.

I think you’ll agree that hatred is increasing in politics, and that some influencers want to beef this up. We should beef it down. I motioned someone Under Instructions, making a train go off its tracks. Remember when a train crash led to poison going into the Ohio River? “They” can do anything. “They” went into a town in Hawaii in 2023 and finished the inhabitants off in one fell swoop. And you were not allowed to talk about it. You can starve, too, just like Gazans. You can get zapped in the brain.

How about we discuss my HH? I say that “they” now have the ability to put anyone Under Instructions to be cruel. That includes your pastor and your grandmother — not a pretty sight. By the way, apart from killers, there are all those mean trollers out there. They are employed to do nothing but hate, all day, every day. I’ll bet we can fix this.
