How the Punishing of Dr Trozzi Helps De-legitimize the “Professional Bodies”

A few days ago, I attended the Children’s Health Defense conference in Savannah Georgia. A doctor sitting at my table said that the only relationship between a patient and doctor should be a direct one with no “employer” and no Third Party. As we all know, there are many heavy-handed Third Parties now. I would include: insurance companies, legislators who decide which medical care gets funded, the states’ disciplinary boards and their Big Daddy, the AMA.

In Canada, Dr Mark Trozzi, an outspoken Emergency Room physician, has just given the doctor-patient relationship a huge boost. He endured, on November 1, 2023, a decision by his professional board, which I will print below.

During the so-called pandemic, the wheat got separated from the chaff, in my opinion. We found out who the good doctors are, ones who can use their own brain and refuse to follow bad orders. I’ll name just 5: McCullough in the US, Borody in Australia, Bhakdi in Germany, Coleman in the UK, and Trozzi in Canada. Possibly hundreds of good clinicians have had their license revoked. On Nov 10, 2023, Canada will make up its mind to revoke or not revoke Dr Trozzi’s right to practice medicine.

Meanwhile the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal [beware “tribunals” – they are not government and they are not courts] has ruled that Trozzi is GUILTY OF PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT and dishonorable conduct.

Good! Great! This Ontario group has clarified their own incompetence and/or malfeasance by making that “finding.” As a result, folks in Canada can now face up to the issue of the LEGITIMACY of such bodies. As the Ontario body is clearly siding with the baddies who are injuring everybody’s health and being blatantly dishonest, it is only logical to say that it lacks legitimacy. Eh?

Wait! Aren’t we supposed to sort through the history of how the organization was formed, what each doctor agreed to upon joining, what court rulings have been made, etc? Sure. It’s good practice to do that. But it won’t yield what we need — because all such legal papers had in them an overall assumption that all participants were morally normal and also were accountable.

In reality, there are now many people in our midst who are not morally normal. You can’t depend on them to be honest or humane or inspired by high principles — don’t waste your time wishing they were. In reality, they are part of a plan to bring an end to society as we know it.

I believe that the November 1, 2023 decision, shown below, about Mark Trozzi – as summarized by his Toronto attorney Michael Alexander – is “just plain beautiful.” We couldn’t have asked for a better overview of the illegitimacy, today, of the Ontario Tribunal.

I personally am not a doctor, but am the widow of one, and can relate to this whole disaster of “backroom authority.” I am in the law field and see it all the time with regard to the ABA, American Bar Association. In fact, I see much of Congress’s output as coming from a backroom – an unidentified and unacknowledged backroom. I am sick of it. Our brains are capable of seeing through these tricks.

Yay for Dr Mark Trozzi! Yay for all the Covid resistors! Yay for whistleblowers like Mike Yeadon, and patent investigators like David E Martin. Yay, yay, yay!

COLLEGE DENIES DR. TROZZI’S RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION

“The Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal has ruled that Dr. Mark Trozzi is guilty of professional misconduct and dishonourable conduct and is incompetent in the practice medicine for questioning the government’s Covid-19 narrative.

“He was also found guilty of professional misconduct and was deemed incompetent for writing medical exemptions for Covid-19 injections in support of a patient’s right to refuse coerced medical treatment under Ontario’s Health Care Consent Act and section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

“In 2021, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario [CPSO] established three Covid-19 restrictions through website statements — doctors were forbidden from:

(i) making any statements that discourage anyone from following Covid-19 public policies and recommendations;

(ii) prescribing alternative Health Canada approved medications for the treatment of Covid-19; and

(iii) writing medical exemptions for Covid-19 injections, unless a patient had suffered a severe allergic reaction or developed myocarditis after a first shot.

“Based on the restrictions relating to freedom of expression and medical exemptions, the College issued investigation orders against Dr. Trozzi in 2021.

