(L) Mark Twain, and (R) population density in Australia

by James O’Neill*

There is an aphorism attributed to the great American writer, Mark Twain. He is said to have made the claim: there are three kinds of lies. Lies, damn lies and statistics. That has always proved to be useful guidelines, although it did not deter me from an early career as a university statistician.

Twain’s wisdom was recalled to mind when confronting what can only be described as blanket cover of a virus currently doing the rounds of the planet. Known generally as Covid-19 it has induced a reaction from nearly all western governments, with the possible exception of Sweden, that is to say the least extraordinary.

Part of the reaction has been to attribute to China the ignominy of being both the source of the virus, and of willful attempts to mislead the world. Although the data at present, and that is a deliberate qualification, appears to suggest that the Covid-19 virus originated in China, that is a far from established scientific fact. The accusation that China is “responsible” tells one more about the ideological commitment of the speaker then it does about the antecedence of any given disease.

China was certainly the first to publicly acknowledge the existence of the disease which appeared in the city of Wuhan, the capital of a region of 40+ million people. To accuse China of being the “source” of the virus on that basis displays not only a profound ignorance of how viruses are spread. It also reflects the not so well-hidden biases and presumptions of the accuser.

The ill-will of the China accusers is further evidenced by the false accusations made against them by western commentators. It is an established fact that China advised the World Health Organisation as soon as it established that there was in fact a virus affecting its population. That realisation was quickly followed by draconian measures imposed by the Chinese government, drastically curtailing both in numbers and geography the extent of the virus’s contagion.

As the virus spread rapidly to other countries around the world, so too did the level of hysteria and the imposition of draconian measures. It is a fundamental principle governing the actions of governments that measures taken which inhibit the freedom and safety of the citizen must be commensurate with the risk. It is extremely doubtful that such a claim could be made in Australia.

To examine that question a little more closely one has to look at the statistics, or perhaps more accurately, reverting to Twain’s aphorism, the misuse of the statistics.

Before governments pronounce on the risk of a given phenomenon, certain basic data have to be established. The first question, rather obviously, is how many people have the virus? The answer is that we do not know. The reasons we do not know the answers are multiple. Let us do a simple exercise.

The Australian population is, in round figures, 25 million. There are therefore 25 million people at risk of catching the disease. How many actually do is therefore a figure between one and 25 million.

Of that 25 million, some have already caught the disease, suffered only mild symptoms that they probably attributed to the common cold, and recovered without medical intervention. We do not know, and the overwhelming likelihood is we will never know, how many people fall into that category.

The second statistic is those that catch the virus to a degree that it is recognisable and seek some form of medical intervention. Again, we have a totally unknown figure because there are no reliable statistics about the number of people in this category. Speculation, a common technique of the mainstream media, is less than helpful.

The first statistic that begins to have some utility is the number of people who actually require medical intervention. Even here, the data are not as reliable as the mainstream media would suggest. The media have tended to focus on those who have died, and indeed, insofar as there is any degree of thinking behind the media hysteria about the spread of this virus it is firmly linked to the admittedly dramatic consequence of dying.

Even here however, the data are less than clear. The overwhelming majority of the still very small numbers of people who have actually died in Australia have two overwhelming conditions in common. The first is that they are overwhelmingly older people, that is, more than 70 years of age and a large portion of them are over 80 years of age. Given that life expectancy at birth for that generation was significantly less, and even by contemporary standards they are aged, their death is hardly a shock or surprise.

This factor is compounded by the other outstanding characteristic of the deceased, and that is that they had an average of three pre-existing serious medical conditions.  Without detailed autopsy analysis it is impossible to attribute their death to any specific cause from those multiple conditions.  That data are not available and until it is the dramatic media coverage of the deaths is simply unwarranted.

If we look at the number of deaths that have been attributed to the virus, as unreliable and overstated as that is likely to be, we see that the numbers are actually very small.  As at 2 April 2020 the number of deaths attributed to the coronavirus stood at 23 out of a total of 5106 cases of persons to whom a diagnosis has established that they actually had coronavirus.

Twenty-three deaths are less than 1 per million of the population.  The total number of people diagnosed as having the disease equates to 0.02 percent of the population. By way of comparison the total number of deaths in Australia in 2017 (the last year available) were 160,909.

