Campaign Papers #2: GAP For the Restoration of the Commonwealth

40

[Editor’s note: The second Party to contact us is the Great Australian Party.]

The Great Australian Party is about getting our government back under the control of the Commonwealth Constitution Act 1901.

Our Party is led by Senator-in-exile, Rodney Culleton from Williams in Western Australia.  He, our Candidate Daryl O’Brian and our candidate Wayne Glew from WA are all very well   versed in the Commonwealth Constitution.

The Commonwealth Constitution dictates that we are the “Supreme, Absolute, Uncontrollable Authority” in this country.  As such, it is now high time to give the power back to the people of this great country and that is what “The Great Australian Party” is all about!

Some of our policies are:

1.Taxation reform consistent with the Commonwealth Constitution.

  • As inherited, all taxes are voluntary for all subjects of the Commonwealth – all public infrastructure to be funded by the National Estate (All commodities and natural resources within the Commonwealth of Australia).
  • We will show that the entire country can be successfully funded through the correct taxation of corporations without the need for people to pay personal income tax.
  • The source of this funding shall be through consolidated revenue according to the Commonwealth Constitution.

2. Bank reform back to the provisions in the Commonwealth Constitution.

  • Revert the current Reserve Bank of Australia back the old public Commonwealth bank, so as to eliminate the fraud currently committed by the private banks.
  • Re-establish the safety net that was the public Commonwealth Bank, ensuring that people’s savings are sured up by the Commonwealth Bank.

3. Local Government reform.

  • Eliminate local councils’ ability to operate as defacto third tiers of government and re-naming them accordingly – ie. removing the word “government”.

4. Legislator reform in line with the Commonwealth Constitution.

  • The legislator of any legislation must be in accordance with Section 1 of the Commonwealth Constitution, until otherwise changed by Referendum.
  • We will also promote an elected Head of Power to ensure that all laws follow due process and that all laws can show their authority for creation.

5. Focus law enforcement on eliminating true crimes– ie. any that create an actual victim – and stop punishing innocent subjects for fake crimes against The State where no victim exists – eg. traffic fines, and prohibition against consumables (eg. marijuana.)

  • Eliminate any uncorroborated evidence being admitted to court.
  • We will promote election of all judicial officers as opposed to them being promoted by The State and thus, creating a conflict of interest.
  • We will enforce the use of Grand Juries as the mainstay of any indictable offence.

6. Adhere to Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights– ie. no forced medication (vaccinations, fluoride, forced mental health care).

7. Eliminate the Family Courtand set up mediation counselling as a replacement.

8. Encourage education of all the people, of the Commonwealth of Australia, alerting them to the importance of the Commonwealth Constitution and validly approved laws.

  • Install a law that anyone who stands at any election must pass a test on their specific knowledge of the Commonwealth Constitution.

The Great Australian Party has thrown out this public challenge to any and all.

  1. Hot diggety dog, the above is a good video. Actually it’s only audio. I am going to make a few notes here up to 5.36 minutes, so you can start watching after that! — and let me know what he says.

    The Great Aus Party wants:
2.26 open up private prosecutions (Yay!) They actually have never been closed, but are hard to do.
3.13 all the firearms you can eat

3.20 treat people in need in the good old Aussie way
Use jury trial with family law cases. (‘mazing)
4.38 stop allowing foreign ownership of land in Oz

5.11 imitate Trumpie-boy in protecting the border economically to help our manufacturing base with tariffs.
5.36 help the rural sector and increase national employment

  2. At face value it appears to be pretty good, however, the promise to “Honour those who’ve lost their lives in the defence and protection of our Country”(1.55 min) betrays an inherit investment in the purported opposition

    • Berry, after that remark, the guy in the background says “Yep, they would be turning over in their graves at the mess we’re in.”

I interpret the “Praise old soldiers” plank to mean, “Hey what the hell are we doing to old values.”

When I was campaigning in Alabama, the youngest candidate, Bryan Peeples, always said to military people “Thank you for your service.” I’d be wantin’ to know what their service consisted of before I’d thank them.

  3. By participating a participant gives their consent to the game and its rules. And the rules of the game of democracy are the same as every other game: if your side loses by participating/voting you agree to let the winner enjoy the spoils. Hence in Australia a vote for the Liberals is a vote for Labor policies and vice versa. Which means a vote for this GAP lot or the IMOP, as noble as it might be, is actually a vote for the Liberal-Labor-Greens-One Nation et al coalition. Whose policies include wealth distribution from bottom to top, the trauma based scientism of global warming theory, and the physical and spiritual abuse of the populace via the chemical weaponry of vaccines.

