Introduction by Dee Mclachlan, and Media Release by Mishka Hudson
Operation Noetics was a complex, two-year investigation into people that were allegedly “stealing” children, who were actually protecting children from sexual abuse. Certain Ministers had been made aware of the children’s predicaments, but chose to ignore them. This eventually led to the publicized arrests of Patrick O’Dea, and William Russell Pridgeon, a physician, in Grafton, NSW, by the the Australian Federal Police.
In a Courier-Mail October 18, 2018 article, entitled, “GP, friends allegedly helped women steal children and hide from police,” Renee Viellaris wrote:
“An alleged criminal syndicate with links to the 2016 federal election was swooped on in raids across the country yesterday… The children were stolen by their mothers after marriage breakdowns or custody disputes with fathers.”
But the real story is about authorities not listening to abused children, and about the crimes against these children being concealed?
As part of the arrests, a number of people that have been in communication with the doctor and others, were raided by the AFP. Another search happened again this week — but at the airport.
Mishka Hudson
Mishka has been a tireless advocate for protective parents involved in family violence cases. Last August she organised a national summit with other charities to improve responses to family violence, and met with Minister Steven Andrews (one Nation) and Shadow Minister for Family Violence, Steven Bennett. For her efforts and connections, she was one of these people raided last year. In an email drop (6 December, 2018), after the raid of her home, she wrote:
“I would mention the fact that the execution of the search warrant on my home was a vexatious abuse of process, as I am apparently, according to the AFP, only a potential witness, and was not offered the opportunity to attend an interview with the AFP investigators prior to the highly unlawful search of my entire family and brothers workplace.”
She further wrote, “There has been no due process throughout Operation NO ETHICS. I believe this brings the administration of justice into disrepute.”
Traveling Back from Bali
Then earlier this week — 2 July 2019 — Mishka was traveling back from Bali. At Melbourne airport, Tullamarine-based AFP officers detained her and wanted to copy her phone.
On being questioned, they confirmed that it was the officers leading Operation Noetics who ordered Border Control to detain her, and copy all data from her phone on July 2nd this week.
Border Control told Mishka they were just following orders, and could not offer a probable cause or presentation of a warrant when requested. They urged her to report the incident to IBAC.
It’s a precarious business fighting to help children. And now for Mishka’s media release:
Mishka’s Media Release
Mishka is a family advocate and potential witness in the Operation Noetics AFP investigation, where controversially, a parent and grandparent have been charged with stealing their own children. These caregivers strongly claim that they were protecting their children from high risk family court orders, which placed these children at significant risk of harm.
She alleges that the AFP are interfering with a potential witness, namely herself, involved in the AFP Operation Noetics through using Orwellian intimidation tactics similar to those seen in the recent ABC raids. She believes that this is to hide the misconduct and gravely flawed police investigations and heavily biased wider operation which is protecting alleged perpetrators of significant child abuse.
A CCC [Crime and Corruption Commission, Queensland] report supports that some officers involved in investigating the alleged child abuse raised through Operation Noetics, failed to conduct adequate investigations and were ordered to participate in further training.
Mishka states,
“It is my informed belief that there is significant misconduct and potentially criminal activity, perpetrated by some members of the AFP.”
“These officers currently contribute to the many dysfunctional judgments coming out of the Family Court as they are simply not performing their duty of care, with impartiality or adequate investigatory technique.
“Many outrageous injustices have been clearly detailed through the recent Australian Law Reform Commission, ALRC, family law review.”
Mishka states,
”I have viewed evidence to support that some officers have proven conflicts of interest with alleged perpetrators, and in some cases, have absolutely refused to investigate claims of serious child abuse. They have intentionally dismissed evidence such as independent psychologist reports, the child’s own recollections and medical injuries.
“It is in the public interest to remedy situations where ineffective police officers fail to adequately investigate child abuse and violence.”
