Corona Defense — You’re On Your Own

Over the last six weeks, I have received hundreds of emails from knowledgeable readers with recommendations and options on how to protect yourself and how to deal with the corona virus. So I have put forward a collection of notes and will also be writing follow up articles about protecting oneself, including 5G.

But first, let me explain why I am writing this article.

A few weeks ago, “experts” were on television explaining that paracetamol was what was being used to “manage” the virus — and that if you’re not feeling well and have a fever, self-isolate and take paracetamol. They also pleaded with their audience to ignore the many “fake” suggestions and advice circulating on the internet.

“Against Community Guidelines”

About two weeks ago, I was forwarded a 6-minute Youtube clip put up by Dr Dan Lee Dimke (PHD) who explained how the virus becomes inactive in hot temperatures (he said 56°C). He suggested that as the virus can start in the nasal passages, maybe a regime of using hot air (via a hairdryer) “might offer additional aid to ending this outbreak more quickly.” The video was quickly disabled and removed as it “Violates Youtube’s community guidelines,” with many sites calling it Fake. I found a 1980s Chicago Tribune article advocating this, but can no longer locate it.  A page advocating the hairdryer method has been removed from Prohealtha medico site to empower individuals and improve lives. I do not know whether this may help or is a complete waste of time, but I don’t like someone else — Youtube — deciding for me. So you, the reader, make up your own mind whether this information is against ‘community standards’. You can view the extended video on Dr Dimke’s Vimeo account HERE, and decide.

Science of Viruses vs Temperature

The science indicates that hot temperatures does cause the corona virus to become inactive.

A study published in the American Society for Microbiology set out to examine the “Effects of Air Temperature and Relative Humidity on Coronavirus Survival on Surfaces”. Using “surrogate” viruses (animal coronaviruses, gastroenteritis virus and mouse hepatitis virus) the five authors attempted to gain a greater understanding of the survival and persistence of coronaviruses, such as SARS-CoV-2.

What did they find? At 4°C (39°F), the infectious virus persisted for as long as 28 days on a stainless steel surface, with the lowest level of inactivation occurring at 20% Relative Humidity (RH). Inactivation was more rapid at 20°C (68°F) than at 4°C (at all humidity levels) with the viruses persisting for 5 to 28 days, with the slowest inactivation occurring at low RH. Both viruses were inactivated more rapidly at 40°C (104°F) than at 20°C, with 50% RH being the most effective for inactivation.

On 19 March 2020 a Chinese paper investigated how air temperatures and humidity influence the transmission of COVID-19 — also finding that high temperatures and high relative humidity significantly reduced transmission, suggesting that the arrival of summer and rainy season in the northern hemisphere can effectively reduce COVID-19 transmission. This is not good for the South Hemisphere as winter approaches. The study suggests, “In the early dates of the outbreak, countries with relatively lower air temperature and lower humidity (e.g. Korea, Japan and Iran) see severe outbreaks than warmer and more humid countries (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand) do.”

Another study (not yet peer-reviewed) investigated 24,232 confirmed cases in China and 26 other countries from January 20 to February 4, 2020. They found that transmission peaked at 8.72℃ (48°F) and then slowly declined as temperatures rose — suggesting that countries and regions with a lower temperature in the world adopt the strictest control measures.

I remind the reader that I was told about a directive from state government to not send elderly patients to hospital if they contracted the virus.

They’re on their own. What options are available for those frail elderly in a age-care facilities? So why discredit Dr Dimke’s suggestion to breathe in hot air to suppress the virus in the sinuses?

The Future vs the Maths

As of 31 March 2020 there are 799,995 cases and 38,735 deaths across 199 countries. That is about 4.5% mortality rate. Some other statistics: The are currently 7,774,965,420 people alive and approximately 162,000 of us die each day. Australia has 5,000 infected with 23 deaths. We wonder how many false positives are in that mix. (Dr Kaufman suggests it could be 80%.)

The government has essentially shut Australia down for six months. One of the objectives is to allow the hospitals to manage the crisis — flatten the curve — so that the numbers of the infected don’t overwhelm the system. I was told yesterday that an Adelaide hospital was almost not operating.

On the other hand, a doctor friend said there’s a case where this person was still viral shedding after 21 days — and that further “outbreaks” are inevitable. Flattening the curve only prolongs the predicament. So could we be in lockdown or semi-lockdown for up to a year until the government declares the solution — a “vaccine”?

