Everybody Knows, Part 1: All Doctors MUST STAND UP for Russell Pridgeon, MD

Dr William Russell Pridgeon, a GP in Grafton NSW, has come out with a major, major, major book on the subject of pedophilia in Australia. It particularly discusses the “capture” of the police profession.  You already know of Dr Pridgeon from the fact the APF arrested him 4 years ago. Gumshoe has covered his case and the “Operation Noetic” that was used to hunt him down.

He was made to look like a criminal and I’ll bet many members of the Australian Federal Police have come to believe their own rhetoric. Tomorrow in a Brisbane Court he faces another hearing. We all need to be there, at least in spirit.

I now demand that ALL DOCTORS IN AUSTRALIA BE THERE, at least in spirit. Come on, you guys and gals, this is your moment. There is not a scintilla of evidence that Russell harmed anyone and in fact, he went way out of his way to help two children. The expert on child abuse, Prof Freda Briggs of the University of South Australia, had asked the good doctor to help. He knew it was risky but he could not say No to the good professor. 

Anyway, Pridgeon went to the police and told them what was happening. So they can’t say they needed to hunt for him (though’ they do say so — after all, scripted drama is a scripted drama.)

Here is my proposal for this Part 1 of the series “Everybody Knows.  I can remember when doctors were looked up to by the community and were expected to help society when appropriate. Oh, is this, technically, part of their job?  Well, yes. Doctors have such a high opinion of themselves that they incorporated that responsibility into the Code of Ethics.

The following is the code of the Australian Medical Association.  I have cherry picked only the items that have a bearing on Russell’s case.  Please read:

Members are advised of the importance of seeking the advice of colleagues should they be facing difficult ethical situations.

  1. PREAMBLE

… 1.6 While doctors have a primary duty to individual patients, they also have responsibilities to other patients and the wider community.

1.7 The principles in the AMA Code of Ethics apply to all doctors regardless of their professional roles.1,2

  1. Teaching

2.6.1 Honour your obligation to pass on your professional knowledge and skills to colleagues and students, where appropriate.

3.1 Professional conduct

3.1.2 Build a professional reputation based on integrity and ability.

3.1.7 Accept responsibility for maintaining and improving the standards of the profession.

3.2 Working with colleagues

3.2.1 Treat your colleagues with respect and dignity.


4.1 Responsibility to society

4.2.3 Recognise your right to refuse to carry out services which you consider to be professionally unethical, against your moral convictions, imposed on you for either administrative reasons or for financial gain or which you consider are not in the best interests of the patient.

4.2.4 Alert appropriate authorities when the health care service or environment within which you work is inadequate or poses a threat to health.

4.2.5 The doctor who reasonably believes that significant harm will occur to the public as a result of the delivery or non-delivery of health care, despite the process mentioned in paragraph 4.2.4, would be open to taking whistleblowing action. Contemporary protections for whistleblowers should be supported by doctors.

4.3 Health standards, quality and safety

4.3.2 Accept a share of the profession’s responsibility to society in matters relating to the health and safety of the public, health education and literacy and legislation affecting the health of the community.

4.5 Medico-legal responsibilities

4.5.1 Recognise your responsibility when preparing medico-legal documents such as medical certificates or independent medical assessments. The information you provide must be honest, accurate and not misleading.

4.5.2 Recognise your responsibility to assist the courts, tribunals (or similar forums) by providing informed, fair opinion based on impartial, expert evidence when reasonably called upon to do so.

Listen to the Older Ones

Quite possibly the graduates of medical schools after 1990, or so, did not get the excellent brow-beating about their responsibilities that the older doctors got in medical school. After my physician-husband passed away, I ran into one of his Adelaide students who said “When we saw Prof, we broke out into a cold sweat.”

Yesterday, I read a terrific story by a doctor who explained where he got his “ethics” from.  As a child, at a party, he hit his girl cousin on the shoulder. Later, each of three uncles, separately took him aside to let him know it was not acceptable.  “We are men. We do not hit women. We protect females.”

That young boy was Russell Pridgeon. Clearly, he took the message to heart. The story is a passage in his book, entitled (with regard to Oz’s secret pedo racket): EVERBODY KNOWS.

