Coercion to vaccinate is denying Australians the right to properly consider the risks, benefits, and unknowns about covid-19 injections in their own particular circumstances. The arguments in my email to Mr Basto are also relevant in other countries.

For the attention of: Mr Edgar Basto, President BHP Minerals Australia

Dear Mr Basto, The Australian reports that “BHP is moving to mandate [covid-19] vaccines for its 45,000 employees and contractors, as it launches vaccination hubs across the country to protect the mining sector and accelerate national vaccine targets”. (See article attached.)

Mr Basto, is BHP going to deny its employees and contractors their right to ‘informed consent’ before vaccination, without coercion? 

The Australian Immunisation Handbook notes:

“For consent to be legally valid…It must be given voluntarily in the absence of undue pressure, coercion or manipulation…It can only be given after the potential risks and benefits of the relevant vaccine, the risks of not having it, and any alternative options have been explained to the person”.

Mr Basto, on what medical basis is BHP bullying its 45,000 employees and contractors into having the covid-19 injections? 

Despite all the Morrison and State Government and media driven fear-mongering, are you aware the symptoms of covid-19 are generally mild for most people, e.g. the World Health Organisation acknowledges “Most people infected with COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment”? (See attached.)

Are you aware the covid-19 injections:

  • apparently do not prevent infection and transmission;
  • only claim to reduce hospitalisations and deaths, which is not relevant to most people as most are not at serious risk of covid-19;
  • have unknown duration of ‘immunity’ – the Australian Government Department of Health website admits: “It is not yet known how long the protection of the COVID-19 vaccine will last. We will know more through ongoing research…” (See copy attached.) In other words the people having these injections are guinea pigs, and it’s likely most don’t realise they are participating in a global experiment;
  • future consequences of repeated covid injections throughout life are unknown; etc.

The situation is particularly serious for young people, particularly now even children, who are being set up for a lifetime of covid injections, despite the fact they are not at risk of the disease. Many of BHP’s 45,000 employees and contractors have children, so this is an important matter for them to consider.

Mr Basto, people in the vulnerable groups have been offered these covid-19 injections – why are people outside these vulnerable groups, e.g. many of BHP’s 45,000 employees and contractors, being pressured to submit to what could be lifelong covid injections, against a disease which isn’t a serious risk for most people? Why is there apparently great reluctance to acknowledge treatments (e.g. Ivermectin) and preventatives (e.g. vitamin D) for covid-19? It’s an extraordinary situation we’re in after 18 months.

There is much that is unknown about the covid-19 injections. It’s appalling that these medical interventions are being coercively pressed upon the Australian population, including BHP’s 45,000 employees and contractors, and that Australians are being denied the right to properly consider the risks and benefits of these interventions in their personal circumstances, particularly with the threat of divisive ‘vaccine passports’ and ‘vaccination apartheid’ looming.

Mr Basto, I suspect most Australians are not being given the opportunity to properly and freely give their informed consent to covid-19 injections, i.e. without coercion. 

I’ve raised this matter with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), as there is clearly a conflict with the Morrison and State Governments’ aggressive covid-19 injection rollout, and health practitioners’ ethical responsibility to obtain informed consent before this medical intervention.

In this regard, please see below my recent email to AHPRA, pursuing accountability for this problem of the failure to properly obtain informed consent, which includes hyperlinks to my previous detailed emails on this matter. I’m questioning whether AHPRA’s failure to respond constitutes gross negligence and dereliction of duty by AHPRA to the community.

Mr Basto, I request you carefully reconsider BHP’s plan to coerce its 45,000 employees and contractors into submitting to what could be lifelong covid injections, with unknown future consequences.

LETTER TO APHRA

Subject: Questions re coercive covid-19 vaccination and ‘informed consent’ – AHPRA’s failure to respond
To: National Intake and Assessment Team

Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Tash, re your email below, I still haven’t received a response from an ‘appropriate person’ re my emails to AHPRA re health practitioners’ ethical duty to obtain valid informed consent before vaccination. It’s extraordinary that I’m unable to obtain from AHPRA a direct email contact to properly deal with my queries. AHPRA is standing aloof from the community.

