Is this history repeating? Passbooks successfully kept an entire population humiliated and in appalling servitude for decades.

As many readers know, I was brought up in South Africa during Apartheid. When I was a kid I remember my dad refusing to stand when the South African National Anthem played even when thousands of people took to their feet. He would sit silently in his chair in protest. He thankfully laid seeds for my mind to be a questioning one. But it would take another 3 decades for South Africa to change, and by that time we had lost him.

During that time, many activists were jailed and confined to their homes (like our present lockdown), but most rode the wave of privilege — and went with the “flow” — while the majority were entrapped in compliance and acceptance of the police state. My one regret is that I could have been more vocal — much more vocal — when growing up in South Africa.

I left in the late 80s, and after living on two other continents, put down roots in Australia in 1999 — the Lucky Country. But today it feels more like a return to the ‘penal colony’.

Déjà vu… I am reminded of the PASSBOOK, the Dompas.

ROADMAP TO ENSLAVEMENT

Before going to the Apartheid Passbook, let me highlight a few of Premier-Gladys’s new “rules” for New South Wales in her Roadmap to freedom unveiled for the fully vaccinated” published: 9 Sep 2021. Heaven help us!

“…The roadmap is subject to further fine-tuning… Premier Gladys Berejiklian said we are well on the way to hitting the 70 percent double dose milestone which will allow the state to open up for those who have received both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.”

“[Deputy Premier John Barilaro said] ‘Our roadmap outlines the freedoms that twice vaccinated people will enjoy once we reach 70 percent double dose which means a meal with loved ones or a drink with friends is just around the corner…

“Only fully vaccinated people and those with medical exemptions will have access to the freedoms allowed under the Reopening NSW roadmap.

Now, these WONDERFUL new freedoms for the fully vaccinated will be:

  • Up to five visitors will be allowed in a home where all adults are vaccinated (not including children 12 and under).
  • Up to 20 people can gather in outdoor settings.

It seems I will not be invited to Xmas lunch at this rate. What happens in unvaccinated homes? Will an unvaccinated family be forbidden to see their grandparents?

The detail of these wonderful new freedoms continues:

  • Retail stores can reopen under the one person per 4sqm rule (unvaccinated people will continue to only be able to access critical retail).

You can check these freedoms here, but it seems the unwashed will not be allowed to any stadiums, theatres, or facilities. And forget about being invited to weddings — but maybe funerals could be classed as ‘critical’. Will you be permitted to be at your own funeral?

The vaccinated should be celebrating. They will finally be allowed to travel. Oh, is this only locally? I am not certain — maybe they’ve left it ambiguous on purpose — but I think the unvaccinated will not be allowed to spread their wings.

And even though the DOUBLE VACCINATED will have been dosed up with ‘protective’ spike proteins…

  • Masks will remain mandatory for all indoor public venues, including public transport, front-of-house hospitality, retail and business premises, on planes and at airports.

They are bleeding desperate to get YOU vaxxed.

And how do they intend to manage and control this? With the Apartheid… sorry Vaccine Passports.

To me, this honestly feels like a giant joke on mankind. They have made most of us believe this is for our safety and our well-being, so people are rushing to vaccine hubs — desperate to get their hands on the vaccine passports. They have brilliantly corralled all of the people into the pens… and very soon they will lock the gates.

It feels like I have been watching a train smash in slow motion for the last eighteen months — but instead of people climbing off the train before the collision, they have been willingly scrambling on. What a total disaster.

The future is unknown, as we really don’t know what is going to happen to those without vax-passes. I am sure I could ‘purchase’ a vax-pass or bribe a good nurse to give me saline, but on principle, I do not want a vaccine passport.

I’ve seen that all before. Never again.

So let me now take you back to the Apartheid years.

THE DOMPAS — THE APARTHEID PASSBOOK

Apartheid classified people based on the color of their skin, and this determined how they could live. The few (the ruling white class) made up rules to suit them and those of colour had to follow them or face the full force of the police state.

One of the most diabolical aspects of this was the passbook system. Those of colour were expected to carry a passbook with them at all times. Sound familiar? Anyone who could not produce a passbook (or dompas) —on the spot—could be imprisoned, fined, or beaten.  No excuses. Oh, and the ruling class were as free as birds and could almost do anything they wanted.

