Child Abduction and a Glance At Today’s Headlines (in The Age)

This morning, over a coffee at my local, I paged through The Age newspaper. The headline: “Japan Does Nothing As Australian Kids Snatched” (below) and double-page spread above “Japan does nothing as 82 Australian kids abducted“. This is The Age online report:

“An investigation by The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and 60 Minutes has revealed that since 2004 at least 82 Australian children have been snatched or otherwise taken into sole custody by a Japanese parent who has then refused their former partner visitation or other contact rights.”

Well, I remind The Age that in 2019 I had provided them with a story of how a child had been abducted from the lawful custody of a mother by the State of Australia. I fed them all the details over several months, and when I flew the mother up for the meeting they CANCELLED after the appointed time. The senior editors that had arranged my meeting with a junior journalist never replied to any further correspondence.

The Age is NOT interested in the well-being of Australian children — except when it comes to children of an Australian parent in Japan. Yep, they are “allowed” to blame Japan. I watched part of the heartbreaking story on 60 minutes last night of these parents — mostly dads — losing all contact with their children. They guess there are 82 children in these so-called Japanese “abductions”.

But I will address this issue further at the end of the article. Maybe 60 minutes and The Age could f***** deal with the estimated 30,000 or more “abducted” children at home — abducted by the States of Australia through the star chambers labeled as Children’s and Youth Courts. There are around 60,000 children under the government’s guardianship, and that 50% should never have been removed is probably conservative.

Nazi Salutes — Tougher Hate Laws

I only caught a snippet of the television news last night and was astonished to see two polar-opposite factions protesting in front of the state parliament steps on Saturday 18 March 2023.

There were two protesting groups… “a group of men performed Nazi salutes on the steps of the Victorian parliament as clashes broke out between protesters in Melbourne. …while British anti-trans activist Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull spoke to the crowd… The anti-trans group clashed with hundreds of others who were rallying in favour of transgender rights.” And the police, including mounted officers, worked to keep the two groups separated.

This smells like an orchestrated event. For what purpose?  Oh, we need more hate laws, but I’m sure they will be directed at anyone that is against the “narrative”. I’d say the saluting Nazis were dished-up pawns for new legislation? (more restrictions for those damned conspiracy folks)

The Two Presidents

If you believe the Alt-media, Biden does not reside at the White House and Trump is still operating out of Cheyenne Mountain. We’ll get the goss firsthand from Albo when he goes to the WH for a state dinner.

And then there’s the possible arrest of Trump on Tuesday. What is so ‘mental’ is that Biden has accepted all sorts of under-the-table monies from Ukraine and China, and Hunter still roams free. But it’s Trump that might be arrested. It seems they will do anything to stop Orange from getting back to the WH.

Protests In France

Have you watched the protests in France? Government militia-types charging, beating, and smashing protestors. Was this all about delaying the pension for 2 years? Or is this more about pent-up anger for the ‘controllers’? I wonder what will happen when the greater public realise they have been deliberately locked up and poisoned — courtesy of their political class?

Submarines For Australia

The ABC reported 6 days ago that “Australian nuclear submarine program to cost up to $368b as AUKUS details unveiled in the US”, which is now getting some flack.

It’s all about $$$$$.

This is was the late James O’Neill wrote in his Gumshoe article in May 2016: “Australia’s Submarines: More Magical Thinking”.

“The announcement last week that the Australian government had decided to spend more than $50 billion on purchasing a fleet of submarines added yet another surreal element to what passes for Australia’s foreign policy in the 21st century.”

Wow… $50 billion to $386 in 7 years. To continue with James:

“The clue to the government’s thinking in this matter (to use a generous adjective) is found in the recent Defence White Paper 2016, itself a mishmash of poorly thought through polices. (1)  The White Paper clearly implied that the “threat” we need to protect ourselves from is China.

“…And despite doing its best to annoy the Chinese, including ill-considered forays into the South China Sea arguments (2) and the recent refusal to allow a land purchase deal by Chinese interests to proceed, Australia clearly hopes that China will continue to be a major source of wealth generation for Australia.

“The first submarine delivery will not occur before 2030…  they are in serious need of a strategic rethink… How will Australia counter this presumed threat?  …[that] one of these Australian submarines will sail undetected into the South China Sea and fire off some missiles at the Chinese mainland.

