The Fragility of Judges – Shane Dowling Shirtfronts “Damian Speers”

This article is about the sorry state of our courts, and of child protection, and what we can and must do about such things.

A week ago, I heard, for the first time, an audiotape of a conversation recorded by Shane Dowling, the webmaster of Kangaroo Court of Australia dot com dot au. Mr Dowling is a brave Aussie in the same league as Fiona Barnett. If he sees something he doesn’t like, he will tell everybody, protocol be damned.

You don’t need to know the background of the particular court case Shane was involved in. The audio tells you that a faker, giving the name “Damian Speers,” phoned Shane at home claiming to be speaking on behalf of the court.

Speers “reminded” Shane that the Chief Justice did not want Shane to record the upcoming hearing. He gently mentioned that “You realize you will be held in contempt if you do.”  Luckily Shane Dowling was not born yesterday. He kept poking at caller Damian,  to the point where we, the listeners, could tell that Speers was no employee of the court.

Oh wait, I mean he is in some way an employee of the court. Or else he’s in the employ of the persons who run our courts today. The ones who do not love law. The ones who see a court as the proper place to screw up a citizen’s life by any means that could be stretched to be “within the inherent powers of the court.”

We see this in Childrens Court all the time. By “we” I mean the Gumshoe folks who are trying to fight off the state’s grabbing of children for the pedo market and the porn market. When the “judges” in Childrens Court make a false move, no one stands up to them.

Whom would you expect to do the standing up?  The lawyer of the aggrieved party, right? But those lawyers back down. Or they refuse to represent the litigant in the first place, saying “You can never win against the “Department.”

The DCP

Don’t any of them want to know why you can’t win against the Department? First of all, let’s look again at what the Department is.  I will use terminology from South Australia. The child-grabbing organization there is called the DCP — the Department of Child Protection (same as CPS in the United States — child protective services, what a misnomer!).

Maybe DCP occasionally does protect a child. Maybe it makes the state the guardian where both parents are hopelessly negligent or cruel.  Maybe it places such kids in good foster homes and then settles them into a loving adopting family.  I hope that is so, but I haven’t heard of it lately. I surmise it is not so, as personnel with those inclinations would not be able to carry out the other dirty work that we know they — resolutely — carry out.)

The Police

The police own the DCP.  This is not a naughty thing, in my opinion. It is the proper power of police to look out for any instance where one citizen is harming another, criminally, and where minors need protection. However, people are not told that the DCP is the police.

The subterfuge of pretending they are two separate entities enables a heap of chicanery. “The department” can be seen to have asked “the police” to obtain evidence, or to go out and arrest the baddy, or to handle the fetching of a kicking and screaming child from its Protective parent.

(Holy cow! Gumshoe has just heard of the kicking child being injected with a sedative. May I remind everyone that “health” also is properly in the bailiwick of police?  At least that is well established in the US.  If Australia has changed that common law principle, I be unaware of it.)

The Court

But if all gets screwed up, we can approach a judge or magistrate (magistrate is a lesser judge) to sort things out according to law, right? The judge will naturally honor legislation and the common law, right?  The judge will be able to spot chicanery and will crack down on it, right? The judge will listen respectfully to the story of a mother after all motherhood is scared, right?

If youdda bet 10 bucks on each of those 4 “right” questions, you’d now be now out $40.00.

Incidentally, forty bucks can buy you an 8-page photocopying job at any court, of South Australia at $4.95 per page.  (Luckily, if one is at an Adelaide Court, one can pop around the block to the Hilton Hotel and get the 8 copies at about 20 cents each, or $1.60 all up.)

Time To Act

Don’t forget the entire Royal Commission into Institutional Response to Child Sexual Abuse. Don’t forget Jeffrey Epstein and his abrupt departure, not to mention the role of Prince Andrew, son of Australia’s monarch.  Don’t forget the Toffs of Dunblane. Don’t forget the sealed-up Inquiries of Cullen, Woods, and Mullighan.

It’s time to crack down on the blatant criminality of government. I am happy to invoke the audiotape made by a civic-minded Shane Dowling. Here, please treat yourself to this item:

Shane then told the court about it and they said they were referring the matter to police.  As we know surveillance is very advanced these days, so they would have no difficulty tracking down Damian Speers. When they find Speers, they could charge him with impersonating a court employee, or more.

