Department of Health Responds to Submissions on AstraZeneca “Vaccine”

Arlyn alerted me to an “invitation to comment on the assessment of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine” by the Australian government, so I quickly put together a submission (as it was the deadline day). The Regulator was “investigating if there are any risks to human health and the environment posed by the import, transport, storage, and disposal of this vaccine and is seeking comment on the assessment.”

One has to wonder whether the Regulator’s assessment included the so-called vaccine’s actual safety when “injected.

My submission included information on Ivermectin, saying that it appears more effective. I gave links to several YouTubes (which have probably removed by now). I also included a video with Judy Mikovits, Robert Kennedy, and Dr David Martin, and focused on information that explained that Astrzenica is not a vaccine.

I received a reply with 3 attached documents, saying that the vaccine was approved.

“Decision on licence application DIR 180 –
Commercial supply of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine

“Dear Ms McLachlan, Thank you for your submission regarding licence application DIR 180 from AstraZeneca Pty Ltd. The Risk Assessment and Risk Management Plan (RARMP) for this application has now been finalised. I have attached a copy of Appendix C of the finalised RARMP, which summarises all public submissions received…

“…the COVID-19 vaccine poses negligible risk to the health and safety of people and the environment. Therefore, licence DIR 180 was issued on 08 February 2021… Your contribution to the regulatory process is greatly appreciated. Should you have any queries about the issuing of this licence, please do not hesitate to contact the OGTR at ogtr@health.gov.au.”

The letter was sent by Dr Raj Bhula, Gene Technology Regulator. To note: Switzerland Rejected AstraZeneca Oxford COVID-19 Vaccine due to lack of Sufficient Data.

Submission Concerns

I will summarise some of the material in the attachments. These are some of the points raised in the 44 submissions with the regulator’s comments:

  • “The ignorance and rejection of proven treatments such as Ivermectin is an absolute disgrace, and further proof that there are other agendas at play and none that include preserving human life. This is the biggest crime against humanity in all of history.”

Regulator’s comment: The issues raised in relation to different COVID-19 vaccines and treatments are outside the scope of this assessment conducted by the Regulator.

  • Vaccine uses “a gene for the generic Coronavirus spike protein in a modified version of a chimpanzee adenovirus (a virus that typically causes cold and flu-like symptoms).” “The true Covid-19 strain have never been actually identified.”

RC: The functions of the Gene Technology Regulator are defined by the Gene Technology Act 2000 (the Act). The Regulator must consider each application for a licence for work with GMOs based on criteria in the Act…  The RARMP prepared for the COVID-19 vaccine from AstraZeneca concluded that risks to people and the environment as a result of the import, transport, storage and disposal of the vaccine are negligible.

  • COVID-19 vaccines “do not stop people getting the virus and do not stop the virus from spreading.” ng.”

RC: Noted. The COVID-19 vaccine is aimed to reduce the severity of the disease in people.

  • “Adverse risks associated with these vaccines have been in the range of around 2.8-3+% in other countries so far. In Australia, that’s likely to be close to 750,000 adverse reactions in the short term – no long term data is yet available… Testing has been rushed and highly selective…”

Possible risks for the vaccine recipients will be considered by the TGA. The Regulator’s assessment concluded that risks to human health and safety as a result of import, transport, storage and disposal of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine are negligible. [standard reply]

  • “It is nothing short of willful misconduct to ignore the safety concerns of this vaccine. Vaccines take decades to develop and test and the fact that there has never been a successful coronavirus vaccine in decades of attempts is proof enough that this is impossible to achieve.”

RC: The TGA has responsibility for assessing the quality, safety and efficacy of any vaccine intended for use in people in Australia. [Then the standard reply]

  • “…The vaccine is likely to be more deadly than the disease.”

RC: …The Regulator makes licence decisions on the basis of consideration of risks to people and the environment.

  • “This experimental medical intervention is diabolical.”

RC: Submission has been noted.

Many submission complaints had the standard or expected reply. More submission complaints:

  • “…the vaccines were only tested on healthy fit individuals with anyone who had any health issues being excluded from the trials”, uncertainty about how the body would react to autoimmunity issues, fertility, carcinogenic effects and chronic illnesses, and previous trials for coronavirus vaccine were unsuccessful most likely due to pathogenic priming…”
  • Submission raised… adverse reactions, people dying after vaccination, and the vaccine doesn’t actually seem to stop people from getting the virus or from transmitting it, but only reduces the symptoms. “As such it seems rather ludicrous to then unleash such technology on the population.”

This from another submission:

  • “Demonstrate beyond reasonable doubt that no public official in this country is personally profiting from the vaccine.”
  • “Refute the contents and the studies of the book 1200 studies The Truth Will Prevail as attached to this email”
  • Public demonstration of administration of the vaccine to politicians and other public officials
  • “Demonstrate clinical trials into every possible other treatment, pharmaceutical or otherwise, have undergone full double-blind peer-reviewed long term trials and been unsuccessful”
  • Refute the statement that ‘there is no such thing as informed consent when the risks of taking a vaccine are unknown.’

Further issues raised:

  • “The coronavirus patent is a functional forgery.”
  • “Please provide evidence the legality of this biological weapon?”

The regulator noted these points were outside the scope of this assessment.

