Further to the Discussion of Martin Bryant’s Innocence

It is impossible for a left-handed person, who had not used a rifle right-handed previously to do what Martin has been accused of doing. The shooting to death of 12 and wounding of 10 in a matter of seconds, is impossible for anybody except a very small percentage of the population.

The shooter also fired from the hip, an art which would take years of practise to get the above efficiency, if that person also had rifle talent. Especially with the fact, that most wounds were head and neck wounds, they were not scattered shots.

In Mike Willesee’s video, Martin’s girlfriend of 8 months tells us that Martin was unable to read. However the drawings and “confession” that John Avery produces only had one spelling mistake, twice. That was when the word “to” was spelt “too”. (Sorry Avery, you will have to better than that.)

John Avery states that the evidence was overwhelming against Martin Bryant, when in fact the only evidence known is in Bryant’s favour. None of Bryant’s fingerprints or DNA was ever produced. Many of the witness statements are incorrect or vague. Those that make sense are to Bryant’s advantage. Such as those supplied by:

Jim Laycock, “I did not recognise the male as Martin Bryant”,

John Godfrey “In my opinion the picture I saw in the newspaper was not the same person”. (Remember the person in the newspaper was Martin Bryant.),

Graham Collyer “He looked like he might have a lot of acne. A pitted face.”

Roger Larner gave a statement that provided an alibi that Bryant was not at Port Arthur when the shooting started.

Rebecca McKenna gave a detailed description of the gunman, his entry, actions before the shootings, the meal he ordered, where he sat to eat and when he went back inside the cafe from the verandah. The description did not depict Martin Bryant, as it should not. He was not at Port Arthur.

Statements by each of those persons have the stamp DPP on them, so we know they were officially provided by police to the Department of Public Prosecutions.

Inspector Ross Payne attempted to coerce Terrance Hill, the gun dealer, into supplying a false statement regarding the sale of weapons to Martin Bryant. He procured John Avery to write an official letter to Terrence Hill threatening that the police would “push on and try to find sufficient evidence to charge you with some offences…. However, it was made abundantly clear that the Director of Public Prosecution is prepared to offer you an indemnity against prosecution if you are prepared to accept that you did sell guns to Bryant.”

Being a law-abiding citizen Hill refused and thus lost his livelihood.

A copy of that blatant illegal tactic against Hill can be found in Keith Noble’s book online, Mass Murder.

The “uniform gun control laws” were drawn up by the Federal Government in June 1995, almost twelve months before there was a necessity for such drastic measures. Prior to the incident, Federal Government web site: (gun.law.gov.au/Guns/releases/releases.htm) gave out this very incriminating information.

“We will also be closely involved in the subsequent development of proposals for reform [to gun control laws], which is expected to commence in May 1996.”[Note, to commence in May 1996, the month following the planned Port Arthur Massacre of April 28, 1996.]

Somebody organised the fire department to be on site at Seascape before there was any hint of a fire. It was most likely an SOG officer who fired a phosphorus canister or such like, into Seascape early on Monday morning. The firefighters in attendance were prevented by police from dousing the flames until the fire was almost out. This allowed the destruction of evidence and the burning of bodies of the dead hostages. I think it was also intended to cause Martin’s death, but he staggered out with his back on fire.

Martin Bryant could not drive a manual-gear car, so it could not have been him killing the occupants of the BMW and then driving off with that car. According to his mother he had difficulty putting together leggo, so he definitely could not work out how to repair the  broken down car of the two females outside the Port Arthur gates.

I am referring to a report made by two women. They also said “the person” sold them some marijuana but Martin was not a smoker of marijuana.

In the years after the event I wrote to any pertinent office of government including the Governor General. No one was interested.

    • What needs to be taken into account is that most stitch-ups are based on Po face-saving, i. e. maintaining the myth that most crimes are solved. When, as in the case of Port Arthur, standard investigative procedures are given the flick, you can bet your bottom $ that something else is at play.

