Real Adjudication Is Called For in the “Sandy Hook” Affair

It is time now to wrap up nine years of “Sandy Hook.” I’ve put quote marks around the name Sandy Hook to imply that I am not talking about the district of Newtown, Connecticut known as Sandy Hook, I am referring to “the Sandy Hook story.”

As or the actual district, I have no criticism, nor do I think ill of its people.  If anything, I sympathize with the large number of residents there who were ordered to tell lies.

“The Sandy Hook story” says that a massacre occurred there on December 14, 2012. No such thing happened.  It is all fictional. It’s very important for Americans to grasp this as soon as possible. It is quite common for the MSM (mainstream media) to put out stories — some big, some small — that are fictional.

What can we do about this? In the old days, journalists had a Code of Ethics. It required that they not publish, as fact, an item for which they had only one source. They needed to find a second source, or go out and personally investigate the allegation to determine its worth.

False Flags

I do not know the solution to today’s lying by the media.  On four occasions, I have been so annoyed by false-flag stories that I have gone out and investigated them myself, to the extent of writing a book. The first three were: Port Arthur massacre of 1996, the Sydney siege of 2014, and the Boston Marathon bombing of 2013.

I hadn’t considered the 2012 Sandy Hook story to be false. I thought it was true and assumed that the hoopla about it on the Internet was perhaps a psy-op unto itself. I was particularly disgusted when a Connecticut citizen named William Brandon Shanley sued various newspapers. That looked to me like a way for those newspapers to mock conspiracy theory (the judge dismissed the case). But I later concluded that Shanley knew the truth. Too late to apologize to him, as he is now deceased.

Here, in a nutshell, is the false story of Sandy Hook Elementary School: A guy named Adam Lanza, age 20, broke into the school at 9.30am on a school day, went into a classroom of first graders and shot dead 16 kids. Then he went into another classroom and shot dead 4 more, plus he shot dead 6 staff members. He also shot and wounded a staff member named Natalie Hammond, but she has never appeared in an interview as far as I know. There is also a wounded child whom we have never seen. Adam then killed himself.

Here, in a nutshell, is the correct story: It has been common for over half a century for powerful persons in the US to arrange for real violence to occur, to make us think our neighbors are to be feared. A possible early example of a shooter killing randomly is that of Charles Whitman in 1966. He reportedly stabbed to death his mother and his wife and then climbed a tower at the University of Texas to shoot students. He killed 15 and wounded 21, until a policemen shot him dead. His motive? Wikipedia “settles the matter” by saying:

“In the months prior to the attack, Whitman had sought professional help for “overwhelming, violent impulses”, including fantasies about shooting people from the tower. An autopsy conducted after his death revealed a hypothalamic tumor.“

To the contrary, I think Charles may have done all of that under hypnosis.  

Whole Cloth — Gulf of Tonkin

At some point, the powerful realized that they could make up a story “from whole cloth.” This happened in the Gulf of Tonkin episode.  In 1964, President Lyndon Johnson told Congress, deceitfully, that a US ship in a Vietnam harbor, had been torpedoed by the Viet Cong (the communist enemy).  It did not really happen, but the telling of it was enough to make Congress approve LBJ’s large escalation of the Vietnam war.

The purpose of a false flag is to blame the enemy for some atrocity which will galvanize the domestic public. Often, a government itself carries out an atrocity so that a false flag can be hung on the perpetrator. He will be labeled a Viet Cong, or a Muslim jihadist, or whatever.

In that example from 1964, the atrocity was very inexpensive — no ship was torpedoed at all! I guess you could say our brain was torpedoed.  Note: a German analyst of false flags, Elias Davidsson, looks at the 9-11 false flag where 19 Arabs were — absurdly — credited with hijacking 4 planes.  He entitles his book “Hijacking America’s Mind on 9-11.”

So there we are, torpedoed and hijacked.  We had better improve our game, and soon. Anyone with a working intellect needs to join this effort.

The Purpose of Sandy Hook

To create a fictional story of a school massacre would naturally require a lot of money and a lot of effort. So why bother? What was gained? I have heard three purposes suggested.

