I have just finished writing a book entitled Keep the Republic, Kill the Takeover.  It assures Americans of the legality of fighting unlawful attacks on us. I will now switch channels, to speak to my Australian brethren (I lived in Adelaide for over thirty years.)

Hi Aussies.  In the last 24 hours, I have heard that Oz has gone into Big Lockdown, complete with Korematsu-like arrests for curfew violations. Basically, martial law. Just now I have heard the NSW Health Minister, in her televised instructions, mouth these amazing words:

“While it is in human nature to engage in conversation with others, to be friendly, unfortunately, this is not the time to do that. So even if you run into your next-door neighbor in the shopping center, whether it’s Coles, Aldi, or any other grocery shop, don’t start up the conversation. Now is not the time for engaging in your interests with others. Even if you’ve got a mask, do not think that affords total protection. We want to be absolutely sure that, as we go about our daily lives, we do not come into contact with anyone else that would pose a risk.”         — S’truth! she said that!

Yesterday a friend sent me an email saying that hundreds of children had been herded into a stadium to be vaccinated. I wrote back, whingeing at her for wasting my time on incorrect rumors. Oopsie, I then saw Brad Hazard, MP, proudly reporting that it happened. This is not just any vax, of course. It contains harmful stuff. Many have already fallen prey to it. Thousands have died, per CDC’s official stats (never mentioned by MSM). Hazard says “I can’t stand it when intelligent people say ‘I won’t get vaccinated’.” He also praised the Daily Telegraph for helping everyone to “get on the journey.”  What journey? Journey to heaven? hell? what?

I want now to try to recommend what can be done. I fully realize that cops and soldiers have the physical wherewithal to clobber you for anything. (Dee McLachlan saw pepper spray being used against protestors on August 21 in Melbourne.)

Look at the Oz “Government” and Who Is in It

Unlike Seppos, Aussies look at government as something separate and apart from themselves. It’s “there,” in Parliament House or at the Lodge. It has “rights.”  There’s even a written Constitution. People assume it is legally OK for the government to act secretly, such as putting the Woods Commission Report under seal for the next million years, give or take a mil. And it’s OK for the government to sell off the country’s assets such as the electricity grid, Telstra, or Quaint-arse. Wrong-o on every count.  There is no legitimate “government” there.

I’m repeating this to emphasize the point: unlike America, Oz does not have a government that is us. It is acknowledgedly them. You must concentrate on this so you will see that there is no moral obligation to support a bunch of “leaders” who basically exist to be a front for a mafia. Australia is not Australian-owned. It is run by people who can be labeled “World Government,”  Major Businesses, Buckingham Palace, or the Club. Tony Abbott, Kim Beazley, and Hawkey were all Rhodes Scholars. I think that means they were trained in London to hurt Australia.

By the way, could have knocked me over with a feather when I entered the Darlinghurst Courthouse and saw the Order of the Garter banner in haute relief over the head of the judge du jour. As to how we began in 1901, did you know that there was a “plague” in Sydney as the constitutional convention got underway? I bet they used it to lock up any federation dissenters. How about the mouse plague in Qld last month. Such timing!

But don’t take the easy way out of the current crisis by saying So-and-So locked a deal with the CCP. No. Australia is the property of the globalists (as is the USA also). If you want to have an Aussie government you have to fight globalicity in the open. Do NOT bother to show that an MP has taken a bribe. Things much worse than bribe-taking are happening today. This is war.

Who Can Command This War?

A retired RAAF general spoke on StewPeters.tv today. He, Alan Hennessy,  said his job is to rally the troops against the Lockdown. He spoke more generally about what needs to be done. I agree with him that the persons who already took the jab won’t help, and the Blue Pilled public (who believe the media) are lost. But with a few Alans they may swallow a Red Pill. I presume it is a subconscious fear that has caused folks to reject us conspiracy theorists. And seeing Alan may help. A French general once said that Napoleon on the battlefield was worth 40,000 extra troops.

Among our MPs I trust Pauline Hanson, Rebecca Sharkie, and Craig Kelley. Lawyers George Poykonyak and Serene Teffha are proven leaders, as is NT man Tony Ryan and court watcher Shane Dowling, and there’s Dee McLachlan, owner of GumshoeNews. I set store in survivors Fiona Barnett, Rachel Vaughan, and Diane DeVere. Alan Hennessy said we are not looking to recruit lambs who can be helped by lions; we are looking for more lions. Legal Means.

