Editor’s note: This letter was sent to the President of the Philippines.

DEAR President Duterte,

I write as a very concerned Australian Citizen on behalf of ‘GC’* who has lived in Australia for some 25 years and who has suffered massive human rights abuse by the Australian Government. I am a member of the Family Preservation Network and have CC’d other concerned members into this email.

GC is a Filipino citizen and has always been a good member of society, a good TRUE Christian; an excellent father and husband, and an asset to Australia. However, the Western World, Australia, NZ, USA, UK Holland, etc., etc., has been taken over by private interest groups who have implemented a “cash for kids” paedophile system called Out of Home Care.  GC has been caught up in this evil system.

Globally more and more children are being taken for no good reason on the grounds they are at “risk of significant harm” and then placed in a secret court system where under legislation no one can speak in public of these matters.

In 2010, Nancy Schaefer, a Georgia state senator in the US, was murdered for speaking out and this was covered up as a murder/suicide.

This OUT OF HOME CARE (OOHC) system generate some $5 billion a year in Australia alone.

Children are taken on grounds of hearsay and rumour and rarely is there a genuine risk. Globally the complaints are the same showing this system is linked.

Government reports and other studies show that children in this (satanic) system do far worse than children at home. They are sexually assaulted and murdered at a much higher rate than if they were with their parents. Many times when parents ask the government child safety department for help, the help given is to steal the children away. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED to GC!

GC went to FACS (NSW Family And Community Services) now DCJ (Department of Community and Justice) to ask them for help as he believed an uncle of his wife had abused his wife when she was a child. As a result, and without any justification, both his children were seized and now for some 7 or 8 years ‘GC’ has lost everything fighting to regain them. He has spent in the vicinity of $300,000.

As a result of substandard legal aid given to parents and because the Courts are rubber stamps for abuse, GC lost his children of grounds that simply did not exist and were based on departmental lies.

These children in effect are being trafficked by government.

The organisation they were trafficked to, “CHALLENGE” a so-called NOT FOR PROFIT, did a secret deal with Government by all accounts, where, without public tender they were given hundreds of children to look after in the OOHC system and the income of that “charity” skyrocketed.

These children are referred to as “FINANCIAL UNITS” on FACS own website and their worth to the system is on a sliding scale. A healthy child starts at around $43,000 per year. Of that the carer gets around $12,000. The care AGENCY gets the balance. The agencies have been told by government to get adoption rates up or lose the funding — so you can see the incentive to steal children and keep them from loving families for life.

If stealing GC’s children was not enough, the Government has imprisoned GC and intends to deport him. HIS CRIME? SPEAKING OUT ABOUT THE KIDNAPPING AND TRAFFICKING OF HIS CHILDREN BY THE AUSTRALIAN AUTHORITIES!

GC spoke out against this corruption and human rights abuse, and the theft of children and probable sexual abuse of them in government “care”. For that he was imprisoned for some 18 months and now has been told his VISA WILL BE CANCELLED and he will [most likely] be DEPORTED.

Clearly, this will prevent him from ever holding these child stealers to account.

It is outrageous and unfair. What is equally outrageous is that the prosecution in the matter to attempt to have his conviction annulled is not the Police or the DPP, but DCJ or the Department of Communities and Justices, the VERY people that took his children and the SAME Department that stands about the Court systems itself AND legal aid which hapless victims like GC are given to fight them.

Some associates and I have been trying to assist GC. We have appealed his immigration visa cancellation. We are trying to get his conviction annulled and overturned. However, we need your help to bring to light this grave human rights abuse by Australia and it’s various governments against decent people like GC. This matter cannot be allowed to stand.

Currently, they are pressuring GC to take parole so he can be released from prison and sent to Villawood detention centre to be deported.

They will tell you he had a proper hearing in Court. This is nonsense. The courts are rubber stamps for the theft and trafficking of children. The money is in removal, not restoration.

An entire privatised system has been set up around this. GC is in a PRIVATE PRISON. His kids are in a PRIVATE FOSTER CARE setting. If a parent loses their job because of the distress of having kids taken they go into a PRIVATE JOB SEARCH SYSTEM.

These people across the western world have deviously set up a satanic cradle to grave privatised welfare system that starts with the theft of children and ends with the guardianship orders over the elderly where they fleece the estates of elderly people deemed to be “at risk”.

The Australian Government complains of abuses by States such as China or Iran and hide their own abuses against innocent people like GC and his children.

The Governments of Australia are aware of the terrible outcomes for children once taken and refuse to do anything about it. The industry of child “protection” is financially so massive that no one cares about the children or families.

This is TRULY a STATE ORGANISED KIDS FOR CASH PAEDOPHILE SYSTEM.

You can truly make a difference by throwing light on what has been done to GC. Please raise this matter in you Parliament, in your MEDIA and with the Australian authorities and help us get GC out of prison and back with his children

This man did nothing wrong EXCEPT being an ethnic minority in Australia. These departments are notorious for targeting minorities and the disadvantaged as they are easy marks for their trafficking system.

This man has not even seen his children now for THREE YEARS! How can this be justified? They took his children on insufficient grounds. This was rubber stamped by a Court system that is set up to aid the trafficking of children for profit. He lost his job his family his savings and his freedom and now they seek to deport him.

