Wow. My seeking of the Republican nomination in New Hampshire’s February 11th primary is proving difficult. I am not referring to the fact that I lack a political machine, or that I am up against an incumbent. Those things alone would naturally make it impossible for me to “win.”
But I find it difficult even to talk. Perhaps I overestimated the percentage of Americans who are clued in to “conspiracy.” For the last six years I’ve been writing for a clued-in bunch of Australians at GumshoeNews.com in Australia. They have spoiled me! But here, even folks with a solid education seem blissfully unaware of research that has accumulated on conspiracy topics, including 9-11.
When on the hustings, I naturally I don’t want to come across as “far out.” Yet if I must hold back and just talk about non-conspiratorial stuff — what would be the point in running for office? No point at all, since my mission is to notify citizens of the astonishing extent to which big decisions about our lives are being made “conspiratorially.”
The State of Affairs in the US
My age must be noted. I was born in 1947. This means I was brought up with quite a rosy picture of our nation. We thought that a scientific solution to any physical problem was just around the corner. We knew social mobility was happening — jobs were plentiful. We truly believed that justice is easily obtained (at least if we were of white hue).
I left the US 40 years ago, and came back twice. Once from 2005-2008 and from 2017 to the present. And of course whilst abroad, mostly in Australia, I was aware, from the media, of events in the US. What I see now, close-up, is discouraging. Let me name two causes of discouragement.
First, the sense of the American community seems to have disappeared — which is a sad loss to each person. Part of our confidence and emotional comfort came from watching the nation accomplish things based on our special national values. Today, the invoking of symbols, such as the flag or the national anthem, often looks like a public relations gimmick. Where did genuine solidarity go?
Second, the hugeness of some businesses, including Amazon and Microsoft, but also the health care industry and the credit card companies, reduces us to tiny atoms. When phoning a company for information, you used to be able to talk with a human, but now you get a “menu.”
Note: I realize the reader may be too young to have encountered the old way. Trust me, we felt “bigger.” We had some clout as customers. We could even negotiate with our bank! We could definitely put pressure on our Congressman. Now we are nobodies.
Education
Also, the education of children has changed drastically. It used to be that teachers were respected, books were treasured, and in general, we thought there was a body of knowledge and skills that was worth seeking.
Two events changed that. One is simply technological change — computers make for different modes of learning. Kids are acquiring heaps of information but in an unstructured way.
The other problem is the “deliberate dumbing down of America,” as described by Charlotte Iserbyt. She documents the intervening of unannounced changes into school curricula that have been accelerating since the 1970s. As everyone knows, kids are no longer taught “cursive” handwriting, and will never be able to use memorization for multiplication tables.
But much more sinister is the way problems are presented to the student as being not really solvable. To get a good grade the student must respect “consensus.” Individual thinking in the classroom is discouraged and anyone who insists on it is being “unkind” to his peers.
Conspiracies Related to Orwell’s 1984
If you are one who believes all conspiracy theory should be rejected as a sign of mental derangement, consider the fact that much of what we used to speak of as “Orwellian” is now taken for granted part of our culture. I claim that these changes seeped in by conspiratorial means. That is, they were engineered, without people’s awareness, much less say-so.
In 1949 Eric Blair, aka George Orwell, wrote a prophetic book describing the way Britain (also called “Airstrip One”) would look 35 years hence in 1984. Although Orwell is catalogued as a visionary novelist, it’s my guess that he was given clues from Insiders, as to what was being planned.
In my high school, in the 1960s, we were required to read 1984, to help us despise the Soviet Union’s totalitarianism. We learned to make fun of “newspeak,’ Big Brother, and Torture Room 101. All the while, by tiny increments, these things were being subtly introduced to American life and we got conditioned to it.
Consider these seven features:
- Winston Smith, the hero of 1984, had to step back into an alcove in his own living room so as to not be seen by the lady who was watching him (and everyone) from within the TV screen. He was guilty about his emotions so tried to hide it. (Note: our cells phone today can pick up our heartbeat as well as detect emotion in our voice.)
- The proles — a pun on Marx’s proletarians — didn’t need to be so closely inspected by the rulers, as they were considered incapable of mounting a challenge. The leader’s approach to the proles — about 85% of the population — was “bread and circuses.” Keep them fed and entertained. (Note: today we all have consumer gadgets, plus sports, and non-stop distraction by all things digital.)
- At the end of Orwell’s book, Winston Smith finds himself in Room 101 (within the Ministry of Love, of course), undergoing torture, as he had refused to conform — he tried to remain human. There, his torturer O’Brien, tells him that “The purpose of torture is torture.” (Note: At Guantanamo prison today, and at many CIA black sites, torture is occurring allegedly to extract information, but it has long been acknowledged that torture yields only incorrect data.)
- The meaning of words would be changed. “Peace” would mean war. “Freedom” would actually connote slavery. And the great number of descriptive adjectives would be reduced. Thus, if you want to say bad, just say un-good. If you want to say excellent, say doublegood. The prefixes and suffixes to a basic word, such as good, could cover everything. (Note: since classic education is now taboo, children don’t hear the old adjectives anyway.)
