Congress has not yet moved the proposed bill HR 6666 out of committee. Its official name is COVID-19 Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone (TRACE). In other words, it is the Trace Act. If it passes, it will bring tracing guys to your door to tell you that you have syphilis. Oh, sorry, I mean Covid-19.
Rep Bobby Rush of Illinois, introduced the bill with the amazing number 6 6 6 6, on May 1, 2020. He says:
“[It] would provide $100 billion in grants to faith-based organization, clinics, medical centers, and other organization which perform testing for COVID–19, tracing of exposure to COVID–19, or services for individuals who are isolating at home. The funding could be used to pay their staff or purchase personal protective equipment to protect their staff.”
A hundred billion dollars is not chickenfeed. I wonder what a faith-based organization is defined as.
Anyway, has Australia decided to jump the Covid tracing gun? Remember when NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller said he could arrest fixated persons, before Parliament bothered to legislate for type of criminal? Gumshoe reader Mark has sent us the following anecdote:

“Good morning. According to our system, you are likely to have been in close proximity to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. This means that you now need to self-isolate for 7 days and take a COVID-19 test.”
“OK. Can you tell me who that person was?”
“I’m not able to tell you that. That is confidential information.”
“Right. Um… so ….”
“But you do need to be tested within the next 72 hours. So can I just get the best mailing address so that we can send a kit to you?”
“OK (gives address)”
“Thank you – and I just need to take a payment card so that we can finalize this and send the kit to you.”
“Sorry – a payment card? I thought this was all free?”
“No – I’m afraid not. There is a one-off fee of $50 for the kit and test results. Could you read off the long card number for me, please, when you’re ready.”
“No – that’s not right.”
“I’m afraid it is. Can you give me the card number please – this is very important, and there are penalties for not complying.”
Puts the phone down.
This is how scammers work. And vulnerable people will fall for it.

As for the “Good morning” calls, maybe arrangements could be made for certain key bods to be on the receiving end.
Actually when you sit down and think about it there’s any number of ways a spanner could be shoved into the guts of related control mechanisms.

Potential telephone harassment is, of course, a good reminder as to why no one should give out their phone-number to any government agent or agency:it’s just too easy to get caught off-guard.

It’s amazing how dumb and gullible people are, in fact the entire finance “industry” already relies on this.
Gee gone already, it was good too, all the doctors came on and said HCQ was good in 80% of cases if it was used early, but of course Gates’ “WHO” has said shut it down, we are only allowed Gates’ products on this planet, if you can’t wait for Gates, just die of flu.

Meant to add – listening to the sports talkback this morning – so sad and pathetic to hear these [very articulate] CEOs proudly proclaim the decisions and sacrifices they (and others) have made for the sake of The Game. One club that is rehousing itself to The Hub will soon have 115 resident personnel, including their ‘Playing Group’ of around 25 or 30.

On Q & A few weeks back, a youngish guy was asking an MP about the ‘smartness’ of this app on the phone to track down ‘Covid’ this guy obviously wasn’t stupid! he knew! something was wrong. After this MP stated how wonderful it was, he asked the young guy, what do you think of it? he answered, it was nothing but a promo for a toothpaste add! this guy was savvy enough to get behind it all…
Besides, kill Bill Gates wants the numbers so high as to vaccinate, scare mongering to the hilt…
We are told that all email and phone calls are available to the intelligence agencies, so if THEY aren’t those responsible, why are they not arresting all these scam artists. If you report these scams and ask why they are getting away with it, we are told that there is no way of finding out who they are.
This leads me to believe these scam calls are on behalf of the intelligence industry.