How long will it take for this (mandatory) vaccine “solution” to arrive? Integral Molecular, the company that contributed to cures for deficiency virus (HIV), SARS and MERS is now one of the companies leading the charge to discover a vaccine for COVID-19. The president and CEO of Integral Molecular, Ben Doranz, says, 

“I expect that the COVID-19 vaccine will be developed very quickly as well. I don’t know if that’s going to be months; I suspect it could be years.”

And if this is connected to a 5G immune response, or nitrogen dioxide, what then? However, to continue, this article provides commentary and tips as to how to defend your health.

You’re On Your Own

Be particularly careful if you have other medical conditions. 99% of those who died in Italy had other medical complications — as reported in the Italian Connection.

This section of the article is a collection of data from various doctors and health practitioners across the world. The MSM has suggested you ignore many of these, but as logic dictates, the more you look after your health now and boost your immune system the better. Surely?

Wow. And now the BBC is slamming a range of claims shared online. One of them was garlic.

The BBC stated, “We know, in general, that eating fruit and vegetables and drinking water can be good for staying healthy. However, there is no evidence specific foods will help fight this particular virus.” They named garlic — making a point about a woman in China that had to receive hospital treatment for a severely inflamed throat after consuming 1.5kg of raw garlic.

But one has to consider: Those with a number of conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes) seem to be particularly perceptible. What lifestyle and diet changes could lead to less risk? A better range of good foods of which garlic is one, I guess.

They continued, slamming “miracle minerals” (chlorine dioxide), sipping water, heat and hot drinks, and then used US televangelist Jim Bakker to discredit colloidal silver.

The BBC were warning people away from colloidal silver but there are many studies outlining its benefits. This article points to 50 scientific researched facts of colloidal silver. This study on Silver nanoparticles states,

“…the currently available data only reveals the surface of the potential benefits and the wide range of applications. Interactions between viral biomolecules and silver nanoparticles suggest that the use of nanosystems may contribute importantly for the enhancement of current prevention of infection and antiviral therapies.”

Other MSM “expert” pundits and sites like Snopes WARN us about the “Inaccurate messages… mutating online…” about the advice from “Japanese doctors treating COVID-19 cases” that sipping water may hinder the virus from entering the respiratory system.

But consider the science, once again.

“In a 2004 study of the coronavirus that causes sars, a cousin of the one that causes covid-19, a team from Hong Kong found that a higher initial load of virus—measured in the nasopharynx, the cavity in the deep part of your throat above your palate—was correlated with a more severe respiratory illness. Nearly all the sars patients who came in initially with a low or undetectable level of virus in the nasopharynx were found at a two-month follow-up to be still alive. Those with the highest level had a twenty- to forty-per-cent mortality rate. This pattern held true regardless of a patient’s age, underlying conditions, and the like.”

It seems logical that it might help to keep the throat moist as the virus becomes inactive at 50% RH. It seems many doctors (from Asia) are advocating sipping on drinks or water throughout the day — this to “flush” the virus down into the stomach during the early stages.

Why would experts on television discourage people from precautionary measures? Or from a range of detox methods and well-being tips?

There are obviously influencing factors that exacerbate the problem. The video posted by Terry Shulze correlates virus hotspots with nitrogen dioxide (NO2) — poor air quality. NO2 weakens the exact cell in the alveoli that SARS-Cov-2 directly attacks.

And Tuberculosis seems to have played a part in the 1918 flu pandemic, not H5N1 influenza alone. Several factors are a play. It has been noted that many corona virus-infected patients are alcoholics. Alcohol induces vitamin B1 deficiency. Should Vitamin B1 therapy be standard therapy for any patient with lung disease and a history of alcohol or tobacco consumption?

I hope the doctor-readers will add their knowledge to this collection — and comment on the efficacy of some of these.

Tips from Spain (China, and Japan)

In an article, “Treat And Cure CoronaVirus At Home Without Using Any Drugs – Dr. Negrin, Spain” the recommended safeguards are:

1. Drink lots of hot liquids — Coffee, soups, tea or warm water. Take sips of warm water every 20 minutes as this keeps your mouth moist and washes any virus that entered your mouth into your stomach.

2. Gargle with an antiseptic in warm water Ex: Vinegar, salt or lemon – everyday if possible.

3. The virus attaches itself to hair and clothes, any detergent or soap kills it, but you must take a bath or shower when you get in from the street. If you cannot wash your clothes daily, hang them in direct sunlight which also neutralizes the virus.