Let’s say the police does nothing about it — as I presume to be the current status of the matter. What can we do? I think we could concoct a case that the NSW Supreme Court is itself criminally negligent for not dealing with the matter. A referral to police is not enough; the Speers phone call could have directly impacted the fairness of the case. That case  by the way, happens to be about the media (“Seven West”).

Gathering the Evidence of Government Participation in Pedophilia

When an individual Protective parent is trying to fight the good fight in court, she or he has no way to gather up the evidence that demonstrates the court’s overall protection of the pedo rings. Here are three parts of that evidence:

1. First, a quote from Mia Madsen’s Change.org petition, which is now closed after 62 signatures. It said:

“The Mullighan Inquiry or Mullighan Royal Commission was a three-year inquiry into the abuse of children in the care of the South Australian Government that started in November 2004, at a cost of 13.5 million dollars.

“[The wrap-up said]: ‘Decade after decade, the perpetrators of this abuse not only robbed children of their innocence but also stole both their past and their future.’

“Mullighan said he had been totally unprepared for the ‘foul undercurrent of society’ which had perpetrated child sex abuse against Wards of the State between the 1940s and 1980s. [Keep that phrase in mind — foul undercurrent]

“He had personally interviewed 792 people who were victims. Mr Mullighan said he had referred 170 people with information about 434 alleged Pedophiles to police, who arrested two suspects and reported 13 others.” [Keep that in mind, too — 2 out of 434 persons, or .005%, got the old handcuff routine.]

2. And now I quote from a Comment posted by Rachel Vaughan March 10, 2020, under Dee McLachlan’s article about children disappearing from State care in Victoria:

“The children of Glandore boys’ home, and Goodwood orphanage were the playthings of the Paedophile elite and the Adelaide medical fraternity. Nothing more. They were used and abused, and simply thrown away afterward.”

Rachel said:

“Adelaide, Victoria – similar royal names, similar endemic abuses of their people and children. My fathers paedo child-porn-producing gang in Adelaide had connections to Geelong in Victoria. I am not at all surprised that the children taken from their families in Victoria abscond from their ‘care’ placements. Better to ‘possibly’ get raped and killed than stay in state ‘care’ and undoubtedly be raped and run a very high risk of being murdered.

“So all that childhood abuse serves many purposes: it fuels the sick, Paedophile procurement desired by the elite – plenty of corruption enabled via the use of honey pots, not to mention there is safety in numbers; the child abuse ensures further generations of porn actors to make billions from; … and the destruction of the family unit ensures no connectedness between individual family members.”

3. Finally, I quote from a July 2018 article by Kathryn Millan. Granted, it was written because of the Immigration policy of the United States where kids were separated as they crossed the border. It’s is not about the failure of courts, but it carries a universal message about the importance of attachment:

“Attachment, when it comes to young children, describes the emotional bonds and interactions that children have with their caregivers. These relationships are the bonds that allow children to learn and grow so that they may become happy, productive adults who make healthy relationship choices, resolve conflict in healthy ways and have a sense of healthy confidence and balance in life.

“The nurturing and caregiving we receive in early childhood helps form our most basic and reliable beliefs about the world. Within a healthy attachment, a child may gain coping skills, negotiation skills and communication skills that are all vital for success in adulthood. People who have had broken or unhealthy early attachments often experience higher incidences of mental illness and greater relationship conflicts in adulthood.^“

Looking back at Items 1 and 2, the guilty party appears to be Parliament, as I assume the state of South Australia set up the Mullighan Inquiry, or perhaps it was the Governor since the Inquiry was also a Royal Commission.

But I also blame the courts. When cases came before them, providing an opportunity for a judge to demand information from the sealed-up Mullighan Inquiry, they “took it lying down.” Also, as Rachel Vaughan has shown, her efforts to report crime to police meets with a laugh every time.

The “Let’s Face It Day” Has Arrived

What are we waiting for?  It is clear we cannot get help from any official source. Gumshoe has barked up many a tree — state parliaments, Ombudspersons, courts, “Integrity Commissions” (oh, please), the Australian Federal Police (of Noetic fame), and the office of the astoundingly blandly named “Chief Executive.”

(Why not just call her the Chief Executioner?)

The clergy and the media do not help, nor does any Bar Association or professional group. As Senator Nancy Schaefer found in Georgia, USA, the mothers themselves can’t do it as they have been purposely destroyed as part of the process. (Senator Schaefer was soon killed after that.)

Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of society. Oh how we will burn in the camps if we continue to wait for the problem to correct itself.