    • “a vote for this GAP lot or the IMOP, as noble as it might be, is actually a vote for the Liberal-Labor-Greens-One Nation et al coalition.”

Michael, don’t you sense any winds of change? Getting a small party registered is quite a hassle. At least these 2 small parties have gotten that far.

    • Michael, ever heard of the Trojan horse mate? think about it. Also the candidates from Gap are the only ones that take the oath and commitment to our Commonwealth Constitution 1901 and to uphold it UNLIKE any other candidates from any other parties.

  4. I will try add Christopher Brook’s Money challenge into a new post:

He wrote many years ago as article:

“The money creation racket is in essence so simple in method and yet so vast in effect it is almost impossible for the human mind to contemplate that mankind could be deceived with such devastating impact over so many generations.”

“Money Creation is the foundation knowledge that must become common if solutions to war, poverty, injustice and sustainability are to be achieved. We need to break the sorcery.”

  5. I liked this one – “We will promote election of all judicial officers as opposed to them being promoted by The State and thus, creating a conflict of interest.”

Say good-bye to the good ol’ boys club and welcome judicial officers with a sense of community values. It works in other jurisdictions, I have no doubt it would work here. People in the community aren’t foolish, they quickly realize when a judge is corrupt or making stupid decisions. Decide according to community standards or you’ll be looking for work.

Reinstating the early Commonwealth Bank is also at the top of the list.

Their understanding of Constitutional Law and the original ‘Constitution’ of 1901 (they correctly referred to it as an Act of England) is way off base. I always worry when I see that much ignorance wanting to be put in charge.

      • Yeah sure, here, read this article and wrap your head around it. –

        https://gumshoenews.com/2018/06/19/review-of-australian-law-and-its-decline/

I’ve dealt with heaps of people that had ALL sorts of ideas about the ‘Australian Constitution’ (perhaps some bullshit they were fed in school). Crikey, you wouldn’t believe some of the crap I’ve heard.

Go back and find out WHY they think the ‘Australian Constitution’ of 1901 is the be all and end all of Australian freedom. Go ahead, ask them WHY! Have them give you some SPECIFIC examples.

  6. How many Aussies today even realize that our ‘law of the land’ is the Australian Constitution, let alone know what’s in it?

How many electors in this country would even bother in pausing, before casting their ballot, and then think along the lines of how our governments are no longer being held to account under our law of the land, except when controversial laws get passed along to the black cloaks who sit at the High Court?

Before the average voter would cast their ballot for a party that is based solely on our law of the land, they would need an education as to why we have such a legal instrument as a constitution.

As Churchill once quipped, or words to the effect of: Democracy is probably the best of all government systems, that is, until one gets to spend five minutes with the average voter.

All good points raised in that vid for the well informed among us.

  7. Fiona Barnett’s website called my attention to a November 15, 2018 article at The Age by Timna Jacks about a Victoria state election with Aussie Battler Party.

The Age said “An arch-conservative group that looks set to win a seat in Parliament is calling for a “10-year good behaviour bond” on new migrants and a ban on what they call “paedophile grooming content” in the anti-bullying Safe Schools program.

“Aussie Battler Party leader Stuart O’Neill, who stands to gain a slew of preferences in the Greens-held Western Metropolitan upper house seat, would not answer calls from The Age about his controversial policies nearly one week out from the state election.

“According to The Age’s analysis of preference deals, Mr O’Neill is a chance at winning the seat thanks to deals struck by “preference whisperer” Glenn Druery.”

  8. Halal & Kosher certification hidden “taxes”.
Foods should be clearly labelled rather than a tiny hidden logo on the back of the pack, and certification services should be provided free by the religions concerned at the very least.

You should also try to coordinate with IMOP, work out some common ground because we need a united approach.

    • Thanks, Justin, maybe at the end we could do something like that. For now, say what you want to say at the current article as not too many readers double back.

By the way, Diane went back and uploaded a major report on the Clermont meeting, at our second-to-last article.

      • Thanks Mary – yes -it did get a bit lost- behind Arlyn’s posts so I will post again.

“A couple of quotes from the article above to share with Uncle Max Harrison with respect and admiration for the unsung heroes and warriors of this land who never give up and are never silenced. Bunjil’s Law: Take care of the children look after the land. Pachamama.”