- In 1984, political dissident Emmanuel Goldstein explains that wars are made to happen continually as a method of keeping people’s attention off the economic disparity whereby the rich have way more than they need. Orwell portrays Oceania warring against Eurasia this year, then warring against Eastasia next year, with no one really understanding what the issue is — as there is no issue. (Note: Does anybody know why the US has troops in Iraq?)
- Winston worked at the Ministry of Truth. His job was to review old magazines and select any item that contradicted the current policy of Ingsoc (English socialism). Such items were to be put down the Memory Hole. (Note: Google and Youtube have recently done a purge of any material they consider politically undesirable.)
- In 1984, the top person who controls everyone in the British nation (“Airstrip One”) is nicknamed Big Brother. No one has ever seen him or knows his real name. Indeed, thoughtful people occasionally wonder if Big Brother actually exists. (Note: we Americans have no idea who is making major, harmful decisions today, including the above-mentioned choices about education.)
In sum, the seven prophecies of Orwell in 1949 are: intimate surveillance, keep-busy entertainment for the proles, torture for the sake of torture, the reduction of language to simple words, wars happening for no good reason, the dropping of historical facts into the Memory Hole, and the unidentifiability of the top boss.
Parts 2 and 3 of “Conspiracy Theory of Presidential Candidate Maxwell” will appear soon.
Oz was a crown colony that now has been handed to ccp.
Maybe same applies to the land of the not so free.
The system is rigged by the manipulators, consider how 100 million cashed up members, took over the world by buying it without firing a shot. Then look at our nations invaded, as we were
in overseas wars of destruction and occupation, sending all citizens here broke to the tune of exponential trillions to finance these wars. A sleight of hand manoeuvre by our most deceitful controllers. Look at our fires, past four months on east coast, was this part of the one belt fast train initiative – connecting new smart cities for the global elite? Suddenly, we realise that fact is not conspiracy but an agenda for one world government.
Never really paid much attention to the reporting of Chemtrails, (possibly dropping nano-thermite or similar) until myself and about 4 other friends saw a perfect, North/South East/ West high altitude grid pattern above South and East Gippsland one fine day about February 2019 . Then we were subsequently ‘warned’ about the coming worst fire predictions. Recently I have read about CLARA, (Consolidated Land And Rail Australia)
Seems like a likely Agenda to me.
When you think about it, there is a lot of people in the way of their high speed rail, CSG, big agri- business, mining etc.
Another thing I noticed about America was the decline in creativity. In those days after WWII the average American was coming up with all sorts of ideas and creating new products and bringing them to market. Young people were being creative, whether in music, motor vehicles, recreational products, all sorts of things.
Today that drive of creativity has been turned on its head to where Americans are busy creating new genders, things to be offended about and politically correct group think. It really is the end of the quality that existed in American culture.
Terry,
yes the previous generations inherited passed down skills gained with experience at hand.
These days, the new skool are good typists and that’s about the sum of modern ingenuity.
There are other job opportunities opening up in America that don’t require skills and experience. Here is a recent job opportunity to teach meaningful information to students in California –

‘Q’ has stated: ‘What is coming will shock the world.’ But it will shock those more who have not been noticing that the United States has been under ‘new management’ since January 20, 2016.
Q has high expectations of our trust and patience. Hopefully we see some real action soon – after Durham’s report.
I re-watched that wonderful classic Dr Zhivago over Christmas. The post-revolution scene where the 7 year old child scolds Zhivago that the Tsar “should have known” that he was the “enemy of the people” is frightening and shows how the Marxists don’t hang around in brain-washing the children.
The Marxists completed the “long march” through the education systems of the west, what, 20 years ago? Right now is their peak time. Unlucky for them, Gen Z is rebelling against their programs. There is hope for the future in the rebellious inclination of western youth.
Need some convincing.
about what?
Posting here because this is the latest thread and certain events are still topical.
Another good article on why the global terrorist regime(s) had Soleimani assassinated.
Why the US hated General S-o-l-e-i-m-a-n-i
“General S-o-l-e-i-m-a-n-i has foiled the US and Israeli plots in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Palestine. That’s why he was assassinated.”
I do like Kevork Almassian’s work on ‘Syriana Analysis’.
Here is another recent one worth watching.
Much of this video features an interview with President Assad discussing the Silk Road (Belt and Road Initiative). This is important because the developing Belt and Road Initiative passes through Silk Road passes Ürümqi, the capital of Xinjiang, and this must be disrupted through radicalisation and global terrorism at all costs.
Pay particular attention around 8 – 9 minutes when Erdogan and Idlib are mentioned in the same sentence.