Let us assume that the number of deaths attributed to coronavirus continues at the same rate for the rest of the year. That will create a total number of deaths of just on 90 persons or 0.05 percent of total deaths likely this year.

Which brings me to the $64,000 question. Is the shutting down of social activities, a massive increase in unemployment and a devastating disruption to every fabric of everyday life warranted in the light of the actual figures?

In my view, most assuredly not. Which raises the obvious question: what is the government’s real agenda in this huge assault on the lives of everyday citizens?

  1. What is their agenda? It’s a distraction and mass world coverup to hide the truth which is a planetary impact starting this month and thru September. Starting as shooting stars and the occasional bigger impact like the meteorite in Nigeria a few days ago. You cannot control the masses once your eyes see the truth….lockstep the populace beforehand. These rocks or asteroid belt will hit with increasing force and destruction. Take a look at the activity in Cheyenne mountain with military preparing thousands deep down in the NORAD facility. CEO’s or billionaires have themselves and family tucked deep down. This facility is the eyes of the world and deep space. Prepare now with six months food before the truth gets out.

  2. It has been known for at least 2 years, 14th February 2018, to be exact, this Government would go to any lengths to protect the Big Four Australian banks and therefore the Central Banks of the world from being seen as the cause of the upcoming financial disaster.

How come, you ask? On that date they passed a Bill that allowed Australian banks to confiscate customers assets in return for bank shares if those banks are in a dire financial state. At such a time the bank shares would be worthless. This Bill passed in the Senate with only 8 of the 67 Senators in the chamber. To make matters worse, the Government had been informed prior to the Bill being voted on that Pauline Hanson’s party had notified the Government that they had an amendment prepared to exempt depositors accounts from this Bill.

Following this criminal action (in my opinion) they have since attempted to pass legislation that would lock the population’s monetary assets into bank accounts whereby negative interest on those monies would be paid. If this Bill is eventually passed it is envisaged that all bank fees will rise dramatically.

The Big Four Banks of Australia, according to sources in the financial world are in big financial trouble due to their top heavy loans to the inflated housing market prices and their gambling heavily in derivatives. Also adding to their problem is the paying of large fines for being involved with money laundering for criminal enterprises.

The MSM have been engaged to exaggerate the effect of the virus on the World, giving the politicians a chance to make matters worse to bring the financial crisis on at this time, so as to make it seem that the virus was the cause of the slowing of economic activity.

But that is not true, as there is no need for these extreme measures that have closed down the World. There was no need in the past to do this in regard previous virus outbreaks, such as the
    Mers, Sars. Ebola, Zika.

There is no other assumption to be made than this close down of the World is to give cover to the real cause of the coming economic crash. The Banksters of the World.

    • I mention above the large fines handed down to the banks for money laundering. I wonder if those fines have actually been paid? How would we, the public know? After all the banks have two insiders in Government, Scott Morrison and Josh Frydenberg.

  3. “Let us assume that the number of deaths attributed to coronavirus continues at the same rate for the rest of the year. That will create a total number of deaths of just on 90 persons or 0.05 percent of total deaths likely this year.”

Crikey mate, they got the Australian people to go along with the disarmament agenda after Port Arthur when only 80 people were murdered by firearms each year. An extra 10 per year, pffft, not a problem.

I’m glad I’m 72, I remember freedom. Being able to travel, hitch-hike, sail all round the world. – The future is for the young, if the ‘millennial generation’ wants to cave in, that can be their future. I’ve already had a gut full of their political correctness, if they can’t think free thoughts, they might as well have their physical freedom also restricted.

    • Why not compare the virus likely death numbers as Terry has supplied with the eventual road deaths Australia-wide this year? I’ll gamble that there is no comparison. Most of those road deaths will have been preventable. So is the next step for this regime, to take all family cars off the roads?