I question whether the delay in receiving a response from AHPRA on this most important matter during the Morrison and State Governments’ coercive covid-19 vaccine rollout constitutes gross negligence and dereliction of duty by AHPRA to the community?

My emails are personally addressed to Mr Martin Fletcher, CEO of AHPRA; Dr Anne Tonkin, Chair, Medical Board of Australia; and Ms Gill Callister PSM, Chair, AHPRA  Agency Management Committee, and also to the heads of other doctors’ organisations. These people were also copied on many of my other emails on related matters.

A previous response I received from Mr Fletcher in October 2017 assures me: “Good medical practice: A code of conduct for doctors in Australia provides guidance to medical practitioners. Informed consent is a key element of good medical practice. A medical practitioner must obtain informed consent before undertaking an examination or providing treatment, including providing vaccines.” (See copy of letter attached.)

I strongly suspect that most people are not being properly informed about the ‘leaky’ covid-19 injections in regards to their own age and health status, and therefore are not giving their valid ‘informed consent’ before this medical intervention. This is a very serious matter.

    if being coerced into a vax,, to be able to remain employed, is not giving consent. i believe any doctor giving a vax without free informed consent is risking their licence to practice.

    • What prevents us from having a contract which stipulates in general terms “as an employee I agree to a vaccination on the basis should I fall ill or die from complications associated with the vaccine my employer will compensate myself or my family accordingly”.

      Would this scare them.

      • Frankly, there is nothing preventing anyone from compiling their own form, containing such words and requesting the Dr and/or Nurse giving said vaccination to sign said form and have a witness sign as well. Such a form needs to spell out clearly, the ramifications of side effects from the vaccination and the responsibility of care/monetary losses/compensation/medical treatments and costs from the individual giving the vaccination.       • I don’t know much about it so, are you supposed to refuse the bail ? And sit in a cell for a few days until you get some type of pre-trial hearing ? Or do you just cross out all the conditions attached to your bail ? How does one extract a win from this ? ? ? Apart from pouring money into it.

        • If you chose to sit in a cell for a few days in a town like Albany it would really throw them because they’d have to roster on more weekend staff and if enough bods did it there simply wouldn’t be the facilities to cope.

          Back in the ‘80s I knew one guy who used to pay off traffic fines like so. He’d take the opportunity to fast and catch up on some reading and there wasn’t a damn thing thing they could do about it.So it’s a matter of what would work best for you

          16 years ago 2 of my kids got landed with politically actuated bail undertakings which then morphed into 2 sets of trumped up breach of bail charges, charges which were never prosecuted or formally withdrawn.
          Might sound grim but heavy handed arrests & time spent in the lockup turned out to be a golden opportunity to alert the cops who hadn’t been wholly corrupted to the truth about the overarching prosecution – and there were a few of them.

          But however you choose to deal with it make sure you don’t spend a single dollar( the idea is to starve the machine not fuel it) and always politely decline duty-lawyer services: everyman is always his own best advocate

      We had none guy, a Seven Day Adventist, who flatly refused to work on a Sunday, they gave him a job as cleaner with adjusted pay rate, he got sick of it, and resigned. But what really stuck in my throat, was the betrayal by the membership, whilst I’m fighting in the courts, they agreed behind my back to the new deal. Lost all confidence then, of my fellow workers that day.

  9. Why are doctors and writers, no matter how well intentioned still referring to the flu as Covid-19? This is pure stupidity and guarantees that the HOAX is ongoing playing into the hands of the governments and Globalists.

    Until those in professions who know of the situation start to call “a spade a spade” the public will just go along with whatever the corrupt governments dictate, some because of confusion as to whether the disease does exist or not. If those mentioned at beginning of paragraph told the public that Covid-19 is just another name for the flu that would eventually finish the bogus plan.

    After nearly two years NOBODY has been able to isolate this so-called disease. So it DOES NOT exist. What can be more simple? This is even with cash incentives offered for proof of isolation.

    Surely those in executive positions of industry cannot be stupid enough to not have worked out that this has been a massive hoax. If they are sensible enough to know the true situation then they are part of the “vaccine” massacre. If they have not come to the conclusion that the public has been had, how are they in the positions they hold? Stupids!

