I was at the Brisbane Magistrate’s court on Friday when Dr William Russell Pridgeon, Patrick O’Dea, and several others had to make an appearance for their court case. (These good men were arrested in October 2018 for protecting children.) A vigil had been organised for the day, and many people had flown in from all over the country to attend.
A red carpet was rolled out, and there were a number of banners calling for a Royal Commission, protection of children, and a banner reading Operation No Ethics — referring to the charges laid against them (as part of the Australian Federal Police Operation Noetic).
After a two year investigation, and six months post-arrest, they are seeking to further delay the proceedings. In court, the prosecutor sought a four-week adjournment, saying that they had only completed about 80 per cent of the brief of evidence — which was about 40 gigabytes of material, and that more forensic examination of the computers needed to be done.
Very little was reported in the mainstream media, even though the mainstream media were there — also filming Daniel Morcombe’s parents leaving court for the last time. In an article entitled, Abduction accused doesn’t like GPS tracker, the Brisbane Times, the focus was on the GPS trackers — not the issue of child protection:
“[Pridgeon’s] lawyer, Andrew Owens, told the court Pridgeon did not like his newer-style GPS tracker which requires him to sit down next to a charger up to two hours at a time when the battery runs low… ‘They’ve just changed the types of GPS trackers. They used to be able to home charge it and take it off so they can walk around the house,’ Mr Owen said.
Forcing Dr Pridgeon and O’Dea to wear these bracelets is the most extraordinary exercise of humiliation and intimidation. They have helped Australia by calling attention to child protection – and they land up wearing ankle bracelets.
What’s On The Computers?
I believe I heard the prosecutor claim that this was the largest haul of data ever in an investigation. So what is on all these computers?
You can be sure that there will be a lot of “evidence” to convict people.
They are sure to find the damning report from the late Prof Freda Briggs AO, Australia’s pre-eminent authority of child sexual abuse. (As Foundation Dean of the University’s Institute of Early Childhood and Family Studies, adviser to the Prime Minister, child protection consultant and researcher to New Zealand Police for 21 years, author or co-author of 20 books, Professor Briggs was a world leader in child protection.)
Will the investigators find the many (93) reports written by thirteen contact supervisors referred to in Professor Brigg’s report? Those reports stated that the children made frequent disclosures of sexual abuse to thirteen different people. And the abuse was ignored.
Will they pay heed to the findings of the Police Crimes and Misconduct Commission that concluded that the officers involved “conducted an inadequate and unprofessional investigation with poor quality interviews of the children… non-compliant with the Nationally-accredited ICARE interview model…” The Commission acknowledged that officers failed to re-investigate after the misconduct finding.
So, will the prosecutor pay heed that the police did not investigate according to their own standards, and that they need to re-investigate.
What are they going to do with this material exposing child abuse? Are they now going to go after the child abusers, rather than those protecting children?
Are they going to break the law, and ignore these crimes perpetrated on Australian children?
The integrity of the Australian Federal Police and the Courts are going to be tested by this case. They have all the evidence, so what are they going to do with it?
After a brief court appearance, Dr Pridgeon then addressed the media:
Dr Pridgeon’s speech:
“This case is not about child stealing, it is about child protection. It’s about the desperate efforts of good people, good law abiding Australians, desperately trying to protect children from the worst sort of sexual abuse. We are not criminals. There is no law in Australia against protecting children from rape. We are not criminals. We have a right to protect our children.
“We have a right to protect our children even against court orders [that lead to] sexual abuse. Family Court orders… We have a duty to protect our children. If we didn’t protect these children we would be breaking the law. The criminal code [Act], section 260 I think it is [note SECT 286], demands that we protect children, keep them safe, and we’ve done that, yet we are being charged with crimes.
“The people who have abused these children are not being charged, they are being protected, they are being protected by the AFP. The AFP are denying this abuse, even though they know that these children have been abused. This denial is absolutely blatant, and absolutely brazen. It’s quite wrong.
“Raping children is a crime. It is an abomination. Ordinary decent Australians regard it with horror and disgust, but the AFP apparently do not. And the public servants who were supposed to protect these children did not. Apparently they don’t regard child sexual abuse as a problem here. The child protectors, we the child protectors are being prosecuted by the very people who failed to protect these children in the first place. This is a crime to hide a crime.
“The AFP knows the full effect of these children’s abuse. They have access to the police databases. They have taken our computers, they’ve taken all our documentation, and that documentation that was leaked with the description and evidence of the children’s abuse. Yet they do nothing, yet they continue to lie about the children’s abuse. They say the abuse did not occur, it occurred! The descriptions that we have of the children’s disclosures are graphic; they are horrendous. They know this, and yet they lie. The AFP know what we know. They know that these children have been sexually abused. We protected these children from abuse. Whatever we’ve done, we can say that we have given these children four years of freedom from rape.
“These children made 40 plus disclosures to 13 different adults. When they were between the ages of 4 and 5, over a period of about 18 months, only one of those adults was ever interviewed by the police. This wasn’t an investigation, it’s not a bona-fide investigation. It was a coverup. Those witnesses were excluded from testifing in the family court, which then gave custody of the children.
“Professor Freda Briggs did a report on these children. She was so disgusted with what she found, she made a complaint to the Crime and Misconduct Commission. The Crime and Misconduct Commission found that the officers who dealt with this case had done an inadequate and poor quality investigation. Nonetheless there was no remedial action, nothing would be investigated, but the narrative, the false narrative that these children were never abused, continues.
“Incestuous child sexual abuse, is a crime of secrecy. It occurs in the privacy of the family home. It occurs behind closed doors. There are no witnesses. If we choose to disbelieve the children, then we commit the perfect crime. Our Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, promised the children of Australia, that they would be believed, and they would be protected, and that’s what we did. We believed these children. We believed them and we protected them.
“This is a very dark moment in the history of the Australian Federal Police. Their behaviour is appalling. They have shamed Australia.”

