Action, Part 3: Committee for the Prosecution of Pandemic Criminals

I invite five sober adults to join a committee. Perhaps the pandemic of 2020 was “arranged” for nefarious purposes. If that is so, the arrangers should be charged with crimes.  The committee would prepare a charge sheet and offer it to a legislature, an attorney general, and a court to deal with it.

A different matter, which the committee will not busy itself with, is the possibility of torts related to the pandemic.  Any aggrieved party can fil a lawsuit seeking damages if he or she sustained any injury as a result of the pandemic.  In Australia, attorney Serene Treffaha has already prepared a class-action lawsuit, which includes such torts (injuries) as: loss of business due to lockdowns, and loss of family contact if nursing homes did not allow visitors.  (See AdvocateMe.com)

Another legal move is to seek, from a court, a restraining order against a government or private organization, forbidding it to demand that the person (the “plaintiff’) do such-and-such. As an example, one might sue a school that refuses to enroll an unvaccinated child. I myself have filed for a restraining order against the US government in regard to a potential mandatory “vax” for Covid-19 (see Maxwell v Secretary of Defense, case # 20-cv-01193).

The title “grass court” was meant to suggest that people could run a court case on their front lawn for an audience of neighbors (somewhat like the “moot court” trials performed in law school competitions). But here in this article, I am not pursuing a make-believe court — I mean the real thing.

No moves toward prosecution were happening at the time I released the book in 2020. That’s understandable as official prosecutors are unfortunately unwilling to bring charges.  However, a group of citizens (mostly doctors) in Germany has now created a case related to “crimes against humanity.”  A group in Israel has created a case against the violators of the Nuremberg Code, which proscribes human experimentation. Both of these moves have big symbolic value.

Now let me identify 36 complaints about apparent wrongdoing related to the pandemic.  Note: my stating a complaint here does not mean that it’s my complaint – these have been published in the alternative press by many critics. As to whether criminality is involved, and prosecution appropriate, please await further discussion below; this is just a laundry list. And it is not exhaustive.

Part One: Complaints about the “Findings” That the Covid Disease Exists

#1. People are said to be “Covid cases” if they test positive yet are asymptomatic (show no signs of being ill). This is not normal. Medical professionals label someone a “case” only when they have symptoms.

#2. The CDC sent instructions to all doctors saying they should mark on a death certificate that a person died of Covid if he died “with Covid” (based on having tested positive). The real cause of death may have been, say, cancer.

#3. Thanks to #2, all death statistics in 2020 became meaningless. Not only would the number of Covid deaths be dishonestly high, the number of cancer deaths would be dishonestly low.

[Maxwell: To repeat: these are not my statements, though I may agree with them, and their being laid out here does not indicate that they have provable merit.]

#4. The so-called test for Covid that is being administered worldwide is the based on the technique of PCR – polymerase chain reaction.  Its inventor, Nobel Prize winner, Kary Mullis, said it should not be used for diagnosis; it won’t yield the truth.  Mullis died in 2019.

#5. When a city or state, publishes that it has had, say, 90,000 positives for Covid, it usually fails to mention that many of the tests were done on the same person. A group of 35,000 people could be the basis for those 90,000 positives.

Part Two: Complaints about Suppression of a Cure for Covid-19

#6. Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) has been used successfully to treat Covid-like illness for many years in many nations. Yet doctors were advised not to prescribe it in 2020.

#7. The drug known as Ivermectin has a near-perfect record of curing Covid-type symptoms. Yet its use is being heavily criticized. [Note: It does not act alone; it needs the help of, for example, zinc and an antibiotic.]

#8. India, with a 1.5 billion population, is using medicines like HCQ and Ivermectin successfully, but other governments do not mention this.

Part Three: Complaints about the Censoring of Medical Criticism

#9. The following methods are being used to stop critical discussion of Covid: the forbidding of meetings (as is inherent in some governmental Covid restrictions such as a travel ban and the requirement of social distancing); the de-registering of doctors who speak out;  the rejecting by medical journals of critical articles; the de-platforming of whole news outlets or websites that provide any anti-orthodox discussion of Covid; and MSM (mainstream media)’s ridiculing of persons, including a US president, who speak out contrary to the party line.

