The Papal bulls from the 1400’s known as the Doctrine of Discovery have been “repudiated”, suggesting the Holy See has given itself a pardon and slipped away from any culpability and the issue of Terra Nullius. Another scrap of evidence that a New World Order is underway.

The Holy See: maintains bilateral diplomatic relations with 183 sovereign states, signs treaties, and performs multilateral diplomacy with intergovernmental organisations such as the UN and its agencies (IMF, WHO etc.), the Council of Europe (which is a sort of European UN with massive funding), the EC and the Organisation of American States:

“Headquartered in the United States capital, Washington, D.C., the OAS has 35 members, which are independent states in the Americas. Since the 1990s, the organisation has focused on election monitoring.”

Just recall Dominion voting machines, using the same technology as the mysterious Smartmatic, which appeared from nowhere with a contract to count the Venezuelan votes. Oil-rich “petrodollar” Venezuela was subsequently reduced to a shambles.

Based on the Papal Doctrine of Discovery, the first letters of Patent issued by King Henry VII to his sons in 1496 established the process of colonisation to “seek out isles, countries and regions inhabited by heathens and infidels, before this time unknown to all Christians”, in other words any so-called Terra Nullius.

The Papal Bull was used to set British colonialism in motion, then once established, the entire Catholic religion was replaced by Henry VIII with his new Church of England.

Law is thus shown to be just another fashion industry, subject to the makers of the law.

The first major expansion of Catholicism and enforcement of tithes was done by Charlemagne and centuries later “Discovery” was opened up to all the royalty of Europe, whom it is assumed had bought into the Vatican’s systems in various ways.

Anyone who now disputes Captain Cook’s discovery of anything now at least can see where the term came from. The Deep State infiltrated Western Christianity a very long time ago.

The Bolte Bridge (refer main photo) was completed in 1999 and is a cantilever bridge, not a suspension bridge, so the two towers are entirely non-functional and purely decorative.

Upriver a short way, the Melbourne World Trade Centre complex (WTC) is controlled by the Port Authority who seemed to be unclear what exact purpose they built it for, in a slightly off grid, almost wasteland position, with a series of random tenants including the police and Thales defence contractor, temporary location for the newly legalised Crown Casino, before Crown moved upriver to the current location which dominates the historic centre of Melbourne. Originally this site would have been overlooked by John Batman’s hill, but that was demolished long ago, once the “village” slipped from Batman’s grasp, along with his house which sat on top of the little hill, overlooking the ab original waterfall, which was also demolished.

Oddly, the Melbourne WTC complex was controversial at the time of building for intruding out into the river, blocking the view and disturbing the flow. Such mysterious extensions may be considered in conjunction with the fact that the ruling Chinese Communist Party is acutely interested in acquiring ports, in a reversal of Britain’s Hong Kong experience, the CCP has made deals with Darwin Port and Athens Port, amongst others such as Sri Lanka, for their One Belt Road grand vision of superior trade routes connecting China with Europe, Africa and clearly even Australia. The British Hong Kong and Singapore models used an island full of bankers and shipping magnates exploiting the mainland’s cheap workforce. It does appear that Melbourne Port was infiltrated decades ago, apparently in anticipation of the trade expansions of the 21st century, since we see the State of Victoria is already known to be committed to the One Belt Road program under Premier Andrews. What the endgame might be with the port, will remain open to speculation.

Post-plandemic, certain first-world leaders are up to their ears in mischief, the leaders of Israel and France are most conspicuous.

India’s PM Modi is also pushing ahead with cancelling printed money and introducing GST type taxes.

Zionist Bibi Netanyahu is trying to produce a dictatorship but the ordinary citizens of Israel are too smart to ignore it and are trying to reject this.

Utterly fearless, Bibi proclaims he has delayed his dictatorship program and will be starting up two new National Guard units on top of the one started during the Covid opportunity. The new units will be one each for Jews and Arabs. These are reportedly military-trained thugs.

Macron’s present mission is to get the French off the Imperial hegemony teat. As broadcast by new Italian PM Meloni, the French have been printing money for a dozen or so colonised African countries since the 19th century and longer, which is the best way to explain their economic success and world power status. Post-Macron, but perhaps sooner, it seems inevitable that the French will slide off their melting iceberg and all will be turned over to the CBDC surveillance currency of the BIS’s Augustin Carstens and the Globalists.

Macron himself only ever won with about 25% of the vote. His rise to the top of French society was powered by a major success while working for Rothschilds:

Eskimos have many words for types of snow but in this culture we have even more types of lies. Lies of omission, barefaced lies, two-way lies such as “I can’t recall”, statistics, etc. etc.

Victorian Premier Andrews slipped out to China during a by-election he was perhaps not expecting his side to win, and since has refused to answer what state business he was on, so much so that the opposition announced an investigation into the matter.

Andrews has some form, having spent two months in hospital as a result of a violent act on his person, supposedly committed by a slippery front step. However, only one photo of him in the hospital bed was ever supplied during the entire duration. Media curiosity was as absent as photographers.

One would ordinarily expect a politician like Andrews to simply lie about whatever he had done in China but instead he stone-walled and got support from his stablemate Premiers in Queensland and Western Australia who announced they would soon also be going to China on unspecified business. Therefore, I am expecting Andrew’s particular type of lie will soon be allowed to emerge, as the turd rolled in glitter variety.

Evidently, the government in general barely knows what it’s trying to achieve apart from being re-elected, one half tries to help people, while the other half tries to destroy them. Vast amounts of energy are squandered in this suffocating arrangement. It’s possible to carefully sniff out the beneficiary; as with Napoleon, events may be due to and directed by the enduring hidden hand. The typical, ongoing confusion of so-styled Democratic Government provides excellent cover.

It seems we must anticipate from the New Melbourne Order, a super-smart smart city, maybe the biggest and smartest in the southern hemisphere. Wired up like Korea, surveilled like Beijing, we will sell off the cultural inheritance of free education and free thinking for boatloads of plastic novelties, Covid dole and a place on the One Belt Road.

Chinese students in their thousands, who fail school exams at Year 9 or Year 12 are kicked out permanently, forcing the parents of this solitary child to pay for an overseas education.

Production specialists of all types will eventually swell our numbers and fill all empty nooks as marginalised old folks and recalcitrant bogans of every colour and flavour are cycled out. Melbourne, a faithful copy of London, the forlorn stepping stone to Tasmania and nothing much else, is of use as an exotic prize for the cream of international migrant workers. How else to extract value from, as former PM Keating described it, “The arse-end of the world”, while debt is run up to utterly un-repayable levels.

It seems that all the traditional systems, from Enforced Christian Moralities to Terra Nullius Real Estate to Conspicuous Extended Royal Families to Printed Mattressable Cash to Sovereign Individual Rights have already faded and will dissolve into an inevitable New World Order, we might not be the first to style, “The Age of Aquarius”.