But don’t forget, every doctor has to show support. One way to do that might be to enter a “Rah Rah” in the comments below. No need to make up a false name, Doctor. Do I say that because supporting Pridgeon will not endanger you?  Hell no, it definitely will endanger you.  But there’s safety in numbers.

This is what we need today. Unity. Togetherness. Professional responsibility.  Moral standards.

  3. After all we’ve experienced, past three years at the hands of medical establishment, how can we trust the ones on bases loaded?
    Real doctors and nurses sacked for refusing to take jabs, WHO’s left due to shortage? Doesn’t matter, plenty recruits from India, China, Africa and anywhere but here. All done according to plandemic, our oppressors wouldn’t have it any other way.

That doesn’t impress child advocates given that judges have always been able to stop inappropriate questioning but few do so. And how are lawyers or judges to know what is developmentally appropriate when they have no professional knowledge of child development? What is also disconcerting is that several magistrates have been reported, charged or convicted of sex offences against children. Commissioner Ted Mullighan enquiring into the sexual abuse of children in state care (SA) has indicated that some very prominent people are implicated. It was noted in the media that the deputy DPP of NSW had 2 days in which to discard evidence before police searched his home after child porn had been found on his computer. And of course, there were allegations that NSW police ignored the offences of a NSW judge in return for favours and the Wood Royal Commission revealed that prominent identities were involved. Many people are now cynical about the willingness of the legal system and politicians to protect children. Take a look at what Australia promised to do when it signed the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1990 – eg provide appropriate legislation – provide education for child protection – treatment for victims – counselling for the families. Where are they? the federal Government says the states are responsible; the states point out that they didnt sign the convention. Many people are now very cynical about the governments’ and legal systems’ willingness to protect children.”

    • Gosh, Diane, I was surprised to read that Freda started out as a policeperson in the UK.

      Also, her obituary makes it sounds like she was in great health until she died. It is my hunch that someone in the hospital gave her a hotshot.

      If so, I look forward one day to interviewing the killer in his/her cell.

    I am disappointed by the opportunism of politicians in Canberra – including the PM – using this to drag me down, but more than that I am heartened and inspired by the hundreds of messages of support I’ve received from every corner of the country.

      My father had many skills beyond professionals, a master carpenter high distinction from nation of birth, great self taught folkloric musician, a sculptor in stone carving people to finest detail – no mistakes allowed when chipping away.
      People took advantage of his genius here in Sydney. As a result of his sensitivity to in-just-ice at the malice of exploiters, he was forced to take lithium for over three decades, on occasions with electric shock therapy by psychos on bases loaded. He was murdered with lethal injection at age 74.
      His younger brother and wife were also murdered in Dubrovnik hospital after being put on ventilators during height of covid insanity, April 20 last year.
      There are some good doctors. on the whole not many. Power corrupts absolutely. We live for better days, every day a blessing.

    Pope Francis has revealed that he sought the help of a psychoanalyst for six months when he was 42 and the leader of the Jesuit order in Argentina during the country’s military dictatorship.

    The pope’s disclosure was made in a book based on 12 in-depth interviews with the French sociologist Dominique Wolton, to be published next week.

    Francis said the weekly sessions with the psychoanalyst helped him a lot. “For six months, I went to her home once a week to clarify a few things. She was a doctor and psychoanalyst. She was always there,” he told Wolton for the 432-page book Pope Francis: Politics and Society.

    “Then one day, before she died, she called me. Not to receive the sacraments – because she was Jewish – but for a spiritual dialogue. She was a good person.”

    Francis told Wolton he now felt free. “Of course, I’m in a cage at the Vatican, but not spiritually. Nothing frightens me,” he said.

    The pope also took aim at priests who were “rigid and afraid to communicate”.

    The disclosure came when Francis was discussing the role and influence of the “courageous” women in his life, including his mother, his two grandmothers and Esther Ballestrino de Careaga, the communist founder of the Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo movement in Buenos Aires, who was killed during the dictatorship………………………

  15. Dr Pridgeon was my GP many years ago now and he helped me to see that my loving husband was actually a narcissist, drug taking truck driver whom was mentally abusing me and my children. Dr Pridgeon gave me the strength and support to walk away. I owe my life and my sanity to him. A true gentleman and amazing doctor