Pockets of the AFP who benefit from the status quo, are using intimidation tactics in an attempt to shut down exposure by family advocates and whistle-blowers, of their failure to adequately investigate abuse claims and protect children”.
Tullamarine-based AFP officers confirmed that it was the officers leading Operation Noetics who ordered Border Control to detain Mishka, and copy all data from her phone on July 2nd this week. Border Control told Mishka they were just following orders, and could not offer a probable cause or presentation of a warrant when requested.
AFP through Operation Noetics also executed a very broad search warrant, on Mishka’s family home last October, again refusing to provide any reasoning for this warrant when requested.
Mishka states,
“The lack of genuine intent to conduct rigorous investigations into allegations of abuse, leaves many protective parents unable to provide evidence to satisfy the family court, usually resulting in a reversal of custody to the alleged perpetrator. These determinations are destroying children’s lives, and are the basis for our urgent need for a Royal Commission into the family law system.
“I strongly suggest that police integrity, impartiality, investigative technique, accountability and improved oversight are included through the terms of reference, throughout any proposed Royal Commission into the Family Court.”
UPDATE:
Mishka was interviewed on the week-end.
I seriously doubt that Operation Noetics officers have the authority to order Border Control to do anything and everything else strikes me as being as lawless as all hell
I just hope that Dr. Pridgeon’s rep. is cluey/gutsy enough to stick it in their faces
This is more an attack on whistle blowers an advocates who support children and protective parents ,this whole operation is appalling .
I myself had interim custody of my grandson ,there was no recovery order nor a contravention order ,the ones child stealing where actually the police as at the time of removing the child ,child safety was not present and nor was a warrent produced .
This is only the tip of the Iceburg of what went down ,what I can say is that this Operation has contained many activities by authorities and there is evidence to back it up.
The harassment toward my self and other is uncalled for .
Hi Berry, Border Force confirmed they could not provide me with any probable cause or search warrant. The airport AFP confirmed that it was definitely the AFP officers in charge of Operation Noetics that ordered Border Force to conduct this search and download all data on my ph. As I am deemed a ‘potential witness’ in this operation I view this order as attempted intimidation, interference with a witness and a grave abuse of power.
So what is I B A C ?
No idea.
Some sought of social control untreatable bacteria?
Hi Berry IBAC is an Independant anti corruption investigative body in Victoria; https://www.ibac.vic.gov.au/
Somehow the word IBAC, even if bacterial, sounds nicer that the SA equivalent ICAC. Independent Commission against Corruption.
“I cack. Do you cack?”
According to this write-up Borderforce & and the AFP started operating as one Department 18 months ago:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Department_of_Home_Affairs_(Australia)
(I do recall Dee drawing attention to Peter Dutton’s massive portfolio but I didn’t quite connect the dots)
My understanding is that all government departments have a prescribed hierarchy re initiating any action against anyone and my experience is that it’s virtually never followed. Tracking down exactly who told who to do what would probably be the simplest way of pinpointing the legal status of what took place.
I can’t see how such a matter could possibly fall within the jurisdiction of a State-run entity; such agencies are usually worse than useless in any case
Unfortunately most of the reading I’ve done on this terrible, shameful and egregious crime as caused me to conclude that the pedo thing has been drive from the top down. Those who sit atop of the human pyramid have, it seems, all sorts of weird and sick ideas about the life enhancing value of pedophiliaic, satanic, ritual and cannibalistic activities.
It seems that human flesh when filled with Adrenalin is very invigorating and enlivening. Notice how the queens ‘sprightliness’ regularly gets a mention.
One might like to consider reading an article about an electrician who was required to go into the queens personal kitchen, very closely supervised by two long trusted cops.
Key Griggs provides a detailed account of how very innocent “drinks with the boys” upon promotion, become a confrontation with her husbands consciousness as he attended promotion celebrations as a result of moving moving up through the ranks in the US milit-tree, to the rank of colonel.
