RE: Open Letter Concerning the use of Police in the discriminatory targeting of certain groups during the current “Pandemic”

As a Senior Member of the New South Wales Police Force Public Order & Riot Squad(PORS), I have been involved in many large-scale events and protests since 2009. Until 2016, PORS Commander Chief Superintendent Steve Cullenran the unit in a manner that approached each mission, with consistency and without prejudice.

Since his departure, the unit appears to have been overrun by bureaucrats and we find ourselves in a situation where a once cohesive unit, has been replaced with uncertainty, division, and conflicts, driven by increased red-tape and competitiveness, causing the demise of good judgment in policing.

This situation has intensified during the declared National State of Emergency, as Police are asked to enforce arbitrary rules against the population, without any verifiable and objective scientific basis, in the name of public health and safety, often infringing upon basic human rights in the process. Excessive force is being deployed with increasing regularity, causing harm when it is apparently meant for good and the public is losing respect, trust, and faith in us.

I was shocked when I learned that New South Wales is NOT operating under a declared a State of Emergency. Yet the police are being compelled to enforce directions on the basis they do when it is clearly without these additional powers. This is contemptible and I have serious concerns over the legality of the infringement notices we are being asked to enforce and issue.

The response to COVID-19 and our directions are often confusing, so I make the point that if the enforcers are unclear, how can we expect the public to be. This has come from what appears to be a rushed response that is perplexing, and its after-effects are harmful on many levels.

I have read and researched the contents of the open letter sent by officer Alexander Cooney,dated October 26, 2020 [1] and I agree with its contents and echo its sentiments wholeheartedly and strongly support the motion to investigate these assertions and start questioning what is demanded of us, instead of yielding to demands, because they are clearly infringing upon human rights and coming from a place of bias and from those who are not representative or accountable to the people.

For example, we were instructed to assist with the BLM and Armenian protests, yet more recently we have been told to “make an example” of people protesting anything deemed to be anti-government, with a “get them quick” attitude. Use of terms like “anti-everything hippies” to describe these protestors, is indicative of the ever-increasing prejudice coming from above.

To further illustrate this concerning prejudice and unprofessional conduct, an Inspector of PORS, in a recent debrief about one of the “Anti Lockdown” protests, has made obscenely derogatory remarks about a child with her mother, who were peacefully protesting. This raises serious moral and ethical questions about the present state of the force and the potential dangers it poses to our State and country.

Furthermore, I have been involved in protests where directives given on the ground, have clearly put peaceful protestors and innocent bystanders in harm’s way and in direct conflict with the police. I am sure you would agree that having the support of the community is in our best interest.

When the NRL grand final was packed with a 40,000strong presence and permissions granted to the pub across the road to have its liquor licence extended to accept double patronage with over 1,000 people drinking. A constant flow of people heading into the precinct from the nearby train station, PORS were instructed to focus their attention on a small protest held in between those events that had to be broken up for alleged “safety reasons”. Anyone can see the blatant hypocrisy in such double standards and that there is another agenda at play and that it has nothing to do with public health and safety.

It appears that the medical establishment has taken over the decision making through unelected Chief Health Officers. Their decisions corner us into relenting to their demands, so questioning the factual basis of these decisions should be encouraged. If there is truly no conspiracy here, why aren’t we having the conversation? Why are we being silenced? Why are we being ostracised for having a differing view? Aren’t these issues the very cornerstone of our democracy?

When we assume a person has committed a crime, we conduct an investigation,yet when a citizen assumes wrongdoing by its government,it’s called a conspiracy theory. If this is not covert social conditioning, then I put it to you that we need to be openly discussing the points raised in Alexander Cooney’s letter.

In the Oath of Office, I swore that peace would be protected to the best of my power and all offences against that peace, defended faithfully to the law. I am aligned to this and the NSW Police Force statement of values which is about integrity, lawfulness, preserving human rights, improving community quality of life, striving for civil and personal satisfaction, capitalising on the wealth of human resources, while making efficient and economical use of public resources, and ensuring authority is exercised responsibly.

Infringements of peace are occurring right now and we must act to defend this and uphold our values, so as a self-respecting and proud officer of the NSW police, I cannot flout them by allowing this conduct to continue unchallenged. And as weeks have passed since Alexander Cooney’s open letter was received and clearly, no further probing of its contents done, I have accepted his challenge to write a similar letter and show my solidarity, in the hope that our requests will be taken seriously, so we can persuade positive change and restore community trust in our otherwise honourable police force.

  9. Seeing that Covid-19 does not exist, every law and regulation in regard to this pretended disease is illegal. Apart from the fact that most of the above do not correspond to “the ultimate law” of the country, The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia, they are also against our “human rights” recognised by the UNO, one of the instigators of the Covid scam.

    Every person fined should have their money refunded, with compensation along with any court fees and the records against them struck off.

    The politicians and Health Department Officers advising those politicians should ALL be charged with TREASON, as they were working under direction of foreign entities against the Australian Sovereign Peoples.

