It seems politics will never be the same again.

The press and “new” press are invited into the political arena.

Elon Musk made a star appearance at Donald Trump’s first cabinet meeting wearing a black “Make America Great Again” baseball cap suggesting he could cut $US1 trillion off the $US6.7 trillion budget by this year. He suggested that the this is the best cabinet team ever assembled.

There was also laughter. One of these moments is when answering a question… “Is anyone unhappy with Elon?” Trump asked his cabinet. “If they are, we’ll throw them out of here,” he said to laughs and applause.

Even in redneck infested Western Australia, I think Trump skepticism is alive and well and the Trump euphoria has been very short lived, maybe this is because of the tariffs leading to financial uncertainty, or just exhaustion. We have two elections here and we are weary of the incumbents so expecting swings. People seem disengaged.

  7. Clayton Morris/Redacted just put out a video about propaganda. It’s a classic with ‘Madcow’ blabbing propaganda. Crikey, I’ve got a mate that actually went out and bought Madcow’s book on Trump/Russia – AND HE BELIEVED MADCOW!

    Funny thing is my mate is now starting to get a clue. Over the last 30 odd years I kept telling him stuff about Port Arthur, 9-11, global warming, the ‘vax’, etc. and he was always discounting it and arguing the narrative. The last time he came by he said, “I used to think you were half a lap behind the rest of us, now I think you were actually two and half laps ahead of us.”