    • We’ll know very soon, but I’ll bet you an e-tenner that Insight will not go there. SBS has never shown any interest in rocking the boat about the PAM so why would it start now? I’d love to be proven wrong and I share your desire for some real questions to finally start to be asked in the mainstream media about that topic, but I don’t think so.

    • I’ve been paying attention to what is happening in NZ. Those fools down there think the solution to their problem is VOTING. Crikey, if voting made any difference, they wouldn’t let you do it.

      I tried to get a message on to some NZ lawyers, but no reply. Here’s the way I would play it if this one was in my backyard.

      I’d run a case against the new legislation in that it does not have a ‘rational basis’, that is, that the legislation is based upon fraud/criminal activity (like MURDER!).

      As part of my pleadings I would demonstrate to the Court that the video of the massacre clearly shows that the killer is being assisted by other people unknown – it is not a ‘lone gunman’ scenario.

      This goes to the heart of this massacre and takes the fight to the government. It puts the message out there for the NZ masses to wake up to what is going on.

      I’d coordinate with the Muslim community and have some Muslim lawyers on my team. They have a lot of skin in the game and would likely want some pay-back.

      After showing the court that there is at the minimum a Prima Facie case that others are involved, it may be that a temporary restraining order to implementing the legislation be put in place pending the outcome from a Royal Commission. The present RC is a total joke and completely avoids any aspect of the actual massacre.

      That would be the plan, however, I have no illusions about the legal system and after reading some of the comments from NZ, I doubt that there is any Kiwi with big enough balls to go head to head with the government. It is my opinion that they will meekly roll over and cop it, just like the Aussies did.

  5. The reading of the available transcript of the police interview with Martin Bryant was enough to set off alarm bells for me. The interview should have been made in-admissible as Bryant, considered to have the mindset of a pre-adolescent child was not provided with any legal representation or even a guardian during the entire interview, and it was an interview that included several leading questions to Bryant that an attending lawyer would have advised Bryant not to answer.

  6. So how and why, exactly, did Bryant wind up at Seascape, and what, exactly, did he do there?
    My take is that he’d been “employed” by the Po some time earlier re some sort of off-the-books volunteer work but that’s just a wild guess.

  7. We do not know the origin of a page from a book that Cherri found years ago on the Internet. It makes sense to me. At the 2016 Fringe we read it out as “the fodder note” because the author of it said Martin was fodder for experimentation.

    Note that the following observation was made when Martin was 21, way before his Dad’s death (1993) or the massacre (1996). At a location in South Australia.

    “We established that he had been drugged unconscious for the trip from Tasmania, following the usual – expressly forbidden – practice and injected with the usual antidote immediately before being ushered into our office.

    “We tried to allay his fears. His verbal communication was understandably reticent but his body language quickly indicated a trusting, open nature….

    “A few weeks later he was again brought to us. He could not walk unaided. He had clearly been severely electroshocked and overdosed on neuroleptics…. He was unable to recognize the interviewer, had lack of muscle coordination (e.g., inability to close mouth and control flow of saliva), and symptoms congruent with very heavy dosage of benzodiazepines….

    “At a later date a staff from Glenside visited us and informed that Martin had been imprisoned incommunicado (and hypnotically induced). Similar follow-ups by former Hillcrest psychiatric staff.”

  10. I am right handed for everything except shooting.I shot a lot as a teenager and the very first time I picked up a rifle I picked it up left handed.I could not shoot right handed it was simply impossible for me.So I don’t understand how he could do it.

  11. Thanks Mary. I stumbled across a Swedish (I think he is ?) called ole damagaard. He’s studied in depth these mass shootings and can reveal they’re all path oops . Christchurch initially multiple shooters then very soon after just one guy and we never hear anymore of the others ?? Boy there are some evil people manipulating this world sadly. I wonder if the dirt Epstein and maxwell have on the elite will be allowed to be fully revealed?