    • I would like to insert in your statement “so it does not exist” the word “legally”.
      The bullshit is spread so thick these days I wouldn’t like to guarantee anything.
      We understand clearly the PCR tests are inappropriate and HCQ etc is banned.
      We understand the flu goes around the world and mutates and has done so for a long time.
      So we can see there are theoretically at least various strains all over the place, a tiny fraction may be getting identified by complicated means.
      It seems the Wuhan lab was funded.
      It seems viruses are generated within cells as part of decomposition but they can also be spread by heavily infected individuals.
      Because the truth appears to be in the middle, it is easier to divide the public opinion.
      Now, it also seems globalists must be working on SPARS 2025 which it seems will take out large numbers of the quaxxinated !!!

      • w3, I assess you as usually switched on. You mention the variants they are pushing. Variants of what, Covid-19 or Coronavirus Sars II? I don’t think they have stipulated. If it is supposed to be of Covid-19, never proven to exist, there can be no variant for something that has never existed.

        Do any variants actually exist or are these criminals just trying to string us along the same track as with Covid-19? What tests are available to distinguish between these variants and the normal flu type A and flu type B? We are not told.

      • W3, As many regulars here know by now, I do a lot of Bushwalking to keep my pains at bay, with this alleged Covid bullshit, the groups I walk have grown from average 9-10 people to double that, and even more. Four weeks ago a fellow walker complained of chest pains, breathing difficulties and eventually, pins and needles along his right arm/shoulder.( My first thoughts were heart attack) Considering we were 9 K’s in thick hilly bush at the time, it was a serious issue. We managed to get him out and to the nearest hospital, where he was assessed, and passed on to the Royal Perth for treatment. Yesterday, he again accompanied us on another walk. I bailed him up at the first opportunity and asked him what the story was. First off, let me also add, the majority of the folks that walk with me, have all partaken of the alleged JAB, as he did as well. Anyway, the Doctors told him he had a BLOOD CLOT in his small veins attached to the main artery to his heart. They couldn’t explain what caused the clot, though one Doctor suggested the alleged vaccine he had allowed to be injected into him, MAY have played a part, though he, (the Doctor) was not prepared to discuss that any further. There you have it. TRUE story, not rumour or bullshit. Sadly, whilst the guy seemed to be OK physicaly, he didn’t look good. He was GREY, and his lips black, looking very gaunt too. Rest assured, I have strong suspicion we’ll be hearing much more from this fellow and his physical condition in the near future. The group discussed the vaccination issue, and many claimed the chances of side effects from the jab were very low, to which I interjected, how is it low, when one of our fellow walkers displays exactly what we’ve been told are the consequences of taking the jab. Nothing low there, take a look at him. On the bright side, many have now awakened that their own health is now compromised, and starting to accept they’ve been sold a pig, but there’s no undoing the jab.
        Suspect there’s some sleepless nights there.

        • I know a guy since about 15 years ago whose wife got the Jabberwocky and she came down with asthma attacks for 5 weeks, I don’t know what happened after that, I’m not brave enough to ask yet. All this will take a lot of pressure off the federal budget and we all know the baby boomers are a troublesome contingent.

    • I agree with everything Tony Lambert says about hunting down the perpetrators and collaborators but what a shame that such a strong and articulate voice, like so many others, should fall into the trap of not knowing history and thus building their message on a false premise or analogy (foundations of sand).

      We now know that everything about the how and why of WWI was false or obfuscated, and that goes for the Vietnam War, the two Gulf Wars and all the other wars over the last 30 years including the ‘Wars on Terror’, yet from the same authoritative sources of ‘truth and facts’ everything that we are told about WWII was apparently true, including the massacres at the Katyn Forest, Babi Yar and Lvov [see below].

      Tony should really be using the concept of Stalinism because all that ‘imagery’ of what ‘allegedly’ happened under Hitler and the Gestapo actually DID happen under Stalin and the NKVD, not only just the fear of talking amongst family, friends and neighbours.

      By pushing this deep state ‘Swissy’ narrative they are not only protecting the true perpetrators of (recent) past atrocities but are facilitating the ultimate global genocide by these same perpetrators. The projection of their crimes onto anyone (not just the Germans) and everyone else (now all of humanity, and not just the Palestinians) is the greatest piece of witchcraft mindfuckery in history.
