When I was on the beach on Sunday, I bumped into an old friend who said after her second Astrazenica shot she had experienced excruciating pain in her leg and had to rush to Emergency. She declared she was okay, but I suggested she ask her doctor to do a D-dimer blood test to investigate for micro-blood clotting.

So, as companies and organizations begin to make vaccines mandatory, one has to ask: who is liable if this results in death, injury, and/or disability? The CDC reporting system (openvaers.com) has clocked over 12,300 deaths, 46,000 hospitalizations, and over half a million adverse events from the vaccine — and VAERS only reports a small fraction of the vaccine injuries.

So today I write to Professor Iain Martin:

OPEN LETTER TO THE VICE-CHANCELLOR, DEAKIN UNIVERSITY

Dear Professor,

As Deakin University’s vice-chancellor, you have raised the prospect of introducing mandatory vaccinations for students and staff from the start of the first semester in 2022. As the head of Victoria’s fourth-biggest university, you argue that people who avoid getting vaccinated are making a choice “that is at best ill-advised and potentially verging on the negligent”.

You were quoted in The Age as saying, “Once the entire adult population has access to vaccination, which will be later this year, I believe … we need to consider very carefully whether we mandate vaccination to continue to be part of our university community.”

Unfortunately, you may have been persuaded by  Deakin Uni’s opinion article entitled, “The last few weeks have proven that vaccination is the only sustainable, long-term strategy for Australia to emerge from its ‘gilded cage’.” Has your university side-lined a million years of natural immunity? The author of the article declares that “There is no doubt that getting vaccinated is part of the social contract that enables us to lead full and healthy lives – it is a responsibility that sits alongside our rights.”

Surely one has to consider: is it our natural right to refuse an experimental, yet untested, technology forced upon us? 

As you studied medicine and surgery at Leeds University, you should understand what many esteemed doctors and scientists have to say.

INVESTING IN THE SCIENCE

As one example, consider the article (and video) entitled “Natural Immunity is Effective, Covid Vaccines are Not” interviewing the renowned Texas Internist and Cardiologist Peter McCullough, MD.

Dr. McCullough stresses that there are effective treatments readily available that are being “blocked” by the government, while vaccines are “failing”, and “The vaccine doesn’t stop the illness…” . He continues, “I saw patients getting sick at home – getting no treatment, no care … In fact, government agencies [were] not even recognizing that the goal is to prevent hospitalization and death! … Prompt early initiation of sequenced multidrug therapy (SMDT) is a widely and currently available solution to stem the tide of hospitalizations and death.”

We are now cognizant of the reported injuries of blood clotting and myocarditis. And preliminary data demonstrate that pregnant women in their first trimester are at a very much greater risk of miscarriage if vaccinated. You, as a medically trained person, have to consider your students suffering acute, sub-acute, and long-term vaccine injury.

ISRAEL — THE TESTING GROUND

One of the most vaccinated countries in the world is Israel, yet there are more Delta outbreaks there. Life is not really going back to normal. And we now know that the vaccinated are spreading the virus; and that the (part) vaccinated were most likely responsible for spreading the mutant variants.

Maybe you should listen to Dr. Vladimir Zelenko (even for the first 13 minutes). He was involved in briefing several leaders in 2020 and has successfully treated hundreds of his Covid patients.

Dr Zelenko warns that Antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) or pathogenic priming will harm and kill a large percentage of those vaccinated persons within 3 years — as experienced in the animal studies.

It should be obvious to you, a medically trained person, that something is wrong when an experimental vaccine is forced on someone that had already recovered from Covid-19 — and already has natural immunity?  It makes no sense. It, therefore, seems you have been infused with the same thinking and narrative that bolsters the vaccine industry’s aims of total control over our lives.

INJURIOUS HARM?

Are people being harmed?