The first is gun control. Certainly much is made of the shooting by persons who do not want the public to easily acquire a gun. And the bereaved families (I mean the “bereaved” families) at Sandy Hook have taken a prominent role in the anti-gun movement. A helpful book, co-edited by James Fetzer and Mike Palecek, is entitled: “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook: It Was a FEMA Drill To Support Gun Control.”

The second possible purpose of Sandy Hook was to use it as a try-out for later events, such as the Boston Marathon bombing. In other words, the powerful were testing the public’s gullibility. It seems we passed with flying colors.  Although there are many critics of Sandy Hook who publish comments on the Internet, no official action has taken place in opposition to this false flag. (Note: It took Congress nine years, from its Gulf of Tonkin gullibility in 1964 to its official opposition in the 1973 War Powers Act.)

I go along with those first and second purposes of Sandy Hook — nuking the Second Amendment and prepping for the Marathon affair — but I am especially devoted to a third purpose. Namely, the powerful want us to stop making any distinction between fact and fiction. This is the premise of my book “Unreality: Sandy Hook Messes Minds.” I claim that the Sandy Hook issue is meant to expose us to huge lies, whilst we sort-of-realize they are lies, and finally give up on trying to distinguish between reality and unreality.

Court Cases

I mentioned above that I had — until 2021 — believed that the massacre was real. This was partly because I have been a student of both the 1996 Port Arthur massacre in Australia and the 1996 Dunblane massacre in Scotland. Both were real. Port Arthur had about 35 adult victims and Dunblane had 16 kids and one teacher. I am sure that in both cases they were false flags. That is, the alleged gunman (Martin Bryant, who is still in prison for Port Arthur) and Thomas Hamilton (killed himself at Dunblane) were not the real killers. They were substitutes.

In any case, I got over my intellectual laziness about Sandy Hook when William Sumner Scott, who is an attorney for Jim Fetzer, showed me the case of Soto et al v Remington. This was a civil lawsuit brought by Donna Soto and eight others against Remington Arms, the manufacturer of the Bushmaster gun that was allegedly used at the Sandy Hook massacre. (The case is also called Soto v Bushmaster.)

The stunning thing about the lawsuit is that the defendant did not ask for Discovery. That is, Remington did not demand proof that Adam Lanza did the shooting, or that he had access to a Bushmaster gun, or that the deaths were specifically caused by that gun rather than by the Glock pistol that Adam had in his pocket.  In other words, Remington took it all lying down. They have, to date, proffered $33 million to the plaintiffs.

Note: This case is not yet closed and it is intertwined with a matter in the Bankruptcy Court, as Remington is now bankrupt. Shareholders could squawk at the lack of Discovery, and creditors who hope to get some of Remington’s holdings could squawk that it is not fair to hand $33 million to the Soto folks so long as Adam-and-his-Bushmaster story are in any doubt.

Also note: There is a case still a-happening in Wisconsin, viz., Jim Fetzer’s attempt to get an appeal with that state’s supreme court over the award of $450,000 that a jury made to Leonard Pozner in the defamation suit Pozner v Fetzer. Mr Pozner claims that Fetzer in effect called him a liar by saying that his 6-year-old son Noah’s death certificate was fake.  When Fetzer attempted to get Discovery, he was denied it by Wisconsin Circuit Court for Dane County Judge Frank D. Remington. This is a wrongful denial as Fetzer was ready to present two expert witnesses concerning the non-authenticity of the death certificate.

Similar cases for defamation were brought against Internet broadcaster Alex Jones in Connecticut and in Texas where he lives. Jones is still litigating them, but he has withdrawn his assertion that Sandy Hook is a hoax.

My Appraisal of the Hoax — the Four Insurmountables

Let me identify four insurmountable obstacles to Sandy Hook being real; each should have been caught by any court or any competent defense attorney or any careful investigator.

Obstacle 1. On the day of the event, December 14, 2012, a photo of 8 children escaping from the school was sent to media all around the world.  It is called “the iconic shot.” The photographer was Ms Shannon Hicks of the Newtown Bee.  In the shot we see a policewoman in the middle of the line. She is Rachael Van Ness. She seems to be helping the kids who are walking with their eyes closed and a hand on the child in front of them.

