It’s Bye-Bye Time for the CIA, the Mossad, and MI6

Last year when it came time to register as a presenter for this year’s Adelaide Fringe Festival, I had in mind to counteract the ABC’s put-down of reports of mind control and Satanism. So I outlined a play called “My Best False Memories” – the title being a sarcastic reference to the False Memory Syndrome Foundation – a group that tries to suppress reports like Fiona Barnett’s.

As usually happens, things change quickly, and by the time we were in rehearsal I had modified the script. It began to incorporate the controversy over Josef Mengele’s working for the CIA, and Dr Jose Delgado’s possible dislike of what he was doing – implanting stimo-ceivers in human brains.

Lacking any real talent for the theatre, I fell back on a conversational-style presentation. This consisted of three survivors of Dr Mengele telling their stories (I mean American girls in the 1950s, not inmates of German concentration camps in the 1940s.) Then, two “implantees” of Dr Jose Delgado told about their life with a stimo-ceiver.

Another part of the play was when the survivors (actors) confronted their perpetrators. (actors).  I didn’t see many familiar faces in the audience; someone told me majority were survivors. It struck me that there has never been a real-life confrontation of perps by a group of survivors – eyeball to eyeball.  I have to say it was fun, it was a blast, and I recommend doing it, even if only by using actors.

The Bland Acceptance of Atrocities

This article is not about the play, but lists a few things I found out while researching mind control for the play. Even though I have known most of this stuff for years, it had quite the impact on me.

Imagine watching 5 girls speak of their experience in a matter-of-fact manner, as if it was all rather ordinary when it’s about as horrendous as is possibly imaginable. (E.g., Kathleen Sullivan: “If the CIA asked me to do a job as “Angel,” that meant I was to dispose of a body via acid”)

I want to concentrate on this very point – on our lack of means for dealing with such things, even conceptually. Generally speaking, when people are describing anything that is being done by a powerful group, they mentally allow it. This is a big problem, Folks!

Of course it’s never a problem when the evil-doers are faraway foreigners. “King Herod ordered all the males under age 2 slaughtered” – remember that one? The Jacobins of the French Revolution so enjoyed guillotining they would send their tumbrels (pick-up carts) all over Paris collecting the unfortunate decapitees-to-be. In Mongolia, Genghis Kahn did… er… whatever it was he did.

No need to worry about faraway horrors. But if it’s being done within five miles of our home, by members of the community who resemble us, and may even hold positions as professionals, we are just as likely to recount, without excitement or anger, their atrocities.

This is pretty peculiar because, at the same time, we claim that all members of our society must behave decently. Indeed if someone commits a small sin we’re likely to gossip the night away talking about it – but the big stuff we just swallow. “That’s how it is, you know.”

I suspect the reason for this subconscious attitude is simply that our species is like that of other animals that live in groups. The members need to have a way of coping with being pushed around by the strong ones – to accept and maybe even prize their own low status in the pecking order.

Wait – I don’t mean it is appropriate for us to do that, especially in the face of brutes — I’m just trying to account for the phenomenon.

Some Amazing Examples

My Fringe play used the words of Carol Rutz, Wendy Hoffman, Kathleen A Sullivan, Janine Jones, and Blanche Chavoustie, taken straight from their books, conference speeches, and published interviews. All up, they have revealed some amazing things.

Carol Rutz said that Dr Black (one of Mengele’s pseudonyms) harvested her eggs during an abortion. He later showed her a photo of twins resulting from those eggs. They had very oversized heads. Presumably he created them that way as part of an experiment.

As for Mengele’s “manners,” Wendy Hoffman said he wore a tuxedo top and no bottom, while addressing her primary-school class in Brooklyn. (No he wasn’t a teacher but he happened to be experimenting — on her whole neighbourhood!)

That behaviour – running around half naked – is easy to call “outrageous,” but he did more subtle things in an effort to do mind-control, such as tell the children “Your parents don’t love you. Even when they say they do they don’t mean it.”

Janine Jones, one of Dr Delgado’s implant-survivors, told of being gang-stalked for years. For instance, a car circled her when she was alone in a carpark, with the driver putting headlights in her face.

This experiment was to see when she would reach her breaking point. She also received electronic hits, occasionally so bad that she could not put one foot in front of the other to walk.

How in the world do we put up with these things? Let me say again, this is my question, my concern. After all, there is little hope of stopping such practices which are now rife, if we do not feel motivated to rise up against them.

The CIA’s Lack of Morals Is a Threat to National Security

The CIA’s lack of morals is a threat to national security. There, I said it. When government spokesmen tell us about a threat to national security they usually tell us, in the same breath, how there’s a new law or policy afoot to deal with it. If the threat is terrorism, the response is, say, the Patriot Act, or a policy to have people take off their shoes at Airport security check.

Let me now pose the idea that many, many persons in our nation are employed to harm us (that is, they are a threat)  and that we ought to be quite specific in making laws, as to how we will put a stop to this practice.  We need a Patriot Act sort of thing, or a take-off-your-shoes sort of thing – to make plain that the security threat exists.