“This eventually led to a five-day hearing in July of 2023 during which the College Tribunal focused its prosecution on Dr. Trozzi’s daily newsletter at drtrozzi.org, where he had supposedly caused harm by spreading “misinformation” about Covid-19 science. The College was particularly concerned with Dr. Trozzi’s view that neither Big Pharma nor Health Canada had done the due diligence required to prove the Covid-19 injections were safe and effective. [!!!!]

“The Tribunal concluded that his views were inflammatory, unprofessional and worthy of censure. On November 10th, the Tribunal will hold a penalty hearing to determine whether to revoke the licence of the 25-year ER veteran and former university professor.”

Michael Alexander adds:

“The Tribunal did not address our argument that the College lacked the authority to investigate and prosecute Dr. Trozzi since its Covid-19 restrictions were merely recommendations rather than binding rules or regulations, even though we cited the Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal in support of our position.

“The Tribunal totally ignored our cross-examination of the College’s expert witnesses, which makes the entire decision a complete travesty.

“On cross, the College’s main expert witness on Covid science, Dr. Andrew Gardam, admitted that he had never responded to the 41-page expert report provided by Dr. Trozzi in which he rebutted Gardam’s own 8-page expert report with 29 scientific citations. As a result, in closing submissions, we argued that Dr. Trozzi was unrefuted on Covid science; yet, the Tribunal made no mention of this fact.”

“The Tribunal also paid no attention to the fact that the Supreme Court recognized an expansive right to freedom of expression as an inherent feature of parliamentary government as early as 1939, which gives the right a higher status than it enjoys under the Charter. In matters of law, we will appeal the decision to the Divisional Court on the standard of correctness.”

I wasn’t kidding about rejoicing. The scales are falling from our eyes. Cardiologist Dr Peter McCullough has been about as pointed as one can get, and is lecturing all over the place. There is a link below to his video:  FIRE IN THE HOUSE OF MEDICINE.

The debunkers cannot keep up with him. Retrieved by me today, Nov 6, 2023 is an apnews.com report meant to “warn” you about Dr McCullough. It starts by saying that he quoted a CDC VAERS report incorrectly. He said that as of December 2022, CDC counts the number of deaths occurring within a few days of taking the shot as 16,000.

No, says the debunker, CDC reports the December figure as 18,000.

To AP’s credit however, they do say that many of these are self-reports, and do not prove that the vaccine actually caused the death. Still, we all know by now that the percentage of vax

injuries that gets reported is small. That percentage is probably rising, now that people have figured how to make a report to VAERS.

Note: Above, I forgot to add, to my list of the “not morally normal,” the editors of medical journals and the teachers in medical schools who have UTTERLY ABANDONED SCIENCE. What kind of intimidation have they undergone to make them so afraid to speak truth? I don’t think bribery is the main factor.

      The doctors have super sized mortgages and the superstar specialists want the price of a Maserati every week to turn up to work. The local doctor probably works for a medical centre which grabs most of the money for a retired super specialist. How can the old village doctor model work when the public is making themselves sick with white bread, sugar and all types of drugs and self-injury. “Get your boosters” is not moral but it is logical.

  3. A new law is about to kill free speech and democracy in Australia

    A bill on fighting what the Canberra regime describes as ‘misinformation and disinformation’ and ‘harm’ aims to empower a government agency to police online expression.

    The Australian government has recently introduced in Parliament a new law proposal to ban officially unapproved online content. Digital companies are expected to adopt a code of conduct which will see them censor speech based on broad, vague and far-reaching directives.

    The Communications Legislation Amendment (Combating Misinformation and Disinformation) Bill 2023 foreshadows the imposition of a legal obligation on digital platforms to monitor alleged ‘misinformation’ and ‘disinformation’. If that does not work, the law proposal provides for the full empowerment of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) to directly intervene for the purpose of preventing ‘harm’.