Kay found him naked and dead on the front lawn of their house one morning.
The tools the military uses. The power of the military and other secret and not so secret organizations, to infiltrate private, very private and the super secret to ensnare, entrap and enforce required behaviours through rewards and punishments to gain obedience and conformity.
The power of the faceless people far above them atop the human pyramid who can make their black evilness permeate all the way down the human chain.
The lure of lavish rewards and the fear of the searing pain of punishment is more than enough to assure that things that have to be done get done and then keep silent about it despite the moral dilemma for mere mortals. Mere mortals who just want to take care of their families and hope upon hope that what they do to other peoples kids is never done to their own.
How can this ever be anything else than a downward spiral for the spiritual uplifting, refinement and development of the human race?……
But then; what am I prepared to about it or am I no better than anyone else?
Hi Kevin you may help by sharing this far and wide, tia:)
Well, Police Officers. authorities protecting evil R soles.
Do you have young children, young nieces and nephews, do you lot care for them?
Think on what you are doing, for whom and why?
Waste of time asking this question to the msm and politicians, planning on funds to finance their next election.
Cowards and betrayers come to mind.
Today, I have been informed (SMH) that a ‘relative’ in the NSW parliament does not even acknowledge correspondence from, we of family, who have to put up with her on family occasions and are too polite to mention thus.
Now Ms. whoever, as leader of the NSW opposition, has gifted her a shadow post of some sought.
Personally, I would not wish to be in her company on any family occasions. We {Me} are tired of being diplomatic and may God have mercy on her and her ilk.
I am witnessing, first hand, a idiot being promoted to a responsible cause beyond her experience and acknowledgement of reality.
We need a system recording ALL correspondence to ALL representatives and their responses, edited for electorates and subjects.
A bit off topic but sadly connected.

Mishka, How did “they” know you would be traveling that day?
Hi Mary, I travelled to Bali to meet friends. Once you leave Australia all whistleblowers are flagged through passports etc
Dear Mishka, I think you could sue on that very point alone. A whistleblower is not a criminal, so should not be “flagged.”
Of course I think you could sue the Tullamarine-based police, as individuals, for breaking the law to invade your privacy. Privacy is a very precious possession.
And now that they have, say, the photos from your cell-phone-camera, where will these be stored? Many of them, if not all of them, are likely 100% unrelated to the family violence issue that you are advocating about.
I, too, am a whistle blower. I just took a glance at the photos on my camera and don’t see any that bear on the issues about which I whistle-blow. For example, I don’t have any photos of judges telling lies. Some, though are shots of my actual whistle-blowing: e.g., a photo of me giving a lecture about false-flags.
I encourage you to start some kind of Freedom of Information request to track the issue regarding your stolen photos. Find out what what right we citizens have to demand the AFP’s forfeiture of any shots that are of zero law enforcement value to Australia.
(Again, that’s all separate from their crime, if so it be, of intimidating a witness.)
Thanks for the article.
Yes Mishka I can verify that as I have experienced it and I know hundreds of targeted individuals who are not criminals who are “flagged,” harassed, followed on a daily basis.
To sue or start some FOI is what “they” want–
“Find out what right we citizens have to demand the AFP’s forfeiture of any shots that are of zero law enforcement value to Australia.” is this a comment from the
Mary I know. We have no Rights when it comes to AFP.
Yes, Diane, it’s the dinki di Mary. In fact it’s Mary at her mariest. OF COURSE we have rights.
Dee, the guy in the photo wearing blue gloves. Why is his face pixelated? I have heard (but not researched) that its is fully permitted to take photos of police acting in the line of duty.
