Arrest the Law Breakers Now. Why Wait? (And a Request for Tradies To Assist Us)

We need to change our focus.  To spend time looking for what is in the vaccine, or outing the guys who have made billions from patents is just sooo 2020.

Fact: some members of the public can’t handle the idea that Operation Covid is malicious.  Some genuinely believe you need hand sanitizer, mask, boosters, etc. We are not going to get anywhere trying to enlighten them, so just leave them out of the equation.

It then comes down to us versus them. “Us” is all who have normal intelligence and normal morals, and can recognize homicide or manslaughter when we see it.  And we are seeing it.

Naturally, we are not used to the stark fact that a large portion of the government, and of science, has gone rogue.  But they clearly have. THE MERE FACT THAT THEY SILENCE CRITICS IS ENOUGH TO TELL YOU WE ARE IN A NEW BALLPARK. So we need to adjust our thinking, quickly.

The situation is not fantastically different from the past.  We have always had baddies.  And there are many ways to deal with that. Basically, you identify who they are and you round them up.  The type of punishment does not matter (as its deterrent purpose is irrelevant in this emergency.) What matters is to round them up so as to stop them from continuing their ever-escalating crimes.

Men Arising

Until there was such a thing as a paid police force — 1820 for Robert Peele’s “bobbies” in London — there were posse’s of able-bodied men. In fact, if you saw a crime happening, you were OBLIGED to raise the hue and cry and chase after the baddy. I will quote the judge in the 1854 NSW case of R v Eliott — just to make you feel sure:

“The Law of England makes every man an officer to arrest a Traitor or Felon, and all persons of Competent Age, who are present where treason or felony is committed or a dangerous wound is given, are bound to apprehend the Offender on pain of being fined and imprisoned for their neglect; they are also bound to raise Hue and Cry, and pursue him; and every private person is bound to assist an officer demanding his help for the taking of a Felon …  if the Offender flees and cannot be otherwise apprehended, and is killed, it is in them Justifiable Homicide, but in all these cases it is essential that a Felony should have been committed, or that a Hue and Cry has been raised.” [Emphasis added]

A felony has definitely been committed re vax.  We know — just to use a rather mild example — that people have been given the vaccine

The Too-Lite Approach

Do not, repeat DO NOT, think that there is any justification whatsoever, for vax manslaugther along the lines of “We need to lie so they would take this vax protection for their own good.” No sincere leader would do that.

Also, DO NOT go down the path of soft lawsuits.  Right now, Robert F Kennedy, Jr — who has been working hard since the 1980s to get bad contents of vaccines removed, is asking for volunteer plaintiffs in Washington DC whose children (age 11-18) are to be vaccinated at school without parental permission — or even parental knowledge.

RFK, Jr is right to seek the court’s help, but as we now see that the courts won’t help — and as any DC child could undergo a life-harming event, very soon, it is wrong to take that too-lite approach.

As I said, we are not used to the thing that is currently occurring. The age-old tendency is to wait to see what happens.  DON’T DO THAT.

The Madman of Victoria

Now I change the subject to premier Dan Andrews.  He is out of his cotton-pickin’. He is not the full quid. He needs to be arrested under the section of the law that allows a dangerous person to be taken away from the place where he could cause harm. ELEMENTARY, MY DEAR WATSON. (Trying to wangle a leadership spill in Parliament is OK but we also should grab responsibility.)

I have just been informed by Dee McLachlan that the government of Australia has today announced that any Australian who “escapes” [my word] from Oz will not be let back in later.  No matter if they were born in Wagga Wagga NSW, of Quorn SA, or in my case Boston USA.

This is mad. It can’t have anything to do with health.  Don’t ignore it or joke about it.  If the government can do something baselessly like this — and you let them get away with it — there is nothing to prevent them making a further announcement tomorrow that all male children under age 2 must be beheaded, all wheat-growing must stop, or whatever.

Indeed the more queer the proposal, the more people give up. They moan “I guess my old way of expecting public morality has ceased. We are entering La La Land.  Quel pity.”

Nonsense.

The Courts Stealing Children

Now I change the subject again. (Not really).

You who regularly read GumshoeNews.com may be under the impression that what you see here is also being told elsewhere. Very often it is not. Please recall my book Reunion: Judging the Family Court. (It’s a free download at the top of Gumshoes’s masthead — click on the word “Books.”)

That book contains many of the articles I wrote for Gumshoe. I do not mince words.  I say that the judges, both of the Family Court (which is commonwealth, except in WA) and the states’ various Childrens Courts, are crucial participants in the child-stealing racket.

Sure, people complain about the kids who suffer from the long arm of the CPS. Cops can come to your home and steal your kids WITHOUT CAUSE Many psychologists and lawyers are complicit in this terrible crime. But without the final signature by the judge, it could not happen.

Don’t sit back and say ho-hum.  Arrest the judges. Oh. Won’t that amount to showing disrespect to the court or to the justice system generally?  Are you kidding?  What could better indicate respect for the court than to clean out these creeps?

