In the above video Bryan Johnson (age 46) is a vegan — on his “scientist based diet”. The video below is with Dr Chaffee (aged 44) teaches the carnivore diet — i.e., the diet humans were mostly eating for 3 to 4 million years. Dr Chaffee also looks very good for his age.

As for Joe’s Bragg below. I started with Bragg about 8-10 years ago for reflux problems. Previously I used Zantac pills…….anyone, want to buy some Zantacs that I have stuck away somewhere?
There are alternatives to Bragg ….. try organic unfiltered apple cider.
As for Bragg, I read somewhere recently that Gates or whoever bought out Bragg ….. or obtained a serious interest. Anyway, the gossip goes that Gates has added some interesting additions to Bragg. …. As I said, there are other equivalents ….. Gates free?💁🏼

American self-styled guru Paul Bragg has his name on expensive vinegar and other products which slip my mind, but he started out as an insurance guy and got into natural health methods, he claimed to be about 20 years older than he was and got caught out, no doubt feeling a bit soured by the whole experience turned to vinegar.

What if you are electrocuted by high voltage or even hit by a DEW or microwave weapon, will your soul be fragmented into useless particles, this is a question whose time has surely come, maybe there is some physicist out there with the answer.