I recently re-watched Fiona Barnett’s ITNJ Testimony to the Tribunal and I noted several names and places were cut, I wondered what the legal criteria was for this. EYE OPENING ITNJ TESTIMONY FROM FIONA BARNETT

Closed Cases
National Child Protection Alliance (‘NCPA’) v Commonwealth of Australia
[Case 2015-02-NCPA]
In late December 2015, the ITNJ accepted a formal application from the National Child Protection Alliance (’NCPA’), which was seeking a declaration that the Australian Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) and its implementation via the Family Courts, the judiciary, the legal system and law enforcement are in direct breach of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (‘UNCRC’). The NCPA was also seeking a recommendation from the ITNJ that legislative changes be made within Australia to better recognise the rights of children. The Respondent in this matter was the Commonwealth of Australia.
Diane, I don’t think we need legislative changes to better recognize the rights of children. It’s already in the legislation. All we need is to not have criminals wearing judicial robes.
Firstly, we all need to understand that the AFP was originally set up to protect politicians from the anger and contempt of the people… ref Billy Hughes getting pelted with rotten eggs and fruit for promoting conscription in WWI
Secondly, we need to be aware the AFP uses torture on uncharged captives… witness the innocent man dragged into a transit van and kept at the point of asphixiation for several hours during the Haneef cover-up.
Thirdly, the AFP knowingly employees criminals.
That they protect paedophiles should supprise nobody.
Finally, when the nation’s political structure is irredeemably corrupt, this trickles down throught the system. Unsurprisingly, all state and territory police services are both corrupt and incompetent. All public servants are now unaccountable.. Just write to one and see the non-response.
The system is fucked and cannot be fixed.
Sadly corruption rules here . Many snoops from eastern europe came here in the nineties .
They have all been rewarded for their training in treachery and deception . It’s always the 10% that make life difficult for everyone . As long as there are secret societies in every suburb here things can only get worse .
Totally agree with every point Tony. Especially last sentence.
Tony and Diane, Last November 4 we had an article on Haneef. It started with:
It sometimes “pays” to fight City Hall. In 2007, during the reign of John Howard, the lowly visa-holder Dr Muhhamed Haneef had some big names arrayed against him — Attorney General Philip Ruddock and Commonwealth DPP Damian Bugg, not to mention the heavily-armed AFP. (Haneef got compo.)
My heart goes out to each and everyone suffering these injustices, just tried to comment using my email but could not, and it got deleted was a long post too, darn it. Two years ago my oldest daughter started disclosing ritualistic abuse which I had no idea had happened, now I can connect the dots of everything that has happened to MKultra operatives and handlers, my own abuse, how all my children got abused, some of it in reappraisals for me advocating for childrens rights and past victims. I had to have an operation while with one handler, and not long after got very sick with Lyme/Morgellons and much of my memories are sketchy with all the details I had memorized. How ever I will not comply and shut up. I hate living in fear, but I hate living with this knowledge and not doing anything more. I am still amazed that I survived to learn about all this, to understand it, and yes the future is getting scary Orwellian tactics, people implanted with chips and illegal harassment which they seem to get away with. LOVE you Mishka, stay safe and strong
Sad and mad to hear that you have been through this harrassment and appalling treatment Mishka when all you have ever done has been in the best interests of vulnerable children and innocent people who have been targeted and unjustly treated every step of the way by those meant to uphold the law. I was at the event with you in Melbourne and learnt so much from the amazing people I met that night. It was an eye opening, educational and life changing experience for me to have met so many amazing advocates who are out there doing their best to protect our children. I went on to make friends for life that weekend. I was with you again in Brisbane last year and I will continue to stand with you in your plight for justice. Keep up the amazing work you are doing and I do hope you are now left in peace to continue your journey to justice. Thinking of you and sending lots of strength, hugs and love… so proud of you!
I travel a lot but am based in Melbourne due to my “disorders” invisible brain injury I need to meet face to face Miaaimmia, Angela, Mishka et al, be good to meet up — ddevere77@gmail .com
Something I thought of and slim chance I know but; what law states that child custody issues must be heard in the family court to the exclusion of all other courts ?