  • …There is also the possibility, by modifying the nucleic acids of our eggs or sperm, to transmit these genetic modifications to our children. The people who promote these gene therapies, falsely called “vaccines” are sorcerer’s apprentices and take the citizens of the world, for guinea pigs.
  • Government should provide education on healthy eating and natural supplements such as Vitamin D, A and C along with zinc; herbal remedies formulated to give strength to the immune system and also homoeopathy
  • Scientists/professors and doctors warning against any of the COVID-19 vaccine (mainly related to mRNA based vaccines)
  • Provided information on mRNA based vaccines by Robert Kennedy’s Children’s Health Defense states that in December 2020, 3,916 COVID vaccine-related adverse events, including 13 deaths, were reported to VAERS. [noted several deaths]
  • It is in fact not a vaccine but an experimental biological agent.

What is the real purpose of this so-called vaccine?

  • “The so called vaccine will not stop community transmission, will not stop the need to socially distance or wear a mask, you can only begin to wonder what the purpose of this alleged vaccine Is?”

There was no comment to this one:

  • “The injection is not a vaccine as it does not provide any immunity from COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2. As per the meaning of “immunity”: A situation in which you are protected against disease.” And “Vaccine”: A substance containing a virus or bacteria in a form that is not harmful, given to a person or animal to prevent them from getting the disease that the virus or bacteria can cause… 
  • “A number of doctors and scientists have warned the vaccine could potentially cause serious adverse events… especially due to the well-known phenomenon of Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE) found in previous coronavirus vaccines… .”
  • A mandatory vaccine against a bio-engineered virus on a global scale is wrong, abhorrently wrong. …”ANY policy of mandatory vaccination which uses coercive measures of “no jab, no pay” or “no jab, no play” or “no jab no fly” … is abhorrent, morally repugnant and corrupt.”

And then this comment in one submission:

  • “…The media and Government hype and hysteria can only be contributed to the much larger agenda in my opinion. This is what you should be assessing, not whether the AstraZeneca vaccine is safe. Keep the people in a state of panic and fear and sell them a cure they have no idea about. Problem, reaction, solution.”

    • 6 years ago I put my name to a joint letter to the State Governor that effectively declared
      “Due to X, Y & Z the authority of the Justice system has been abrogated”
      And the response was, of course, “Sorry I have no power to do anything about that”

      But what’s really interesting is that no attempt was ever made to enforce the corresponding Order

    • “The submissions ritual” – unfortunately, that’s all I’ve come to see it as. The decision has been made, but they call for ‘community submissions’ to give the appearance of working with the community.

      Dee, when the final report comes out, check for your submission. I doubt even one of your points will be addressed, HOWEVER, if you check in the appendix of list of ‘submissions to the Government’ you will find your name (but none of your submissions).

      Your efforts will be used to justify their decision, your name will be used in the report to give their per-determined decision extra weight – “see, we did take community input, here’s proof!”

      After the first 5 or 6 times I made submissions and saw how they kept using me, I gave up on doing it again. A couple of times the issues I raised was a ‘red flag’ for them to patch up, in other words, I clued them into a problem they needed to patch/cover up. – Kudos to you for giving it a go.

        One has to wonder whether the Regulator’s assessment included the so-called vaccine’s actual safety when “injected.”

      • Yes, Terry. The comission would have had “guidelines” and “parameters” they would have to keep inside of, which forbids them from considering all input supplied to them. It’s an old tactic, to be sure.
        And anything outside those “parameters” would have them reacting in the same way as Tanya Pliebersek when confronted by Craig Kelly at that press briefing.

    The current COVID-19 coronavirus vaccines are not being tested for their ability to reduce mortality at this time. That would require a long-term study because there are so few deaths (376,000 in 325,000,000 Americans or 0.001 (1/10th of one-percent) in the population at large.

    But here in the short-term (2 weeks) 24 deaths among 193 vaccinated residents = 12.4% mortality rate or a 124-fold increase in mortality over and above the COVID-19 death rate for the population at large is reported…………..

    We all need to get more emotional and mad. Countless people are dying needlessly! The suicide rate is much higher and businesses are collapsing never to come back. Foreign corporations are coming in for the kill with more home deliveries with takeaway food because its “Safe” and No Contact” . They are demented and seriously deranged people falling for this separation of Humanity and blaming another person with suspicion. Mad as Hell as they say! If people aren’t mad there will be no action

The beauty of TV was well understood in the 3rd Reich, Hollywood and England, before it was even invented. So many have surrendered their mind to the advertising and now full-time cultural re-programming, it would be worth doing a poll, to see how many actually want just the extreme stuff: lockdown, mask, travel cancelled, quarantine and ad hoc fines for imaginary breaches of nonsense law. The percent in favour must be disturbingly high.

    This quote from bioethicist Caplan is a fine statement for his times, but, 3 decades later, well-informed, (non-corporate-based) scientists and other ethical experts would agree that, today, in 2020, the quote should be amended thusly: (*“Today the ‘experimenters’ in 2020, should be identifies as the powerful, influential, wealthy, profit-seeking corporate entities that are seeking profits from the sacrifices of those that are uninterested, uninformed, thoroughly propagandized or otherwise ‘enslaved’” – GGK).”
