Re: Reinvestigation of the Boston Marathon Bombing.
Dear Mr. President,
Before my petition to you, I would like to introduce myself. I am Cesar Baruja, an MD Family Physician from Paraguay and an American citizen who has been working in the United States of America since 2005.
I am writing to ask you for a reinvestigation of the Boston Marathon Bombing that occurred on Boylston Street in Boston on April 15, 2013. I believe, as many people around the world, that the indicted in this case, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, is innocent and well-deserving of a pardon.
The evidence that the FBI presented in the indictment in regards to the backpack evidence conclusively proves that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is innocent. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was sentenced to what will, if carried out, be a judicial murder as the backpack carried by Dzhokhar Tsarnaev did not match the incriminating backpack per the FBI’s very own indictment.
Also, there are other contradictory pieces of evidence that may exculpate Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Consider, for instance, how the Tsarnaev brothers were known by the FBI prior to Boston Marathon Bombing, but the FBI appeared in front of the press with the suspects’ pictures and asked the public to help the FBI identify them.

It was said Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was armed in the boat, but then he was reported as unarmed. How could Dzhokhar, severely wounded in the boat, have written a “confession” with such neatness on the glazed boat wall?
In regards to some of the medical anomalies concerning the Boston Marathon Bombing, I concur with a good number of observations from Dr. Lorraine Day during her guest appearance on The Corporation Nation radio show from February 2014. Just as Dr. Day had mentioned, over the loudspeaker, I as well can hear, “This is a drill! This is a drill! This is a drill!” In fact, audio (with video) of this peculiarity can be found on the public Internet on YouTube across various channels.
The blood did not appear from genuine victims. Instead, the blood appeared on account of the crisis actors and the co-conspirators who poured fake blood around what is called the crime scene on Boylston Street.
Ben Nye Moulage kits or the similar appear to have been employed to assist in the execution of this fakery. There are many photographs of these anomalies across the Internet. These photographs are readily available to the public.
In fact, a well-known series of photographs that were taken by an individual who goes by the username of “HaHaTango” on Flickr while he was a bystander in a nearby building were used by the mainstream media, such as CNN, and yet the medical anomalies that support Dzhokhar’s innocence were never reported to the general public.
Dr. Day and Dr. Monteith, two trauma surgeons from California, appear to have used these series of photographs, that is to say, the same as used by the mainstream media, from HahaTango, to reach their conclusions about the fakery by the crisis actors. However, the mainstream media remained totally silent on these very profound medical anomalies.
These were deliberate omissions by the mainstream media in order to assist in the securing of a judicial murder against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev over the faked injuries of prior amputee crisis actors and other crisis actors.
Now, let’s consider Jeff Bauman (if that even is his real name). I concur with Dr. Day that nobody with an injury that “severe,” as purported by the mainstream media, would ever be wheeled in a wheelchair because such a patient would have experienced too much blood loss.
Exsanguination is the process of blood loss to a degree sufficient enough to cause death. This, very likely, would have happened to Jeff Bauman had his injuries been real. Jeff Bauman should have been transported on a gurney.
There is even video of what appears to be Jeff Bauman being wheeled at a fast rate twice down what appears to be Boylston Street. This was done so that the media would take photographs and videos of Jeff Bauman for propagandistic but not for medical or even for medical training purposes.
In fact, the prosthesis that Jeff Bauman was wearing at the time fell off and had to be reattached, watch this YouTube video, https://youtu.be/p0qMOufey1Q .This level of corruption is outrageous.
I am also familiar with the observations of Dr. Stanley Monteith, a trauma surgeon. I agree with Dr. Monteith that Jeff Bauman should not have been put into a wheelchair. Jeff Bauman should have been in “profound shock” in light of the severity of his purported injuries as described by the mainstream media. Tourniquets were not applied to both legs appropriately to “clamp off the blood supply”.
Jeff Bauman should have been “crying out in pain”. Consider, for example, professional athletes who have suffered nothing more than minor injuries from sports activities who cry out in pain. On account of the inappropriate application of tourniquets, Jeff Bauman would have most likely bled to death.
Mr. Bauman “healed” too quickly after his “injuries”. Just 19 days after he “lost” both legs, he was at the Boston Bruins hockey game. That was an inadequate amount of time for him to adjust to his new life as an amputee. Had he been a real amputee due to the Boston “Bombing”, then he would have needed an adequate amount of time in order to build sufficient muscular strength in his arms.
He recovered “psychologically” and “physically” far too quickly. Thus, the injuries of Jeff Bauman on Boylston Street were, of course, not real.

Dr Cesar Baruja, thank you very much for doing what many others should have done. In fact this farce should never had got to first base in the court process. Note, I say court case, not judicial proceedings. Good luck with your presentation in court, if you allowed to proceed.
If they don’t allow you to proceed, get the Army to do what they did to Mugabe, and put the court persons under house arrest until the corruption is routed out.

A “pardon” implies that one has committed a crime but is being forgiven, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev did not commit a any crime! The US government committed the crime. Tsarnaev should be released and compensated by the government for his pain and suffering and his family compensated for wrongful death of his brother, Dzhokhar’s lawyer should be disbarred, That’s just for starters!
If you want the lawyers disbarred, how about you pitch in and help? All you need to do is write to the state licensing board in the state where the person was admitted to practice.
Come on, everybody, stop writing to Jahar-friendly websites and start taking some action.
Yesterday I went to a sweet little Christmas parade in New Hampshire. All the local businesses marched (or drove a Christmassy-decorated car) in the parade. As soon as I saw it, I realized I could have marched carrying a sign “The Committee for Jahar Justice” — or something, but it was too late.
If your local parade hasn’t happened yet, you can do that. Stick your neck out.
Next year maybe we’ll be ready to carry a sign “Free Carmen.”

And yes Mary, to answer your question – the ‘powers that be, er, have been’ are experiencing their self-created demise as we speak. Transparency’s time is now and reigns. They are and will go the way of all ‘goliaths’. And I expect their ‘fall’ will be quite sobering for them. Jahar of course is the ‘david’ here – a Soul Spirit of simple and truly powerful proportions. Let’s bring this truth into the light of day! And freedom for this one of us…