I think I have said this a dozen times at Gumshoe: Judges do not enjoy any immunity from criminal prosecution. Legislators don’t either. What they do have is statutory immunity in regard to lawsuits. I agree with that — they need freedom for being held liable for decisions they must make on the job every day.

The ones who are sending kids off to be abused (STANDARD OFFICE PROCEDURE) should be arrested, just as you or I should be arrested if we did that. Merely the crime of kidnap can be applied.

Tradies, Hi There. Can You Give Us a Hand?

Citizen arrest is legal.  If “they” tell you it isn’t, they are committing a crime right then and there — “perversion of the course of justice.”  Note: such giving of false information, which is a tort (you can sue) is akin to telling patients the vax has been safety tested. Geez.

Do we all have to act like 12-year-olds and accept that citizen arrest is now a crime because, say, NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller says it is?  I have not heard that Mick has actually pronounced that, but in 2019 he decided that cops had a right to arrest someone on “predictive crime” and/or fixation.  Recall the article in which I claimed that I am a fixated person and looked forward to being arrested at the airport when I re-entered Oz.

It is good to see the Orange Vests having a go at the premier for closing down all construction work until the tradies get vaxxed. THANK YOU, TRADIES.

Tradies, we need your help with the child stealers.  No, not drug addicts or sexual perverts — judges. Guess what, Tradies, there is a legal principle to suit every important social interaction.  It took centuries to come up with this stuff and it is expressed pithily in “law maxims.” The maxim you need today is Necessitas non habet legem — Necessity has no law. Or to put it another way “If the people who are legitimately in charge — basically, government — cannot act against murderers, any person can apply the most sensible answer he/he can think of.”

The urgency of a situation speaks for itself.

Meanwhile, in America, such persons as Keith Harmon Snow (a former worker on genocides in Africa) go at it. As we have seen, Carol Woods in UK did her best by telling the truth — for which she was put in a mental hospital.

I worry for Wilfred Wong a former barrister, now in Wrexham Prison, UK, for doing something along the same line as Dr Russell Pridgeon in Australia — rescuing kids.  But in Wong’s case, he used the forbidden word “Satanic” so he had to be bigly shut up. Anyone who does not believe reports of the satanic use of children needs to spend $35 today, ordering Joachim Hagopian’s huge book Satan and Pedophilia, in 5 volumes. The research was largely assisted by the late Robert David Steele. Volume 4 alone has four thousand — count ’em, 4,000 — footnotes.

Summary

Nesessitas non habet legem. We are in an emergency. Laughing about it is not on. All sanity has departed from governmental pronouncements. Yesterday, James O’Neill’s article at Gumshoe lamented (rightly) the lack of an independent foreign policy n Australia.  Of course, there is an equal dearth of independent health policy. Or an independent child protection policy.  It’s all run from outside.  The aim of Canberra is to please some global bosses.  This is treason on the part of the Oz government (and most governments; I believe treason is blatant in the US; see my book Prosecution for Treason.

Hell could freeze over while nations wait for this issue to be resolved by the authorities. Ain’t gonna happen.  We all have to pitch in and be patriotic. Will it be hard?  Of course! Am I inciting?  You bet.  I am inciting that the law and decency be defended, at whatever cost.

  3. This morning the crooked TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) has changed their guidelines, now quaxxine peddlers are ALLOWED to provide incentives, eg, free beer, lottery tickets etc.
    TGA I think is part of the Dept of Health which is run by Greg Hunt whose family is reportedly in the business of manufacturing quaxxine ingredients such as graphene … any conflict of interest here, POLITICIANS ??? You may all be wilfully as blind as bats but CAN YOU AT LEAST SEE ANY CONFLICT OF INTEREST ???

  9. Look at this. It is true everywhere. People with power can remove themselves from all places where you may contact them.

    So if we were to say to this citizen (holding the papers) that he should follow the required protocol, and thus not be able to deliver his subpoena (or whatever he is trying to serve) we would be telling him THAT HE CANNOT RELY ON LAW AS THERE IS NO LONGER RULE OF LAW.

    There is Rule by the Fairy King.

    (But if they want to serve a subpoena on you, they can do so.)

  10. Don’t like to criticise any creeds or hues, we are all brothers and sisters, no matter how hard the days ahead become. Violence, won’t do us any favours, they have all the guns and global mercenaries enforcing the pain.     • Actually the drugged driving issue outlined in the 1st 10 minutes has no doubt increased since the vax roll-out but it’s actually been around since Big Pharma 1st got a foothold.

      Last year I was was given a bottomless pregablin script for sciatic pain. As s bit of research proved that driving under the influence is not advisable I’ve only taken 6 doses, but the facilitating Dr. never said a word about any side-effects and there’s no warning on the box either.

      Most medics are surprised by the fact that, at age 70, I’m not on any regular drugs.