This piece of evidence in favor of a real massacre is surely compelling. However, another photo — I’ll call it Photo B — reveals the iconic photo to have been taken at a time other than the December 14, 2012 date. We see the same scene, with the same kids (and same position of the parked cars), and the same Officer Van Ness, but this Photo B reveals five parents standing there watching it. They would not be standing so casually if they had been told that many kids were murdered.

I deduce that all these photos were probably taken on a day when the kids were told to act like a drill was in force. Drills are common. The reason that critics say Photo B was staged is that Officer Van Ness was trying out various arrangements of the line. Note how, in one pose, a girl in pale pink jersey is at the front, while in another pose, a black-jersey boy leads the line (that one must have passed the test for suitability; it became the iconic photo used by mainstream media).

More shots. These are the same as the pix at the top of this article, but now [on left] with a wider view of the parking lot, showing no sign of police or medical action, and giving us [on right] a closer look at the pink-jersey girl.
Granted, a picture could have been taken by Shannon Hicks and then misused by the media — this often happens. But she has said that the iconic shot is the picture that she took on the day.

Obstacle 2. The kill-to-wounded ratio of Adam Lanza is impossible even for a military marksman. Adam is said to have killed 26 and wounded only two. I suppose one can worm out of the “hoax theory” by saying several gunmen did the deed.  But no one has ever postulated that. To repeat: the official story contains an impossible kill-to-wounded ratio.

Obstacle 3. The policewoman in the iconic shot, Rachael Van Ness, has signed a sworn statement that she helped a few sets of kids to get from the building to the safety of the firehouse (down a hill from the school). Her testimony includes the absurd statement that she walked at the back of the line.  How would first-graders, with their eyes shut, and crying, be able to walk without a leader? Her testimony also includes the bizarre statement that she made sure no parents grabbed their child.

Obstacle 4. Remington’s demurral from demanding Discovery is itself an insurmountable obstacle to the Sandy Hook massacre being real. Any judge would see that something peculiar was afoot. He or she would suspect that the plaintiff and defendant are in cahoots.

Real Adjudication Is Called For

The massacre did not happen. I identify many ways to analyze this in my book Unreality: Sandy Hook Messes Minds. Do I really care about the Sandy Hook hoax?  In truth, no. But I care about the messing up of minds. We need our minds.

I care a lot about the lies in the Marathon bombing story and the judiciary’s willingness to turn a blind eye to the exculpatory evidence in the US v Tsarnaev case. (I am an amicus curiae in that case.) As stated in the title of this article, we need real adjudication.  Just think, such a huge thing as a disputed mass murder and it has never come to court. The defamation cases, which should have been a victory for free speech, have been judged summarily, “for the government.”

I call upon courts to man up to this challenge. I also urge the participants who never really wanted the hoax to occur, to speak out — and be rewarded. A heartfelt apology is due to any under-age person who was instructed to lie.

There must be thousands of people in Newtown Connecticut. who are sick of the whole damn thing.  If necessary, a citizen-led grand jury can be convened to help in this vital matter.

Vital Matter

Vital matter? Why vital?  Because our countrymen need to find out, pronto, the extent to which governments create unrealities — such as the vaccination-passport bullshit.  It’s got to stop.

Let it stop by your clamoring for Sandy Hook truth.

The objective: the whole aspect of ‘fakery’ becoming fact… and the acceptance by the masses with whatever the media dishes out is why the world is being jabbed with a dangerous weaponized control system. They must have worked out the formula to the final detail… Covid numbers, and statistics, pictures of people on ventilators. The “global hook” — line and sinker.

        • yeah, im not always very clear, the voices in my head are so loud I just expect everyone to be able to hear whats going on. what I mean by the above, is that “code it normal” – is also an anagram of “DELTA OMICRON” as is “media control” –
          the media control of “information” that we are allowed to see, has been manipulated to such an extent into downright mendacity, and that has become normal. there is not even a sprinkling of truth anymore, the media is bereft of truth, like you say in your article, journalist simply dont look for truth anymore, …. the media tells us we need boosters for the rest of our lives ( wont be long ) it would be abnormal to think otherwise.