      • Yes he – Dax was a “lovely man” but with that Jeckle and Hyde reputation so common to the Tavistock Paperclip Brigade.
        While researching some of my lineage–Wales- I came across the Bio of a Dr Sally Baker. She says:
        “I am a writer and sociologist. I was originally from Somerset but have spent most of my life in Wales. My first encounter with a mental health professional was in 1984 when I was a student in Bangor, Gwynedd. The meeting was a disaster and when I and my former partner tried to complain about this man’s insensitive and inappropriate conduct we were threatened. (We were to receive many such threats over the following years.) We later found out that this man who had been approached to ‘help’ was the notorious T. Gwynne Williams, a lobotomist.”

        Both T Gwynne Williams and Dr E Cunningham Dax trained under Sargant. Dax performed his first Leucotomy in London in 1941.

    “He took out a Colt AR-15 SP1 Carbine (semi-automatic rifle) and, firing from the hip, began shooting patrons and staff. Within 15 seconds, he had fired 17 shots, killing 12 people and wounding 10. Bryant then walked to the other side of the shop and fired 12 more times, killing another eight people while wounding two.”

Big “BUT” = no descriptions of the shooter matches him!! Add to that, the people who place him elsewhere at the time of the ‘mass shooting’, and there are more than a few ‘dis-connects’.

        “In the 1950s, Brigadier General Dr. John Rawlings Rees, the head of Tavistock in the 1930s sent two psychiatrists, Dr. Eric Cunningham-Dax and Dr. Fred E. Emery to Australia. Dax had written a chapter for Rees’s 1949 book, Modern Practise in Psychological Medicine, and had trained in the same hospital where Rees had practised. Dax was also a protege of Sargant (sic). Sargent had initiated a brainwashing technique called “deep sleep” in which patients were given massive doses of drugs, to keep them asleep for 20 or more hours per day. This increased their susceptibility to “programming”. Under Sargent’s tutelage, Dax performed 1,300 experiments in deep sleep, and rapidly became one of Britain’s top practitioners of so-called “physical methods” of psychiatry, which included prefrontal lobotomies, on which Dax wrote a monograph, and electrical shock treatment, which was often administered during “deep sleep”. The acknowledged problem with “deep sleep”, was the high risk factor to the patients. 2% of patients subjected to “deep sleep” died; those who lived were frequently psychologically destroyed.

These mainstream groups are mostly ordinary folk that are being used for cover(fine upstanding community minded gets transferred to the organisation). They are far from the good(that is done) to benign, secret and elusive is my view after attempted discussion as an outsider.     Mullen wrote the psychiatric report on Martin Bryant that was presented in Bryant’s sentencing by the Hobart Supreme Court in November 1996. By all accounts, Mullen is extremely anti-firearms, as many of his articles attest. However, I would like to bring the readers’ attention to what was written in an article in “The Journal of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law” penned by Christopher H. Cantor, MBBS MRCPsych, FRANZCP, Paul E. (P.E.M.) Mullen, MBBS, MRCPsych, MphilPsychMed, FRANZCP, FRCPsych, Dsc, and Philip A. Alpers. The article was “Mass Homicide: The Civil Massacre.”

    “In the cases of Knight (Case 1) and Bryant (Case 7), one author (P.E.M.) has had the advantage of interviewing them, but only material in the public domain was utilised…”

    … professor Paul E. Mullen was working in Melbourne in 1987, and was able to have some consultations with the Hoddle Street shooter, Julian Knight… Mullen was working in Melbourne in 1996, when he was requested by the Tasmanian Government to interview Martin Bryant, that 3-1/2 hour interview taking place at the Royal Hobart Hospital on May 3, 1996…what we are told by “In the case of Gray (Case 4)” is that Professor Mullen was residing in the area of Aramoana in New Zealand when David Gray committed that shooting massacre in November 1990. In other words, Mullen was working and residing in Melbourne in 1987, and did work as a government Forensic Psychiatrist, then moved to Aramoana (see note below), a small rural village outside Taupo on the North Island of New Zealand so that he was present and able to assist that community, and then moved back to Melbourne in time for the Port Arthur Massacre.

