The normal working of the earth’s natural climate factory is not co2 climate change. Climate Change is like the Sunrise, it has always been there — and always will.
And you cannot prosecute your argument if you cut facts, history, or evidentiary material in half. Climate Change Alarmists work by using half-truths and plausible distortions. Like a half-brick, they can throw it further and it hits harder—but now they have been exposed.
Ask everyone you meet to explain how the earth’s climate works, teachers, politicians, and academia — I did and no one had a clue, seriously: I was disgusted at the lack of knowledge from people claiming they knew CO2 changed the climate and were making laws accordingly and spending billions of taxpayers’ money. Friends and grandchildren asked me to explain how it worked. It is a BIG subject and took a lot to simplify it clearly. Here it is.
- THE REAL FACTS ON CO2
The claims that a minute amount of 0.04% (400 ppm) in the atmosphere causes climate-change is derived from sheer arrogance and scientific illiteracy. The percentage is just to minute to have any effect — like trying to melt steel with a match.
Many say that CO2 causes climate change but cannot tell us HOW it happens: We cannot work any data that shows how it could happen from such a minute amount of 0.04% in the atmosphere, we want them to tell us HOW — explain the theory. TELL US HOW IT HAPPENS.
Adam Bandt, Greens leader was asked for this information and could not provide it.
They have an opinion but when asked, cannot explain the mechanics/thermodynamics of how the minute amount of CO2 at 0.04% of the atmosphere can drive climate change up or down? Simply it cannot and never has in the past.
CO2 has never led nor followed past climate changes.
The atmosphere consists of Nitrogen at 78%. Oxygen at 21%, Argon at 0.93%, with trace amounts of Neon, Helium, Methane, Krypton and Hydrogen these are not greenhouse gases and they total 99.9%, leaving little space for the greenhouse gases methane, carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapor clouds.
The alarmists panic over carbon dioxide (CO2) slightly increasing from 350 parts per million to 400 parts per million in 50 years — An increase of ONE part per million each year. That is the TOTAL CO2 increase in the atmosphere per year including from natural earth and volcanic generation.
Manmade CO2 is only 3% of ONE percent or as 3 parts in 100 million increase per year. That 3% is the World total, Australia contributes only 1.5% of that 3 parts/ 100,000,000 parts (1B). That is equal to 4.5 parts per 10,000,000,000 parts (10 B) added to our atmosphere every year.
Simplified that is 3 litres of water added to a one hundred million litre tank. Even the deadliest gas in the World would have no effect at that amount.
Fools tell us that ratio of a harmless, but essential gas for our existence, is supposed to be causing changes to our climate — Total ignorant rubbish.

