Rachel Vaughan’s Effort To Tell Police about Murders.  Vital!  Help!

The first person I contacted in my search for information about the Adelaide pedo-rings was Rachel Vaughan, based on a comment she made at Fiona Barnett’s website pedophilesdownunder.com. Then I came to see that Ms Vaughan is Olympic medal material for the high jump, or the “most letters sent to SA police since the First Fleet.”

Gumshoe has associated Rachel with her brother Andrew McIntyre whom I interviewed here in September, 2018 about the case of the three Beaumont children (who all disappeared one day in 1966).   But there is another famous Adelaide disappearance of a child, Louise Bell, in 1983.

Per the official story, an abductor reached in the window of the room where two sisters were asleep and carried Louise out. As an Adelaidean in 1983, before I had the slightest knowledge of conspiracies, I was surprised that such a story could be said to match the published picture.

As it happens, Rachel Vaughan knows all we need to know about Louise – how she died, who killed her, and where she is buried. But thus far, Rachel is unable to get any cop to hear her story. The purpose of this article today is not to re-open Louise Bell’s case.  It is to inform the reader of the massive barrier that surrounds the truth.  Where a pedo-ring is involved, all the members of parliament, police, etc DO NOT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT.

And this is very bad for us.  It means we are forever trapped. I have made up a short list of Rachel’s efforts, and laminated it on an A4-sized page, so I could wear it on my back.

You too can do that, too. Just sit at the end of Rundle Mal, near the bronze pigs, wearing your sign, with a bunch of copies to hand out if anyone speaks to you. Don’t worry it’s not illegal.  (If you also plan to sing or play the trombone you need a busking permit!)

EFFORTS TO GET ATTENTION of SA POLICE

April 2006: STATUTORY DECLARATION to SAPOL re: 1) Max’s assault on me with knife, at 30 months of age; 2) in 1977 saw a mutilated child in Macklin Street bathroom.

June 2007: Letter to many MPs re lack of investigation by SAPOL, naming Max as the body boy for ‘the Family,’ also to Doug Barr, Major Crime and Det. Supt. Phillip Hoff.

8 Aug 2007: RESPONSE: letter from Paul Holloway, then Minister for Police. Declares that Major Crime Detectives “show there is no evidence linking Allan McIntyre” to this.

21 Aug 2007: INTERVIEW with Annette Burden and Scott Barker, SCIB, detailing abuse of me and witness child’s dismembered body as well as a man’s right foot, 1977.

5 Sept 2007: Second letter to politicians re SAPOL, to MPs:

Paul Holloway, Jane Lomax-Smith, Michael Atkinson, Jay Weatherill, Carmel Zollo,  Nick Xenophon, Kris Hannah.

20 Sept 2007:  RESPONSE from Wainwright, Police Complaint Authority: “cannot justify commitment of personnel and resources.”

8 Feb 2008: 4th letter sent to officials re 1) SAPOL refusal to act on our allegations; 2. Beaumont kids seen deceased in boot of car by my siblings in 1966.

23 Sept 2009: I rang Paul Llewendowski SCIB to say that a child (age 11) is living on same property as Max, and is in danger. Llewendowski tells me he won’t take the report.

Sept 2009: My Stat Dec that I saw a young girl being killed under my house in 1983, and that Max filmed us together.

19 Jan 2012: Told Crimestoppers’ David Sheridan: 2) Max is the body boy for a group who have conducted murders of kids for decades; 3) Louise Bell being buried at 8 Macklin St., Edwardstown, under a slab of concrete..

23 Feb 2012: My letter to SCIB asks why my deceased sister Clare’s psychiatrist wasn’t questioned re her allegations.

Note that my mini-list ends with 2012. In that year Rachel gave up. She not only had failed to be given credibility, she had come under constant attack. So she quit. Three years later, though, she got back into the saddle and is still riding to this day.

And in 2015 she learned that the International Tribunal for Natural Justice was taking testimony, so she spoke to them. She gave testimony in 2018, and the Youtube video of her  one-hour talk has already had 110,000 views!’

Fraudulent Convictions

Dieter Pfennig, in prison in SA for life

In her testimony to ITNJ, Rachel Vaughan (now age 45) states that she was an eyewitness to the murder of her age-mate Louise Bell and that the person who killed Louise was Rachel’s father, Max McIntyre. It was thus not the man convicted of it, Dieter Pfennig.

Although Louise’s death took pace in 1983, Pfennig wasn’t tried till 2016! I imagine his trial was a way for the pedo-rings to protect Max, their bodyman, who was still alive when his daughter Rachel was beginning to get some listeners. (Max died in 2017).

