Thrilling News on Dr Shiva’s Voter Fraud Case – Do You Recall Good Judge Mark Wolf in Boston?

What goes around comes around.

This article will first report on “Italy-gate,” then discuss The League of Women Voters, and then cover the new court case by a man who ran for senate in 2018 against Elizabeth Warren in Massachusetts and lost, or should I say “lost.”

Italy-gate

GumshoeNews  already had a three-part series called “After Frankfurt.” It was based on the information we got from G5, a retired Intel, about the alleged arrest of CIA Director Gina Haspel in Frankfurt, Germany, after the 3 November 2020 US presidential election. Mike Flynn seems to have led this.  Gumshoe has no way to verify it.

Now, a man recently arrested in Italy has made a relevant confession. Also, he offers to sing a bit more, in exchange for the protection of his family and himself. He is Arturo D’Elia, former head of the IT Department of a company called Leonardo SpA. The following affidavit was written by his lawyer (I think):

“[O]n 4 November 2020, under instruction and direction of US persons working from the US Embassy of Rome, [they?] undertook the operation to switch data from the US elections of 3 November 2020 from significant margin of victory for Donald Trump to Joe Biden in a number of states where Joe Biden was losing the vote totals.

“Defendant states he was working in the Pescara facility of Leonardo SpA and utilised military grade cyber warfare encryption capabilities to transmit switched votes via military satellite of Fusion Tower to Frankfurt Germany. The defendant swears that the data in some cases may have been switched to represent more than total voters registered.

“…. Defendant states he has secured in an undisclosed location the backup of the original data switched upon instruction to provide evidence at court in this matter.” [Emphasis added]

That news came to us from the website Filmon.com, with the heading “from Testimony of Senior Italian Judge Alfio D’Urso – Italian Tax Court and Supreme Court Public Defender.” I am not sure what that means. In Australia, a judge is not also a public defender. (To put it mildly!)

Note: It was a different crime that caused Arturo D’Elia’s arrest. So this is just a stroke of luck for us persons interested in voter fraud. I assume the accused is looking to bargain his way out of prison, by airing the US’s laundry.

The League of Women Voters

When I wrote my cancer book, Consider the Lilies, I developed the opinion that two famous charities, The March of Dimes (re polio) and The American Cancer Society, were participants in the goal of suppressing available cures. So it does not come hard to me to envision any purportedly civic or altruistic group to be a front for something sinister.

How about The League of Women Voters?  In the Comments yesterday, under my article “Six Scenarios for Correcting the 2020 Stolen Election, Constitutionally,”  lauded the work of the Collier brothers in their 1992 book, VoteScam.  The following quote is from my 2011 book Prosecution for Treason:

“The Collier brothers, Jim and Ken, revealed in the early 1990s that the reason the TV networks are able to announce the national vote as soon as the polls are closed is that they knew those figures even before the polls opened! Elections involving computers can be rigged. … The main surprise Jim and Ken found was that the announcement made by the media was based on a private group’s count of the vote. National Election was the group’s name; in 2000 it was called Voter News Service and since 2003, National Election Pool (NEP). [Think about it!]

“NEP is a private, media-owned firm. It is a consortium of the three major networks, plus CNN, AP, etc. Wow. The Colliers, in VoteScam, noted that a meeting on Nov. 26, 1985 was attended by: Katherine Graham of Washington Post, Lawrence Grossman of NBC, Roone Arledge of ABC, Robert Tisch of Loews, William Leonard of CBS, Hamilton Jordan of CNN, Lane Kirkland, president of AFL-CIO, the chairmen of both the Republican and Democrat national committees, Sen Wendell Ford, Rep Tony Coelho, and New Hampshire Governor John Sununu….

“Decades ago, when Jim Collier heard on ABC news, 15 minutes after the polls closed, that 8% of New York’s vote was already in, he knew it could not have been transmitted to ABC by computer, since schools and fire stations where voting took place did not (then) have computers. Through persistent questioning he learned that the numbers were called in, to a headquarters, by field workers operating under the name of the private club: League of Women Voters. …”

The League’s website today, lwv.org, is topped by a banner “Empowering Voters. Defending Democracy.”  It encourages people to register to vote. I do not attempt to research the League.  It is mentioned here in conjunction with the fact that Dr Shiva has discovered – via Discovery related to his lawsuit – another organization National Association of States’ Election Directors, the NASED.

The NASED may sound governmental, but it is private. Compare the CDC, the AMA, The ABA – they wield a lot of power but are unaccountable to the citizenry.

The Wikipedia biography starts with these catchy words:

“V. A. Shiva Ayyadurai (born Vellayappa Ayyadurai Shiva, December 2, 1963) is an Indian-American engineer, politician, entrepreneur, and promoter of conspiracy theories, pseudoscience and unfounded medical claims.”

Who could ask for better endorsement?

Dr Shiva has four science degrees, all from MIT in mechanical engineering and biological engineering. In 2018, he ran for US Senate against incumbent Elizabeth Warren, a law professor at Harvard.

Having lost in the primary to Warren Shiva tried to go as a write-in, in November 2018, and got less than 4% of the vote. Or should I say “less than 4% of the vote.” In 2020 he ran for senate again and “lost.”

OK, I am hinting that he didn’t really lose, but that the voting software sealed his fate. As far as I know, he does not actually claim to have won. Rather he has filed lawsuits complaining of irregularities. I think it’s fair to say that the criminals that run our elections did not anticipate an IT kind of guy from MIT snooping around the briar patch.