Notice that CO2 has been up to twenty times (20X) higher in the past — without ever causing runaway global warming. Does this graph show the IPCC is not telling the truth to anyone?
Miniscule variations of CO2 are not in the equation, they are irrelevant. Yet many cannot grasp that simple axiom.
Ocean currents greatly affect surface temperature preventing the northern hemisphere from freezing, transferring heat and cold around the globe as a thermal conveyor belt, creating winds, evaporation, and rain.
The world has 172-year weather cycles caused by changes in the shape of the Earth’s orbit around the sun, the tilt of the Earth’s rotation and the wobble of our axis. We do not live long enough to remember the last one.
Just 12,000 years ago, undisputed geological evidence shows that all of North America up to the Arctic regions were under a sheet of ice, estimated to have been from 2 to 3 kilometres thick—it has warmed since then. The warm ocean heat-conveyer currents keep the northern hemisphere from freezing. An undersea earthquake or volcano could block the current and the northern hemisphere would freeze.
Gas bubbles in deep ice cores, stalagmites and sedimentary deposits have allowed scientists to identify the composition of the atmosphere over very long periods, showing that in the last five global warmings over the past half a million years, the temperature rises occurred on average 800 years before any rise in atmospheric carbon. They show much higher CO2 than now and normally substantiated by archaeological evidence of plants growing larger leaves and vigorous growth with higher CO2. The average over the last 60 million years was 1,200 ppm.
2. CO2 IS ESSENTIAL PLANT FOOD — PLANTS REQUIRE CO2
CO2 is the raw material used in photosynthesis by plants to produce food: Sunlight, CO2 and water vapor combined produce carbohydrates—our food chain.
All living cells are made of carbon compounds, protein and food are carbohydrate chains, life is fuelled by carbon, it is essential for our existence.
CO2 generators are used to increase CO2 in Vegetable Growers Green Houses. If carbon dioxide is so bad for the planet, why do greenhouse growers buy CO2 generators to raise the level up to 1,500 ppm inside greenhouses to accelerates plant growth and food production?
CO2 is an essential plant nutrient: Earth currently has a seriously low level of CO2 near the lowest ever recorded, causing plants to have smaller leaves and struggling for survival in a CO2 drought of only 400 ppm. Over millions of years the average CO2 has been 1,200 ppm where life and Dinosaurs flourished.
CO2 promotes more plant growth which will balance temperatures from more green leaf and oxygen generation, we need more CO2 to create more oxygen from both plants and plankton photosynthesis — our future relies on more oxygen from more plant growth.
CO2 actually increases plant yields, accelerates “re-greening” and improves reforestation of the planet. And while today’s atmosphere contains only 400 ppm of carbon dioxide, CO2 generators can help raise that level to 1,500 ppm inside greenhouses, accelerating plant growth and food production.
A society interested in reforestation, expanding the diversity of plant life, nourishing trees, and re-greening deserts, must stop the fanaticism of uneducated minds and promote more CO2 to benefit the earth. These fanatics must be charged with creating public nuisance, fraud, misleading parliament and the Senate, and false vilification of people speaking the truth.
If CO2 is So Bad for the Planet, Why Do Greenhouse Growers Buy CO2 Generators to Double Plant Growth? — because CO2 is a plant NUTRIENT.
Plants require higher amounts for healthy survival of the food chain, CO2 is the essential molecule of life for greening our planet that fanatical ‘Greenies’ should understand—as farmers know.
In an enriched CO2 atmosphere, plants grow larger and faster with more biomass that reduce the small pores in their leaves called stomata making it more difficult for water vapour to escape from the plant and evaporate into the air, producing more biomass while using less water, their water use efficiency rises dramatically.
This is very important as water is becoming a scarce resource on the planet, if life is to survive, we must increase CO2 to produce more biomass food and reduce water usage.
Measured CO2 in cornfield, it’s about half what it would be at night because the corn plant has sucked so much CO2 out of the air that it is now limited on how fast it can make new sugar and grow. If you double the CO2 there is more available so it doesn’t suck-down so quickly giving more growth.
That is important as it is an essential plant food that gives drought resistance, plants do not suck it up from the roots, it has to open pores in the leaf (stomata), and as the CO2 molecules bounce around other air molecules get into the pores — for every CO2 molecule that goes into the hole, 100 water molecules may diffuse out from the interior of the plant.
There are huge amounts of water used in photosynthesis now more than should be, because we are essentially in a CO2 famine.
In the Jurassic-Period CO2 was five times higher than now where life flourished: Roughly 520 million years ago CO2 was actually 8,000 ppm – from 1,000 to 5,000 ppm are normal fluctuations — and life flourished.
Most plants, especially the complex vascular food plants evolved in the last 300 million years. The average level of atmospheric CO2 over that period was approximately 1,200 ppm, today its 400 ppm. Link

In laboratory trials cowpeas growing in 1,270 ppm of CO2 had a total biomass gain of 44%: Watch them grow.

detailing a series of experiments conducted at the Royal Institution, Tyndall fallaciously states with regard to Oxygen and Nitrogen that they are both quote:
“practically transparent to radiant heat.”
Thus laying the foundations of AGW fraud.
This statement by John Tyndall is the origin of such claims as “the science is settled” and the “greenhouse effect is 150 year old established physics.” In terms of radiant heat it is the only factor that would differentiate between the various atmospheric gases.
After all, Oxygen and Nitrogen constitute 99% of the atmosphere. If these two gases are shown to absorb and re-emit infrared radiation, what would make so called “Greenhouse Gases” like CO2, such a threat to the environment at only 0.0385% of the atmosphere?
So the basis for the “Greenhouse Effect” is that incoming and out going IR is not absorbed by Oxygen and Nitrogen which instead passes straight through these gases. According to this unsubstantiated hypothesis, only those gases which are termed “Greenhouse Gases” posses the capability to absorb and re-emit infrared radiation.
The problem for the hypothesis of the “Greenhouse Effect” and of course AGW itself is that the basic premise on which the hypothesis is based is false.
Firstly, Oxygen and Nitrogen both have higherspecific heat capacities than CO2.