I’ll mention a few things from the trial of Pfennig to show how the media make fools of us.

One “clue” to Pfennig’s “guilt” was a phone call made by someone with a “European accent” telling how to find Louise’s earrings under a rock. Pfennig, a German, had the requisite accent. He was also said to have made boast-like remarks about the child to various people.

(Note: Would any murderer be so foolish? Many judges have ruled as inadmissible such things but, on the other hand, we have seen as recently as the Boston Marathon case that the court listened to a prosecution witness, Dun Meng, who claimed that Tamerlan, when carjacking Meng, said “Hey guess what I’m the Marathon bomber.)

Remember the case against Pfennig for murdering Louise Bell did not occur till 33 years after her death. (Originally, Raymond Geesing was convicted but then freed in 1985).

A major clue – the major “clue” was a pyjama top. It was  left on the grass of a nearby home, and it was found to have DNA that pointed at Pfennig. Namely, the cloth had been dunked in the Onkaparinga River “to which Pfennig had attachments!” Oh please. I have attachment to the entire Atlantic Ocean.

But here is a real clue that was never, of course, mentioned. The Chief Inspector in the police search for Louise was Graham Bennett Fraser. In 1987 he was accused by two girls of having abused them, one of whom was the same age as Ms Bell. What did SAPOL (South Australian Police) do to punish Fraser? They demoted him from Chief Inspector to Inspector.

At the time, a statute of limitations prevented his being prosecuted but when the Rann government changed the law in 2007 he was tried.

Judge David Smith said of Graham Bennett Fraser: “The crimes occurred in his home, his shed and a swimming pool belonging to a friend … From any position, this offending was loathsome… You were a senior police officer, and these girls had no one to turn to….”

Hang on a minute! Girls today, and their Protective parents have no one to turn to. Trust me. We have checked out many cases. Anyway, I am not trying to solve the Bell homicide, I prefer to call attention to the list of Rachel’s unrequited efforts. We must wonder, Is every one of her addressees in on the game?  — the game being “Make every protected pedo stay safe.” Is this SAPOL’s motto? Non fiat jusitia, ruat caelum – “Don’t let there be justice, though the heavens may fall”?I do not want the world to think less of Adelaide because of all this. It is a beautiful, peaceful, coastal city. The citizens are as ignorant as I was of the behind-the-scenes evil. They need to get with the program and capture the many devils. There’s no other way.

It’s been a long road, but I’m not giving up until my father’s two former properties at Stansbury on the Yorke Peninsula and Macklin Street Edwardstown are exhumed for the remains of the children buried there. I survived my father’s wrath. Many of his victims didn’t. Someone must speak for them.

    • Rachel My father is Richard Arthur Alexander McIntyre and committed similiar crimes to which the police have actively tried to cover up in NSW. I dont know if we are related.

      • Thanks for the link to your word press site – I’m checking it out now. I’m not sure if we are related either, but I have a family tree which I can share with you. My paternal grandfather (from whom I get my maiden name of McIntyre) has links to the Kennedy, Furneaux and Delsar lineages.

  4. It would be so simple for the police to have the two sites mentioned, exhumed and settle the story one way or the other. But it seems people in powerful positions have members of SAPOL in their gloves, or worse still, on the take.

    It is unbelievable that the excuse that the sites can’t be exhumed as they belong to private owners. Have not SAPOL heard of a court order to get warrants issued to solve a murder?

    • It is unbelievable Mal. Especially given Pfennig’s former Holly Rise property in Hackham was excavated TWICE; the second time only weeks after my interview at the major crime office in June 2012. Both digs were fruitless. Also, the dig at the Castalloy factory for the remains of the Beaumont children was $250 000 down the drain. It would take a small excavator to dig the sink hole at Stansbury. A friend has offered to do it for free. A Macklin Street Edwardstown excavation wouldn’t cost a lot. There are three sites that need attention there, plus the old Wunderlich’s kiln converted to a telecommunications bunker below ground. I think that old bunker hides many secrets and is a big reason why SAPOL won’t dig there.

    • aussiemal, police can not get a warrant to dig these properties without sufficient evidence, and there is none, Rachel makes all these claims about stansbury etc, but has given no evidence in any form what so ever, ………no evidence NO warrant…end of story

How disgusting and utterly disrespectful to Louise Bell and her suffering family it seems the imagination of the likes of Fiona Barnett are not isolated – The Spear Creek triple murders occured over 41 years ago and a person has finally been charged for these cold case murders yet you try and imply it is a issue Dieter was not charged straight away? There are facts and then there is the truth and they are not always a match – think about it.Thank God forensics don’t lie, nor do the official court transcripts, the evidence, the fact Dieter was a psychotic and aggressive mongrel who enjoyed torture both mentally as well as physically ….he is responsible, why insist on telling lies about a little girl so cruelly murdered?