  4. One cannot fix stupid
Stupid believes the official government tin foil hat conspiracy theory sponsored by the msm, ABC, politicians and mindless shock jokes.
Prior to 911 the US patriot act legislation was drafted then implementes curtailing freedoms.
What we have with a spiked up engineered flu virus is another 911.
It is resolved, the totalitarin globalist banker traitors will enhance post 911 restrictions on freedom and national sovereignty with the virus lockdown destroying the economy and those abominable small businesses that just want to carry out their natural lives as independent humans.
What can one say: you cannot fix stupid and gullibles, who do not know history, cannot think, believe msm bs and are basicaly stupid and ignorant….. educated that there will be no snow by 2020 and have no idea that Antartica once had forests.
Stupitiy has no bounds when stupid is promoted.
And stupid are the used coppers moving on someone alone on a bench eating a kebab.
Yes, to be a government agent, one is only financed if stupid.
Best of luck to the grandchildren soaked in srtupity betrayed by
a stupid evil commie/bankerster’s education system.

  5. A problem is that governments across the world are acting the same way. One would have to posit an international conspiracy in which a certain set of non-conflicting aims were shared by all countries. I am not sure about that, given the great number of countries and the way national interests conflict

Or to assume that each government has its own agenda for promoting fear and hysteria, so as to gain more control perhaps and extend benevolent soft “medical-healing” power (China); make money for Pharma once the vaccine arrives (USA, UK); ram through various laws/decrees while parliament is suspended as it was never prorogued for either Spanish Flu or WW2 (Australia); act against the 2nd Amendment by proposing a 50% tax on guns and ammo (USA)

This would fit Aussiemal’s idea of the pending financial Oz crash being hidden in a prior Covid-19 Depression.

As an example of other agendas: Scotland was on the point of abolishing trial by jury just now, see Craig Murray’s blog.

For example, Ukraine has just bowed to IMF demands to “free up” land ownership. So 7 million smallholders go to the wall.

“Never let a good crisis go to waste”.

  6. Anthony Fauci – New England Journal of Medicine
    March 26 2020
” the case fatality rate may be considerably less than 1%. This suggests that the overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%) or a pandemic influenza (similar to those in 1957 and 1968) rather than a disease similar to SARS or MERS, which have had case fatality rates of 9 to 10% and 36%, respectively.”

  7. In a few weeks time April 25th Anzac Day, our ignoble politicians will be popping up everywhere espousing how we brave Australians helped to free the World of tyranny. Yet this cowardly crew will not allow Australians to overcome our current minor hiccup.

These traitors in Canberra have been told to take our freedoms and rights from us by the same Zionist Banksters who had us go to those foreign wars of World War I and II that they themselves caused. We lost thousand of young lives and probably, millions of physically and mentally wounded for the benefit of these criminals and for them only. For that privilege Australia was not paid recompense for the huge cost in monetary terms as well as lives lost but we were put into financial debt (bankrupted) by Britain and US.

Now this same gangster group demand that our current politicians jump into action and all they can say is “Yes sir, how high sir?” In my opinion Scott Morrison and Josh Frydenberg are traitors to our Nation and should be criminally charged as such. They are the latest in a long line of traitors that Australia has put up with.

The tyranny of World War I and II days has not changed, same organisation just a new generation of tyrants.

Don’t be surprised if none of the rights and privileges that we had prior to the Port Arthur and 9/11 and present event are never returned to us. The present situation is the excuse that the Zionist Bankers have been awaiting for centuries, to put into place permanently.

  8. Ned / Mal , I’m totally on board with all that you’ve posted above .

Meanwhile ( off topic ) , I have a question for you Mary.

Apparently there’s a push amongst concerned Democrats , to get NY Governor Andrew Cuomo (or someone else ) , selected as the Dem candidate in a brokered convention in the coming months – thus deposing creepy Joe .

What’s the likelihood of that in your opinion ?

I assume a brokered convention is only possible in those cases where a candidate wins a majority of delegates in the primaries without a decisive margin.

( I’m assuming that a candidate that wins a crushing majority of delegates is automatically nominated & exempt from the humiliation of being deposed in a brokered convention ? ) .

  9. Best article on the subject yet

In 1994 I ran headlong into the statistics issue when I tried to find out how many 6 – 16 year-olds were registered under Western Australia’s school exemption system. The local branch of the Education Department told me that the information was not available, there was a vast difference between the two figures that I did manage to obtain(one via Central Administration the other via a Minister), and the greater of those was 100s of heads short of a list compiled by a non-government home-ed network.