This appears to be their Standard Operating Procedure which has been systemic just like the Royal Commission into child abuse by the Roman Catholic Church-State. The ‘authorities’ did not act or it was covered up. These sick and many times satanic people who injure the innocent both physically and mentally from pedophilia and rape are disgusting!

I will do the same and give here some background information on myself to stir the pot.
She is well experienced and with a wealth of knowledge and contacts.
Arlyn as a friend of Freda’s I attended her book launch, none of us realising it would be the last one as Freda has passed away. Ita Butrose was also there and I had a good chat to her about my situation with the Family Court. This was only the week before my trial, after which I was labelled an emotional abuser for making my children believe that they had been sexually abused by their father. Of course the judge ignored the evidence including children’s disclosures to the police & I lost custody. I will now write to Ita as I’m sure she would remember our conversation. I will explain how Freda was helping both myself & C at the same time, she’s likely to remember. I’d say that she already knows what is going on, Freda would have diligently explained everything! Let’s hope that she will help us to continue Freda’s legacy!

I would add lies propaganda, omissions & exaggerations as the apparatus arm of the corporate-government for their agenda and the agenda of the corporations and foreign governments and its agencies.
If this goes to trial, I strongly suggest that there be a couple of people in attendance who can take down the evidence in shorthand. Then there needs to be reporting, say on this website, on the actual evidence in court, no embellishments, just the evidence – including any objections and disallowing of any evidence.
When the ‘judge’ comes in with his judgement, you can then compare his ‘weighing of evidence’ to the actual evidence. If the judge is a ‘player’ the judgement will reflect it. Up can be down, black can be white and right can be wrong.
My opinion of how it will be run will be on a ‘black letter of the law’/legal positivism going back to that stain on the Australian legal system of the ‘Sovereign Parliament theory’.
Nothing is going to change until people start getting really, really mad. Payback can be a bitch.

If the defense tries to tender evidence and the judge will not allow it, there can be other ‘alternative’ outlets that can publish it.
Perhaps the defense might run the defense on much of the same basis of my article on the review of Australian law. They want to tender evidence to show that the legislation is NOT doing what it was intended to do – back to the ‘Rational Basis Test’.