First of all, self-defense, and defense of others, is cricket. So said the dear High Court in Zevecic v DPP. They said if homicide is necessary, it is forgiven. Oh, I see you pulling away because I have mentioned violence. Well starving the country is about as violent as you can get. But, I hear you say, it hasn’t happened yet.  Ah, remember the words of Police Chief Mick Fuller — predictive crime is arrestable. (He was wrong: it isn’t, but the premier backed him up, in 2019. Let them eat their words.)

What about the G-G? The G-G needs to go home. It is a sick joke for Australia to be run by a foreign power, especially after the 1994 ruling in Hill that purged dual citizens from Parliament.

What about local councils? No! We already said No in a referendum; the move to revive it is most likely a trick. Think of this: nothing they propose is genuinely for the nation. It’s all a trick. Listen to the Health Minister say Don’t talk to your neighbor, as a way of “protecting” you. Anyone who believes her statement is, pardon me, ‘clinical.’

The judges?  They need to be tipped out, every last one of them. There is a power so big in the land that our courts have no muscle on any subject. They do as instructed. This is a fierce situation, as judges have the final say when a litigant (such as me or thee) comes before them. We are in deep trouble. Judges, out! Oh, please read my Riot Act.  It allows any who got sucked in against his/her will to come forward now, to earn our (possible) mercy.

Here is an idea I got from colonial New Hampshire.  They asked every resident, just before the 1775 revolutionary war, to sign that they would be loyal, as against the British. Most signed, and the non-signers went bush. It was called the Association Test. The plan was to disarm any who said they’d associate with the British.  See how simple it would be to demand of every pollie in Oz a written promise not to side with the globalists. “Or else.”

So what is the “or else”?  Start with starvation.  Under the ancient law of outlawry, which is still extant in five states (Tassie repealed it in 1912, I think), if a man is beyond the law, you MUST starve him.  To feed or harbor him is a crime. So who is an outlaw”?  Clearly every monarch, every G-G, every AG and every DPP is beyond the law (like DoJ in US). No one will arrest him. Full stop. I have personal experience of members of the Child Protection Services being beyond the law. It is wondrous to behold.

Occult groups.

Australia ran a Royal Commission into Institutional Response to Child Sexual Abuse (see my book Deliverance). The RC was willing to live-stream its interrogation of bishops and military, but it stayed well away from any discussion of the occult. May I suggest you lions appoint a Shadow Minister for Child Sacrifice? — Best to bring it all out in the open. Rumor says that the Qudos Stadium injections were Satanic. I think you can take that to the bank. Consider: there was no other purpose for it. (Recall Pinochet herding youth into a stadium for torture? Oh, he was an outlaw, by the way, as finally clarified by Jack Straw’s giving him clemency.) We need smart moral action right now. Seize the moment or all is lost. Think cops will get violent with you? Don’t fret your undies — those cops are mighty scared. And as for the top guys, as my pal Deb says, “It’s all a House of Cards.”

    If you see it as a treasonous act by a succession of parliaments to estrange the people from their unalienable rights. then you fail to appreciate that there is another possibility.

    Maybe the people have abandoned their unalienable rights by leaving the de jure jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Australian as constructed by the will of the people in a referendum that preceded federation and was facilitated by an Act of the UK parliament.

    When the people of the same ‘authorised’ the de jure government in the 1928 referendum to change the Constitution (Section 105A ) and the financial relationship between the various States and the Commonwealth, something fundamentally important happened.

    A new jurisdiction was created where the States indemnified the Commonwealth for the debts the Commonwealth, and this indemnification ultimately was in the form of the people pledging their equitable labour and productive capacity to underwrite the creation of a fictional legal jurisdiction.

    The people were then enticed to abandon the de jure jurisdiction to participate as equitable sureties and trustees for their ‘actors’ in the fictional jurisdiction.

    Most Supreme Court Acts were ‘updated’ to facilitate this. (Tasmania 1932, WA 1935 are two that I have knowledge of)
    And of course the Income Tax Assessment Act of 1936 required that the people paid rent to participate in this fictional realm using the ‘government’ created legal fictional entities.
    Money of substance was removed from general circulation and replaced with the beginnings of money of account/fiat currencies, which was emphatically enacted with the changing to decimal currency.