It all boils down to the fact that the entire World System is being held together by way of maintaining a delusion of containment and control

  10. In answer to James article I would add this:

Those in charge of Wuhan were taken to task by Xi for not alerting the Central Committee sooner than the weeks that the Wuhan authorities allowed to pass before doing their required duty, My recollection concerning the release of the virus was back in late November last year.

Xi was not informed until late December of the many deaths the bug was supposedly causing.

Whether the original bug eventuated within China or not, the fact remains, that the Chinese authorities sat on the potential this bug had to cause a huge world problem and for weeks, before alerting any authority outside of Wuhan.

And such response, is a typical human response under a communist controlled system when ‘problems’ occur outside of standard communist propaganda, which promotes so many lies while laying indiscriminate blame, that many in charge would sooner hide the problem than expose a fracture in the system.

It’s just another example of why Communism will always fail to live up to the promoters expectations.

As to what James alludes to in this article regarding an ulterior motive now in effect while we all remain in ‘lock down’ I put this forward:

Since 2008, there has been an expectation that the world economic system was just hanging on by thread while debt was still highly promoted into the biggest financial bubble this world has yet seen, a financial bubble that was expected to burst at any time.

Come 2016 and the election of Trump, the talk from the Federal Reserve was that interest rates had to be raised, and raised in a country where unemployment was through the roof, infrastructure was failing, China was rising militarily and economically, and a myriad other problems had beset the United States economically, but the Fed was insisting on raising rates which would, if allowed to happen, put the United States into a very deep recession, and that would soon to be followed by the rest of the Western world.

Now remember, that it is the Central Bank that controls the economy, not the government.

Trump did what other Presidents were afraid to do, he began to counter the Fed by publicly exposing the Fed’s agenda and suggesting the alternative should occur – that is – interest rates needed to come down not go up. While this exposure was ongoing, Trump then opened up the closed coal mines and oil fields that the previous admin had shut down, he encouraged American manufacturing to return to the states and threatened the predator of the world, Communist China, with retaliation if China did not desist in ripping off America via trade agreements/exports. Those actions then generating the greatest rise in employment since the 1950s.

Effectively, what Trump did was to delay the inevitable and planned world economic collapse in 2020,(U.N. Agenda 21 and 30) by playing the Central Banks own game against them, and while in the process of all this going on, planning the merging of the Rothschild Federal Reserve into the control of the United States Treasury, the agency under the Constitution solely responsible for the issuance of currency.

In short, Trump is resetting the world economic system back to a more stable and reliable gold backed currency that the Central Bankers are aggressively and furiously fighting to avert.

The reason for lock down is simple – it gives Deep State bad actors less targets to take out in retaliation for what Trump and other leaders around the world are now achieving. How did Trump know that the Globalist/Deep State would release their latest deadly virus when they did? Look up Operation Looking Glass and why the U.S. Marines invaded C_A Headquarters at Langley in February, 2017, and what was seized from there.

But, that is not all that is going on behind the scenes – it will become very apparent, and soon, that other more humane events are unfolding at this very time that the world will become aware of, and that many are going to have much difficulty in emotionally dealing with. I believe those events are best left for those who choose to research them because dolly steps are a better way to learn of things that have high emotional value than receiving it all at once via that sledgehammer between the eyes.

This current ‘pandemic’ was meant to be far more deadly than what it has turned out to be, and to be used by the controllers of this world to bring the entire globe into financial Depression, while gaining reliance of the sheeple on ‘vaccines’ to ‘assist’ them back to ‘health’ that would further enhance their control over this entire world.

  11. As usual Nemesis, well explained. Many more sheeple will be better informed, if they bother to come to this excellent internet site.

    • Thank you Aussiemal – yes indeed, many are going to have a very wide awakening over the next few weeks if they choose to continue visiting this site.

    • Trying again, those f’n ads are a minefield.
      In short.
The most important action people can take is to send dr Shiva’s interview to everyone you know and to let all the politicians and msm traitors know that we are on to them and that they are 5th. Columnists betraying Australians and our nation.

    • Great interview, nothing like someone that has been at the ‘coal face’ and knows not only what is going on, but knows the people behind the goings on.

    • Great interview with Dr Shiva Ayyadurai, Dee. It led me to also watch this one worth sharing.

