When the head of Australia’s ABC opened his mouth to criticize Joe Rogan it makes it clear how DELUSIONAL and out of touch with reality the ABC and its chairman are.
MrΒ Kimberley (Kim) Williams AM was recently appointed the ‘Chairperson’ of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) Board. He has extensive experience across the screen, music, sports and media industries, and was the Chair of Thomson Reuters Founders Share Company, Co-Chair of the State Library of NSW Foundation Board and Director of Stradivarius Pty Ltd. He’s held many hugely prominent CE positions (e.g., the Australian Film Commission, Southern Star Entertainment, Fox Studios Australia, Foxtel, and NewsCorp Australia and has a string of appointments a mile long.
Now you may think that a good thing — but it only reveals that the upper levels of boards and agencies are dripping with deluded persons.
This from The Guardian:
“Kim Williams did not expect to be hurled into a global stoush with the US podcasterΒ Joe RoganΒ when he took the stage at the National Press Club to make the case forΒ more fundingΒ for the public broadcaster. … The ABC chair came armed with … warnings about objective truth from George Orwell. He said, βPeople like Mr Rogan prey on peopleβs vulnerabilities: they prey on fear, they prey on anxiety, they prey on all of the elements that contribute to uncertainty in society,β and “… I personally find it deeply repulsive.”
I — this is me talking — I find the ABC’s attitude deeply repulsive and totally IGNORANT.
I recently wrote about how I approached the ABC over a decade ago to get a commission to explore the 9-11 False Flag. They are so truly out of touch with the reality of the world, it is hard to even know where to begin.
However, it’s clear the ABC are the true perpetrators of MISINFORMATION and are simply a tax paid propaganda machine.
The unwatchable Press Club in full: The Rogan question is at 30 minutes.
Response by Joe Rogan
Mr Williams what about we arrange a live discussion between you and another ABC representative v two contributors of GumshoeNews?
Oh my, our Joe Bogan is going to go to town
If I was Mr Williams I would not talk to me either(not Me ^^^), just going by the last chairpeople or is that cheerpeople. to be fair i’ll watch the video now
urrr could only do 14 minutes to our new information czar
the abc is in need of a diddy party for all its work, think Rogan partake , nah but thats a lot of allegeded utube viewer activity I’ll watch his video take now, Ronald Rogan
More likely leave town
I couldn’t find Joe Rogan between 28:00 and 33:00 on the press club video which is too hard to endure for more than 5 minutes
Perhaps the ABC uploaded a new version
An account of how the “deeply repulsive” threat posed by “citizen journalism”is being dealt with in the U. K:
So where’s the ABC coverage?
ABC-TV is actually a propaganda unit and should be treated as such
Parental Advisory: Under 16’s should not be allowed to watch it
Hooray the bald explorer has gone straight up the track that has been on my mind for a few months now
The supermarket label on a bag of flour included “organic ingredients” and when he looked into it, it turned out to be sawdust
So ?
The question that needs to be asked is, what would make anyone think that “organic” means anything more than living tissue or the remains thereof?
So you are ok with sawdust in the flour if you go out for a kebab
I didn’t say any such thing.
I don’t buy any pre-prepared food in any case
There’s nothing more straightforward than milling your own flour
After my chickens REFUSED to eat the wheat grains I gave them, I swore off commercial wheat flour. I only use organic whole wheat flour from a ‘health store’.
sure folic acid is naturally occurring bwtf is this insisted Oz flour for bread law. ja pasteur
I refuse to watch TV. I have no idea what the idiots of the ABC are waffling/lying about. Thanks for the update on insanity in an Australian institution of propaganda.
I’ve got better things to do than gag over the crap from the ABC. I’m presently working on a ‘hard tack’ recipe that could provide long term storage of needed carbohydrates in an emergency. I may never need them (I’m 77 years old), but the biscuits and rice stored in the jars could provide essential nutrition years from now.