#10. YouTube, trying to prevent a discussion that 5G technology may be accelerating the pandemic, does not allow people to speak the word “5G.”

#11. Even a doctor’s testimony about cures at a US Senate hearing got blacked out by the Internet (although it remains in the Congressional Record – we hope).

#12. The Children’s Health Defense website, run by RFK, Jr a long-time expositor of vaccine injury to children, says that under its recent Twitter remark, Twitter itself posted a warning that the material was misinformation.

Part Four: Complaints about Lockdowns and Quarantine

#13. The lockdown discriminated against small businesses. Small non-food shops were required to close while big department stores with a grocery section, such as Walmart or Target, were allowed to stay open and also sell non-food items.

#14. The lockdown of food-processing plants and the disruption of supply chains will cause a disastrous shortage of food later on.

#15. The lockdown of small business has caused more than 40% of owners in the US to end their businesses permanently.

#16. The workers in many lock-downed businesses are having to live without pay.

#17. The tax base of cities and states has fallen due to lockdown and thus many governments will go bankrupt.

#18. The quarantine related to nursing homes means that elderly people cannot have the comfort of social contact with family or friends, and this has added to their deterioration.

Part Five: Complaints about Mask-wearing and Social Distancing

#19. There is no scientific basis for mask-wearing; it was never done in the past for flu.

#20. Masks are unhealthy – they cause a person’s exhaled material to come back at him.

#21. Masks are not needed for children, as it is agreed that Covid does not attack people under age 12.

#22. Masks prevent people socializing, as facial expression is a major part of communication.

#23. What is the point of social distancing if the people are masked?

#24. Social distancing is based on the haphazard claim that aerosol particles from an infected person can travel 6 feet.

[Maxwell: I was recently on a plane where we sat shoulder-to-shoulder, as always. The steward said, over the loudspeaker, “When you walk in the aisle to approach the restroom, be sure to stay 6 feet apart.”]

#25. Social distancing blocks the First Amendment right to assemble peaceably to seek redress of grievances.

#26. Social distancing means major ceremonies such as weddings and funerals cannot proceed.

[Maxwell: I read an instruction to brides in the UK “If your father is taking you down the aisle, he must stay two meters (6 feet) from you, or if you live in the same household, one meter.”]

Part Six: Complaints about Covid Vaccines

#27. Everyone has a right to make choices about his own health; under the US Constitution, he cannot be forcibly vaccinated.

#28.  The 2020 and 2021 permissions that were granted in the US by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) were not “approvals.” Rather they invoked a rule about giving EUA – emergency use approval.  There is no actual emergency, as 99% of people who get Covid recover completely.

#29. The vaccines so far receiving EUA form the FDA are not really vaccines.   They work by acting on the “RNA” and may alter the DNA of future offspring.

#30. Testing for a new vaccine takes about 5 years; part of that time is spent doing animal studies and part is spent waiting to see, among human volunteers, if there are undesirable consequences. The Covid vaccines were created in months.

#31. As there were no proper tests done, no person can give informed consent to be vaccinated.  “Informed” means you have been told what the consequences are.

Part Seven: Complaints about a Vaccine Passport and Surveillance

#32.  In 2021, there has started to be some requirement for a vaccine passport.  In April, the Parliament of the European Union voted 468-203 to require such a thing for travel.

#33. So far the passport is on paper but Bill Gates is planning to have it appear in the body, like a chip but using only nano-particles.  That proposed “internal passport” can transmit data outward, revealing a lot about you, and it can receive data sent to it by the government, such as recording that you have received a booster shot.

#34. Businesses will be able to access the information in your “passport” – such as whether you have been vaccinated, and act on it, such as by saying yes or no to your request to board a bus.

#35. Once such a physically-inserted thing is in existence, you can be tracked at all times. (In the past, some people gave their employer permission to track them via an old-fashioned chip.)