EXCLUSIVE: Top Doctor EXPOSES EVERYTHING The Deep State Is Trying To Hide About CV | Dr. Shiva on The Next News Network

      • Great interview, I really resonated with Shiva’s story and his climbing up from poverty and his desire for education. ALSO, his recognition of the ‘producers vs parasites’ or the ‘Praedo curve’. He’s one of the producers, he’s had heaps of run-ins with the parasites and knows how they suck the life out of a system.

If Trump asked me to visit the White House, as much as I might think it could be interesting I doubt I would attend. However, if Shiva ask me to have dinner, at my expense, I would go in a heart beat – I know it would feed my head.

          • Having read a bit of Solzhenitsyn there is much left out of this somewhat simplified narrative, but nevertheless that was an excellent video, and JP dumped a few hard truths about Lenin, and especially the treatment of the hardworking and entrepreneurial Kulaks (more Lenin quotes another time perhaps).

I found Peterson’s choice of example to illustrate the Pareto rule very intriguing because mobilising other peasants into mobs to dismantle the Kulaks so that wealth rose to the top of the “Dictatorship of the Proletariat” was hardly a random event as per his Monopoly illustration.

But a definite thanks for that video Terry. I would just like to add the funny and dark side of Jordan Peterson. Enjoy:

            Kitty Flanagan’s Rules for Life

            Jordan Peterson Dismantled

And ditto re Dr Shiva A.

          • Oh dear! I’ll be blackballed again for kicking the most sacred cow. That is, the supposed “Chosen People” who inhabit the upper echelons of Judaeo-Masonry.

I’ll claim that it is no accident that the very first Commandment after the Commandments dealing with Man’s duties to God is the one that says “Honour your father and mother”. It applies to everyone on Earth; not only to the influential and wealthy elite of Judaeo-Masonic narcissists who’s version of integrity is to promote and protect the illuminated from the profane.

I’d much rather have the likes of “Dr Shiva” for a neighbour than any of the “White” traitors who “represent” us by giving the Nation to an utterly perverse and hostile foreign ideology.

  12. Nemesis , a point of contention in relation to your earlier remarks .

You said that Donald Frump began to counter the Federal Reserve , expose its agenda & suggest that interest rates needed to come to down .

Now, bear in mind , that when the measly 25 basis point increases by the Fed stopped , the Fed Funds rate was just over 2 % .

By historical standards this is very, VERY low . ( Historically it averaged around 6 % from memory).

Any independent economist will tell you , the interest rate needs to be much , MUCH higher to ensure a sustainable economic environment.

Of course, low interest rates are a boon to borrowers .

But retirees live off interest from their bank accounts and / or other investments that yield dividends linked to the Fed Funds Rate ( or Cash Rate as the RBA here in Oz refers to it ).

Make no mistake , with bank accounts yielding next to nothing , retirees are unable to live off the interest generated & are this FORCED to DEPLETE their meagre savings.

Soon those savings are fully depleted & they are fully dependent on those ‘wise-overlords’ who govern over us .

    This is by design.

Now, a question for all Gumshoe readers.

If low interest rates are the answer, why didn’t previous governments around the world over recent centuries just manipulate rates & fix them at low, LOW levels in perpetuity ?

The answer is simple. Under a gold standard , fiscal discipline was ensured.

Countries that set their interest rates too low and / or printed up too much of their own money would have a run on their currency (individuals would dump the currency & demand gold from their governments, thus depleting the gold reserves of said nation ) , & they were forced to increase interest rates to stop it from freefalling into collapse.

Basically, the amount of ‘money’ in a society is a reflection of its productive capacity & it is FINITE*.

( * The USD, as the world’s reserve currency , is the exception to some degree as they can digitally create endless trillions without having to match said money creation with actual productive output. But this will not last forever & their day of reckoning is nigh for abusing said privilege ) .

If you set rates too low , businesses that shouldn’t be borrowing because they have a flawed & unsustainable business model , are capable of borrowing – banks will lend as long as you demonstrate the capacity to service the loan & with rates so low, these bogus businesses are up to it.

But this money being loaned to businesses that would NEVER have gotten it in a normal interest rate environment , means LESS money going to real & productive businesses that do actually increase the prosperity of society. ( ie: they ‘ crowd out ‘ the productive businesses that should be receiving these funds ) .