    The undersigned, investigator, having been duly sworn, deposes:
    While on the scene this detective [me, Van Ness] observed there to be a small black vehicle parked in the fire lane to the right of the front doors was unaware of how it was involved in this scene.
    This detective recalls the officer exiting the building carrying a small girl, possibly a kindergartener on his hip, and holding the hand of another child as well. This detective was not advised as to where the children have been found or why it was no adult faculty or staff member….
    This detective was advised if they appeared to be the last, and brought the children down the hill to the firehouse. At one point while in parking lot this detective observed TSC Macisco number 906 to begin recording the registration plates of the vehicles in the parking lot.
    This detective documented several children’s as well as their parents names via ID …. The children were holding onto each others shoulders from behind walking in the single file line as directed.
    This detective observed many of the children were crying in front, in addition to being cold, and attempted to be encouraging while leading them to the back of the parking lot.
    … to keep any of the parents present from pulling their children from the line [I] ran back across the lot and received the next group of children most of whom exited in the same manner and appeared to exhibit the same mix of emotions….
    This detective remained with children from those grades who were not physically able to run, always walking behind the last child in the group in the effort to ensure that if additional shots were aimed at the children (as the theory that there could be another shooter in the wood line or in the building was still circulating) this detective would have the opportunity to gather and shield the stragglers.
    This detective observed two white females to come running out of the building both wearing purple shirts. This detective observed that they were both crying and visibly shaken … one appearing to be having an anxiety attack or suffering from a cardiac issue…. she was turned over to an EMS worker….

    The first real bullshit was the American Revolution, creating a monarchy but calling it a democracy.

    Next came the Madison re-writing of the US Constitution, eliminating Thomas Paine.

    And let’s not forget the Rothschild claim that the French won Waterloo. That nice little earner allowed them to multiply their investment (of sombebody elses money) by 20 times, and launched 200 years of financial exploitation.

    But all-time winner in the BS stakes was the fevent belief in Global Freedom and Democracy as the US ended Freedom and Democracy in 57 nations.

    The covid scam has ended the illusion of freedom we have enjoyed for forty-five years. That will prove to be the easiset oppression to overcome. All we need do is kill the oppresors. Easy as.

    But we are way more oppressed by BELIEFS. ‘Belief’ forces us to obey laws made by the enemy, in order to eradicate the enemy. BELIEF will kill us.

  7. The absurdities that keep popping up in this ‘Covid plandemic’ is like living in an alternative reality. That thought made me remember the cartoonist Gary Lawson who did the ‘The Far Side’ cartoons. I was wondering if anyone had come across a Lawson cartoon relating to the plandemic. Crikey, there is so much material there that he could draw for years on the subject. Of course, he would be banned every which way the Kabal could find, but the underground would make sure his work got out.

      • All planets outgas CH4, methane, among others. It is not actually a fossil fuel. It polymerises under hot rocks into octanes etc

        When there is a weight of water above it, the gas is trapped and forms solid methane: clathrates. 0 degrees but at 1000 metres, 100 atmospheres of pressure.

        Explode near these deposits and the gas rises rapidly, causing massive tsunami.

        First reports of Aceh were of a 6.2 that lasted 10 to 20 seconds. Check the videos. This was changed once it was obvious that USSN San Francisco had dropped to the bottom of the ocean and that the tsuanmi, planned to wipe out the Islamic rebels in Aceh, on ceasefire, was far more extensive than planned. Very interesting discovery!

        Australia subsequently detonated 5,000 tons of ANFO in Victoria and got a 6.2 as well. That was on land.

        Fukushima was deliberate. The Tsunami Weapon was revealed years ago by the New Zealand Herald. It was fully developed in 1946 in NZ. It was to be used against Japan and took 3 years to develop. The Gulf of Mexico has been known for its methane seeps and then there was that Deep whatever oil rig disaster.

        Oceania, in Orwellspeak, has revealed to the world that coastal cities can be destroyed. Oceania is mostly coastal cities!

    “On March 24, 1933, Jews worldwide declared war on Germany and Jews were trying to create another World War against Germany.