#36. Information sent to it could include a sort of report card on your behavior. (“She has been standing close to others, not social distancing.”)

Lack of Conspiracy Theory in the above List of 36 Complaints

There you have it, without any conspiracy theory, that is without anything woo-woo, and without any attribution of corrupt motive to any player. Your anti-conspiracy-theory neighbor should be willing to read it. He could read it in the light of all measures having been well-intentioned.

For instance, Twitter’s warnings about RFK could be taken as a genuine concern for readers’ health. The inserting of an internal passport could be seen as just one more step in the marvelous progress of electronic record keeping. (And, if used for policing, could be seen as a good protection against the baddies in our population.) The instruction to the bride’s father could be may have been some bureaucrat’s OCD, yet based on an overall wise attempt to stop the spread of disease. Are you with me?

Still, while your neighbor is reading the 36 complaints, he should feel a bit accusatory when he reads, in #3, that hospitals or vital-statistics officers, have allowed the nation’s compilation of annual health facts to get screwed up, irreparably, by inaccurate reporting.

When he reads #5, he should be annoyed that the reporter did not bother to say “90,000 positives in 35,000 people.”

Re #6, even if he is the most eager believer in Covid-19, he should question why Ivermectin, a cure that has worked for years on Covid-like cases, should be advised against. (As in “I’m like Huh?”)

Re #11, he should be truly insulted that anything at a senate hearing got blocked out by Internet, as this implies that he is not intelligent enough to hear both sides of a story.

Re #14, he should be angry that some people have foreseen a food shortage caused by lockdowns, and yet no one has “looked out for his health” by warning him about this potentially lethal problem.

Re #20, if it’s generally true that mask-wearing is bad, why is he being forced to wear one – don’t we usually compare risks and benefits?

Re #28, why does the mass media say that the vaccine manufacturers won FDA approval, when really they only got “emergency usage” for an unapproved drug.  And what was the criteria for “emergency?”

Re #31, he should ask “Hey, if there was no possible informed consent, how did I give informed consent?”

In general, he should have sensed, throughout the pandemic, that it’s odd for educated citizens to surrender, so readily, the habit of open debate.  He grew up seeing two sides of a story put forth, including health matters — such as, whether a mother-to-be is wiser to do at-home birth with a midwife, than check into a hospital. Nobody said “We can’t talk about that and Twitter should add a disclaimer about misinformation.”

And who is Twitter to be the fount of knowledge in health matters? And doesn’t every citizen have a good old Ralph Nader consumer right to buy Ivermectin if it suits his fancy? He can buy unhealthy food at McDonald’s, can’t he? Has government ever placed a team of cops at McDonald’s door to restrain him?

Now Let’s Look at Conspiratorial Aspects

I begin this section by saying that conspiracy theorists – like myself — should boast of the contribution we are making to society. Why do my colleagues admit to it only in private?  Why bow to a “nobler set” who try to protect the world from us?  Zheesh!

My conspiracy theory of the 2020 pandemic is that it was entirely conjured up.

Oh, but didn’t Aunt Hilda die from it at age 88?  See above. She probably died from something else — very likely the flu, which took about the same number of souls in 2018 as Covid did in 2020.

You only have to read “Covid-19: The Great Reset,” a book by Klaus Schwab and Thierry Malleret, which plainly states that the goal of the pandemic is to reset the economy.  All will be centralized and controlled.

Or listen to Bill Gates describe the internal passport.  It’s a way for your behavior to be constrained by a need for money. That is, if government gives you a bad mark on your report card, it can also tell a bank to prevent your withdrawing your own money based on your low “social credit score.”

Come on, people, how will you be able to prevent such a Great Reset from coming into existence if you are persuaded to keep your eyes off of “conspiracy theory”?

My conspiracy theory of the pandemic also says that even though 2020 saw no increase in world deaths (the statistics having been “entirely conjured up”), I believe epidemics can and do occur by malicious intent.  I described some past ones in my book Consider the Lilies, and there will be new ones soon. Note: The Pentagon is proud of its arsenal of bioweaponry, paid for by you.