Similarly, on an individual level , people that in a bygone age would never have qualified due to higher interest rates & the stipulation that you needed a 20 & deposit, are being given enormous loans to buy houses with next to no deposit & thus further increase the speculative increases in residential property & inflate the bubble.

Bottom Line : The lower interest rate are , the greater the disincentive to save & the more the incentive to borrow & consume on hedonistic pursuits.

The higher the interest rate, the greater the incentive to save & spend less on consumption (much of said consumption is on foreign manufactured products that increase your trade deficits – deficits that have to be funded by borrowing from the Rothschild mafia banking cartel & other creditors which makes you even more beholden to them ).

Higher saving means a higher Capital Base ( a capital base is needed for investment , R & D , purchase of plant & equipment etc , which is what makes rich nations rich ).

This is best encapsulated in the words of my good mate Doug Casey :

” If you’re penalised for saving, you’re going to do less of it.

You’re going to go out and spend the money now on a bigger house, a new car, or perhaps a wild party.

This is one reason why Third World countries never progress on their own. Their currencies are unstable, worthless, and not worth the trouble of people saving them.

So, they never develop a capital base. It’s why poor people with bad habits stay poor ” .

In other words, the low interest rate environment that Donald Frump is urging is the VERY THING that leads to impoverishment of the masses & ensures that the Rothschild mafia banking cartel will forever lord over us .

    • Truth – have you any understanding whatsoever of what happens when a system becomes ‘centralized’?

As in Communism, National Socialism, Fascism, Oligarchies, Dictatorships, totalitarianism?

And especially as in Central Banks?

The stock exchange, or the gee gees, is for the gamblers who wish to improve on their future incomes, but Banking should never ever be controlled through a central system that destroys competition via its own rules that control all financial services and governments who allow such a system to exist.

  13. Meanwhile Nemesis , in an exchange we had on March 31st , you said that the ‘ Q ‘ posts were signalling a big event to occur on April 1st (U.S time) – which corresponded to April 2nd here in Oz.

I commented at the time that ‘ ….. yawn ….. April 1st will come & go & this will be yet another cruel hoax from Q ‘ .

    Well, what happened ?

The Gumshoe readers & I are waiting with bated breath .

    • I believe Ned gave you an adequate response to the question posed. Perhaps you’d care to do a little more research as I have been suggesting to you if you wish to have full knowledge of what is now occurring world wide?

I hope you will be able to handle what is coming our way soon.

  14. Just keep an eye on those boarding mercy and comfort for treatment during April.
I will look out for a nice fat crow for your dinner.

  15. What interests me is the number of people who insist on calling the 1918 pandemic “the Spanish flu” despite the fact that, by all accounts, it was Yankee-doodle born& bred.

No question in my mind that that the overarching blight was the opportunistic war against an industrial rival launched by said Federation: I don’t like communism, nor do I envy the lot of the average China-man, but history does tend to repeat

  16. Oh dear! It’s an epidemic of “Americanism” that has come to equate “freedom, prosperity and sovereignty” with unrestrained usury that, ultimately, only benefits the rich and particularly the “super rich”.

While I don’t agree with all this bod’s notions that the “Crown” is the source and repository of all that is good and true (the “Crown” is the “City of London”; an independent State of bankers of which the Monarchy is but a figurehead) it is sensible and prudent to use all available means to preserve the commonwealth of the people against egomaniacal tyrants.
    Most recent Glew outburst:

All the “Yankophiles” will hate me for saying that the Australian Constitution is the best constitution of human invention to curtail the megalomaniac ambitions of the Synagogue. The “Crown” agreed to the reasonable propositions about the constitutional “sovereignty” of the people of the Colony but they were almost immediately undermined and bypassed by agents of the secretocracy as soon as the sovereign people had approved them by referendum.

    • oldavid – The American Constitution and Bill of Rights is the most profound contribution to Human Rights this world has seen thus far. It you can come to the conclusion that the Australian Constitution without its own Bill of Rights is better.

Would you care to point out why you believe the Australian Constitution is superior to that of the American model that the Aussie is based on?