I agree the weather-video mass-hysteria is nonsense, that the CO2 and ocean algae are in a sort of homeostasis relationship, and that sunspots are probably a bigger influence than CO2 emissions.
A lot of people building on floodplains and so forth as a consequence of rising populations, lose their buildings, and the video gets uploaded straight to TV.
Glaciers seem to be melting but there have always been ice-age fluctuations.

So we should be getting off petrol as fast as possible and putting on solar panels instead, this also reduces transmission costs of both.

Helena, I agree. – Initially, I thought why would the PTB go for the absurd ‘Global Warming’ BS when the planet was actually going into a Grand Solar Minimum. If they really wanted to have a strong case against CO2 they would go with the ‘Global Cooling’ gambit as they would have strong objective evidence to support their narrative – CO2 promotes ‘Global Cooling’.
It was only later when I twigged to the de-population agenda that I recognized their plan. Trick the moronosphere into believing it was going to warm when it was actually going to cool. I went shopping today and spent $496, say $500. During the last Maunder Minimum there was a steep increase in food prices. An analysis of various areas in Europe indicated different increases in different regions. The lowest was a 400% increase in food price, the highest was 700%.
Using the lowest number, my $500 purchase would have been $2,000 during that minimum. At 7X, that $500 purchase would have been $3,500.
Remember also that back then many people were involved with producing food and could spend the extra hours and personal infrastructure to try and maximize their production. Nowadays, with large industrial farming that extra buffer to food production doesn’t exist. Perhaps this time around the previous increases in food costs will prove to be on the low side.

The fact is, here in Oz Solar Panels are only appear viable because a solar panel installation is heavily subsidised by state and Federal governments. ie: by YOU.
So, when you get a $ 5000 solar installation, the ACTUAL cost would’ve been something like $ 12 K (the difference comes from having your electricity bill jacked up exponentially over recent decades).

Price of electricity went up because of government incompetence not because of solar rebates. The single stupidest thing the governments did was to sell all the LPG to China leaving none for themselves. The only exception was Western Australia which put in a huge pipeline from Dampier to Bunbury which you can find on Google maps, it’s 1000 miles long.
We also sold a heap of LPG to Japan for 5c a litre, when us motorists were paying around 50c a litre.
From what I can gather solar subsidy schemes are based on feeding into the grid – as opposed to getting off it. Small wonder they’re pockmarked by a lack of foresight & know-how:

The factors affecting global warming or cooling CANNOT be controlled by humans. The sun and the sea being the main factors. Nature cannot be overcome by human beings, no matter how smart they think they are.
By the way humans do not create CO2. They convert carbon which came from terra firma or the sea into CO2. At any one time there is the same aggregate of carbon and CO2 on or in our planet.
The amount doesn’t change, only the solid or gaseous state is interchanging.
The more CO2 released into the atmosphere or sea, the more abundant and luxurious the vegetation and the more oxygen converted for living organisms. There is nothing to worry about in CO2 emissions except the fear generated by the financial parasites.

But to add to the sun being the main source of climate change, consider this:
Planet Earth is 12,756 km wide.
The Sun is 1.39million km wide.
Okay, it is 150million km away from planet Earth. But, instead of Earth being a cold -270C, it fluctuates between -69C to +58C
We can use the moon for a comparison, as it has no real atmosphere, and its small size (and correspondingly smaller iron core) means its magnetic field is much less than Earth’s. Its daytime temperature can reach 123C, but nighttime temperature can drop to -133.
The moon apparently also affects the climate on Earth. “The strong gravity from such a big moon stabilises the Earth’s spin (in fact the barycentre is just inside the earth’s crust – added by me). If the planet threatens to tip over as spinning tops will do (nice analogy) the moon pulls it upright again. Since such wobbles vary the sunlight reaching the ground, the moon stabilises our climate. Mars, which has no big moon, suffers catastrophic climate change. Life on Earth could not have evolved without a stable climate over millions of years.”