He is currently in [deleted] Prison NSW and his MIN number is [deleted] His date of birth is [deleted]. I have attached the warrant for his arrest and other documents including a recent letter one of our members has sent to the Prime Minister Scott Morrison and the application Pastor Paul made to immigration on behalf of GC to try to get his deportation overturned.  The web address of the Family preservation Network is Family Preservation Network (fpn.net.au).

I thank you for listening and hope you can do all you can to assist GC to be both released from prison and the threat of deportation and reunite him with his children. Clearly, his children need to be returned to his loving care before the government does more damage. GC is also in my view entitled to be compensated for what the Australian Government has done to him.

  1. One has to understand how tax-payer money is being used against Australian children.

    As the protective parent you may or may not have money when your child is removed from you. In most cases the child is removed on such flimsy grounds. This could be on the word of a social worker that a child is removed. Try evict and steal someone’s house and see how the law protects you. Very difficult. But stealing a child from a parent can be done with one FABRICATED REPORT.

    Now that the child was unwarrantedly removed, the parent might spend all their life savings to rectify that situation. But BEWARE. The government has a billion dollars in their fund. They can keep fighting and debilitating — funding CHILD LAWYERS to act against the child. There is no end to the money pit.

    They are using your money (this to all readers) in funding high paid crown barristers and high paid executives and social workers to destroy the life of Australian children. This is the most diabolic state of affairs, but it takes a long time to understand what is ACTUALLY happening.

    Graeme has provided an excellent precis for a foreign government to understand the abuses in this country.

I actually obtain and am more than happy to share one of these malicious damning lying 24 pg reports that were compiled by a third party independent organisation called the Arcadian group near Dubbo ( who certainly have blood on their hands!) … …….. This report was requested and paid for by NGOS Samaritans, where this report was supposed to be discussed with our lawyer on 4 occasions however, the matter was swept under the carpet briefly until a true narcissist from Samaritans along with self serving Samaritans hierarchy who were also selling and pawning children on behalf of the NSW Minister & FaCS IMO decided to use this vile report against myself (a foster Carer at the time) to have the children in our supposed forever care removed to unknown yet suddenly sourced kin folk (as was the case for many children sold by NGOS & FaC$) … … The sheer acts of bastardry used to which I also now have the evidence of would be most beneficial for GC I believe! What I a find truly amazing yet alarming is the severity of the concealed corruption and contradictions within DCJ where as you know Dee many children have been and are removed because a parent smokes pot or grows for their own personal or medical use! ….. However, the children I have also spent over $100k fighting for where allowed by FaCS/ DCJ to spend weekends in a “known” drug house ( manufacture and supply) with an abusive parent and allowed to be pawned by their incarcerated father where the parent, new Carers/ kin, Samaritans, FaCS, The Office of Senior Practitioner, Kids Guardian & Commissioner, Ombudsman and Police have all allowed these children to be forcibly removed from our care and sold with a dollar figure on their heads because of deals gone down as a get out of gaol early scheme! …… Samaritans stole and disposed of all the children’s special/ sentimental belongings as well as denying the children 152 being the entirety of their so called legal rights, including the fact that the children or ourselves have never been allowed to have contact with each other since their forced removal almost 4 yrs ago…. Plus let’s not forget the fact that all these same Government Officials & departments all ignored the fact that Samaritans staff “ deleted evidence during” a child sexual abuse investigation, hence child/ren never got heard in the very best interest of Samaritans and FaCS! Lastly, ordinary very vanilla people like myself don’t get our phones and electronic devices tapped unless we are sitting on way to much information and you ask the hard questions about William Tyrell and other now deceased and failed children for example! Or you dare to poke that all important and influential bear and let them all know you have spoken to Gary Jubelin plus written a tell all submission to the Coroner 😉. Once again I am very happy to share and support my matter of fact evidence with anyone, fighting these verminous Machiavellian bastards!

    • Hey, Dee, at the end of that article is a link to a US House of Reps Resolution dated Sept 18, 2018. It contains this proposal (though no law was enacted to make it happen):

      (1) child safety is the first priority of custody and parenting adjudications, and courts should resolve safety risks and claims of family violence first, as a fundamental consideration, before assessing other best interest factors;

      (2) all evidence admitted in custody and parenting adjudications should be subject to evidentiary admissibility standards;

      (3) evidence from court-affiliated or appointed fee-paid professionals regarding adult or child abuse allegations in custody cases should be admitted only when the professional possesses documented expertise and experience in the relevant types of abuse, trauma, and the behaviors of victims and perpetrators;..

    The first interview is a hour and half and I have only once referred to Juan only to have tv comment and falsely claim that Juan claim he was John jnr.
    In the interview from about half way Juan spends time referring to child abuse, slavery etc.
    Note that Juan refers to a Jewish principle, but it applies to all, there is a Christian prayer that expresses the same principle (in short, God give me strength to change what is necessary that I can and the wisdom to know what I cannot change) the simple answer is to do what one can in one’s circumstances, despite how small is the act.

          • I went to enter the bank in town and an officious looking person at the door dressed in black pulled me up and let me know that I have to wear a face mask. I replied that I have a medical exemption and waved some rolled up A4.The person then requested to see it and I replied that I don’t have to show it to you. So the next thing I was told to wait while the person sought the manager. A few seconds later I was waved in, did what I had to do and walked out no problem.