      • Easy, Nemesis.
The Yanky thing is directly a product of the “French Revolution” that assumes that all “rights” are a “gift” of the people by the people. “The people” are personified in the (democratic) “government”.

There is an old Latin adage that says “what Caesar giveth Caesar can taketh”.

The “British system” has, at least, token acknowledgement that the Monarchy is subservient to a higher order and the commonwealth of the people. The Magna Carta (brokered by the bishops) made it it plain that kings do not “own” their people as chattels.

The “emancipated” Yanks, on the other hand, developed an unassailably “democratic” system whereby “true and good” is determined in the ballot box.

The ‘Strine Constitution is based on the assumption that human society (nations and cultures) need coherence and continuity.

          • No, I didn’t miss it, Terry, in fact, I made several comments on it.

On re reading it, it is apparent that you are tacitly affirming my opinion that the Australian Constitution pre eminently contains all the protections of the “sovereign people” against a tyrannical “government” (i.e. “sovereign parliament”) as per the English Common Law provisions that are adamantly based in the Natural Law as explained by 2 thousand years of scholars delving into the principles in a great variety of social/political contexts.

Constitutionally, the parliament is barely more than a delegation of people’s representatives to propose problems/solutions to be ratified by the Regent or their representative.

No significant changes to the structure and operation of the “self governing colony” can be made without a referendum approved by a majority of people in a majority of States.

This situation was surreptitiously opposed and undermined right from the get-go by a multinational secretocracy that sought to superimpose the “rights of Man” on the Rights of God… that is, the nature and purpose of human life.

          • OK, you apparently have a deeper understanding about the workings of Australian Constitutional Law than I do. So, perhaps you can front up and appear in the next Constitutional case before a court – good luck.

          • Yair, orrite, Terry. I’d do that but I’m not a loquacious lawyer (lieyer) whose whole purpose of existence is to promote a somewhat plausible case for prosecution or defence independent of reality.

I don’t think it was accidental that the Man God lumped lawyers in with scribes and pharisees.

Your candour about the corruption in the judiciary is much appreciated.

      • oldavid – The American Constitution mentions inalienable rights – that is, all human rights are a gift from God – not from other people or government.

No man has the authority to give or take away human rights – only God can do this! When men forgo God’s authority the world ends up with Caesar’s, Hitler’s, Stalin’s, Mao’s and every other murderous dictator the world has spewed forth for eons.

The Australian Constitution is based on the American Model – I don’t how you can just ignore that fact?

Our Constitution was never given a Bill of Rights to enforce what is actually written within the Constitution and is therefore a mere shadow of the original document it was copied from.

The American system of government is a Constitutional Republic – it is the system of electing the people’s representatives that is based in democracy. There is no such thing as an American Democracy.

The British System of government has failed as is evident with the Brexit vote of 2016 and the three years of stalling on the ‘people’s referendum’ that took the replacing of the former PM and another election to obtain. Our system is no better, and needs a radical overhaul or replacement with another more reliable model.

Have you taken the time to read the preamble to understand why the American Constitution is such a profound document?

Kings may never own their people, but those who control the monarchies have certainly made economic slaves of us all – if that is not owning the people, then I don’t know what is!

        • I appreciate that you fellas have taken the time to remonstrate with me. Bear in mind that “history” comes out of “the ministry of truth”.

Americanism flows directly out of the “French Revolution” and its “Rights of Man” that installs Man as the supreme arbiter of good and evil. Democracy is presumed to be the agent that epitomises the dialectic of “progress” according to the competition of the “old” and the “new”.

Aristotle called democracy “the tyranny of the ignorant”.

Have you, Nemesis, ever read the Communist Manifesto and understood why it is such a profound document?

I will contend that the men who drafted the Australian Constitution were well aware of the tenets of the French Revolution, the American Constitution (and “Bill of Rights”), the Communist Manifesto, the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, the power of the debt money elite and their media goons etc. and they proposed a Constitutional system that should not be able to be manipulated by hostile interests.

The Secretocracy got to work almost immediately to undermine the Constitutional protection of the Sovereign Citizen and to subject them to an arbitrary “Law” system that was connived in secret and imposed by a totally illegitimate, unlawful, “civil authority” proposed to the citizens as the “government”.

Once again, I appreciate your views.