The Rockefeller Foundation, in its 2014 report, constructed a model of a pandemic by showing one that occurred – fictitiously — in 2012. The RF narrative about 2012 turned out to be a perfect description of the 2020 Covid pandemic. But with one exception: in the 2012 fictitious model, a second wave kills young people in big numbers. They just keel over.

For me, that sort of amazing prescience, like Orwell’s 1984 scenario, is based on Insider knowledge. I presume the Rockefeller Foundation knows what will be coming at us in 2021 or 2022 — young people dying suddenly.

An aspect of Covid that attracts the epithet “conspiratorial” is the way it favors World Government over national sovereignty. But any American who isn’t aware of the move towards World Government is just ignorant. Since 1945 or earlier, the US has yielded much of its sovereignty – openly, such as by joining NATO.  Even the US president did not balk at the World Health Organization seeming to call the shots in March 2020 by issuing a declaration of emergency that led to the Lockdown.

To recap: I listed 36 complaints that are based on observable facts, exclusively. Then I appended some of my views that are aptly called conspiracy theory.

US Crimes of Treason, Genocide, Conspiracy to Deprive of Civil Rights, and Major Fraud against the US

I think there has been massive criminality.  Isn’t it time we grew up and faced that, either as a nation or as a world?  Is there any advantage in choosing the “polite” response of silence? As Naomi Wolf has pointed out, in a rather alarming way, this is a time-limited opportunity.  If the total-surveillance plan becomes reality, your ability to escape will be nil. Today’s the day!

Below is the codified federal law against treason, genocide, conspiracy to deprive of rights, and major fraud against the US, any of which could make for charges related to the pandemic:

Treason, at 18 USC 2381 (only applicable to US nationals):

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Genocide, at 18 USC 1091 (applicable to US nationals and to foreigners if the genocide took place in the US) 

(a) Whoever, whether in time of peace or in time of war and with the specific intent to destroy, in whole or in substantial part, a national .. group

(1) kills members of that group; (2) causes serious bodily injury to members of that group;…

(5) imposes measures intended to prevent births within the group; or (b) The punishment for an offense under subsection (a) is— (1) in the case of an offense … where death results, by death or imprisonment for life and a fine of not more than $1,000,000, or both; and (2) a fine of not more than $1,000,000 or imprisonment for not more than twenty years, or both, in any other case.

(e) There is jurisdiction over the offenses described in subsections (a) … if— (1) the offense is committed in whole or in part within the United States; or (2) regardless of where the offense is committed, the alleged offender is (A) a national of the United States (B) an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the United States ….

Conspiring To Deprive of Civil Rights, at 18 USC 241 

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed … they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Major Fraud against the United States, at 18 USC 1031

(a) Whoever knowingly executes, or attempts to execute, any scheme or artifice with the intent— (1) to defraud the United States; … subject to the applicability of subsection (c) of this section, be fined not more than $1,000,000, or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both…. (e) In determining the amount of the fine, the court shall consider … (1) the need to reflect the seriousness of the offense, including the harm or loss to the victim and the gain to the defendant; (2) whether the defendant previously has been fined for a similar offense; and (3) any other pertinent equitable considerations….

(f) A prosecution of an offense under this section may be commenced any time not later than 7 years after the offense is committed, plus any additional time otherwise allowed by law.

The normal procedure is for investigations to begin in the US Department of Justice, but you wouldn’t want to be holding your breath waiting for DoJ action. It’s up to you to start the ball rolling.

Note:  Under the material witness act, suspects can be arrested without any charge being laid, per 18 USC 3144: “If it appears from an affidavit filed by a party that the testimony of a person is material in a criminal proceeding, and if it is shown that it may become impracticable to secure the presence of the person by subpoena, a judicial officer may order the arrest of the person ….  No material witness may be detained … if the testimony of such witness can adequately be secured by deposition, and if further detention is not necessary to prevent a failure of justice.”

