SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) is a Pandemic and an Infodemic. It was caused by China, and caused by the US; which invented it as a bioweapon.
A toy bomb that blew up in the maker’s face.
There will be a phase 2, at the next winter. For the southern hemisphere, both phases are now. For the northern; a reprieve; then a merry Christmas.
The convenient delivery of SARS-CoV-2 into North Korea and Iran was by… now let me think. Both isolated; social distance mitigating nations.
North Korea could have been from the 400,000 or so guest workers visiting China. Or Kim managed the matter by the reliable clinical method of lead poisoning. And somehow; the suspected; South Korea got a dose they’ll never forget; courtesy of the northern neighbour. That’ll teach ’em.
Iran is interesting. Apparently it was delivered through particular contacts in Iraq. Thirty-two of Iraq’s top generals; the whole front line are now enjoying the party with Allah.
Some many months back I wrote of John Kerry in Iraq polluting Trump’s deal with them. A prior complex Obama deal including pallets of cash and enriched fuel grade uranium from the US. Kickbacks all around; including US and EU Deep State. Remember: the ‘forged” Superbills were produced by Iran, using treasury paper with treasury inks on treasury intaglio presses, with treasury plates, and correct serial number sequences. All delivered by the CIA.
Iran’s problem concerns oil that has raged from before Operation Ajax and the puppet Shah. Actually from Churchill in the 1920s.
Currently, as I previously detailed, the nation is divided. The five Northern Oilfields are ‘Owned’ by Russia, and guarded by its Caspian Sea Fleet.
The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act
In December 2006 GWB [George W Bush] signed in The Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act (PAHPA), under The Department of Health and Human Service’s (HHS).
The office of The Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) was established, with a number of programmes including advance development and acquisition of medical countermeasures, and the establishment of a quadrennial National Health Security Strategy. Three of these have been conducted.
Major Programms included:
- Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).
- Medical Countermeasures.
- Emergency Support Function (ESF).
- Public Health and Medical Response: Domestic Programmes.
- Emergency Support Function (ESF). Public Health and Medical
- Response International Programmes.
- Grants for At-Risk Individuals.
- National Health Secrurity Strategy.
- Situational Awareness.
- Surveillance, Credentialing, Telehealth, Education, and Training.
People hired, buildings occupied, money spent (much more required at each appropriation), abundant activity, training, conferences attended, copious voluminous reports and, NOTHING WAS DONE. Which brings more meaning to the following BBC clip and the Medical Industry Deep State that confronted Trump and the nation, just a few weeks ago. Respirators
Trump necessarily invoked The DPA [The Defense Production Act — which gives the federal government the power to direct private businesses to produce crucial items in a national emergency].
Trump issued DPA Orders to GM and 3M. Equipment and Supplies purchased by France from US manufacturers were commandeered and all future exports from the US will be seized and commandeered for the national stockpile, for distribution.
Mary Barra’s GM was having liberal notions, but is now playing.
3M was playing games. After all; get in front of the right ideological judge and you’ll be there for years and with a zero outcome. The power of politico-legal bullshit. 3m had and are manufacturing respirator masks for European export, while playing games with the US. Trump makes demands. The games are still on.
[New York Governor Andrew] Cuomo; master of the forked tongue; accurately, for a change, informs Trump of profiteering and withholding urgent medical supplies. Trump speaks to Barr who wants a list; “We’ll bust them”.
Barr begins raiding and commandeering with the FBI and the National Guard. Trump has now called in all State National Guard units. All military leave has been cancelled, and the services have called in all capable retired; particularly with prior medical service.
Barr instantly materializes over 8 million respirator masks. 3M sees the outcome. Instead of cooperating with the Federal Government; they package every product the government needs and sends a convoy of sea containers into Canada (urgent medical supplies for Canada). Out of US jurisdiction. Loaded onto a ship for Europe at outbid prices.
Schumer (Senator from New York) had spoken to Trump two weeks ago, advising him of these potential problems. He suggested that Trump stand aside and allow The Joint Chiefs to raid the US dry, for everything it needs.
Socialists are screaming that they would handle COVID-19 better. The history of that delivers a diametric opposite outcome. And Trump’s approach is too soft and appealing.
The Military
Trump has a military of 1.3 million, a National Guard of 450,000, and 200,000 Reserve. A total deployable of almost 2 million.
He has drawn all military medical capable into staffing specialist COVID Hospitals. Which in turn are security locked down. These are primarily in New York, Louisiana, and Texas. The deceased are block stored in CDC bins? and then refrigerated sea containers at the hospital sites.
The military conduct all transport of COVID patients from the general hospital populations, with a dedicated 450 FEMA ambulances. 17,000 National Guard Personnel conduct all hospital equipment and supplies logistics, just in New York. 37,000 Army Corps of Engineers Personnel are building the Southern Wall and constructing all the new hospitals and medical centres.
The FDA-CDC initial testing protocols which would have taken some 45 years to test the US Population, as I have written, has become a simple mouth swab testing of over 120,000 per day. With 15 minute accurate results.
The US is the hardest hit of all nations. Leading in to the short final election cycle for 3 November 2020; if Trump allows it (but an essential need to take back The House); there will be a stalled domestic economy, high unemployment, and the beginnings of a strong inflation cycle; that variously translates to the sycophant West.
Heavy Policing