  19. Yeah, then there was the ‘pistol psy-ops’ at Monash University. Mullen just happened to be working there when that psy-op went down. Which, of course, resulted in restrictions on pistols.

    The shooter was an impoverished foreign student who lived with his mother and just happened to have joined a gun club and was able to purchase Six (6) different pistols before the massacre. No mention was ever made of where he got the money to purchase six pistols.

    Those of us who had been through these ‘gun control psy-ops’ before could see the ‘predictive programming’ in the media. Andrew McGregor, Stewart Beatie and I figured that there was going to be a massacre in a school shooting using pistols. What surprised us was it was at a University and not some grade school.

    If Mullen is living or working in your neighborhood, you had better keep alert.

He was unable to continue his career as a physician and embarked upon a career in psychiatry instead. Sargant is by no means the only doctor who has been diverted into psychiatry because no-one else will have them, that characteristic is very obviously written into the biographies of many of those we know and love. I also wonder what the gory details of the ‘research’ were. Sargant was not a sensitive flower, for the research to have been so disasterous that he had a breakdown, ended up hospitalised and was unable to continue in his chosen field, I suspect that a few patients may have died – as they did on a regular basis when Sargant worked as a psychiatrist. But because they were psychiatric patients it was tolerated.”
    Sargant did his psychiatric training at the Maudsley of course. In 1945 he became Director of Psychological Medicine at Tommy’s, where he stayed until his retirement in 1972 and indeed after that as well. Like Dr Dafydd Alun Jones, Sargant held a part-time NHS contract, which meant that whilst he slaughtered NHS patients he was able to build up an enormous private practice, in Sargant’s case at Harley Street. Sargant held a distaste for all types of psychotherapy. He took amphetamines himself whilst he was studying for his Diploma in Psychological Medicine – he took a number of drugs for depression throughout his life. Whilst he was at the Maudsley, insulin shock therapy was introduced. Sargant enthusiastically embraced this and it became a staple of his at Tommy’s. In the late 1930s whilst he was in America, Sargant met the notorious Walter Freeman and saw the results of Freeman’s psychosurgery on three patients. The patients had suffered huge damage but nonetheless Sargant then introduced psychosurgery to Britain.”

    “Sargant inspired the psychiatrist Harry Bailey in Australia, whose deep sleep treatment resulted in the death of 26 patients. Bailey and Sargant’s correspondence show that they were in competition with each other to see who could keep a patient in the deepest coma. Sargant’s patients died as well and it has been suggested that the only reason that his death rate wasn’t as high as Bailey’s was the attention that the Tommy’s nurses paid to the patients once Sargant had got his hands on them”

  21. The set-up so far

    In the first article in this series, it was shown that Martin Bryant could not have been the perpetrator of the horrendous massacre at Port Arthur on 28 April 1996 because his fingerprints and/or DNA were never found at the crime scene. Eyewitnesses also described a man who was not only much younger than but also differed from Bryant in several significant respects. The popular idea that eyewitnesses identified Bryant as the gunman is therefore a complete misrepresentation of the facts, as is the theory that he was a mind-controlled patsy. Quite simply, he wasn’t even there.

    Given that Bryant eventually pleaded guilty to all charges arising from the massacre, the question inevitably arises as to how this came about. Three factors made it possible for the Tasmanian state government to manipulate Bryant into pleading guilty…. Clearly, a great deal of work remained to be done before Bryant could be made to confess to the shootings at Port Arthur. LINK HERE

The Tasmanian Government and Police Service went to great lengths to “fit up” gun dealer Terry Hill as the man who provided Martin Bryant with the weapons alleged to have been used in the massacre. This draconian activity culminated in a civil court case against Hill, seemingly launched by survivor Quin for damages and breach of statutory duty. Active in the case was Roland Brown, solicitor for the Legal Aid Commission and Chairman of the Coalition for Gun Control. On 5th March 1998 the case against Terry Hill was suddenly discontinued.