    As a PROPHYLACTIC when tested with the 800 doctors and front-line medical staff they took it, and not one became positive. (no antibiotics)
    Of the sample — those who didn’t take Ivermectin 57% became Cov-positive.

    Zinc is advised all thru. Think the antibiotics are when people are already advanced and Ivermectiin is used for late stage.

    The wonderful thing is that is combats all variants.

    They trialed 20 – 30x dosage with no adverse effects.

      And of course I chopped out of the list of 36 the Jon Rappaport (and Mal Hughes) biggie, which is that there is no Covid to test for. Some academic has offered a cash prize to the first person who isolates it.

      I am really trying hard to make this article palatable to the Believers.

  3. Thank you, Mary, I have to read this at least twice.

    My choice is not to get the “vaccine” but my husband, 81 years old, quite stubborn in a conventional way with trust in authorities and with pre-existing medical conditions, will get his second Pfizer shot this Saturday despite my efforts to offer an alternative look of the plandemic. I’m praying he’ll have no side effects or negative health or life consequences.

    Edward Snowden, the whistleblower who leaked information on America’s National Security Agency, has warned that governments may use the coronavirus to curtail freedoms.

    Snowden, in an interview with Vice, said that governments may take advantage of the pandemic to impose authoritarian rules on populations.

    Snowden said, “As authoritarianism spreads, as emergency laws proliferate, as we sacrifice our rights, we also sacrifice our capability to arrest the slide into a less liberal and less free world.

    “Do you truly believe that when the first wave, this second wave, the 16th wave of the coronavirus is a long-forgotten memory, that these capabilities will not be kept? That these datasets will not be kept?”

    Snowden warned that while Governments may have good intentions as they build technologies such as contact-tracing apps, they are building what he describes as “the architecture of oppression”.

      RE Snowden’s remarks I’d argue that the capabilities of and data collected by the State Departments is not the problem. It’s the fact that there’s never any means of holding the respective bureaucrats to account i. e. the fact that they’re invariably manned by those whose personal issues are such they’d be incapable of holding down a job anywhere else.

      No need to argue the medical pros and cons of vaccination; the risk goes to any sort of government in( any sort of politicisation of) any aspect of health

        I’ve seen the same scrambling of issues re education. Manipulating/exploiting the fundamental principles of survival is bound to have a deleterious effect on those who’re trying to survive, but it’s the disease, not the symptoms, that needs to be addressed

  4. Dee Boss, I know that you have a full plate (piled higher and higher), but when you get around to it, please do me this favor. Of the 4 laws above, I placed treason and genocide first, but please change that –place the fraud and civil rights laws first. That would better align with the article’s layout which puts the “ordinary complaints” first.

    Thus, one may see that some of the 36 complaints could attract a prosecution as fraud (e.g., the EUA stuff), and some could attract a prosecution as civil rights blockage — e.g., freedom of speech.

    Later in the piece, re my confessions of conspiracy theory, we can invoke the laws against treason and genocide. If the whole Lockdown was a game to bring on the Reset, that is surely treason. And if, as I suspect, there is a plan to knock out some of the population via vax death, then ya gutcha genocide.

  7. Berry, as regards Dr Sherri Tenpenny, she was not refused a visa, to come to Oz and lecture about vax, but a bunch of hotels cancelled her venue, so she stayed in USA. I wrote a song, to the tune of Botany Bay:

    Not everyone knows about Jenner. The inventor of vaccine was a fraud, He caused much more smallpox than he prevented. And it’s like that today, swear to God.

    Some doctors have questioned my sanity. The Gold Coast and Brisbane did, too. But where is the commonsense in all of this: Twenty shots before your child reaches two?

    Pharmaceuticals provide package inserts. You’ll find them quite shocking, I say. They admit they’ve done no safety studies! That’s what I must tell parents today.

    Now mind, all ye young dukes and duchesses, Better listen what I’ve got to say, Your immune system is the Lord’s handiwork, It’s got no plans to be going away.

  8. My understanding is that that fraudulent organisation WHO, although quoted as declaring the covid as a pandemic, in actuality stated in their declaration that “it can be characterised as a pandemic.”