4. Wash metallic surfaces very carefully.

5. Don’t smoke.

6. Wash your hands every 20 minutes using any soap that foams and do it for 20 seconds and wash your hands thoroughly.

7. Eat fruits and vegetables – try to elevate your zinc levels and not just vitamin C levels.

8. Animals do not spread virus to people – It’s a person to person transmission.

9. Try to avoid getting the common flu because it will weaken your system and try to avoid eating and drinking cold things.

10. If you feel any discomfort in your throat or a sore throat is coming on, attack it immediately using the above methods. The virus enters the system this way and remains for 3 or 4 days within the throat before it passes into the lungs.

Vitamin C

Each doctor will have their own views, but the other day I communicated with Dr John Pridgeon — yes, brother of Russell — and he stressed the importance of Vitamin C. Gumshoe published the article on “Intravenous Vitamin C Treatment for Coronavirus and Related Illnesses”. I have been a fan of C for decades, and this quote from Karin Munsterhjelm, MD, Finland,

“It is of great importance for all doctors to be informed about intravenous vitamin C. When a patient is already in hospital severely ill, this would be the best solution to help save her or his life.”

Other Suggestions

A huge body of research says copper kills bacteria and viruses by touch, starting in under a minute, Cornell reports. “Many scientists have confirmed this in labs and hospitals. Who knew?”

“Tests by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and others show copper kills cold and flu viruses plus dangerous germs like MRSA. (It has not been tested on Ebola yet.) The EPA now urges hospitals to install copper “touch surfaces”, like doorknobs, faucets, and bed rails. Several hospitals have tried copper in hospital rooms with good results. Infections caught by patients dropped by half.”

A new report published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings found that sauna bathing is associated with a reduction in the risk of “vascular diseases, such as high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease, neurocognitive diseases, nonvascular conditions, such as pulmonary diseases, mental health disorders, and mortality. Furthermore, sauna bathing alleviated conditions such as skin diseases, arthritis, headache, and flu.”

And then onto baking soda. Healthyandnaturalworld cites Dr Volney S. Cheney’s 1924 book, Arm & Hammer Baking Soda Medical Uses, where he recorded his experience with treating flu. “He observed that people who were treated with baking soda either remained healthy or they developed a milder version of the disease. The substance has an alkalizing effect on the body, which is linked to better health and disease prevention.”

I have never tried baking soda — but I swear by my Kangen water machine that provides alkaline, ionized water.

Then there are those that love Horseradish, claiming the plant and is particularly potent in the treatment of sinusitis and it clears upper respiratory passages. Find here the benefits of drinking lemon water and ginger lemon tea. And here how to make garlic syrup for chest infections.

There are many healing herbs for you to choose from: nettle leaf, peppermint, ginger, yarrow, elderberry, chamomile, red clover, catnip, and echinacea. Cinnamon and Honey supposedly have antibacterial and antiviral properties. Does an Epsom Salt Bath help your body to detox, improve circulation, strengthen your immune system?

Vitamin D helps to speed up the healing process, zinc prevents viruses from reproducing, and vitamin C strengthens your immune system. But Andrew Kaufman MD suggests getting your Vitamin D naturally (good foods and sunlight) as opposed to manufactured supplements. The supplements act as a negative feedback system and may hinder natural processes.

Whether herbal steams (using thyme, eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary, oregano or blends of) assist fighting the virus I have no idea.

Dr Paul Cottrell

Gumshoe posted his video in one of the articles. He says the medical system will not be able to take care of you — that you need to boost your immune system, and tells us what he is doing (HERE at 56 min) — and suggests you build up your “tool box”.

This is what Paul is doing to boost his immune system: Multivitamins, minerals, vitamin c, zinc, NMN (a form of vitamin B3), C60, DNA Force (PQQ Pyrroloquinoline quinone), Coenzyme Q10, Iodine, filtered water and no flouride.

He has discussed the virus with other researchers in Europe, and if you get sick, they looked at tripanoid and lignoid compounds, protease inhibitors (I couldn’t identify the brand he suggested) with Lora, Calendula (ingested for its anti-inflammatory and antispasmolytic effects), Licorice root and Birch bark.