    T. E. Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia) had been planning to see his friend Henry Williamson, who was facilitating a meeting between Lawrence and Adolf Hitler [Note: it is May 1935]. Lawrence, like other veterans of World War I, abhorred the idea of yet another war in Europe, and, like Moseley (leader of British Union of Fascists) and Williamson, saw dialogue with Hitler as a necessary first step to preventing it. In 1935, Lawrence was still a national hero. Moseley advanced peace, but there was an active war lobby in England [Churchill and handlers].

    “The new age must begin … Hitler and Lawrence must meet …” wrote Henry Williamson.

    Lawrence had been out of uniform for barely a month when press reporters besieged his cottage, Clouds Hill, Dorset in order to ask questions about the future meeting between Lawrence and Hitler [in 1935]. Lawrence avoided awkward questions by leaving his abode and touring the West Country, but not before the press had physically attacked his cottage, throwing rocks at the roof and smashing the tiles. Lawrence had to use his fists on one man. Then the police brought in day and night protection.

    On 13 May 1935, Lawrence wheeled out his massive Brough Superior motorcycle for the last time and rode down to Bovington camp to send a telegram in reply to a letter received that morning from Henry Williamson, proposing the vital meeting with Adolf Hitler. The telegram of agreement was dispatched and then on the way back the accident happened.
    Lawrence was just 200 yards from the cottage. At least four witnesses saw it: two delivery boys on bicycles, an army corporal walking in the field by the road and the occupants of a black van heading towards Lawrence [see primary source below to clarify this]. After the crash the black van raced off down the road and the corporal ran over to the injured man who lay on the road with his face covered in blood.

    Almost immediately an army truck came along and Lawrence was put inside and taken to the camp hospital where a top security guard was imposed. Special “D” notices were put on all newspapers and the War Office [that’s right, in 1935] took charge of all communications. Police from Special Branch sat by the bedside and guarded the door. No visitors were allowed. The cottage was raided and “turned over”, many books and private papers were confiscated. Army intelligence interrogated the two boys for several hours [in 1935].

    The corporal was instructed not to mention the van as being involved in the accident. Six days later Lawrence died and two days later an inquest was held under top security which lasted only two hours. The boys denied ever seeing a black van which contradicted the statement by the army corporal who was the principal witness. But no attempts were made to trace the vehicle and the jury gave a verdict of “accidental death”. He was buried that same afternoon.

    The name of the corporal who witnessed the accident was Catchpole. Another extremely suspicious incident was Catchpole (principal witness) conveniently, killed himself shortly after testifying about the black van. Dorset historian Rodney Legg and Lawrence biographer Desmond Stewart both believe that Lawrence was assassinated.”

But Great Britain deceived both Lawrence and Arabs and Germany and her allies through Sykes-Picot Agreement and also secretly promising Jews “Palestine” which came to be known as Balfour Declaration.

    The following information is quoted from the book “Was it Murder?” by Philip Rife (Page 23 to 25).

    “At the time of his death, Lawrence was reportedly writing a book which may well have revealed the fact that Britain had secretly promised the Arabs sole sovereignty over an independent state in Palestine (then part of Ottoman Empire) if they revolted against their Ottoman Turk masters, who were allied with Germany against Britain and its wartime allies. In one telegram to the Arab leader for whom Lawrence had become a defacto political adviser, the British Foreign Office solemnly promised: “His Majesty’s Government reaffirm their former pledges to His Highness in regard to the freeing of the Arab peoples. Liberation is the policy H.M.G. have pursued and intend to pursue with unswerving determination.” The Arabs were convinced the British would live up to their word and grant them sole possession of Palestine once it had been wrestled from Turkish control. As one Arab leader confidently assured another: “A British promise is like gold. No matter how hard you rub it, it still shines.” In response to such promises, Arab guerilla forces under Lawrence’s leadership made a major contribution to the Allied victory in Middle East.

