The Riot Act(s) in History

The riot act — an Act Preventing Riots and Tumultuous Assemblies — was passed by the British Parliament in 1714. It allowed the police to read a proclamation to any group of 12 or more, ordering them to disburse within an hour or be charged with felony for not disbursing. The Act was repealed in 1973.

The US would not have had any Riot Act, as the First Amendment protects citizen assemblies:   “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

A 1925 ruling, Gitlow v NY, declared unconstitutional any state law, such as New York’s Criminal Anarchy statute of 1902, that prevented assembly. Today there is a civil suit against Florida Governor DeSantis for a law he signed on April 19, 2021 that holds immune, from criminal or civil action, a person who runs over a protestor obstructing the road!  Goes to show you how culture wars have managed to portray citizens as dangerous.

The riot act I propose below is only a symbolic one. The 12 or more addressees do not physically gather in public. Further, the matters for which they “assemble” are crimes in their own right — theft, fraud, genocide, treason, you name it. So don’t jump into your legal texts to find that we cannot address them in this way. To give them a warning is merciful. They do not deserve any warning at all; they’ve earned fullest punishment. Still, there but for the grace of God go I, or you.  How about we give them one chance to wake up….

THE RIOT ACT

Those who have gathered together to harm America, you must disburse.  No matter for how many years (a century?) You have been collaborating with one another to…

foment wars, to spend the nation into bankruptcy, to put an end to the family farm, to weaponize the law, to pervert the practice of medicine and science, to miseducate children and give them chronic illnesses, to degrade culture, making fakery a high art.

No matter how long, it ends today.

You are hereby encouraged to walk away from these pernicious endeavors.  It is understood that in many cases you had no say in joining such groups in the first place.  Walking out on them today will mark you as worthy of clemency from citizens.

We are one society. You are not separate from us. Your sins, though mountainous, were possibly thought up by a few mentally ill individuals. And passed to you as reality.

They are not reality. Making earthquakes and floods and the California fires is not reality either.  You will be happy when you return to real reality.  Let God worry about the weather, ok?  You can just relax.  It’s no longer your job. Look around and try to be happy at the compatriots you see. I predict you’ll come to feel sad that you hurt practically all of them, in pursuit of crazy goals.

Disburse now, while you still can.

    I had in mind maybe a picture of the Ascot Op’ning Day:

        Meanwhile on the MSM today they had a sock-puppet down in St Kilda and they were trying to get everyone there to go for a virus test, and they were talking about one of their mRNA injecting centres, some person(s) went and got injected and caught the virus while they were there !!! Shouldn’t be surprised, the doctors themselves catch it in the hospital that’s why their numbers went up. Best avoid all places of disease, including Canberra. Seal the ACT border, make it permanent, cut off their revenues, wait to see what happens.

            Just to challenge the jewliar claim of mysogeny, I did a survey at the time and one question was about Gillard. Most of her support came from men. It was women who dispised her. The most common comment was “As soon as I hear that nausiating voice on the TV I turn it off”.

        This is way beyond insanity, we are led by demons. Gladys said on 11 am agenda, that masks are mandatory everywhere commencing Monday. The more people waking up, the tighter the screws. The police and army must be getting big bonuses now. Heard rumours, taking home 2 to 3k weekly, not sure if true. Agenda out of control, how long before Judas goats start exposing serpents in power?

    • That’s classic post mRNA jab neurological injury. So many victims said it started with half their tongue numb, than progressed.   9. Watch German doctors in video (with english subtitles) showing vax under microscope and blood from vaxxed under the microscope; it looks insane!!! There is a mesh structure in the vax and metallic particles in the blood samples (prob graphene oxide). Why are there not more autopsies done and why have not more blood samples been analysed?     • … at about 10:00 they say “doctors are starting to form local networks” – average doctors really do need to show some increased initiative on all this.
      At the end the subjects draw the usual conclusions, mass death etc.
      So how is it our lying, crooked politicians, media etc can all get behind this satanist agenda when they were incapable of “saving the world” by cutting out single use plastic, stopping deforestation, etc, they could not even maintain the petrol levy, John Howard weaseled out of that years ago trying to hang on to his precious job.