    We are told climate protests all over the world, one such televised by MSM featuring climate superstar Greta Thunderbox, reading her lines “We are the change etc” written by Soros, Rockerfella Foundation et al for ulterior motives discussed elsewhere.
    It’s interesting to consider how the freeway style of city design led by post-war Los Angeles works to the benefit of oil moguls Rockerfellas. Just infiltrate local councils and shut down the shop-house model of local small business. Kill off corner greengrocers, buy all the supermarkets, get everyone to drive there and park at the mega mall. Forced out of local business they drive an hour to work. Government is prevailed upon to build autobahns everywhere, following Hitler’s design c. 1930’s.
    All to the interest of Rockerfellas biggest industries, Exxon, Chevron and all of the brand names Caltex and what-have-you. The entire model of newer metropolises such as Perth and Brisbane based upon this heavy traffic dependence philosophy, and stamping out traditional local business such as shop-houses. Look at the economies of a shop-house, no security is required, very little parking is required, commuting is not required, opening hours are completely flexible, regulators are not required as they will generally self-regulate, traditional tax systems just measure the width of the shop front and charge accordingly. Now this model is destroyed in every way possible including the most recent tax innovation “GST” which imposes a different tax regime on houses and shops, so in a shop house your lower floor would be GST liable (or deduction) and your living space over would be GST exempt. If half the space over head was used for storage you would have to split the stairs according to hours used, possibly local regulations would require separate stairs, depending on activities, for example pet cat living above a deli. A huge building is commissioned in each “Local Government Area” and this is called “Planning Department” which is full of architecture graduates who had no uncle to start them off. Armed with a massive and expanding library of regulations architects and planners extract the maximum commissions at the outset of any project. They produce little of value, and enforce homogeneity which is tweaked to demand a pretence of individuality, which requires even more “professional” input.
    All factors have “conspired” to wreck the shop-house model and push everyone towards mega-malls and the beneficiary is Rockerfellas picking up $50 per week extra from everyone at the petrol pump. By appealing to the vulgar, with the crass mega malls, society gets turned away from self-sufficiency and perverted toward the service of its masters, the Rockerfellas and their gang, which includes Bushs (Scherff) and Gates (over a century), Fords, Carnegies, DuPonts, the same crowd raking it all in.
    To the climate paranoid, do you still think these traffic jams came about by chance … ? Cui bono.
    And now the people who brought you the problem bring you the solution.
    Create a problem, fix the problem, one of the best business models ever invented.

        • Well there is one useful thing on abc.net and that is a sourdough recipe I paste here ( at the risk of chatting ) for the benefit of survivalist Schulze, in this video they are making a fast-breeding type of natural yeast complex, my normal way is a slower one which I throw in ordinary dried yeast, I also grind up the flour fresh but there’s a million different ways of doing these things

          • It was a pretty good article, but I didn’t get the “A Dutch oven”

            I used to bake bread out in the bush in a real ‘Dutch oven’ over a trench fire. The guys loved a fresh baked loaf out in the bush, it was far better than any lightweight, commercial ‘loaf’ of bread.

            My first loaf of bread was when I was sailing to Hawaii. After about 2 weeks we had run out of commercial bread. I took a look at the recipe book and what we had on hand and I baked two loafs of bread. The smell of the baking bread filled the boat and we almost went savage on getting a slice for ourselves.

Wow, amazing, just watched a bit of US PBS NewsHour on our crooked Australian SBS network, I don’t know if I will ever look at PBS NewsHour again after the torrent of lies that poured out in a few short minutes, they were basically saying that the Arizona audit was looking for bamboo fibers because the ballots supposedly came from China and added all sorts of whacky made-up stories to make the audit sound unnecessary and incompetent and capped it all by saying the audit showed Biden won, with this last claim they were cherry picking a story that Biden picked up a few hundred votes due to human error. But they also threw in that a lot of election officials had retired after death threats and that a lot of other states (PA, WI, GE named) were starting their own forms of audits.
    It’s always good to get confirmation from the opposition. So, there must be a slew of lawsuits going to arise just out of this one audit, against officials and the media, here is a good chance for quick promotions if legal types want to be on the winning side, sharpen up your snout and get it in the trough. Trump will win and every day the disaster gets worse for Resident Biden. The supporters of the crime network backing the Biden administration will be getting locked up, losing their houses and other proceeds of crime, losing their jobs and standing, losing their friends, losing their sleep.
    It’s going to be a torturous slow death for hundreds or more likely thousands of them.

Well you see Rockerfella’s BigPharma told us through their sales rep Mr Trumble that if we didn’t we would lose access to all their other cutting edge products and so we have pre-ordered all the quaxxines and have to justify this expense by using them, so a great many will have to be put through the “foreign aid” budget if we can find enough 3rd world dictators who want to depopulate their country’s minorities with a quaxxine mandate instead of outright ethnic cleansing, from here it looks like we should be able to achieve this, and when Rockerfellas raise the bar another notch in 3 years for “SPARS” pandemic, who knows where I’ll be, maybe Washington, maybe Geneva !!!