“Rights” Are Not Enough

I notice that when an evil is discovered, good citizens sometimes take the tack of demanding that their legislature pass a law stating that people have certain rights. Most of the ones in the American Bill of Rights are negative, couched as “No one may do such-and-such to you.” (First Amendment: “Congress may not pass a law prohibiting free speech.”)

Some are positive – an accused has a right to “due process” (Sixth Amendment). Well, what if he can’t afford an attorney? Then the government must supply one; there are laws to guarantee this right. There is also a law, codified at 42 USC 242 that says that any constitutional right you have can be enforced in court by suing. So, an employer who discriminates against you on the basis of race can be pulled into line. He won’t go to jail though.

Rights can be very idealistic. In South Australia, the Charter of Rights for Children in Care (foster care or institutional care) reads like a dream. “You have a right to be treated like other children who do not live in care.” “You have a right to live in a place where your thoughts and opinions are respected and considered.”  OK. It is valuable for mistreated kids to see that list of specific points. It won’t lead directly to their  actualization but it’s much better than nothing.

Janine Jones had a right not to have someone scare her with headlights. That driver wanted to break her, mentally. (She admits, it broke her.) He was paid to do that. By whom? By “the covert agencies.” Indeed she was harassed and experimented on in many ways – like thousands of others. How can this be stopped? Not by “rights.”

Laws against Coverts

Everybody knows that secrecy may indicate something sinister. In our private lives we are quick to interpret someone’s secretive behavior to mean they’re up to no good. Unfortunately when it is a national authority that asks for secrecy, our subconscious – our instinct — instructs us to fall right in and allow it.

We think “That secretive government department has to deal with our enemy. We want it to do that, using whatever means are required. And if I were to complain, my neighbors would rightly hate me for being soft on the enemy. So I’ll just go along with it. Fine.”

Add to that, that the covert agencies have budgets to pay for their own PR, to build up a reputation, possibly wholly without foundation, that they really are doing daring things for our sake. The more likely thing is that they’re a private mafia doing things for themselves.  If they were doing daring things for us, they’d want to boast and be thanked for such deeds, wouldn’t they?

I think we have reached a sufficient point in our knowledge of the real deeds of Britain’s MI6, Israel’s Mossad, and the US’s CIA, that we should say “The jig is up.”

Do they wish to come back at us and say “No really, really, really we are working against terrorists and drug pushers, come on, let us continue”?  Then we could set up a band of citizens to whom they could demonstrate their tools of trade. Those citizens would give the nod or the veto.

Occasionally in a court case, a judge is allowed to view  “in camera” – simply in his chamber – what is otherwise Top Secret. What a judge can do, a citizen can do.

Most likely the thing proffered would not pass the test. I personally will be amazed if I ever learn that the CIA is acting to the nation’s benefit. Rather they are working for an elite group. We need to grow up fast and accept that this is as normal a phenomenon as “dogs bark” or “water boils at 212° Fahrenheit.”

Elites can and do run us largely on the basis of their protection from exposure.

The law should put these covert agencies out of business. They are disgusting and they are treasonous.

Back to the Fringe Play

Carol Rutz in 2001 had insight enough to give the title “A Nation Betrayed” to her book. She explained that her grandfather sold her services to the CIA and she was taken at age 4 in 1952, to New York and was “delivered to Allen Dulles.” She was tortured by electro-shock (nowadays it is by Tasering) and drugs — the CIA has even admitted to have been a big supplier of LSD. She was to be used as a Manchurian candidate, i.e., a hypnotized criminal.

Blanche Chavoustie lived a few houses away from the Dulleses in Syracuse and was grist for the mill. Dulles colluded with a group at Harvard’s psychology department to learn how to break the mother-child bond. I hope you have just fainted when you read that. Not only is the practice horrendous, but the locus, at a prestigious university, should make you question what the powerful people at that university are really all about.

Both Blanche and Janine were spied upon at all times, simply by having a Delgado monitor inserted in their brain. Janine, who is going on 70,  is still in this exact condition; Blanche died at age 78. The two women missed out on a right that nearly every human being enjoys – personal privacy.

Incidentally, Josef Mengele, circa 1951, said to the children in Wendy’s school in  Brooklyn “We can take away the sense of self.  It’s easier to do with girls, but we can get it from everyone.”  Holy Christ!

Jose Delgado, for his part, wrote a book, published in 1969, subtitled Toward a Psycho-Civilised Society.  It said: “We need a program of psychosurgery for political control of our society. The purpose is physical control of the mind. Everyone who deviates from the given norm can be surgically manipulated. Man does not have the right to develop his own mind. We must electrically control the brain.”

And we’re paying those people? And we are guaranteeing them freedom from getting caught? And we are letting them design society, and design the human brain, and design social relationships? And we are letting the British and Israeli coverts plan world wars?

Oh, get real. Put them out of business, holus bolus.

And if they ask for a golden handshake, give them, instead, what they really deserve — and what you know in your heart they really deserve.
