A brief commentary on the benefits of sun exposure.
During the Covid plandemic “they” tried to ban simple medications that could help you — this to bring in the vax-experiment. But, importantly, they tried to lock you away … from the SUN.
Suddenly people trying to get “fresh air” were subjected to unprecedented and exorbitant fines. People were fined for sitting on a park bench, being in their garden, and going to the beach. And after a couple was fined $2,000 for sitting in their car, they published “A full list of the reasons you’re legally allowed to leave your home” on April 7, 2020 report. Strict rules enforced stay-at-home orders and movement control orders – i.e., quarantine, isolation, or lock-down — basically just STAY INDOORS.
What was this all about? Was this about limiting your SUN EXPOSURE?

The Primed Life
I’ve known the general benefits of the sun, but have been somewhat programmed by the “Slip, Slop, Slap…” AVOID the sun campaigns. And then I met Chad Davis. It was during lock-down when the gym was closed and I had decided to keep swimming in the bay and noticed that Chad had organized a cold water swimming group. He had also written a book called, “The Primed Life” — about mitochondria and the sun.
In the table of contents are the lists of “20” over 20 chapters. E.g., 20 reasons to get your bare feet on mother earth; 20 reasons to shut your mouth and breathe through your nose; 20 reasons why the sun is so critical being energised; … etc.
The list in Chad’s book on the why the sun is so critical and is astonishing — how the sun is critical to our health; vitamin D; how 48% of circuits in our brains are wired to the sun; about Electron Transport Chains (ETC), and absorption. CHEMTRAILS
What about chemtrails?
Now if you want to believe the BBC, Alistair Coleman, the BBC Monitoring, Disinformation specialist writes in his 2022 article: “Chemtrails: What’s the truth behind the conspiracy theory?”
“Look up at a clear blue sky and you might see puffy white trails behind aeroplanes. They are made up mostly of water and are called contrails or vapour trails, but a growing number of people falsely believe they are evidence of something sinister going on. Some think malign forces are spraying the population with dangerous chemicals – so-called chemtrails – for purposes that are neither entirely clear nor consistent.”
He concludes that there is only a little bit of truth in a vast sea of BS and exaggeration… “Like many persistent conspiracies, the chemtrails idea comes with a kernel of truth.” [referring to some 1950s and 60s experiments]
Of course we know chemtrails and geoengineering is all confirmed. To quote researcher Dane Wigington (GEOENGINEERING WATCH):
“Governments around the world have long since fully deployed global climate engineering on a scale that cannot truly be comprehended. They decided (without public knowledge or consent) that they had the right to use the atmosphere of our planet to serve their own agendas which amount to nothing less than weather and biological warfare.”
There are studies actively trying to conceal what is going on. A summer 2020 paper entitled, “Chemtrails and Solar Geoengineers: Governing Online Conspiracy Theory Misinformation” in the abstract says:
“Chemtrailers claim covert solar geoengineering programs are already underway and polluting the environment with toxic pollutants, as evidenced by aircraft contrails in the sky. The theory is completely false… This Article assesses legal obstacles to regulating chemtrail misinformation…”
When “they” are trying to ban discussion on clouding and spraying the sky, then you know more investigation is required.
In less than an hour, they will grid paint the entire sky. Which will quickly blend together and create a solar ceiling to deflect the sun’s warm and healing rays.

We know Bill Gates — pusher of deadly jabs for the global population — also wants to cloud the sky and shield the sun.
If you ask me, if sunlight = life (as Dr Jack Cruse says) this chemtrail and clouding the sky lark feels like a plan to harm and make the human species sick.
Of course there is a deliberate program to cloud the sky with dangerous chemicals. If a human cannot tell the difference between contrails from jet engines and chemtrails they are morons. These beings do not deserve help to survive. Those using the skies which belong to all, as a medium to endanger all of us should be arrested and put to death. That is their goal for us and all life on our planet.
We in Western Australia regularly have chemtrails crossing the sky in areas where no passenger jets fly. There are certain corridors used by passenger planes here so it is easy to discern between which are jet streams and those that are chemtrails. Also the chemtrails are released at much higher altitudes than airliners fly as when in Perth area airliners are either landing or taking off.
I would have thought people in the USA would have the resources to shoot them down, doesn’t everyone have RPG launchers and things of that nature. Well it’s good to see Trump is going after Obama now and probably Hillary to follow, as he said we have to follow the law, very slow but revenge served cold is ok so long as the culprit is not already in the morgue. Hopefully the trickle turns to a flood and our lot get dragged in.

Remember Paleo Pete, he tried to revive meat and 3 veg and the M$M hounded him out of town. Don’t be ridiculous they chanted, get your flu shot etc. More recently he mentioned staring at the sunset, this works great for eyes, better if you are at the beach where the sun is close to the water before you start looking at it, you will notice it is white not yellow. Apparently it causes the pupil muscles to tighten up and this sets off a reaction which apparently helps eye problems. I got a watery eye after someone treated me to a special eyedrop from Japan, I think it had cayenne pepper in it the latest bullshit marketing device, my left eye was watering way too much but staring at the sunset has gone some way to fixing it. My right eye was the placebo group ( no treatment ) and no problem with it. When you buy eye drops how do you know it’s not goat’s piss.
As bio-labs, chemtrails are proof that we’ve had global governance since the turn of century at least.
Doesn’t matter which party is holding the baton spraying continues, on both rich and poor, in most nations. So do our elite have anti-venom to treat chemicals we’re all sprayed with from above?
It’s all spiritual, yet we don’t know where it leads love not war, at a guess.