        • oldavid – The American Constitution was not written from within the ‘Ministry of Truth’ but at the Philadelphia Convention in 1787 with a preamble that instills in the reader that all Man’s law comes from the Creator, not from Man himself, and that is a huge distinction between the American and French models of constitutional republic.

The current Australian Constitution ignores that the original Constitution, and was usurped by the Whitlam government to exclude the direct representation/protection from the Crown.

I’ll bet Whitlam and others, knew of the Communist Manifesto.

The Communist Manifesto is about as profound as a bunch of rocks because it will always be shown that Man’s greatest folly is to believe himself to be the ultimate arbiter of his universe, when such thinking could not be any further from the truth, especially as the 20th Century has shown all who would take note.

There can be no argument that the original Australian Constitution was written to exclude the population from the same inalienable human rights as that presented in the American Model – the controllers of this world did not want another United States to have to contend with.

I understand your thinking on ‘Sovereign Citizen’ but this country, like the United States, was always meant to be a controlled system under the reign of the British Empire, represented by a controlled monarch who at least knew his/her place in this system, while the sovereign subjects were made into sheep.

When our elected representatives swear allegiance to a foreigner, and not to us the people, then we will always remain subservient to whatever the government chooses to do to us, and regardless of it being illegitimate or not.

          Thank you for your time.

          • Americanism is a terrible disease with no verbally communicable antidote. “British Israel” (Freemasonic) narcissism is also a terrible disease with with no verbally communicable antidote.

The almost universally despised Christ the King is the only “antidote” that lurks in “ordinary people”.

    • Thank you olddavid – In a similar vein

For the Chief of Army & the People of Australia (liabilitymate)

(poor sound quality but sincere and passionate)

And another from Wayne Glew (I agree with your qualification and take issue on some of his points but he is way over my head re the letter of the constitution).

Corporate “Government” has ZERO AUTHORITY over ANYTHING. Wake UP (liabilitymate)

      • Heh heh! That young man didn’t get his medals and beret from the op-shop! He sounds just like he is addressing a parade. The only thing missing is the commands: “Attairrrrn-shun!” and “Aaat-ois!”

I really hope that that goes “viral” in the defence forces. We really, really need our gallant young men to be on our side in this.

30 odd years ago I knew a couple of bods fairly high up in the defence forces. One in the SAS and one in the RAAF. They both said that most of their training was not about repelling invaders but about “suppressing” “domestic insurgencies”. One might well surmise that they were being primed to think that their first duty was to protect the “government” from the people.

  17. No disagreements from me Oldavid on anything you said in the post above ( or posts you’ve made in recent days ) ..

Meanwhile , just saw the X22 video you posted Dee containing the Dr Shiva interview & it was good viewing.

All credit to Zio-Dave for organising this .

This should serve as a template for future X22 Reports. ie: get good people to do all the talking with minimal input from Zio-Dave ( hence minimal likelihood that he'll disseminate his own opinions ) .

  18. Yes Dr Shiva interview excellent– his information spot on–Maybe Dee you could do some interviews and share with other reports–I recall your interview with Malcom Fraser.

  19. Prompted, with appreciation, by olddavid’s comment at 9:50 pm re Commandments …

I watched a couple of these earlier this evening as one was posted elsewhere in a comment and I was intrigued. He is new to me but Ashraf Ezzat certainly corroborates the work of Dorothy Milne (D. M.) Murdock (aka Acharya S.)

In what language did God write the Ten Commandments?

Why are the Pyramids not mentioned in the Bible?

The operative word of the day is ‘historicity’

Now excuse me – I have to get back to Robert Rankin’s “Nostradamus Ate My Hamster”

  20. Diane, from your various posts, you are probably all over this already – just sharing as I accumulate.

(her fingers are in every pie as you browse down her wikibio)

She is heavily featured in the following article – an interesting perspective and I don’t know enough to endorse absolutely, but there is certainly a lot of truth and facts here:

Weaponized Coronavirus Is an Anglo-American Pilgrims Society Attack on Non-Globalist America While Blaming China

  21. Good stuff Berry.

I’ve read a couple of articles from Peter Hitchens related to the Coronavirus issue & on that, like so many other issues he’s commented on in the past , he’s clearly his own man & not a mouthpiece for the cabal .