    Despite the fact that he has never been charged with any offence relating to Port Arthur, the police refuse to restore his gun dealer licence on the grounds that he, and his wife Dorothy, are not suitable people to handle firearms. This is rubbish, easily proved by the fact that shortly after the gun dealer licences were revoked, the Tasmanian police renewed both of their personal firearms licences without question.

    In the aftermath of the Port Arthur massacre, government went to great lengths to ignore or suppress all evidence suggesting that the official story of the day was unsubstantiated rubbish.

    Are we to believe that a bunch of planners sat round a table and arranged the premeditated murders of 35 Australians?

    Unfortunately the answer is yes.

    All of the hard evidence at Port Arthur bears the distinctive trademark of a planned “psyop”, meaning an operation designed to psychologically manipulate the belief mechanisms of a group of people or a nation for geopolitical or military reasons.

      I attended Anthony Foster’s State Funeral, master of ceremonies Jon Faine, a profound experience with such beautiful tributes to a man of great integrity. Anthony was described and honoured as a brave loving family man, with an unrelenting determination to expose the truth, “an atheist and a plumber”. One of the tributes was from a close family friend, he travelled overseas with Anthony and Chrissy in their quest to find some justice for the crimes against their daughters and other pedophile priests, he said he worked in the shadows. This man quoted Bonaparte and Roosevelt and the work of the hidden hand, and praised Anthony for exposing this hand—“no longer hidden”. I immediately translate to the hidden hand of the illuminati, I wonder how John Faine interpreted this. There was an electricity that spread through the hundreds of mourners and then a thunderous applause fired by the victims and survivors of this pervasive evil reverberated through the recital hall. Validation that this sickness raged far and wide way beyond Melbourne and the Catholic church.
      500 copies of Chrissie Fosters book written with journalist Paul Kennedy, “Hell on the way to Heaven” were distributed. I am halfway through this book and can hardly turn the pages, it lays out the flaws in the system and the sinister matrix of elite control that infiltrates politics, religion, education, psychiatry, pharmacology – -the very area of my research and personal experience.

    IMHO, Mathis convincingly demonstrates that many events we assume to be real are in fact fake.
    But does that mean the PAM was fake, as he claimed?

      • There were too many people involved to call it fake!
        Imagine, if you will, going around to the hundreds, maybe thousands, that were either there on the day, or knew someone that was there, or were just involved in the logistics of the matter. What did they have, some sort of mind control thing like the Men In Black movies had to erase peoples memories.

        Wendy Scurr for one, she left audiences believing that MB didn’t do it, and she was correct, he didn’t do it, but it was done, they were real dead bodies, and not those shipped in from the mainland. Imagine having to close down the site to place these ‘so called dead people’, it would have taken days, maybe weeks, to set it up.
        I agree that the morgue truck was suss, which brings me to the fact that it was a set up and they picked MB because of his low intelligence, it was too easy, he’d been groomed, so to speak.
        So whoever this Miles Mathis is, he’s very intelligent, but not smart, if that makes sense!!

I don’t make any judgement one way or another on Martin Bryant but I remember the newspapers at the time changed his iris colour to orange or yellow I think so that is one clear example of the media interfering, I can also say that it seems to require a quite competent massacre person to get into the high numbers, but a number of these massacres seem to be competently designed like that. I read from a good source (maybe Gumshoe) of the Las Vegas massacre that a number of witnesses were at a bar some time later and another massacre was attempted on them. As most readers already know, worldwide gun control would of course enable the US to be taken over by a dictator. Weapons control, media control, telecomms control, mind control. The age old dream of leaders is compliant slaves, personally, I can’t really see what they get out of it, they always seem to end up with death orgies etc. Ho hum.
    I must be missing something.

      I don’t think, in my opinion, that it would be easy to take over the U.S. They don’t have gun control, so to speak, every man and his dog seems to own one..
      And if anyone tried to change their second amendment there would be blood shed from their own people against their own people!!