    • Then there is this:
      DNA is not able to be planted without altering it, the only way a full positive DNA can be found is by direct contact, and not by transfer..
      So that blows that theory out of the water..

      • Scientists have shown it is possible to fake DNA evidence, potentially undermining the credibility of the key forensic technique. Also:
        “Modern technologies can now detect and analyze DNA from samples comprised of only 16 cells. But due to the touch-transfer properties of DNA, determining how those cells reached the surface on which they were found is impossible. Tiny amounts of touch-transferred DNA have placed people at locations they had never visited and implicated people for crimes they did not commit.”

  8. I am dismayed, but hardly surprised, that a whole bunch of people can naively imagine that all the perverse crookedness you complain about could be pulled off by one or two “baddies” in the system and the implication that it could be “fixed” by complaining and placard waving.

    The level of corruption (that extends way beyond what you complain about) is impossible without a whole network of manipulators protected and enabled by “useful idiots”, goons, in every level of society.

    The goons are most often ideologically compromised by an elitist mentality that convinces them that they are superior to “the profane” by esoteric “access” to “primordial wisdom” that is delivered through a gradation of secret societies.

    • The reason things don’t get “fixed” by complaining and placard waving is that they’re not being consciously created or destroyed by anyone in the 1st place. However, that’s immaterial to speaking the truth.

          And conclude that I was, at the time, fully aware of the ground upon which I and my various legal opponents were standing.

Just to clarify Mary, Geesing was released from prison, but that had nothing to do with the charges being dropped on him over Louise Bell, he had finished his current sentence, and was already in prison over other charges, he was charged over louise while he was in there because 4 other inmates had said he was the perp, all here say on their behalf, and that has been documented in the court transcripts.

  10. I see that Rachel Vaughan’s “bombshell” on the Youtube video of the ITNJ has now been watched by 112,000 people. Most likely people make repeat visits, so let’s cut it down to 60K.

    Who are they? What are they thinking we should do about it? The ITNJ does not allow comments, so one can’t even get an idea of the demographics. What percent of the 60K are Australians?

    • VTFV your information is totally wrong !!…what do you have to back this up ?………..obviously you haven’t done any homework on the property you have named, the address is actually a house not a park, which has been there since the 60’s, and that property wasn’t owned by a Marshall up till 1982, when new owners bought it then, called the robert’s family………your source is very unreliable !!

  12. I have had my team use cavity detector on the Fremantle street sea side. Car park cliffs with positive results there are tent pins left at Louise Bell grave site Joanne Redcliffe site where Michael Marshall rebuired her after Mark Marshall kept telling his school teacher of his father taking children that includes Beaumont children Jo grave site was GBR and it came up positive as well. Sussex Street was also positive for for adnormallies Stan Hart explain to me prior to his death in Qld of him and his son in law I call it a Hart to Hart conversation to explain wot was out there and he may get to heaven on his last breath he die in St Michael age care Ipswich 1999

  15. The Meat of the Argument

    This is a warning not to believe a statement in the press today:

    “The Singapore Police Force has shut down a nightclub, Touches Nightclub, in Singapore after investigation uncovered that the owner, a foreigner (nationality withheld) killed patrons of the facility and served to others as meat.”

    The excat wording is also found, in the last few hours, wih the word “Singapore” replaced by “Colombo, Sri Lanka” and “Adelaide, Australia.” Thus it is a joke.

    Not that cannibalism can’t hapen. Apparently some people go for it. But don’t believe the above story, OK?

    (I was attracted to it by a headline”Adelaide Club Shut Down by Police” — as “THE Adelaide Club is the lunch habgout for the upper crust. Would be a hoot if the po-lice shut it down.)

  20. Rachel, this could be a totally silly idea… But have you looked in to making this a podcast series?

    An investigative journalism piece in real time, looking for answers, proof and evidence of these crimes in the current and past tense.

    Something similar to ‘The Teacher’s Pet’ or ‘The Lady Vanishes’. Both are historical cases that have gained incredible traction with humongous amounts of listeners, tips, insight and answers.

    I feel like this could be an amazing way of putting your story out there. The hard part will be finding a journalist brave enough to take it all the way.

    Just a thought, possibly a silly one, but these crimes can not continue to be swept under the rug.

