Proof Enough of Judicial Kidnap, Part 1: The Three Finger Judge

Gumshoe is committed to ridding Australia of the judicial-kidnap scenario.  We have only recently realized that we have friends we did not know about. To name two: Maurice Kriss and George Potkonyak, both New South Wales attorneys, retired. (In Potkonyaks’s case the word “retired” might be more honestly rendered as “kicked out” — as his work for Protective parents was not roundly appreciated by that state’s Bar association.)

This is a series of five articles, the combination of which is “proof enough” but even on their own I think each would do the trick. If this first one, about the three-finger routine, doesn’t get your goat, you have a problem.

Maurice Kriss’s article is from the archives of Australia’s  National Child Protection Alliance (NCPA).  He published it on September 24, 2016 and it has been reprinted by The Women’s Coalition on Facebook and by alecomm.com –- an interesting website that has heisted some of Gumshoe’s articles.

Note: Maurice Kriss’s opening remark is that he is president of the National Child Protection Alliance of Australia, but now in 2019 the president is Charles Pragnell. I have abridged it a lot:

I am the President of the National Child Protection Alliance of Australia.

I joined the NCPA where I was asked to assist a number of mothers who had their children taken from them by the Family Court after reporting that their children had been sexually abused ….I noticed a distinct pattern: the mothers were treated with abuse and disrespect. They were called liars and were accused of coaching their children to lie. The fact that very young children at the time were bleeding from the anus or vagina did not move police.

The conduct of the court in most of the cases in which I had appeared, were abominable.

The ‘Magellan List’ was an orchestrated corrupt system that was designed to discredit mothers. It took me some time to realise that the mothers had lost their children from the moment they filled in a Form 4 reporting sexual abuse. I endeavoured to report this to friends but was met with disbelief, and their belief that mothers lie to stop their husband from seeing their children. I was accused of being obsessed and crazy. The Myth of lying mothers was deeply entrenched in the community.

Why is not written in the newspapers or magazines or on the TV?

The reason is that the Family court has a complete gag order which can punish anyone who breaches this order of silence with 12 months’ jail.

S121

It is s121 of the Family Law Act. S121 is for the protection of Judges, employed selected psychologists, and the so-called Independent Child Lawyers in their immoral and illegal conduct in removing mothers from their children. Unfortunately, it has been difficult to raise these issues because of a gag order.

The NCPA charges the Family Court, with knowingly and consistently committing mental torture. It is a world-wide problem, at least in the UK and the USA, Denmark and Ireland, where children are removed from their mothers for doing what they are mandated to do, care and protect their child. Unfortunately, many mothers are too scared to put pen to paper lest they reap the wrath of the Family Court. The Court can and does [punitively] refuse the mother to see her children until the child is 18 years of age. You may or may not be aware, the Family Court has no mandate to investigate criminal matters, and totally relies on the respective states Police and Child Protection personnel.

If the child is not old enough to be cross examined very little if anything, is done. On the few occasions when a report substantiates that the child has been abused, the Family Court has been known to dismiss the report, “for the mother is a liar and the child has been taught to lie.”

Young children have no concept of adult sexual activity, and no matter how you try to put such concepts into a child’s mind it would not work.

Even older children cannot maintain a sexual lie under investigation. You may ask if there is no proof that the mother is lying on what basis can a Court order the child to live with the abusive father? And if the mother can be shown to suffer from a mental illness….

Three Fingers

An ICL (Independent Children’s Lawyer) said to me,

“The judge will give your client three chances to agree with his orders. He will raise his hand and show three fingers. After each time he will ask you the same question three times. If your client does not agree she will lose her child, do you understand me?”

The father was accused of anal penetration of his 3-year-old child, and had one computer with 82,000 pornographic images on it. His Honour dismissed the pornographic material and other evidence. Raised his three fingers….

Some mothers are forced to “admit” that they were delusional when they reported the sexual assault. Having now admitted, the mother is given a gag order preventing her reporting further sexual abuse to the police or any other authority. [The mother is] ordered that she cannot take the child to a doctor, hospital, or Psychologist without the father’s approval.

  2. Ned sent this video as a comment a few days ago. I think it got lost, so here it is again. The last third of it is relevant to today’s article. “The value of a child’s life.”

    Which is not so say that the first two-thirds are irrelevant.

  3. I know a number of us are sick to death of the unscrupulous criminality and abject immorality of many decisions from the “Bench”. When is there ever going to be a thorough Criminal Justice Review concerning the governance of judges and the judicial system as a whole in the Family Court and the complicity of the corporations and government with their revolving door and the tender process? Is it possible to establish another system outside the corrupt BAR system independent of the BAR? The legals have been acting like the 3 monkeys…. so perhaps some who have retired may speak out for the benefit of the people of Australia.