I couldn’t remember the exact details and sourced this from a document by Ryan Millhoff and Andrea Gambino-Rhodes. Inside the dompas was all the data of that person:

  • Fingerprints
  • Photograph
  • Personal details of employment
  • Government permission to travel
  • Permission to be in a particular part of the country
  • Qualifications to work (or seek work) in a specific area
  • Information about the individual’s job performance
  • Tax payments
  • Encounters with the police

As recorded in Ryan and Andrea’s document,

“For non-whites to leave a rural area and travel to the city required a permit. Upon arrival in the city, a man or woman had to get a permit to work within 72 hours. Once hired, the worker’s boss could refuse to endorse their passbook and jeopardize their rights to stay in the area.  According to the Pass Law, government officials possessed the power to make the worker leave the area by giving a bad endorsement in his passbook. This technique was known as ‘endorsing out,’ and could be carried out at any time and for any reason.  Officials were not required to provide an explanation for their actions.  Family members of a worker who was ‘endorsed out’ also forfeited their right to remain in the area and could be sent to a Bantustan, or tribal area where non-whites had no rights.  If one misplaced or lost their dompas—or simply forgot to carry it— they could be arrested or thrown in jail.

Sound familiar?

I believe this is a sneak peek into our future today.

It seems we are entrapping ourselves in a 2022 dompas-style control-all device for the “useless-eaters” (as Klaus Schwab of the Great Re-set defines us).

If you believe that this vaccine passport was brought in for our safety, go ahead and enjoy your restaurant meal with your twenty-first-century dompas. It might soon change to a Gates Human Implantable Vaccination Delivery System. And like China’s social credit score system, I think this is only the beginning. Many restrictions and controls await. Once we are “hooked up” in a “collective” with a digital number, algorithms will calculate the financial parameters for society. Along with a reward and punishment system, people will be kept busy “happily” working and existing in a sustainable and subservient model they willingly accepted.

Those teens who are looking forward to their vaccinations so they can travel as their parents did may be sorely disappointed in their future. I am so grateful that I grew up free-range, so I do hope we find our way out of this disaster… for them.

Black people in South Africa were forced to accept their passbooks… but Australians today have become enthusiastic participants in the race for theirs. And separate from the question of vaccine safety and efficacy, you can be sure acceptance of these passports means nothing less than SERVITUDE.

    This email is made up of views from two patriotic citizens who refuse to accept the validity of the proposed unlawful Vaccine Passport.

    I am vehemently opposed to vaccine passports, whether they be for domestic or international travel.

    I have had friends & associates, get sick and die from the vaccine the government’s of the world are endorsing, and in some cases, mandating.

    I have also had family and friends, who have contracted the CoVID-19 virus, and they experienced virtually no symptoms, and after 14 days quarantine, were given an “all clear certificate of good health”.

    It appears to me that the vaccines, that haven’t been properly tested on animals, let alone humans, are far more dangerous than the virus itself.

    I further believe that any attempt to cajole,

    coerce, or mandate vaccines to otherwise healthy people, is a violation of our rights as citizens off Australia, and against our Constitution of 1900.

    I can tell you unequivocally, that I represent hundreds of other academics who feel the very same way.

    Until, they allow myself, or my colleagues, to examine these so-called vaccines under a microscope, and determine the properties, through pathological studies, I will not be participating in any of the vaccine roll out programs.

    In answer to a Politician.

    In regard to the content of your email, I too believe that the judge erred in his decision. I believe, deliberately so.

    I quote direct from The Constitution of The Commonwealth of Australia. Section 463a. “Residents in Any State.”

    “The privileges and immunities of State citizenship are all comprehended under the following general heads: protection by the Government, the enjoyment of life and liberty, with right to acquire and possess property of every kind, and to pursue and obtain happiness and safety, subject nevertheless to such restraints as the Government may justly prescribe for the general good of the whole. The right of a citizen of one State to pass through or to reside in any other State, for the purposes of trade, agriculture, professional pursuits or otherwise, to claim the benefit of the writ of habeas corpus, to institute and maintain actions of every kind in the courts of the State: to take, hold, and dispose of property, either real or personal, and an exemption for higher taxes or impositions than are paid by the citizens of other States, may be mentioned as some of the principal privileges and immunities of citizens which are clearly embraced by the general description of privileges deemed to be fundamental.”