You only have to consider Dr Charles Hoffe’s patients. Dr Hoffe has been practicing medicine for 28 years in a small, rural town in British Columbia, Canada, and gave about 900 doses of the Moderna experimental mRNA vaccine to his patients. After the vaccine, some of his patients returned to the clinic with problems. He began to focus on micro-clotting. These are blood clots occurring at a capillary level that can only be detected using the D-dimer blood test, and he found that 62% of his patients injected with an mRNA shot are positive for clotting, affecting their health for the rest of their lives.

Studies are clear:

“The research proves that the Covid vaccines are capable of inducing vascular disease and directly causing injuries and deaths stemming to blood clots and other vascular reactions.  This is all caused by the spike protein that’s engineered into the vaccines.”

This is not in the elderly. This will occur in your university demographic. Maybe you should view this very sad account of a young basketball player in the US.

And consider Aiden Jo, 14. He is spending his freshman year of high school sitting alone on the sidelines because he can’t engage in any physical activity. The young lad is resting in an effort to keep his heart rate lowered, after being diagnosed with heart inflammation doctors say he developed after receiving Pfizer’s COVID vaccine.

SO WHO IS LIABLE?

The government has obfuscated and circumvented the problem. The Sydney Morning Herald reported (8 November 2020):

“The Morrison government has given the suppliers of two COVID-19 vaccines indemnity against liability for rare side effects that experts say are ‘inevitable’ when a vaccine is rolled out. But the government will not set up a statutory compensation scheme, which the president of the Australian Medical Association, Omar Khorshid, said meant Australians who suffered ‘extremely rare’ side effects from the vaccines would face a tough battle to seek compensation.”

Senator Jackie Keeping-the-bastards-honest Lambie identifies the problem in a senate meeting with the head of the TGA, Brendan Murphy. Murphy was telling Parliament to not warn the public that the vaccine could kill you.

 

As Senator Lambie points out, who is going to pay compensation when this so-called vaccine causes someone to lose their life, or injure their life?

Considering that tens of thousands of deaths have been reported. It is inevitable that some of your students are going to be harmed by your intended mandate. It will be so easy for a student to say that Deakin’s policy “persuaded” them to get the vaccination.

You are in charge of an institution that is government-funded. And for you to mandate an experimental technology on your students could be in violation of the Constitution (s51) — i.e., civil conscription. It will be so much easier to sue the university than try to achieve compensation elsewhere. The government has long abandoned the people by giving the vaccine industry a ‘pass’.

The question is: can students sue you personally. Maybe — re: Burton vs Babb. And an injured student may cast an eye on the (medically-trained) Vice-Chancellor’s reported annual remuneration of around $940,000 — now $674,739 after not seeking your 2020 performance incentive (25%) because of Covid.

Prof, please consider what Dr. Robert Malone, an American virologist and immunologist (often credited for inventing mRNA technology) said: “We gotta get back to evidence-based medical science.”

      I’m so over all this BS. – Legal action?? Gawd Damn, hasn’t anybody been paying attention to what is happening in the courts? I trust an Australian judge less than I would a cheap hooker down at the Cross. Hell, I’ll say it to their faces, they are masters of sophistry, but they are very short on IQ or substantive education or morals. There were only a few (and I mean a FEW) that abide by simple logic, let alone the Fundamental Principles of English Law.

      For some reason the citizens actually think that judges are well educated and fair. They aren’t, some of them are dumb as bricks – they are part of the CONTROL SYSTEM! That is their job, they follow their biases and ‘what’s in it for me’.

      Take your well reasoned arguments to the Australian judiciary at your own peril.

      Professor, when you read the contents of any vaccine, just check whether graphine or a delivery gell etc., is mentioned as being included in the syringe.
      I understand that if it is present, the manufacturer does not disclose it on the injection packaging or with any instructions.

      Clearly, if it is present, medical practitioners would have to exercise a duty of care when advising their patients in regard to any injections.

      However there is a suggestion that injection manufacturers have taken out a patent that includes graphine as claimed in the link above.

      (Psst! Perhaps, if correct, they do not want to tell ANYONE BECAUSE IT IS ALLEGEDLY A ‘TRADE SECRET’. I suppose a bit like the secret ingredients for the Colonel’s fried chicken or the Coke ingredients………… Well, SECRET business is business!)