    We’re going to need lots more like them in both the police and military because, I think, that when the globalist traitors in the “government” and bureaucracy are threatened they will (already do) try to use the police and military to enforce their ideologies and protect themselves from the people as most collectivist tyrannies have done and do.

    The arch criminals have already got a contingency plan in place whereby they can invite foreign mercenary “peace keepers” to intimidate or “rub out” the non-compliant people.

    I really hope that there are a good number of basically good guys in all the forces that can recognise the enemy within and without. I still do not recommend noisy “demonstrations” where the people dissipate their righteous indignation in clamorous gatherings that can be easily infiltrated by agents to discredit them and that can be easily misrepresented by an hostile Media to discourage sympathy.

    No! We must keep our powder dry and carefully identify our friends and enemies so that when the time is right we can hit the enemy rooly, rooly hard.

      At previous campaigns before and after 2000,, the State had not been trying to keep us virtual, ie isolated and alone for months.

      Note that meeting at a demo, unlike naively using Zoom for online activism, can be monitored invisibly only if all present are naive enough to bring their mobiles and park all their cars nearby.

      Otherwise, the State must sent videographers to the site who must then film manually,. Or send choppers with tele-lens overhead. Both are very visible.

      Given the success of Jane Halton’s urging of Flooding the Media at the notorious pre-Covid rehearsal session in NY, the more joint clamour by non-normie non-sheeple the better.

          But as we saw on 5.09 in Melbourne, the young male tattooed demonstrator who got on page 1 of The Age as a photo of him wrestling with cops had no weapons and it is easy to shoot a photo of anyone once several uniforms have attacked him.

Somewhere along the line I had imbibed the opinion that he was discredited as a philosopher. I thought I’d better find out something about him before I got too scornful.             Well, that’s my point. Mobs, even with the best of intentions, can be manipulated and misrepresented by the hostile ideologues. What I am suggesting is that we need to be confident of what we’re on about and why. The “resistance” should be a quiet non conformity to oppressive “rules”. Anything that can be made to look confrontational will be exploited to make the police (and military) think that it’s their job to “put down “right wing” insurgencies”.

            This assault on civilisation has already reached proportions that I could not have imagined only a couple of years ago. The Fabian approach is being escalated to a “revolution” that will involve strife and violence as soon as the stage is properly set.

            30 odd years ago I knew a couple of bods in the military, one a high ranking officer from the SAS, the other a high ranking officer in the RAAF. Both of them, completely unknown to the other, told me that the main thrust of their training was not about repelling invaders but about putting down domestic insurgencies. We need these bods on our side. Don’t give the manipulators any excuse to con the police and military into thinking that their job is to protect the “government” from “right wing extremists”.

            Perhaps 30 years ago the “insurgents” might have been thought to be Communists; but that’s no longer the case.

            Anyhow, DS, my shares portfolio consists of a small number of shares in the local Co-op that doesn’t pay a dividend at all. Other than that I supplement my pension with an occasional part time job. I have no “investments” at all and my liquid assets (bank account) hovers between $1k and $7k depending on how much I’ve had to cough up recently.

          • I’d say that all public demonstrations are, by their very nature, “confrontational”.

            Personally, I’ve always been so inclined (e. g. as an 18 year-old relegated to the smokers haven on Sydney’s double-deck buses per lack of bottom-floor standing space I’d happily lean over every seated puffer to slam open every single window, so what if it was July!)

            But between then and now I’ve learnt enough to know that such a stance re the covid saga would inevitably result in more loss than gain.

            In other words I can well appreciate why the class action headed by Serene Teffaha isn’t seeking compensation for physical damages. As the very best that anyone can do re the PTB is to keep them at bay, everyone needs to be as discreet as possible

So far as getting the respective Commandants to pull their heads in it would be suffice to fire off a reminder that no extant restriction or requirement(the ones that protect freedom of movement and choice) can be legally bulldozed by a novel variety.

    Critical to remember that such individuals are operating on a very base/bestial level; they need a short, sharp shock: pleadings and arguments won’t go anywhere

      * Most officials being simply too caught up in implementing non-legislated policy to check the compatibility with what’s already been put through parliament.

Deploy yourself down there for a month or so and film and write up the experience, Julian Assange has made new children in the embassy so it’s time you pitched in.
            You can be the key player now, so do not shirk. Action speaks louder than words.

    • Again, I find myself somewhat in acceptance of what the PTB are trying to do. I’m not taking the vaccine, however, I will not stop any dumb-ass from taking it. I may even encourage it for such people.

      • The way I see it, the richer people get, the more preoccupied they are with keeping their wealth, getting rid of useless eaters is one way to cut government spending but reducing everyone to submissive slaves is better, hence the OH&S programs of the last 25 years or more, designed to make everyone too scared to do anything, new generations are brought up like this, next they want to own your DNA, and lock you out of society if you don’t comply. How are you going to pay the council rates, when they rezone your hobby farm to residential. You have to declare war on city hall. You can’t have kids, they won’t be allowed in school, and you can’t pay the fees anyway. So you just die off with your “old normal” way of thinking.
        It’s nearly enough to make me move to the Ozarks.