“This is difficult terrain to navigate, as there are fierce disputes around which of the contending Traditional Owners (TOs) are entitled to make definitive decisions. Adani have made lavish arrangements and payments to procure the agreements of those claimants their legal team put forward as genuine, against the vehement opposition of others. The TOs opposed to the mine contend that the miners have taken advantage of such disputes to pit rival groups against each other, in a court system that favours litigants with expensive lawyers and exploits the deeply flawed native title system.
Adrian Burragubba of the Wangan and Jagalingou people, TOs of the land around the proposed Carmichael mine, has been personally hit with a $600,000 lawsuit for his role as chief proponent of a strong anti-Adani campaign.”

“CLERMONT: The Wangan and Jagalingou Family Council condemns in the strongest possible terms the politically motivated attack on our Karmoo Dreaming celebration in Clermont yesterday. We are deeply concerned for the welfare of the woman who was seriously injured while attending a gathering on our country.

The Council calls on all political leaders to join us in condemning this egregious act of assault on a peaceful assembly, and those who were cheering them on. The Council calls for the full force of the law to be brought to bear on the man arrested for this act, and for police to investigate if he acted in concert with others.

W&J Council spokesperson Adrian Burragubba said: “This assault was the consequence of the fear and loathing being stirred up by right wing politicians who came to Clermont on the weekend. This act should be condemned by them without reservation. Australians should be united against this kind of politically motivated violence.

“Adani must also distance themselves from this. They cannot hide behind PR on this matter. They give financial support to the Liberal and National Parties and One Nation through political donations. They have thanked them and Clive Palmer’s United Australia Party, and the people who came to Clermont to protest against the Bob Brown convoy, for their support.

“We organised the Karmoo Dreaming event as a celebration of our people as ‘water protectors’. We welcomed the Bob Brown Foundation. We take our obligation to fulfil our laws and customs very seriously.

“This attack took place on our country at our event. This is an attack on us. We were practicing our culture under our flag, which represents our primary connection as traditional custodians of this place.

“This event was not a protest. We were having a peaceful gathering and we were sharing our culture and law with these visitors. This was not a ‘stop adani’ rally. It was a sign of our good will, regardless of political views, and we were shown the appropriate respect by those present.

“But this dangerous person riding through the group on a horse put the public at risk of harm. We call on the authorities to prosecute the offender with the full force of the law. It is only a matter of degree that separates this incident from an act of politically motivated terror.

“It is only by chance that someone was not killed. We had small children there in a safe place when the incident happened. Some children were only a metre from the horse’s galloping hooves and serious injury or death.

“People charging horses through our ‘camp’ is familiar from this region’s colonial history, which our people suffered immeasurable harm from. It reminds us of the fear and intimidation that is still used to try to silence us.

“This incident, and the people who were applauding the horse rider at the gate to the showgrounds as he left, were incited and inflamed by a bunch of overbearing politicians and high-viz wearing blow-ins.

“We are very unhappy about people unsettling our peaceful time. This attack was clearly driven by right wing extremism. What do the right wing politicians like Canavan, Hanson, Palmer and Katter, who made their presence known in Clermont on Saturday, have to say for themselves?

“We demand they have the moral decency to condemn this outrageous attack, and accept they have encouraged intimidation and coercion to enforce their ideological views on the rest of us”, he concluded”

    • I would also like to know about their transgenderism policy. If it’s true that over 40% of people who, post op, commit suicide, we should be concerned. Notwithstanding the use of limited medical resources. I do wonder how many people who consider themselves the opposite sex are actually the results of botched surgeries or birthing disasters that were covered up?
How about laws that prohibit anyone from advocating against a child’s choice to change their sex, as is currently mooted in the US?
Should the taxpayer have to pay for these transitions when many of them are being pushed by people who do not have their best intentions at heart? How many children do this because it is trendy?

  9. I see Clive Palmer has a billboard promising zonal taxation, ie that regional areas will only pay 80% of the same tax paid by people in the city. Any thoughts on whether this is constitutional or not? I have mine, but I’d like to hear from others first.

  10. Can we fix the names up please.. it’s Wayne Glew, asvwell as our Commonwealth Constitution 1900(UK) Daryl O’Bryan

VOTE FOR THE GREAT AUSTRALIAN PARTY ( GAP) 🇦🇺🇬🇧👍 #1

  11. The Great Australia Party is about brining our governments back under the rule of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution which is slowly being eroded.