This is an old footage of what happens when police overstep; because they can. As well as other obvious psychological issues; most of us know.
When police misbehave, apologies don’t cut it, investigations don’t cut it, and administrative leave doesn’t cut it. And letting them off only replicates enhanced versions of the same. Recipes for Disaster.
I have seen it countless times. And have read reports of hundreds of incidents; of every category. Courts protecting and exonerating them as part of the power base architecture, and governments hiding and buying incidents, is why the sane have no reason to trust, nor ever believe the power base or any of its theatre.

That video of the nurse being arrested for ‘upholding Hospital policy’ was posted last year and well before this ‘pandemic’ surfaced. Apparently, she was doing something illegal, that I can no longer recall. CNN is fake news! When are folks going to wake up!
She was refusing to take blood at police orders.

I seem to recall that what she wanted was for the Police to go through the Hospital’s policy process for requesting the sample, and the Police simply tried to use force to push her into what under the circumstances would have been an assault, and a de-registering offence. She correctly refused so they decided on the spot to make an example of her. I’ve seen similar here in Aust. Its usually a problem until more senior Heads prevail but it does give you an insight into how some of them think about the power we supposedly grant to them.
Police only act on what their political masters tell them to do. It was never always this way when police were actually a self-controlling agency of government, and not part of government which has been the case since just before the Wood Royal Commission into Police corruption. LOL! and what a farce that was!
That would seem to coincide with the focus on raising revenue for the State becoming at least co-equal with maintaining the peace and order.

When he was fifty years of age, thereabouts, he joined the NSW policice force.
In short; he has two daughters all we know and a son in law many see every night.
After a few years in the nsw police force, though now retired in service in my locale, his attitude, expressed in service to the public that I have observed in action was frightening.
How decent people, provided with a uniform of authority change a lovely fellow.
In his retirement, under my observation, he has settled, but there is still,that sign of arrogance and authority that has prevailed.

Paul and Ned – the power granted police can be a double edged sword. Police are also able to exercise their discretion when dealing with those who for whatever reason have come under police notice.- many I had to work with failed in that regard.
There are two types of police officer – the peace officer and the law enforcement officer. Many I had to work with were of the latter type – no discretion exercised and enforcement acted on when a word of caution would have sufficed and given the uniform a much needed boost in public relations.
Psychopathic tendencies should be detected with a simple psyche test that seems to evade the agency charged with hiring people to become police officers.
As things collapse over the coming months, the psychopath-variant Police are going to have a ball. This already appears to be happening in the bigger cities.