    But at the peace conference at war’s end, they were shocked to learn that Britain and France carved out what became Iraq and Syria for themselves. Even more upsetting to the Arabs was Britain’s decision to subdivide Palestine in order to provide land for a Jewish state (which later became the present nation of Israel). Lawrence saw this as a betrayal of his Arab comrades in arms, and returned his military campaign medals to the British government in disgust. He even made a very public show of his feelings by refusing a decoration King George V was about to bestow on him during an awards ceremony at Buckingham Palace. He also lobbied the government officials, testified before committees and wrote letters to the editor to protest Britain’s duplicity toward its former Arab allies.”

        • Regarding the second part of the Churchill quote re the use of biological weapons, Unz also writes:

      • I spent months in military hospitals after I took a hit. I interacted with heaps of blokes with the wounds you hear about in the song. I was also a ‘pay officer’ when I was ambulatory and visited every down and out, butchered soldier in the hospital. I remember the sounds of men crying in pain and sobbing for lives that would never be lived. – I cry up every time I hear that song.

      • It’s a good story but nothing really in it to overshadow the idea that Britain had in ww1, that the oilfields belonged to the British Empire and no-one else. Rotschilds involvement probably part of a greater deal which we are seeing these days with Israel fully nuked up ready for Armageddon, the population receiving multiple injections, all suggests a smokescreen. Israel links Africa to London, all sorts of two-way trade no doubt. Diamonds, kidneys, guns, the usual.

    I would have let this pass but I now intend to write more, simply out of spite perhaps – because several (all but one) of my comments were summarily removed. I believe this was done by yewtube rather than the host Matthew Ehret/Rising Tide Foundation and I hope to be able to message him privately some time to find out. I have seen other yewtoobers state that they NEVER delete comments personally themselves so it must be the platform that wants to effectively ‘shadow ban’ and censor anything too close to the truth or that provides too much detail, especially links.

    I do like Matthew Ehret and his channel Rising Tide Foundation (also The Canadian Patriot) – very erudite and informative – with the usual couple of provisos … (his thesis is that “it is the Jesuits” – not entirely without basis or untrue)

    Martin Sieff portrays Churchill as a drunk, a [losing] gambler, a racist, a consistent failure in all his portfolios and a warmonger. Yet he never quite ‘goes for the jugular’. I have heard Sieff a couple of times previously and the initial reaction you have is “Wow, how well read and erudite this guy is!” – and quite the orator – he could talk for hours. He really is impressive as an orator. Yet … you decide – he is very apologetic towards Baruch, doesn’t mention (Sir) Strakosch or (Sir) Cassel and sidesteps the Balfour Declaration entirely …

    One of my comments that was removed was nothing more than a quote by Churchill himself that was entirely consistent with the presentation and merely reinforced a particular point that had already been made. (In fact all of my comments were actual and factual quotes, so no subjectivity involved.)

  15. Please, Australians, can we get on top of this. Do you recall my reporting about “the orchestra pit” at the Coroners court, re Sydney siege? That was the roomful of lawyers (more than 20) who sat in respectful silence as a charade of an inquest was carried out.

  17. My late husband often referred to Churchill’s tragic childhood (rejection by Mum, if I recall). But here is one about his Dad. This is a review by TJ Billitteri of John Pearson’s “Private Lives of Winston Churchill” as carried in the Tampa Bay Times on Oct 14, 2005:

    “A prime example is Pearson’s notion that many of Churchill’s actions were rooted in a chaotic and unhappy childhood. Churchill idolized his father, the enigmatic statesman Lord Randolph, but Randolph rejected young Winston as a wastrel, Pearson writes. That, combined with Randolph’s spectacular political fall and subsequent death in his 40s from syphilis, Pearson contends, left indelible marks on Churchill.

    “Pearson suggests Churchill was unable to resolve his filial feelings, fueling a major problem with depression _ a malady whose antidote, Pearson suggests, often was a new round of military or political conquest. In addition, Pearson ties Churchill’s early _ and impressive _ accomplishments in such areas as politics and the military to a keen desire to overcome his father’s estimation of him.”

    Fetzer’s book makes the case that two of those in one photo were rearranged in the 2nd photo. But if you look at these comparison, it’s not the same boys.

    If Remington’s lawyers likely went through the Sandy Hook report and the Sedensky report. They would know the case. What if they did all that and found nothing suspicious? Therefore not needed discovery.