      Be interesting if it is present and the Pharma concerned has suckered our medical boffins. (experts!)
      Maybe the government should investigate this, If the manufacturers have withheld details of a dangerous material, indeed any other substance not disclosed, in the injection, then why pay the bastards out of taxpayer’s money?

      Someone who knows Senator Lambie and/or Kelly, MP might suggest that this matter be taken up with Dr. Murphy for clarification, surely he would know the full details one way or the other, the question must be asked and answered truthfully?

      • Graphene nano-splinters should produce even more undetectable conditions than spike proteins. Some people have had a piece of glass in their foot that travelled very far through their body before it was discovered. Personally I once had a piece in my foot that stayed in the same place for about 10 years before I could extract it. Nano-splinters could end up anywhere.

I’ve raised before in this forum the danger inherent in Medicine’s pursuit of the “best practise” model of care, and we are now seeing how easily corrupted and misused the process is, largely, as this idiot demonstrates, how medicine can be corralled into a group-think process with anyone questioning the dogma of “best practise” partly out of quasi-religious zeal, and partly out of fear of marginalisation and exclusion. Vaccination as a principle holds a hallowed place in the pantheon of medical “best practise” which means that to question the application (these particular vaccines) can be portrayed as betraying a quasi-religious principle. You can’t question THIS vaccine because “vaccines are good” and no dissent is permitted at all levels for fear of ridicule, and potential deregistration. To question is to commit medical heresy.

    Medicine has been fully brought under control, and as such it is no longer a profession, as professional principles (open inquiry, patient advocacy etc) are no longer permitted to be followed. The Doctors who are whistle-blowing are more courageous than most would realize. Don’t forget the number of “unexplained” deaths that occurred among holistic practitioners a few years back. That was very competently covered here, as one would expect. we can probably expect to se e more of that before much longer.

    Commencing in 1934, dozens of doctors and researchers disappeared or died mysteriously when they persisted with curing cancers. The current professionals treat cancer. They do not cure it. You still die, but a little later, after giving the professionals the right ransom.

    Aussies who resist facing what we are up against should recall the speech and context of Gough Whitlam immediately after his sacking. It is clear he was going to fight back and expected to win. He even went so far as to write Kerr’s and Fraser’s political epitaphs. His close supporters were poised for action, as were all ALP faithful and pro-democracy elements.

    A day or so later he was MIA.

    Our resistance needs to be oblique, leaving a hard-to-follow ping-pong trail, and hard-hitting. Leave protests to the children.

    If we are not successful before December, your only survival recourse will be to disappear into the wilderness, relying on subsistance skills and resources. Use your phone or computer once and the death squads will find you.

    You certainly cannot say that he is learned in medicine with the attitude he has. I consider he knows no more about health than I do as a thinking person, using commonsense.

  21. It’s worse than that. By using a machine (whether made for the purpose or not) to diagnose disease doctors have outsourced their primary purpose. What’s more, by using a computer program me to declare the existence of a microbe doctors have denied the natural world in favour of a fabrication.

    • I recall asking a ward-nurse what a patient’s pulse felt like during an emergency call. Palpation of the pulse yields a surprising amount of useful information, but she looked at me with confusion and reminded me that they used a machine to take the pulse. This is where things have gone (and been allowed to go). She didn’t even know what I meant.

    May I explain a couple of matters.
    First I cannot stand Zublick, the ‘click bait’ reporter presenting the video.
    Second, I think he is very very suspect so far as credibility is concerned,
    However, if you can manage the alleged evidence from about the 27 minute mark, I can only observe that I heard the terrible sounds a few years ago from the tape played.
    But, Zublick has added alleged voice graphs that claim that it is Podesta’s voice terrifying a child. Way back, I did not know of the claimed voice analysis.
    So, the voice chart is new, so I am putting it up for extreme discretion, but it does fit with other reports I have noted over a few years re other alleged tribunals …………. and more to come????