    Since the Honourable Senator Rod Cullen has exposed the illegality of government since the Australia Act, the courts also must be illegal null and void. Those who are on the bench are simply administrators are they not? Did they all take the Oath? Oath to whom?

  4. This situation seems to be the same disease throughout the “judicial” system. “We have you in our clutch and there is no escape from our decision”, “We are the power”, mentality.

    We are the deciders, for a “higher power”. So move along and forget this episode in your life.

  5. This is a truly sickening scenario being played out in Australia’s family courts. I am horrified by the lengths some people will go to in order to continue abusing innocent children. And these poor mothers! I have met and corresponded with many protective parents who continue to live with this nightmare. It would be impossible for a good parent to ‘forget’ that their child is going through such horror. Quite frankly, I’m amazed that more people don’t take the law into their own hands.

  7. They are destroying my life and trying to steal my kids away from me. All because i reported their disclosures of sexual abuse and death threats. I am tired and exhausted and the police have now tampered with my reports. How can they do this! How did my life become a defensive way against the domestic violence commited against us and now the system. They are trying to steal my kids. I cant protect them and i am petrified to lose them.

    It’s simple. A crooked judge is more likely not just to overlook the crimes of a fellow mason, but also more likely to use his authority to railroad an innocent defendant under the orders of a higher-ranking mason. Usually, it is done as a test of loyalty, in exchange for advancement, or some other reward.

    • Arlyn, that news article is dated 2009. So “the past 11 years” means 1997-2009. Maybe because Lord Burton, who was a Mason said the Masons did the Dunblane massacre. (He later backed down a little, as our dear Pauline did recently on Port Arthur.

      As for the US, there is no requirement to state membership in any private club. In 2008 both presidential candidates, Bush and Kerry were Skull and Bones members..

    • Garrick, speaking personally, I have no idea how many of the personages engaged in sex-trafficking of children are actually pedophiles themselves. I have been operating on the assumption that they are few. The problem is their willingness to obey bad bosses.

      Isn’t the same as cops in NYC doing what they know the mafia wants them to do even if they have never met a mafia person?

      However, if the three-finger judge is a Mason, I suppose it is reasonable to deduce that he may be “dutifully” carrying out his group’s wishes, provided the Masons in fact are sex-traffickers.

      That said, Epstein and Savile seem to have had innumerable buddies in the upper echelons who practice child sexual abuse.

    • Thanks to Arlyn for the above items, very relevant.

      I have often heard that “Masons” run the courts in America. Eustace Mullins made a compelling case for it in his book “The Rape of Justice,” and he said he was physically targeted by them.

      Still, it’s like “the Jews.” Very easy to imagine the naughty stuff (in this case, child-stealing) being carried out by a club — and all the members of the club should take the blame.

      I realize I am at the far edge in my thinking on this, but to me the CLUB that is doing the Family Court’s child-stealing is “all of us.” Club Australia.

      Imagine you are on a Full Court bench of 3, and you know the other 2 judges are — say — Masons, and that their ruling is wrong and you know why. (Pedophilia reigns). Is it your duty to yelp?

      i say yes. And if you don’t yelp, you have joined “the Masons.” so to speak.

      (I mean your written dissent should say “I dissent because the taking of the child is for the purpose of pedophilia.”)

      So what should we do about the third judge, the good judge, who stays his hand from writing such a dissent? I say at least give him a snarl if you run into him at Woolies.

      He (or she) is causing the problem as much as “the Masons.”

    • US Atty Gen William Barr has mentioned Alexander Downer in his report on the Mueller probe. Nothing related to pedophilia (as far as i know).

    Poitre and Helena Holowczak gave me over to a national child sex trafficking ring when I was preschool age. My perpetrators abused me until the time of my fifteenth birthday.     I witnessed multiple acts of child abduction, drugging, child sexual assault, torture and murder. Members of the paedophile ring were sexually aroused by necrophilia, bestiality and sadism. The ring also contained a large number of female perpetrators.

    At age of 15 years, I witnessed the wife of an Engadine police officer lure a 15-year-old boy into her car at Cronulla Beach. The boy had sandy coloured hair, and he was dressed in board shorts and a pale blue t-shirt which had the distinct ‘Billabong’ wave logo on its left breast. The boy was murdered at a property on the old Illawarra Road near the suburb of Menai, where Doberman dogs were bred and trained. The dog trainer had leathery skin, dark hair, piercing eyes, and there were multiple signs out the front of his property warning people not to trespass.

  16. how do you appeal effectively when children are removed and placed with perp with a 6 month no contact order based on family consultant and I C L and expert witness ganging up and lying under oath. im disgusted. who can help

  18. The three finger Oath is supposed to signify honour, God and country and is used by the Boy Scouts, the Venturing, theSea Scouts, the Stem Scouts, and the Girl Scouts.

    As the Jesuits say “Give me a child until he is seven and I’ll show you the man.” Nothing about a female here with their sexist statement
