Repeat of Franca Arena’s Situation: Silence amid Covid Criminality

Today is exactly two and a half years since I called for a formal apology to Franca Arena.

I’m going to make the call again today, with a new motive, having to do with the criminality of the Covid affair.

So who is Franca Arena?  Well, for one thing she is the mother of Tina Arena, a beautiful Australian singer. Yesterday, YouTube sent me a stunning video of a performance by Tina of Eva Peron’s song. (See it below.) That caused me to go look for an update on Franca, and I don’t see that any action has been taken. Mrs Franca Arena left the NSW parliament in 1999. Reason? She tried to get some interest from colleagues in the matter of crimes against children. I write about it here.

Now here’s my statement as to the new motive for demanding that “Mum Arena” be apologized to:

It’s that here, again, we are all dragging our feet as to identifying the blatant crime that is going on around us. Dee McLachlan has filed a police complaint in Victoria about some of the Covid crims. Is anyone else holding anyone’s feet to the fire? I don’t mean lawsuits; I mean prosecutions.

It is essential that Australia glance back to the 1990s. There, a good politician did the right thing. She said (This is a paraphrase): “It’s not OK for a judge or an MP to be pedophiles. Or, to put it the other way, it’s not OK for child molesters to hold the position of judge or MP. If we hear that they are, it be our duty to deal with it.”

Apparently, someone had informed Franca Arena that the Wood Royal Commission’s list of perpetrators contained names of politicians. She got punished by colleagues, starting with a sort of ethics committee to decide that she did wrong by speaking about this from the floor. The fact is that her “bravery” — seriously, folks, why are we calling it bravery; it was her official job — did NOT result in the problem of that day being addressed.

But later, the big Royal Commission (reported out in 2018) found that 17,000 children told their story of abuse. So, Franca was right. Therefore, IT IS VERY WRONG THAT EVERYONE ELSE IN GOVERNMENT, AND MOST OF THE PUBLIC, WAS SO DAMNED TIMID.

Today it’s the same thing, regarding Covid. The whole affair is wicked. Luckily about a million Australians have taken to the streets to indicate that at the very least they see the government is acting improperly. But that is not enough.

I wonder if the egregiousness of Victorian Premier Dan Andrews’ statements about “the mandates” is a part of the psy-op. He creates distraction, does he not?  It’s truly fun to mock him — but mocking him is a waste of time. He is causing people to take a dangerous vaccine that they do not want to take.

A Couple of Murders

The two men whom Arena named, in her 1998 speech in Parliament, were Michael Yeldham, a sitting judge, and Frank Arkell (1935-1998) who had left NSW Parliament in 1994, and who had also been a mayor of Wollongong for 16 years.  When the heat was on, about their alleged pedophilia, they suddenly died. I venture to guess that they were taken out by The Powers That Be.

Of course that’s not how it was presented by the media. (And I hasten to say my guess about TPTB is only a guess.) The story given to the public was that Judge David Yeldham had committed suicide. I quote from Robert Milliken at The Independent, 11 December 1996:

“When David Yeldham, one of Australia’s most respected former judges, committed suicide last month the country was shocked. Yesterday, after weeks of rumours, some of the answers fell into place when a royal commission revealed he had confessed, hours before he died, to a secret life of paying men for sex in Sydney’s public lavatories.”

Really? Why would he do that? I am mindful that, in 2013, Jahar Tsarnaev “confessed” in hospital to having bombed the Boston Marathon. Yeah, sure.

Moving now to Frank Arkell, the story gets more fantastic. This time I’m quoting the South China Morning Post! This was written soon after Arkell’s murder:

“The really weird stuff came in death. A Rotary Club stickpin stabbed through an eye, the local community’s miniature flags shoved through each cheek and the moments of terror before a trial he would never face.

“But the weirdest part of all was that Frank Arkell saw it coming. It was a hate crime by a serial killer bent on leaving his mark. A Hollywood scriptwriter would have struggled to pen a more horrifying plot.” [Hint, hint.]

The murderer — I want to say the alleged murderer, but I have to say the convicted murderer, is now allegedly in jail (Goulburn Correction Centre) for having gone all outdoors with violence. His name is Mark Valera.

Believe it or not, ABC used the word “satanic.” I quote a 25 June 2018 article by Nic McLaren:

“Once his quarry [Arkell] turned his back, Valera picked up a lampshade and hit his victim over the head with it more than 40 times. Valera, who was wearing work boots, also kicked Arkell hard in the ribs, attacked his head with a glass ashtray, and strangled him.

“Once the former mayor was dead, Valera punctured Arkell’s cheek and eye with badge pins found inside the home. O’Hearn’s murder had been similarly brutal, verging on satanic. [O’Hearn was also killed, 2 weeks earlier, by the alleged Mark Valera.]

“His head had been cut from his body and his arm sawn off and used to draw a pentagram and an inverted cross in blood on the wall. His body was cut down the front with a knife and his intestines removed.

“I had it in my mind that I wanted to kill someone that day,” Valera later told police. “I was really angry.”

Another possible interpretation is that Arkell had to be removed ere he got indicted and started to sing, right?

Some Insight At Last

I wish to get back to the unfinished business of the Wood Royal Commission. The trouncing that Franca Arena got would have assisted Justice Wood’s effort to keep things cool, if not in the freezer compartment. I quote an article at lawpress.sqaurespace.com, which seem to have republished a 1997 piece from The Justinian:”The final report of the NSW Police Royal Commission was highly critical of the way the Yeldham affair was allowed to “fall within the cracks” – so to speak. Justice Wood said that quite clearly there should have been a proper investigation into Yeldham’s activities. [Excuse me, did he say that to Franca Arena?]