It seems to be the way to go lately to get important issues the attention which the main stream media refuse to offer.   22. I just had a friend show me Rachel’s testimony video couple nights ago. I just want to say I’ve listened and now trying to find out about all of this and to make of it. If this is all as you say I’m actually funnily enough I’m not surprised about a heirachy. The more I learn about the world the more I know it is this way. And I just don’t know what to do. Thank you I will want to find out more, this is full on to take in the last couple days

    I can imagine the frustration and anger stemming from not being heard over the years. I pray SOMEONE will take or step into a position of authority and will DO SOMETHING about this.

  26. Hi Rachel , Not too sure if you are still on this site ? For many months now a family of mine has been following your story and has asked me several times to take a look at what has been happening in your life and the story you are putting out there( that takes guts , for sure) , very similar and eerie to what happened to us when we were kids, how bizarre.. I have read many a comment by that person Claire and waves that she was causing not nice ! But I can relate to what you are saying.

    I did not know about the tunnels as claimed under the Adelaide city streets nor the huge tunnel from Elizabeth to Edinburgh that is incredible. But I do know there is a net work of tunnels under the township of Port Pirie SA.

    Anyway, I take my hat of too you for speaking out.

    It is very sad to say , but I remember as a young kid, in the early 1970’s bizarre events occurring which involved high ranking Police , Doctors , Specifically 2 Pathologists that I remember(1)being DR. C. M and the other DR R.J., and undertakers coming to our home for parties, especially in times around of the missing lads, (Barnes & Richard Kelvin) ( To which we all now know they were taken by the horrid people dubbed the Family).

    Please dont get me wrong here I am not saying these people may have been involved in them going missing, thats not for me to judge as I was only a kid at that time but I will say to you , we had a sink hole or well , in any which way you look at it, to me it was a Well that emerged out the back of our home, just out of the blue and as kids we were NOT allowed to go near it, however at night the said head of our family did at night time, why I do not know. To this day , questions are still being brought up to why this hole was being looked at night time. No good asking the old man he has since passed on, taking that secret with him.

    But the events in our past , were shocking too, I remember my friends the Holland boys, those boys remains were found across the from us in the house dubbed (The Blue House) under floor boards, and at the time before they were found , my brother and I played in that vacant house, going down basement entrance at the back of that house, to when my brother found on the shelf Vials with clear substance in them, lots of them ( Vials like the ones used by Dr’s use to vaccinate) At that time we had NO idea what they were, but now reflecting on that memory I now know exactly what those Vials are used for. I do Not know what happened to those Vials if Police took them or other.

    Then as kids we were told NOT to play at that house in anymore to which several weeks later our dog went sniffing, to which Police had investigated and found the boys remains were found and the house was demolished.

    You were speaking out about your old man and how he was a Freemason and worked for Telecom ( wire tapper) and the bizarre happenings that had occurred in your life, with regards to him. Well many a question has been raised about our old man too, very similar situation but here we are very eerie indeed , our old man was a truck driver that knew high ranking people ( police) including pathologists etc as stated above with regards to the parties, then next minute he is working as mortician with no qualifications at all, back in the 70’s. working along side the likes of DR C M. and Co. unbelievable but very true……..

    The stories I can remember back then wow, as a kid going into the morgue not nice, especially when the old man tried too inject me with crap to go to sleep, as an experiment But I leave those story events for another time.

    Recently you brought up about the Beaumont children, again how bizarre and very eerie as I was stating to you our cases are very close, as I remember as a kid my old man boasted many a time he knew the location of the kids , again these comments were made at these parties my parents had at our house back in the 70’s to which, when they were beginning their serious private talks, we were told get the F out of the lounge room and play out side. To this day however I do NOT know if the old man was telling the truth of the location of the kids , but how bizarre, to make such a comment , among that crowd of people at that time.

    Anyway I am going to log off , to hold so much in over all the years is heart breaking as I can relate to your story as we have similar events that happened, ( paths of events are very similar) .

      I’m not sure if you are aware, but I have informed that it was DR RJ who conducted the autopsy on Richard Kelvin. Dr RJ is considered as dodgy as CM by Flinders University professor of Law. It’s amazing how the investigations of these important cases are always kept ‘in the family’.

      Also of note is CM’s wife – a woman with a very interesting choice of vocation – especially given her husband’s career.

      • I applaud Rachel Vaughan for her outstanding bravery and pray for her continued strength and protection.

        I have one question about the freemasons. Since I’ve been researching SRA for a while now and listened to many testimonies, why is it that freemasons are often mentioned in these testimonies? May seem like an obvious question, but every time I try investigating freemasonry, it doesn’t appear nefarious on the surface. Do they have an inner circle that is involved in these activities, or is it just a few bad apples?