    There is no mention anywhere of exemptions in this paragraph because of plagues, viruses or other health issues, (such as imposed medical procedures, medical treatment or cures) which have always been where humans reside, whether in the 21st century or the 19th century when the Constitution was written. In fact there is/was never a Covid-19 virus or disease, as in 19 months nobody or any laboratory has been able to isolate a novel virus. There was not even a pandemic, just a normal flu season, with as it happens a slightly lower death number than the previous year.

    It is my personal opinion after reading the above part of the Constitution, that the State Premiers DO NOT have the power to do such things as close borders, insist on social distancing, signing-in, compulsory testing for a virus or mandatory vaccinations. They certainly do not have power to quarantine healthy people. That is actually illegal imprisonment.

    The vaccine passport idea is again Constitutionally unlawful. Also to bring this card about, the Federal Government will supply to a third party, (the manufacturer of the card) each citizens health records. This is illegal under The Privacy Act 1988.

    I have in another file proof of fraud by the Victorian Government in relation to the supposed Covid-19 deaths over the period from January 2020. When researching statistics in June 2020, I downloaded 10 ½ years total monthly death numbers for Victoria. When I again checked in July they had deleted all stats previous to July 1st. This would be to attempt to nullify researchers like myself from comparing 2020 deaths to previous years. As it is, even though there was supposed to be 820 Covid-19 deaths in 2020 the overall deaths in Victoria was less than the previous year. The same can be said for Western Australian deaths in 2020.

    I too have a contact who was coerced into having “vaccine” to retain her job and suffered an immediate negative response as in pulsating heart and blood pressure rising every day over the next week, and then reducing over next week. Spent time in hospital and diagnosed with weakened heart. Three weeks off work.

    I have two friends that have suffered heart problems because of transmission of “spike protein” and have heard of two others working with one of those friends who have suffered chest pains. One of those friends is now booked in for a heart operation. None of these people mentioned above is obese.

    In conclusion I demand that you vote NO, to the Vaccine Passport legislation should it come to Parliament and also demand you put an immediate stop to the “vaccine” rollout.

  17. A couple of legal parallels exist for the quaxxine passports.

    The first one implemented in Australia were the various Strata Titles Acts (state law).
    Under this, a property is owned by a corporation and the owners are simply shareholders. In practice this means the developer can retain 51% (rent it out) and even though the other shareholders may all go to the annual general meeting and vote, their 49% vote counts for nothing, and they can be effectively “taxed” to pay for whatever schemes the developer comes up with, some of which can be very tricky or simply kickbacks.

    The second one implemented in Australia was the GST (a federal tax disguised as a state tax).
    Normally an individual pays tax on income but under GST you pay again basically for writing an invoice. Your invoice is renamed a “Tax Invoice” but what you are paying is effectively “invoice tax”.
    So a second tier of ownership is laid over your income producing activities, no justification is required, it is simply applied at the level the populace (sheeple) will accept.     At another website, Julius Skoolafish and I have been discussing fascism as an underlying principle to world government that began well before Italy. In fact it is my contention that the basic components of the fascist state was begun in The City, and then spread (per the Anglo-American partnership) to the United States under President Wilson’s administration. This would predate the definition and connection to Italy, which would follow as more nations attempted to impose the parameters of fascism (the state + a corporatacracy).

    After World War II, fascism continued throughout the word, except the principles and actions were slowed to basically fool citizens into thinking that this form of government had been stopped, as well as vanquished. While technology continued to developed, first covertly and now (in some cases) overtly, a new means of control is being applied. In the end, what JS and I were concluding with was a simple equation:

    technocracy = fascism + technology

      • Quaxxines have been fully tested since the start of 2021, that is enough time to determine no bad effects on pregnant women or their kids and no long term effects such as blood clots forming over several years. All testing, equivalent to five years or so, has been compressed into ten months, this satisfies all the regulators. Hurrah.