“Yeldham – as barrister, Supreme Court judge and in his retirement – has been … detained on suspicion of indecent behaviour in railway toilets – on a number of occasions, over many years. Some of the details of the judge’s career as a “cottager” were known to NSW Chief Justice Gleeson, to ICAC, to railway police and to the special branch of the NSW police.

“On November 15, 1989 ICAC received a complaint about an incident at Central railway station which took place on December 12, 1988. Two transit police officers had sprung Yeldham with another man emerging from the same toilet cubicle ….

“At the time Yeldham was a judge of the NSW Supreme Court. On November 29, 1989, Ian Temby, then head of ICAC, went to see Gleeson about this incident.

“They both agreed that an investigation should be done by ICAC, not the NSW Judicial Commission. [?] The royal commission report records that because Temby was not originally from the Sydney bar, Gleeson took it upon himself to provide some background information on Yeldham.

“In the words of the royal commission report, Gleeson said that: ‘Yeldham was a married man with a family, was reputedly a person of extremely conservative personal habits, held high office in the Presbyterian church, and was generally regarded as a person extremely unlikely to have engaged in conduct of the kind ….’

“Temby must have agreed with Gleeson that Yeldham was beyond compare. ICAC never even interviewed the judge. When asked for his reasons for this, Temby told the royal commission:‘The function of [ICAC] was to investigate corruption, not crime….’

“ICAC concluded that no offence had taken place on December 12, 1988.  In September 1990 the operations review committee of ICAC decided that the matter should not be further investigated.

“Just one of the “cracks” through which Yeldham was allowed to escape.  But although critical of the way the whole matter was handled, Wood was reluctant to point the finger at anyone….”

I note that the ABC also mentions other Wollongong pedophiles:

“Some of the other names associated with paedophilia in Wollongong at the time included former mayor and businessman Tony Bevan, alderman Brian Tobin, parish priest Father Peter Lewis Comensoli and former Edmund Rice College principal Brother Michael Evans.

“Bevan — reputedly known in paedophile rings as ‘Commander Hook’ — was investigated by the Wood Royal Commission three years after his death from cancer in 1991. Tobin killed himself just two hours after being interviewed by investigators from the Wood Royal Commission paedophile team in 1996.  Evans also took his own life in Rockhampton in 1996.”

See what I mean?

For a remark similar to mine own, I quote Brian Martin an emeritus professor at University of Wollongong:

“If you know about criminal or unethical action by people in high places, what should you do? This is especially difficult if your own status has been tarnished. It is seldom easy to admit being duped or abused. Many of those victimised by paedophiles felt ashamed, and their lives had gone downhill. Who will believe you? Who should you trust to take action?  [See Gumshoe article of November 19 about Cali Shai Bergandi who does not mince words.]

“In the Wollongong paedophilia chronicles, the answer was not the police and not the church hierarchy. The most effective avenue for redress was the media, even though the resulting publicity did not offer the protections of a court trial… Apparently, in the media the allegations were known for a long time, but nothing could be reported because of the risk of being sued for defamation.”

Please, Everybody, take note of the fact that Franca Arena was right all along.  All the coverup and timidity was tragic. Our timidity today is incredible!

Finally, here is something nice about Arena, straight out of Wikipedia:

“She was offered the Order of the British Empire for services to migrants, but refused the honour; in 1980 she accepted the Order of Australia for services to ethnic groups. Australia was not the only government determined to recognise her work; in 1990 she was awarded Commendatore della Repubblica Italiana (in English, Knight Commander of the Italian Republic), and in 2004 the City of Genoa and the Region of Liguria bestowed the Illustrious Ligurian Award.”

    I could write a reply with lots of links to medical reports, etc. but why bother. The information has been readily available for more than a year that the vax is a bio-weapon. The person that wrote that is obviously too stupid to know they are stupid. I’m living in rural South Gippsland, and have tried a few times, via letters to the editor, or submitting factual articles about highly qualified ‘dissident’ doctors speaking against the false Covid-19 narrative. impossible! But every second page has a Victorian Government ad. encouraging people to get the Death Shot.
    Recently, our local paper featured a trivial piece about how, ‘Super Spreader’, (as in superphosphate), now has a double meaning.
    The smell of cowardice and corruption is sickening.

    Green can travel. Yellow 1 wk quarantine. Red quarantine 2 weeks.

The, somewhat obvious, conflict of interest I’ve never seen discussed is that a certain measure of social isolation/dislocation is integral to the entire governmental control system of the Age and the very same isolation/dislocation just happens to be a hot-bed for every sort of human depravity imaginable.

            The FACS secretary then sought a permanent injunction to restrain Ms Smith from publishing information that conveyed William had been placed in foster care, was under the parental responsibility of the FACS minister, and was a ward of the state.

            Ms Smith fought the matter in the NSW Supreme Court in January last year. She was victorious. And the court refused to grant the injunction.

            Justice Paul Brereton ruled that the fact William “disappeared while he was in the parental responsibility of the minister, and in the care of departmentally approved carers, is a matter of legitimate public interest.”

            “There is a substantial public interest in accountability and scrutiny of the out-of-home care system, and in accuracy of reportage of the circumstances of” the boy’s disappearance,” the justice said. And the NSW Court of Appeal upheld this ruling in August.”

    Why would Israelis in Germany be given an American song about how cool Rockerfellas were then get banned in Israel except perhaps as some sort of devious media experiment. I dedicate this performance to the surviving barrow-pushers because everyone should be interested to know if Rockerfellas were engineered by Rotschilds, Swissy (Euro Royals), Khazarian Mafia &/or the rest of them.