If you get reinfected and your body suffers a cytocine storm, you have to calm your immune system down. He suggests turmeric and rosemary (but you need a lot of it).

Colloidal silver will also boost the immune system, and says the US government is going start producing big amounts.

Hydroxychloroquine etc.

A Dr Vladimir Zelenko from New York state announced he is treating patients with hydroxychloroquine and Z-Paks — and suggests a 100% success rate on 350 patients. He posted a video about his findings, and thanked Trump profusely. But the video has now “gone” — the video violated YouTube’s Terms of Service.

However a French study finds anti-malarial and antibiotic combo could reduce COVID-19 duration. On 18 March 2020 BGR reported that France is cautiously exploring the anti-malaria drug, and that “Tests with anti-malaria Plaquenil showed that the COVID-19 virus disappeared after six days in 75% of patients in a limited study.”

 

Conclusion

It seems government advice is keep washing your hands, keep away from others and wait — wait for a vaccine.

The MSM, Youtube and Facebook have been “disappearing” any alternative suggestions for health — including those posted by medical practitioners. It must a well orchestrated campaign. It seems they do not want the public to realize that a healthy body — a person that has possibly gone through a detox regime, and is boosting their immune system in multiple ways — is a huge advantage for allowing the body to compete with pathogens and/or an engineered viruses.

Apologies for a long and rambling article. I’m sure I have forgotten many tips. If I find them, I’ll add them as comments.

  1. Makes me wonder, so presumably the loose virus molecules in vivo should be destroyed by sufficient heat as well. If not completely destroyed, perhaps damaged enough that the immune system would have an easier time cleaning up the debris before it can strike. Such heat may also allow the immune system to run its molecular-game a bit faster, since heat speeds up most chemical reactions.

    So, 41-46C water is tolerable to say, hands/feet. All the blood in your body flows through your hands and feet, eventually. So why not “run an artificial fever” in your hands and feet with a hot-water-bath?

    What could it hurt? People soak their hands and feet in hot water all the time. As long as it’s not hot enough to scald bare flesh, you’re okay. Your blood and lymph paths (where the virus is) will be temporarily heated, and that won’t kill you, but apparently, will wreck the nCOV molecule.

    Perhaps washing or bathing in hot, soapy water isn’t just about the soap, but about the “hot”?

    • Good observation Joe. When I get sick I usually bundle up in bed and ‘sweat it out’. I can tell when I get on the other side of healthy and the fever breaks. I end up soaking wet from sweat, but it is a small price to pay.

      I don’t have access to a sauna, but an electric blanket can help things along.

  2. Joe, heat also kills off cancer cells. That is heat over 100 degrees F. People who have had cancer and then gone through a fever, if they survive, their cancer cells have disappeared.

    Of course the general medical industry does not want us to know this, as cancer sufferers would be asking for simulated heat treatment, as in saunas. I do not know personally if that would work, but if I was unfortunate enough to suffer cancer this is one option I would try.

    • Infrared saunas.

      Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly.

      • I have an infrared belt that I use on my back and also any strained muscles. I read an article where it said (I can’t confirm) that it helped activate the mitochondria within the tissue with the deep infrared radiation. I believe it does work as I have used it to release cramped muscles.

        I had a left anterior deltoid muscle in my upper arm that had been in spasm for several years. I laid the belt across it and felt the ‘nibbling’ or ‘popping’ sensation as the muscle fibers released. It doesn’t give me any problems now.

        My back is a continuous problem and I am constantly laying down on my bed with the belt underneath the area of spasm. The same thing, nibbling or popping sensations and the muscle will release.

        If I get the virus I will be in bed with the belt and a heap of covers and a load of liposomal vitamin C in me.

  3. Why are healthy people worrying about catching Coronavirus. It is known that only those with compromised immune systems are attacked. Stay fit and healthy, eat proper food and you will have no chance of contracting this imagined horror.

    We are deliberately being panicked by politicians, medical professionals and the MSM because they all have an ulterior motive.

    Politicians are trying to create a cover for the Central Banks and Big 4 Australian banks that are the cause of the upcoming financial crash. The Pollies are trying to make out the crash will have been caused by the fact that all countries economies were closed down by the virus. Absolute BULL! The economies were closed down by politicians on the order of the Central Banks..

    Many in the medical and pharmaceutical industry are to gain financially by creating the panic. In the meantime, hospital emergency services are out of use, as there are no patients. See videos

    Two different countries with same lying media stories. Pharmaceutical companies are waiting with needles to extract huge profits when they announce a vaccine which will be a waste of time and could even be dangerous to the recipient.

