In that regard: Gaza is captured with its land and resources. Syria is destabilised for its resources, Lebanon is removed from claims, and Cyprus is managed through sharing  negotiations with Turkey and Greece.

Russia is not willing to share ITS Ukraine. NATO needs to back away with another Trump orchestrated bullsh*t. Otherwise the bad look food lines begin in Western Europe.

America has 750 overseas bases. The UK has 100. China has 4. Russia minds its own business.  America lectures the world.

Russia and China have the world’s largest economies. America has the world’s largest  propaganda footprint.

BRICS has the world’s largest buyer-seller self contained economy.

The EU and The UK-US are puppies at the end of the table shouting for food to be dropped off.

I have advised of this in the past. Medications do not cure or resolve: they manage. The slow journey to incapacity and death.

I have learnt the signals of blood glucose, higher blood pressure, gout, oedema, joint uric acid, inflammation etc.

As I did with emphysema: I have stopped ALL medications, now for two years. If it’s packaged, canned, cooked in seed oils, had preservatives or enhancers added: don’t go there. That doesn’t  mean you live on kale and allied psycho-idiocies, alone.

The diets required for men and women are DIFFERENT.

Contrary to some beliefs: The Bible did warn of micro-organisms. Beginning with the isolation and non association of certain foods, because of the lack of refrigeration. Also not eating scavengers as food. They being the mediums of toxins.

Sugar feeds cancer. Ketosis kills it. There are safe sugars in fruit, dairy, and natural honey. Brown rice has arsenic. White rice is safe.

Fluoride toothpaste is dangerous. Lead amalgam fillings are dangerous. Thimerosal (mercury) in vaccinations is dangerous. Exercise for appearance is dangerous. The myth of low fat delivered poor skin and diabetes through added sugars. No sugar delivered carcinogenic artificial sweeteners.

The prevalence of UTIs in women, is because they don’t wash their hands,  before and after. Supplements cause more damage than the posture to prevent. Glyphosate and Ethylene Glycol have been found in big name ice creams. Filtered and packaged waters have been found to be unsafe.

If you feel cornered: think more and consume less over longer periods. Do not eat because the clock says, or you think you feel hungry.  You do not need three meals a day.

You need to move and walk, not exhaust in jogging. That; as frenetic arse classes; do not reduce the female physiology of arse size.

The speed if metabolism is just that. Not any formula beyond.

If your beauty is in appearance and not within: you have already lost. If you seek acclaim by posture: you have lost.

The rich do not posture rich. In that regard they buy quality, not a brand.

  4. As many of you know, I took a ‘Remote Viewing’ class with the Future Forecasters Group (FFG). There are now four different groups working in the system. This is a short ‘debrief’ from the Hellfire group with Daz Smith as the tasker. Normally, everything is behind a firewall and part of joining the FFG is that videos can’t be copied. However, they released this video on Youtube, so it is out in the public domain.

    I did watch the entire session and a separate video where they discussed how to deal with the information. This is the most disturbing viewing I have watched. The fact that ALL viewers had the same information was significant.

All I’ve noticed there’s a big difference between getting money and working for it. Where conscienceless bastards, in possession of multi millions use money as their tool for profit and immunity, influencing governments worldwide.
    One ounce of silver is now $100 Oz currency. Our dollar is worth around 1/100th what it was in 1970. Our government gives free health care to new arrivals at the expense of locals who’ve been here a lifetime. CBDC is not for our benefit, but to maintain the order, it’s for the rich to get richer and the people reduced to slavery. With inflation at 10% per year and the average dwelling one million dollars who can afford a mortgage?
    Our children are intentionally poisoned so a few profit off our ill health. This should wake the woke but will it?

    • It’s amazing how language gets perverted, “enforcing a ceasefire” when a ceasefire is supposed to be both sides, used to be “broke the ceasefire”, words are being re-purposed in some think tank somewhere, who knows what they will come up with next
