So what it actually says is that because of the contractual basis of the relationship between the principal and the agent, the instruction has to be agreed to.

Likewise the agent can demand a fee for the service.

The word ‘mandate’ has lost all meaning by election-winning governments who think they have been ordained by God himself to drive one particular cause out of the many different (mostly empty) promises that they were elected on, especially when most elections seem to be used to vote a particular party out rather than in.
How is ‘mandate’ a law to be enforced? if it were to be enforced, why does it not become law?
Mandate has a meaning in the context of process of the law, which is an agreed structure and is not arrived at by statutory decree.
The various quasi parliaments masquerading as sovereign bodies are not, and their statutes only pertain to those who choose to partake in that fictional jurisdiction.
The original dejure Governments still exist somewhere, hidden from the public but accessible to those who claim to participate in that jurisdiction and have deeds of acts that verify that.

Essentially the Court determined that a government that registered as a corporation and ceased using Constitutional money forfeited its right to the sovereignty vested in it and had no greater powers or privileges than any other corporation.

I actually did enquire of the government when I was quite young about the meaning of “Commonwealth of Australia” but I can’t remember getting much of an answer. My biggest issue at the moment is these threats of “exit visa” and “quarantine” and also restrictions on HCQ & IVM. I fear that somewhere along the line I am unwittingly signed on to the CORPORATION and tied up with it in some or various legal ways.