Arlyn, I don’t quite understand your question. However, most Australian judges engage in sophistry, that is, trying to BS their way to the judgement they want to come to. They will ‘interpret’ the legislation the way they want to – you wouldn’t believe some of the crap I’ve heard from the bench. Some of the ‘logic’ was internally inconsistent as they prattled away, just complete nonsense.
I had one Supreme Court judge throw out 700 years of contract law in order to come to the decision the NSW government wanted in the case.
As far as the evidence, some evidence that is completely irrelevant is allowed over objection because the judge ‘just wants to hear it’ – the statement from the bench is usually something like “well, it is just a matter of weight, I’ll hear it” – then they rely their judgements on something that isn’t even relevant to the case (they figure out what the political agenda is).
If they already know what the agenda is, then they can tweak their admission of evidence to suit that agenda.
I don’t have much faith in the Oz judiciary anymore. Maybe another barrister can take up the fight in this particular case and move the English ‘Rule of Law’ forward in the this Colonial backwoods at the Arse End of the World.

I remember it from the front of the Melbourne Herald-Sun when it happened. I remember then noting that the picture was obviously (and poorly) doctored. I didn’t know at the time of course how things would pan out, but I knew instinctively that the story was suspect, otherwise why would they feel a need to do that.

I hope he does go into politics, though he had better be careful going into that hornets nest. He may end up like Midnight Oil frontman Peter Garrett. So many good people go into politics and are then targeted. Mary it would be wonderful if Senator Hinch steps up for Dr Pridgeon, but I don’t blame him if he doesn’t. Mary you are right. In my communication fight with the authorities about Port Arthur I was a loner, using other investigators work. At first it was a bit scary, as I did not know what their reaction would. Then I realised that I would never be charged with any offence or taken to court, because the last thing that the Government wanted, was evidence brought to a trial. I must admit that at the beginning I had no idea that I was pleading for help from the architects of the crime.

Addressing all Public Servants and the Governor General

Most of the people in the lands of Australia do not comprehend their own history, although, unfortunate for this Australia Government Administration, many of us do. There is a complete research available to which can be put before the High Court to demonstrate these facts.
Having no right to the Constitution, that would mean that all sitting within the Australian Governments Parliament have no right to make complaint on Section 44 because they are acting outside of the Constitution Act and its high time that Justice be corrected within His Majesties Realm.

In regard to Marriage, this is engrained in the Constitution itself under the Blessing of Almighty God where in the Kingdom under King George V comes under the Authorised King James Bible kissed at coronation by every Monarch going back to King James I, being the Will of the Estates.
In the Authorised King James Bible (used in Courts to take Oaths of Witness), Marriage is obviously discussed, this can be found at 1 Corinthians 7:1-15 as well as other sections of the Bible. Quick and Garren have noted in the Annotated Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia under Section 200 that Marriage is between a Man and a Woman, with its Authority coming from the Constitution itself and under the blessing of Almighty God.
At Section 206 under the Section of Parental Rights, it mentions Case Law in Catleedge r. Cartledge, 31 L.J. Mat. S5. Dig. Of Eng. Case Law, vol vii, p. 789, wherein at Common Law a father is entitled to the custody of the Child. Under this Australia Governments Family Law Act 1974 they have disregarded Case Law to introduce what is consider Roman Slave Law under the Roman Law of Persons to which Serfs of Government, or current Wards of the State have their families destroyed by the division of the Family Estate to which the Father is the Executor and his children Heirs to his Estate.
We can also note that the Australian Government has broken laws in relation to putting money aside for a Plebiscite on Marriage in which it used the AEC and ABS to manage a Postal Vote that has no basis in Law when they could have tabled a Bill before their Administrative Parliament to change teh Marriage Act of the Commonwealth, obviously knowing that if they were to do that, then Constitutional Law would hamper their ability to destroy the Family Unit further, wherein they have given our Children Safe Schools Programming and attempted to destroy the very social fabric that is a Christian Commonwealth of Australia.

Under Acts Interpretation Act 1966 at Section 18(a) the “United Kingdom” shall mean the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland as it does within the Preamble in the Constitution Act within the first paragraph.