(I might tend to disagree Mars’ catastrophic climate change being driven, at least in a substantial part, by Mars’ rather eliptical orbital path around our sun.)
Let’s go to the planet Uranus. Uranus orbits our sun at a distance of approximately 2.85 billion (yes with a b) km. It has a fair number of moons, so let us look at the furtherest ‘large’ one, Oberon, at 1520km wide, so no atmosphere, and at a distance of 583,000km away from Uranus. It’s surface temperature is -203C, bloody cold, but still way above the -273C of absolute zero.
Higher temperatures seem to result in calmer climates! The moon Triton, which orbits the planet Neptune (twice as far away as Uranus) has an atmosphere, but also has some of the highest velocity winds in the solar system! Its surface temperature is about -235C.
It must have been a real good (air) conditioner that Armstrong was carrying and the battery must have been from out of this world.
Apparently they have a big crater on a pole of mercury which is quite cold possibly containing water I can’t remember.
And don’t forget the totally unprotected Hasselblad camera that apparently worked very well thankyou.

That’s because the increased CO2 in the atmosphere compensates for the lower rainfall and said plant can flourish with LESS water than before.
Of course, this is not just limited to the deserts.
ALL over the world, the crop yield per hectare has increased significantly due to the higher levels of CO2 and this is probably the lead factor in eradicating world hunger.

Bottom Line : The world’s deserts are retracting from this increased CO2 in the atmosphere (albeit still drought-like levels of CO2 on a historical basis since the Earth has averaged CO2 at between 1000 and 2000 ppm for much of its existence).

As a Boy Scout I got a Forestry merit badge by engaging in various conservation activities, including planting 200 pine seedlings in one day. Unfortunately it was on a steep hill and the climb up with 50 seedlings at a time was a lot of work for a 12 year old.

Back to CO2: The more CO2 in atmosphere the bigger the quantity and quality of vegetation. This then has a cooling effect on the land mass, so I image over time this would cool the atmosphere. We now have a cycle in process.
CO2 released into atmosphere creates more vegetation, equals cooling effect and extra oxygen production. When cooling effect reaches a low, less rainfall equals less vegetation, less carbon absorption and so on. The CO2 absorbed creates solid carbon, (trees, animals, coal and oil) to be converted into CO2 to complete cycle once again.

The temperature extremes in my post above, are, of course, extremes. You don’t get 58C days in Melbourne. Nor nights of -69C. Thus it would also be on the Moon, sans atmosphere. If you were to check all pictures taken, they should look like those taken in sunset style conditions (minus the hues from atmospheric diffraction). If you remember your typical Apollo 11 landing video, the shadows of the lunar module landing was definately oblique.
I might offer a video of the hammer and feather experiment conducted on the Moon. How do you think it went?
For me, personally, I try to look at the video. I think the clue is in the dust kicked up and how it settles. It reacts as if there is no air (or water) obstructing it. Some of it is ultrafine powder though. It gets in everywhere. A serious concern for electronics of the era. Speaking of which, is why they have to redesign spacecraft to ferry astronauts to the moon. It is not the people, it is the technology. A lesson learned when sending the Pioneer 10 probe to Jupiter in the late ’70s. It forced a redesign of the Voyager probes’ more advanced technology due to the intense radiation belt surrounding Jupiter.
But back to the Moon. We have the ability to now photograph landing sites on the Moon via the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) see here: https://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/LRO/news/apollo-sites.html not great pictures but you can see the lunar rover tracks at least.

And considering how you say we could have enough money to feed and house the planet there would have been enough money to finance the Moon landings, let alone the desire to reach the Moon, even of technocrats?
Justin, I don’t doubt that unmanned spacecraft landed on the moon in the 1960’s and 70’s (U.S and Soviet), and more recently from the Chinese.
But NO amount of money has been sufficient (so far), to combat the issue with the Van Allen Radiation belts, which have prevented manned missions beyond low Earth orbit.
Whatever artifacts and equipment has been left on the moon or Mars has been from unmanned missions.
No human hand has been further than HALF of one percent of the way to the moon. ie: 99.5 % of the journey still left to go.

The existence of the belts is all you need to know, it’s in the name, “radiation”, as in “solar radiation”. That’s why they sent monkeys through first, then when they all died horribly, they just gave up on the whole project, and hushed it all up.
Humans can’t go through the Van Allen belts but aliens can.