Example; when Senator Culleton was accused of being ineligible to sit in the Parliament due to claims of bankruptcy, the case should have been heard by the senate where the senator was sitting. Instead, the Attorney General Brandis sent it to the high court. Brandis being the AG should have and would known this matter should have been heard and decided by the Senate. His actions were purely motivated by getting Culleton out of the Parliament.

Senator Culleton was bankrupted over a $07:00 truck key. What happed to the law abut vexatious and frivolous claims? Should the High court be trying cases over a $7.00 truck key.

    • From article in SMH.

Senator in exile’ Rod Culleton pens bizarre letter to PM claiming Western Australia ‘not part of the Commonwealth’

“In a bizarre letter to his former Senate colleagues, Mr Culleton said he had uncovered “criminal and civil misconduct, including abuse of power, by some of our country’s highest lawmakers, authorities and judges”.

Yes Brandis [and others holding high office] was skilled in “dealing with” whistle blowers and truth tellers removing them from office. MSM backs up with false, biased, reporting. I think of Gillian Triggs.

A pattern used over and over by the “elite”— controllers- to bankrupt, sue, fine, imprison.

From my 4. 21 post– same same

“Adrian Burragubba of the Wangan and Jagalingou people, TOs of the land around the proposed Carmichael mine, has been personally hit with a $600,000 lawsuit for his role as chief proponent of a strong anti-Adani campaign.”

  12. One the things the Great Australia Party intends to do is require all political candidates in Australia to have a minimum level of competency in the constitution in order to be eligible to be a candidate in an election.

How many readers are aware that all those politicians that resigned from politics last year did not need to resign. Why? One reason is because the word citizenship does not appear in the Commonwealth constitution.

The other reason is because a person who is from a country that is a member of the British commonwealth is eligible to be a political candidate for an Australian political party. (I haven’t got time to find and refer to the exact sections of the constitution)

strangely enough we have has the same scenario played out in recent weeks over the same issue. Just how amazing is this hideous state of affairs that we have people standing for election to the Australian Commonwealth Parliament and they a pulling out for reasons they don’t have to?

Now do you realize what the GAP desperately wants to fix, plus the many other things you will find on there website.

    https://www.thegreataustralianparty.com.au

    • Yay small parties! Here are just a few of the dozens that are actually registered with the AEC:
Hemp party, Affordable Housing Party, Pirate Party (would I make that up?) Science Party, Love Australia or Leave,
Shooters Fishers and Farmers Party, Together Party, Voluntary Euthanasia Party, Yellow Vest Party

Dear Readers, If you like any of those, please email them to tell them the Welcome Wagon is at Gumshoe. Only 12 days left, and I am not sure f there is a rule about not media-ing for the 72 hours before the election.

    • I once belonged to “The Coalition of Essential Schools” Maybe we now need “A Coalition of Essential Political Parties”

  13. Carlo
OZ needs to become a “Constitutional Republic” with the constitution written by “Us” the people and taught in all schools From grade one on up.

      • Charlotte Iserbyt Deathbed Confession–please read and watch and absorb- as much as you can–dumbing down of America–Dumbing down of the World -Dumbing down of Australia –the laboratory

          • Carl we do not need to become a “Constitutional Republic” the constitution is fine as it is. It just needs to be adhered to. Currently if there was a republic vote who would be designing the new Constitution, the fake, corrupt, UN owned government.

    • Carl – if we became a Republic, all the rights as heirs to our fathers and forefathers that we currently have under our 1900 Constitution would be lost forever. We do NOT NEED a Republic. In fact, we should NOT WANT a Republic.

  14. Questions regarding voting

Being an immigrant, I am still trying to get my head around this “preference stuff”.

Please could the assembled intelligence out there answer the questions below:-

Minor Party – (Greens) Direct Vote + Prefs. = 36% of total vote
    LibNats = 32%-1 vote
    Labour = 32%+1 vote
    Which ENTITY will:-
    1) Hold the Premiers / Prime Ministers Office
    2) Be declared the overall winner of the election?

Minor Party – (Greens) Direct Vote + Prefs. = 50% of total vote
    LibNats = 25%-1 vote
    Labour = 25%+1 vote
    Which ENTITY will:-
    1) Hold the Premiers / Prime Ministers Office
    2) Be declared the overall winner of the election?

Minor Party – (Greens) Direct Vote + Prefs. = 80% of total vote
    LibNats = 10%-1 vote
    Labour = 10%+1 vote
    Which ENTITY will:-
    1) Hold the Premiers / Prime Ministers Office
    2) Be declared the overall winner of the election?

Thank you for helping me comprehend this puzzling issue.

    Alex