    This new fictional “COMMONWEALTH” was not a replacement of the de jure, but was derived from the de jure, which remained unchanged.

    The legal trust is derived from the equitable trust by conversion.

    No-one has broken the law; it only seems that way if you don’t factor in the equity jurisdiction and the election by each of the people to leave the de jure to ‘be’ in the de facto.

    Equity allows and facilitates the undoing of a wrong act if it was done in ignorance of one’s rights!

    An accurate analogy is the film “The Matrix”.

        The Law Society has several functions, One is to ensure all legislation is ambiguous. Therefore a source of legal incomes. Another is to emasculate all constitutions.

        This is why no national constitution contains the word democracy, although all drafts did.

    • The State courts are controlled and will not allow a court of Equity to be heard.

      The only lawful remedy is to ‘choose’ to opt out of ‘their’ system by recording your common law birth with the http://www.commonlawcourt.com and then taking ownership of your legal fiction (your strawman) so that you can prove to the pernicious State that you have the choice of being able to opt-in and opt-out of their system as you see fit.

      In other words, you can withhold your consent for all that is wrong, while still taking advantage of the benefits, as it is your inalienable right to do.

      The choice is to live by the First Principles of cause no loss, harm or injury and do not use fraud in your contracts, with all of the responsibilities that come with this way of living.

      If somebody has done you wrong and you can prove it on paper, then take them to the http://www.commonlawcourt.com and hold them personally accountable before a jury of peers.

      It is literally that simple.

    You assume that the right of arbitrary dominion – that is, the right of making laws of their own device, and compelling obedience to them – is a “trust” that has been delegated to those who now exercise that power. You call it “the trust of public power.”

And having no power to identify the individuals who professed to delegate the power to him, he cannot show any legal proof that anybody ever even attempted or pretended to delegate it to him.

    Plainly, a man who exercises any arbitrary dominion over other men and who claims to be exercising only a delegated power, but cannot show who his principals are, nor, consequently, prove that he has any principals, must be presumed, both in law and reason, to have no principals; and therefore to be exercising no power but his own. And having, of right, no such power of his own, he is, both in law and reason, a naked usurper.

    Sir, a secret ballot makes a secret government; and a secret government is a government by conspiracy; in which the people at large can have no rights. And that is the only government we now have. It is the government of which you are a voluntary member and supporter, and yet you claim to be an honest man. If you are an honest man, is not your honesty that of a thoughtless, ignorant man, who merely drifts with the current, instead of exercising any judgment of his own?

    For still another reason, all legislators, so-called, under the Constitution of the United States, are exercising simply an arbitrary and irresponsible dominion of their own; and not any authority that has been delegated, or pretended to have been delegated, to them. And that reason is that the Constitution itself (Article 1, Section 6) prescribes that: –
    “For any speech or debate [or vote] in either house, they [the Senators and Representatives] shall not be questioned [held to any legal responsibility] in any other place.”

    This provision makes the legislators constitutionally irresponsible to anybody; either to those on whom they exercise their power, or to those who may have, either openly or secretly, attempted or pretended to delegate power to them. And men who are legally responsible to nobody for their acts, cannot truly be said to be the agents of any body, or to be exercising any power but their own; for all real agents are necessarily responsible both to those on whom they act, and to those for whom they act.

    To say that the people of this country ever have bound, or ever could bind, themselves by any contract whatever – the Constitution, or any other – to thus give away all their natural rights of property, liberty, and life, into the hands of a few men – a mere conclave – and that they should make it a part of the contract itself that these few men should be held legally irresponsible for the disposal they should make of those rights, is an utter absurdity. It is to say that they have bound themselves, and that they could bind themselves, by an utterly idiotic and suicidal contract.

    If such a contract had ever been made by one private individual to another, and had been signed, sealed, witnessed, acknowledged, and delivered, with all possible legal formalities, no decent court on earth – certainly none in this country – would have regarded it, for a moment, as conveying any right, or delegating any power, or as having the slightest legal validity, or obligation.

    For all the reasons now given, and for still others that might be given, the legislative power now exercised by Congress is, in both law and reason, a purely personal, arbitrary, irresponsible, usurped dominion on the part of the legislators themselves, and not a power delegated to them by anybody.