    Section 2 of the proposed legislation defines ‘harm’ as follows:

    (a) hatred against a group in Australian society on the basis of ethnicity, nationality, race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion or physical or mental disability;

    (b) disruption of public order or society in Australia;

    (c) harm to the integrity of Australian democratic processes or of Commonwealth, State, Territory or local government institutions;

    (d) harm to the health of Australians;

    (e) harm to the Australian environment;

    (f) economic or financial harm to Australians, the Australian economy or a sector of the Australian economy.

    In other words, shut up and do as the government tells you. The concept of ‘harm’ peddled by the bill is illusory, and its content would be determined by a powerful crony-appointed government agency. The definition of what is and what isn’t harmful is malleable and can expand and contract depending on ACMA’s prevailing views.

    Ultimately, any type of speech with which the government is uncomfortable could be deemed ‘harmful’. For example, describing ‘disrupting social order’ as serious harm could be interpreted as stopping the organization of legitimate political protests. This could certainly be used to suppress legitimate political speech that should be part of a functioning democracy.

    • In the list of harm (c, d, e, and f ) it is the politicians who regularly do harm in Australia, by the laws and regulations they pass on behalf of self interest parties.

      The Covid-19 scam and “vaccinations” is a typical example. To enrich the medical and pharmaceutical industry.

      If these “laws” were not based on misinformation and disinformation I’ll go hopping to China.

  7. Imagine you had a tradesman, say a plumber, electrician, auto mechanic, whatever. We’ll use a plumber as an example, he comes in and ‘fixes’ the toilet so that when you flush it, the contents empty INTO the bathroom, right there all over your feet.

    You would fire the plumber, but what about all the other ‘approved’ plumbers? The approving bodies have decided that one of the fundamental principles of plumbing is that the contents of the toilet should dump into the house rather than remove them.

    This is the sorry state of affairs we have in the medical profession and also the legal system. These ‘educated’ clowns couldn’t even make it as a mediocre tradesman. They have compromised the very essence of their profession.

    This past week the Zen Peacemakers gathered together once again within the barbed wire fences of Birkenau to meditate at the selection area along the railroad tracks of Auschwitz.         All the same, Rommel was down there in ( Italian ) Libya and Tunisia heading for the Suez Canal in mid 1942, they thought they could block off the English oil supplies and capture it all but later they realised they were in trouble when Mussolini was overthrown and the USA started supplying the English.
        Nonetheless they kept going in North Africa and the jews there were sympathisers to the English so they were put in slave labour camps and used for minefield clearing. By those times, I think 1943, there would have been no cremations, the slaves would surely be chopped up for dog food.
        All the same the figure of dead may well have been closer to one million, who knows, it’s hardly worth bothering about.
        What’s most interesting is that Germany was so hungry for oil and they thought they could get it via Italy from Libya and also via Suez Canal and also from Ukraina and thereabouts. Italy really threw the whole calculation out of kilter. The Italian people decided they wanted out. At that point, Hitler should have killed himself and saved everyone the trouble of everything else.

          • I looked at David Irving once, since he is so banned he must be worth looking at, but I didn’t find anything of much interest. Jews take a lot of race or culture hate which doesn’t wear off as it has with all the other Mediterranean immigrants here. It’s quite disappointing, even moreso since nobody can say what a jew is. They say the term didn’t exist 500 years ago. Jews ( like Americans, and now Australians ) are a manufactured race, so who manufactured them and why ? We have to look back to the Suez canal with access to India and the far east, to “Britain Rules The Waves”.

    • All their products have “side effects” and we can only guess what the slew of mandated injections starting from birth have produced. We in Australia could be incredibly healthy with the current knowledge about health ( excl most BigPharma products and treatments ) instead we have disabled galore with National Disability schemes going broke and hospitals bursting at the seams and people unable to afford doctor visits and junk food everywhere not even taxed at a rate to pay for the medicare income tax impost, as it should be.
      This is not some innocent mistake or oversight, it’s all deliberate.
      Injections causing allergies and all the rest is good business, the parasite is killing the host.

    I can think of a few Australian leaders and media shills, especially since 1950’s that should have.