“Even if such a fantastical scenario were remotely plausible, with or without our most dangerous ally, do the military planners seriously believe that the Chinese will not respond?  …The submarine decision demonstrates very clearly our thinking is still mired in a world that is passing and all the magical thinking inherent in the government’s statements does not detract from that central reality.”

J.G. Olsen / Financial Expositor’s article summed up the “bigger picture of a split world hegemony”… and “governments and their collaborators, the banks” in one of his Gumshoe articles by concluding:

“The natural evolution of this competition is perpetual war.”

Australia’s treasure — the ABC — needs help in radio ratings.

Maybe just report the news truthfully, ABC.

Australia’s Abducted Children

To continue from my opening: Suddenly the Australian media is concerned about 82 Australian children in Japan. ABC, 60 Minutes et al., cry me a river.

Let me remind you once again that there are THOUSANDS of children ripped from parents, from good parents, and from their only protective parent each day in Australia.

We do not know the scale of this as everything is shrouded in legislative secrecy. I estimate 30,000, at least. I cannot imagine what the numbers might be if you take into account what has been perpetrated over the last 3 decades in both the family and children’s courts across Australia.

It is a catastrophe still unfolding, orchestrated by a multi-billion-dollar “Child Removals Industry” under the guise of “Child Protection”.

But no one wants to know. It’s all about $$$$$.

I conclude with a short extract (the opening few paragraphs) from a six-page letter I wrote to the Hon Chief Justice Kourakis (July 2022) about the processes and judgments in Youth Court, in South Australia (specifically about one decision by a magistrate).

Your Honour,

I have written to you about this case over the last few years. What happens at 75 Wright Street (Youth Court) is unbelievably wrong. I am writing about the ‘same’ case – but so many are similar. The mother has Federal sole custody of her child – but Youth Court’s Magistrate has now ordered forced separation until the child is an adult – on malicious speculation. He is robbing the child of the one she loves most in the world, her mum and the mother of the sacredness of motherhood. The punishment is far worse than prison (this for being a protective parent).

I have to point out that the Youth Court is nothing but a STAR CHAMBER, running along the lines of the Court of Oyer and Terminer of 1692 – using the equivalent of spectral evidence and pure speculation to “convict” a protective parent to a life of hell.  In this instance, the magistrate acted so far beyond his powers with such error and irrationality that no reasonable person could EVER arrive at his conclusion. This case is just truly diabolical and is nothing more than ‘Abduction of a Child s80’ of the Criminal Law Consolidation Act as she was removed by deception.

I have remained in the background and mostly silent for nearly four years – waiting for the wheels of justice to be delivered. But it seems that this is not possible in Youth Court. We and a group of us concerned Australians (a collective of media persons, advocates and legal researchers) hear of similar cases daily, and we are making these cases known to the public. It is our obligation — in following the law — to protect the innocent from state abduction and judicial kidnap. I sincerely hope you will assist us to stop the shattering of lives.

I can definitely state this case is only the tip of the iceberg. Where does one begin on how the court ruled? The Magistrate in his judgment made errors in law; based his reasoning on irrationality, illogicality, and ‘legal unreasonableness’ using defective arguments; acted with bias, and beyond his jurisdiction; violated his statute obligations and the “paramountcy principle”. The judgment is “fundamentally defective” and failed to serve process where service of process is required (Lord Greene in Craig v Kanssen Craig v Kanssen [1943] 1 KB 256). The order is void as it was a failure of natural justice or injustice to an innocent third party (Lord Denning in Wiseman v Wiseman [1953] 1 All ER 601).

It seems, the Youth Court is unable to deliver justice, and is therefore NOT a court….

I urge you, Your Honour, to investigate the Youth Court. This mother is particularly courageous, and this case is not going away. And we’re all not prepared to wait 15 years for a “sorry” when this will be exposed in a future Royal Commission. The damage is being perpetrated now, and it needs to stop.  I will, along with many others, will be advocating for the closure of the South Australian Youth Court.

I would be most willing to impart all the knowledge and intelligence I have learned over the past four years to assist you.

Of course, I never get a reply. I never do — except a receipt of receival sometimes. I can assure the readers that I stand by my statement that these courts are “star chambers”. Justice in Australia — for children — is deplete; justice is no more.