I am loving that I am friends with a presidential candidate Mary – this is unlikely to ever happen for ME again. So Mary – THANK YOU! I read Orwell’s ‘1984’ shortly after Aldous Huxleys ‘Brave New World’ when I was 18, and became roundly depressed. Then I read ‘Grapes of Wrath’ and life was never the same after that. (I also read both the old testament and the bible at age 18 – and was astonished that much of the biblical references I had heard about in movies etc were simply not part of the actual book!) It has always amazed me how sci-fi writers’ prophecies tend to come true. As a result it became my favorite genre. I’m looking forward to parts 2 and 3 Mary. In response to 56, I think that EVERYONE believes the fires in Australia are a way to sell climate change rhetoric and clear the way for the CLARA high speed rail/proposed smart cities. So much so that ‘someone’ has paid for some debunking ‘conspiracy’ article to stop the chatter. Whoever paid – and regardless of whether they paid $1 or $1 million for the debunk article – it’s NOT convincing! It’s rather sad and reeks of desperation. I smell a change of government coming on. Yayyyyyy! https://factcheck.aap.com.au/social-media-claims/bushfire-fast-train-conspiracy-claims-run-off-the-rails
This is so amusing that I am reproducing it here to debunk the CLARA conspiracy/bushfire article I attached to my last comment. It’s from Wikipaedia and it explains exactly why the bushfires needed to happen. I have placed in upper case the words I find most pertinent:
“Following the release of the Phase 2 report in late 2015, businessman Nick Cleary began taking options on land along the proposed route of the high-speed rail line. HOWEVER, HE FOUND THAT THE LAND WAS ALREADY MOSTLY SUBDIVIDED AND THEREFORE PROHIBITIVELY COMPLEX AND EXPENSIVE TO ACQUIRE. As such, Cleary shifted his focus to greenfields land outside the major existing regional centres. He did not inform landowners the details of his intentions, instead telling them that he represented a “major infrastrcture project”.[1]
The domain name clara.com.au was registered by investment banker Geoff Moore in October 2015, and the website was activated with only “coming soon” placeholders. In March 2016, a scheduled appointment between CLARA and the office of Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull was reported by media outlets, along with rumours that the meeting would discuss a proposal for a high speed railway line between Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.[2] The Age reported that the company was based in Melbourne, and was apparently unrelated to any other major Australian companies, although it appeared to be backed by an American infrastructure investor. Federal MP John Alexander emerged as a supporter of the plan, explaining that it was based on a “value capture” funding model including the purchase of regional land along the route.[3]
The CLARA plan was officially launched in Melbourne on 13 July, with chairman Nick Cleary announcing that deals had been finalised for the purchase of land on which to situate 8 new railway stations and greenfield property developments, following 12 months of negotiations. The announcement followed discussions with officials from the Victorian and NSW governments conducted throughout April. At the event, former Premier of New South Wales Barry O’Farrell and former Premier of Victoria Steve Bracks spoke in favour of the proposal, revealing that the project was backed by former American infrastructure planners.[4] By the end of 2016, however, a managing director of CLARA had resigned, and O’Farrell and Bracks had resigned from the advisory committee.[1]”
Clearly the land was going to be too expensive to acquire. And it probably had many of those pesky ‘significant’ trees which, if they have a girth of over 2 metres, attract a $250 000 fine if they are removed. So the only way to get around both problems is to burn the place out. Any significant trees which survived can be removed as they might be considered a ‘danger’ to passers-by.
I may be cynical, but when I heard the army was going in to clear the roads, I instantly thought of all the significant trees which ‘may’ be cleared as they pose a danger.
The young man talking in this link knows what’s what – he sees a time when no-one in the bushfire ravaged regions will be able to get insurance to rebuild their homes. They will easily give up their land to the government if they cannot rebuild there. What bank will give them a loan to rebuild when the house will be deemed uninsurable? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6mSm5QhR74&fbclid=IwAR1TL6V9ykM_8FKbX62S4TsA4zoYjOkXnJZUkEZvvuWbtDTpgJy9LRu-uc8
Rachel, a Haitian person told me the other day that after the earthquake in Port au Prince, someone came by and lent, to anybody, the money they needed to rebuild their house, knowing they could never repay that loan.
It all started going rapidly downhill after JFK, as it was under LBJ’s watch that american doors were opened to third world immigration. The body of law tailored for european peoples was butchered to suit a multicultural (which is transitory to the monoculture that the Cabal wants) experiment. This experiment was obviously desigbed to fail, but was successfully pushed because they guilt tripped us with the racism card after we were exhausted by world war II. This is when the western tree of life was poisoned.
If we are going to have foreigners in our governments, there should be reciplrocal representation for us in foreign governments.

Wow Mary – this article pre-dates my introduction to Gumgum, so I was unaware of it. I was equally unaware of the levee destruction ‘fascillitating’ the desolation of New Orleans by hurricane Katrina. Thanks to your article I am now looking at the boxing day Tsunami in a different light. Is there no end to man’s selfishness and pathetic materialism? I’ve always hated Capitalism. It’s predatory. No wonder America’s ‘elites’ are accused of, and appear to openly revel in cannibalism (think Abramovic and her minions like lady Gaga.) Cannibalism is Capitalism to the nth degree.