    The Media is being well paid for manipulating and outright lying about the reality of the situation. Again refer to above videos.

    In other words we are undergoing the greatest “false flag” event yet. Much bigger than Port Arthur Massacre, 9/11 New York, 7/7 London Underground Bombing or any other terrorist event created by the elites of the Central Banks.

      Port Arthur, it was just an Australian thing. 9-11, it started the ball rolling for the final push. However, this ‘plandemic’ is the final nail in the coffin. Economic collapse, food shortages, societal break down – around the ENTIRE GLOBE!

      I had a mate call me yesterday and he finally saw the big picture. Years and years of him thinking I was off my rocker as I told him about things like Port Arthur, etc. – NOW he is a believer.

      Unfortunately, he dismissed all the preparations I had been suggesting and finds himself at the starting line – and everything is locked down.

      Your thyroid destroys pathogens in your blood every 8 minutes with iodine which chemical food is deficient in..

  4. Aussiemal, i truly believe its all bullshit! I am thinking about parking close to the local emergency hospital (Country Victoria) and see what i see. Hey, in fact i will film what i see. Watch this space over the next few days.

    Also i don’t undersatnd why the message is to sneeze, cough, yawn, talk??? into your elbow and then the new normal way to greet a person is to tap elbows??? WTF??? Isn’t the elbow the “new normal” tissue/hankee or snot catcher as i remember them being called???

Now what worries me about this video is the deaths (if real) appear to be mostly older people, plus it makes sense (i do not support this position) that the corporations may consider the biggest useless eaters the people who can no longer work likes slaves in their factories as a result of their age…

    Secondly, my father who is an ex-vietnam veteran consistently receives information about the importance of vaccines, etc and the dangers of being in public and catching anything and everything from other persons. He tells me the last 6 months (yes i said 6 months) he has been getting information telling him that going outside for any reason increases his chance of getting diseases which may lead to his death…

    • I too am a Vet. I don’t usually read the magazine. However that information would be the worst possible info. As we get older we need as much Vitamin D as we can safely take in, especially from the sun. You will find the healthiest older people are those that take part in
      outdoors passive sports. Bowls, golf and if you don’t have arthritis in the knees, tennis and of course swimming are hard to beat.

      • Aussiemal, Same here, despite being diagnosed with hypertension for 40 years now, and a couple of years ago diabetes, (barley scraping in) my Dr is very happy with my state of health. Maybe the fact I do a lot of bush walking once a week covering anything from 14 K’s to 20 Plus over hill and dale Bush bashing on a compass bearing, later G.P.S. enjoying what our outdoors has to offer has something to do with it ? I have on more than one occassion invited said Dr to accompany me on said walks. He politely declines every time. L.O.L. But he says, it must be what’s holding me together, can’t argue with that.

  6. Have you wondered why it has been suggested that society shutdown needs to be a period of 6 to 18 months. The quarantine period is only 14 days so those who are engineering this fiasco know that the period of contagion is no more than 14 days. Ask yourself, “why would society need to be closed for the ridiculous period of 6 months or more. See next paragraphs for answer.

    As I see it. The longer that they can keep people in lockdown, the worse the economy will become. A no-brainer as they say. Bingo! Once we have a complete economic meltdown, because no or little business was being done, they can then say the meltdown was caused by the virus. Another bingo, the Banksters are supposedly off the hook.

    The entire reason for the melt down was caused many moons ago, because of the Ponzi scheme set up by the Central Banks, of lending an amount plucked out of the air, not currency but debt which has to be paid back with interest using real currency. That currency is created by the raw materials and blood and sweat of each nations workers. In other words these Central Banks are purely parasites. They produce nothing and take most of the revenue from the producers.

    This is a scheme that cannot go on forever. It is stupidity to think it can. Now is the time of reckoning. And the Banks will come tumbling down because they have no other source of income.
    The Nations cannot repay the supposed debt to the Central Bankers because it is too large. Interest rates are nearly zero or negative, so no income for these parasites.

    Politicians are also to blame as both US and Australian constitutions state that the Commonwealth Government are to create and issue the currency. Neither nation does that. They borrow huge amounts from the parasitic Central Bankers. No wonder they don’t want the Bankers to be blamed for the disaster.