    To be clear, has anyone any evidence that WHO declared that it was a pandemic, which is totally different to declaring that it is in the character of a pandemic.

    One may look like it is a pandemic, by isn’t, and the other version states that it is a pandemic.

    That ignoramuses and deceivers claim that WHO called it a pandemic does not mean that WHO did such.
    But now it is generally stated that they said it is a pandemic.

    Someone is being disingenuous with words for effect.

    Which means a simple remedy might exist by filling “show cause” as to why rights and liberties are being infringed.

  9. I was speaking to a health professional on Wednesday. He told me that there is a group of hp’s that are very concerned for their practises, Health Industry will not provide information of what exactly is in the “vaccine”. Their worry is if a patient comes down with say, thrombosis or blood clots, then the professional will be blamed and not the “vaccine”. This will blow back on their business and insurance.

    Speaking of insurance, I sent email this morning to WA Health Minister:

    I have been informed that in some countries, if a person has been injected with the Covid “vaccine” (which it is not) any life insurance and health insurance policy they hold is null and void.       The other night we watched a very good YouTube video called “From Babylon To America,”

      A young man explains many things, it is a little slow but the most important part to me was the connection and power between the Vatican and the U.S. and Europe.     • I whole-heartedly support any anti-censorship ideas and infrastructure. I am not a big believer in conspiracies, although I am not offended by those who theorize their existence. Corruption is usually limited to small “cells” because once they grow any larger, some loose lips start sinking the ship. I used to work at various gov’t labs in the USA (where I still live), and the largest scale conspiracy I saw was a 3 million dollar SBIR (research grant) being used for purposes other than what it was supposed to be used for. About 6 people were involved. 7 including me- I have to admit that I signed an NDA in exchange for a pitiful amount of money.. basically about a half years salary. Oh well.

      If any large scale conspiracy exists, it will be eventually penetrated by moles / whistleblowers like Snowden, who will illuminate its practices to the rest of us. To make up your mind on the existence of such large nefarious groups without sufficient evidence is a sign of a mind that can only handle absolutist ideaologies, one that is very uncomfortable when faced with uncertainty or nuance. I can say “I suspect some shadowy group is out there, molesting kids and covering their trail afterward.” But until that group joins the few that have had been proven to do such things (like the Catholic Church, for instance, with over 10K known cases of child sexual abuse) – we may as well just focus on building support networks and infrastructure to enable whistleblowers to find good evidence.

    • I heard one of those under-the-breath royal commentators mention Phillip started off with a blocked artery years ago … went on with a heart condition … hospitalised for 2 weeks in February for “an infection”, he sounds like he was ripe for blood clots and infections, the needle would have been a death sentence, maybe it’s all workshopped out anyway, Charles is too old too, they can all go to club med now. According to the satanist watchers, “they” can’t wait to get William and Catherine on the throne. Calculated to improve TV ratings I suppose.

    • So theoretically humans can achieve the same sort of “negligible senescence” as lobsters and a few other species on the planet. It is an exciting time to be growing up if you know that- it sort of throws the gauntlet down for those young’ins. They can become genomics researchers, or just try to get filthy rich enough to be able to afford such a plasmid or retro-virus based treatment that would enable such an almost-eternal life.

      Of course, it won’t be for everybody- and thats a good thing, too. Our planet can’t sustain larger populations without a dramatic change in governmental structures – there are plenty of starving people already on the planet. One way to go would be to require a donation of, say, 1 million dollars to your local government to get a longevity treatment. Another would be to only allow Nobel prize winners access. Of course we could also (try to) ban the creation of such things, like we banned human cloning and stem cell research long ago.

      Don’t get your panties wrapped up in a bunch because of what a few alarmist dittoheads said. We have plenty of people who willingly donate their bodies to science, ostensibly including kids- and our governments don’t need to go out killing people in order to get enough material. They just have to wait for the next idiot to inject him/herself with bleach, or get hit by lightning, run over by a car, etc.
