I think trying to initiate some action through the UN is not the right avenue. There is a group who have remedy, through the International Criminal Court (ICC), which is independant of governments. You may know that all our governments both state and federal are illegal and also all our courts are illegal. I believe there is a possibility for a class action against the these courts and their criminal actions in the ICC.

I most certainly will participate in this Peoples’ Commission. Section 121 of the Family Law Act 1975 should be removed. The treatment of children and survivors of family violence by the family law experts is abhorrent! The family law professionals lack the expertise in the subject of family violence, obliterate the protective parents and are supporting perpetrators. Our family law courts, lawyer’s, ICL’s , social workers are disgrace.

Michigan Family Court entered a non-consented to “settlement agreement” and two amendments (three judgment’s) in my case, that should be void ab initio, and illegally subjected me to bench warrants, the loss of my home and all contents, professional licenses, retirement accounts, and life savings, for parental rights. Michigan Democratic State Representative Stone read my book and responded, November 19, 2019: ” With that all said, it is still well documented that either recourse is an uphill, and sometimes impossible, battle for a person when looking for judicial recourse and is in need of reform.”

How the family courts legalise and protect the most horrific human rights and legal crimes, but the “Violence against women industry”, never mention the truth about women’s violence against men and the abuse and violence they dish out for years in the family court system. Child abductions and child trafficking with a child hostage situation that goes on for years while the bank accounts of the parents are drained. This is the main business of the family courts. It’s overwhelmingly the fathers and always the children who are the victims but mothers are encouraged to get restraining orders by their solicitors well in advance of the so called fleeing from violence scenario (fleeing from violence planned 18 months in advance??) The restraining orders are not for protection from imminent danger, they are to stop the parent having any contact with the children; to take away any avenue for appeal; to remove the legal and human rights and in many cases to leave the parent homeless. This is all without any onus of proof on the accuser; it is simply put in place on the say so of the applicant. The restaraining orders are the cause of so much violence and destruction and eventually, the cause of 3 fathers suiciding everyday.