He has had at least partial victory in two marvelous lawsuits. The one to be presented here is his petition for a restraining order against Twitter to not suspend him. You’d better get ready to faint when I tell you HE WON.

Massachusetts Man versus Twitter

Dr Shiva (that’s the name he wisely uses, as Bostonians could hardly be bothered learning how to spell Vellayappa Ayyadurai Shiva (at least I couldn’t be bothered. Thank you, Dr Shiva).

Here I will quote a federal law that is pertinent to his case:

52 USC 20701. “Every officer of election shall retain and preserve, for a period of twenty-two months from the date of any general, special, or primary election of which candidates for the office of President, Vice President, presidential elector, Member of the [Congress] … are voted for, all records and papers which come into his possession relating to any application, registration, payment of poll tax, or other act requisite to voting in such election …    Any officer of election or custodian who willfully fails to comply with this section shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”

When Dr Shiva was sleuthing the machine’s sins, he learned that when a voter inserts her paper ballot into the tabulating machine (as I did, as we all do), the machine makes an image of the front and back of that paper. Thus, the law relating to the State keeping possession for 22 months of relevant stuff really means the ballot image.

Why?  Because, he reckons, all counting is done of the images, not the paper pieces. If a candidate, or a citizen, desires to find out if anything dirty occurred with the ballot images – and boy does it ever! – you need to examine both the paper and the ballot image.

So, Senate candidate Shiva wrote to the Secretary of State in Boston and asked to see the goods. His letter resulted in a lesser official, Ms Michelle Tassinari, replying that the state kept only the paper ballots.  Dr Shiva wasted no time tweeting that reply to the world. Massachusetts authorities were not pleased. So please pause and think, what could they do about it?

Bet you’d never guess.  Shiva was shocked when he found out. They – the government – contacted Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, and ordered him to do the Varsity Drag, also known as the Twitter Delete.

Quel discovery! Betcha that holds for most of the 2021 cancel culture routine. It’s THE GOVERNMENT that is squelching our posted debates, and videos.

Dr Shiva likes going to court (in Oz he would be called vexatious), and what do you think he used as a legal premise on which to sue?  Why, his right to free speech! He has lived in the US since age 7, was born in Mumbai. During his two campaigns for office, Dr Shiva has built up a large following on anti-vax, anti-GMO foods, and pro-freedom of speech.

Of course, the government filed a motion to dismiss.  (They always try that; it has happened to me four times). But who was the judge in the US District Court? Why it was our old friend, Judge Mark Wolf.  The following is from a Gumshoe article 5 years ago, about Martin Bryant, entitled “The Exculpation Waltz.” We noted:

“There was a mobster named Ferrara (also called ‘Vincent the Animal’) who was in jail for murder. He had done a plea bargain to get a 22-year sentence instead of a life sentence. (Fathom it.)  Ferrara didn’t realize there was material in the prosecutor’s file that showed another man had confessed to the murder.

“Later, in 2008, federal court Judge Mark Wolf reexamined the situation and said he had to let Ferrara out of jail, animal or not. He then did so. He freed the prisoner without further ado.  Judge Mark Wolf blamed US Attorney Jeffrey Auerhahn for having suppressed the exculpatory evidence, contrary to the Brady rule. A Boston cop testified that Auerhahn knew of Ferrera’s innocence. Yay, cop!

“So, do we find Attorney Auerhahn in jail today? We certainly should. Obstruction of justice is a felony. I quote 18 USC 1503 which has to do with influencing (or injuring) a court officer or juror:

“(a) Whoever corruptly, or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication, endeavors to influence, intimidate, or impede any grand or petit juror, or officer in…  any court of the United States… or… obstructs … the due administration of justice, shall be punished…  (b) The punishment for an offense under this section is…(3) … imprisonment for not more than 10 years, a fine under this title, or both. [Emphasis added]

“Now, before you go bringing a nice cake to prisoner Auerhahn in jail, let me assure you that he ain’t there. No one brought charges against him, AS INDEED THEY NEVER DO.  Still, we must thank Judge Mark Wolf of the US District Court in Boston, for speaking clearly of Auerhahn’s wrongdoing.”

Long story short, in regard to election fraud, Shiva sought a restraining order whereby Twitter would not be allowed to suspend hm if the offending subject matter is the missing ballot images.  After a 4-hour hearing, Judge Mark Wolf said OK. Or as they say in the trade, “It is so ordered.”

Note: what Shiva can win from a court any one of us can win from a court. Wow.

Note: This happened on February 4, 2021 and no media has mentioned it.  What a scream!

Note: the government, kindness of Dorsey, was engaging in the cover-up of its own crime.

Recap

So, adding to the excellent video by Mike Lindell, we now have the Italy-gate affidavit about transmitting election data (or concocted figures) to Frankfurt, and the discovery that it is not the private company Twitter that made a decision to hide government crime. Huge thank you to Lindell and Italy and Shiva.

Dr Shiva also brought to light the existence of the NASED – National Association of State Election Directors. Ah, the role of the private organizations. As for the League of Women Voters, I note that they no longer even pretend to be politically neutral. Their website today says:

“This week, our nation saw horrific events unfold … as armed white supremacist militias attacked a joint session of Congress meeting to count the electoral college results …. These individuals acted under the direction of President Trump, who has breached his oath of office to preserve and protect the Constitution of the United States. President Trump is unfit to serve in the highest office of the land and should be disqualified from running for any political office in the future. We must hold him accountable for his actions.

“Contact your Senators and ask them to support …  impeachment and conviction.”

    However, when I was about ten years of age My Mum reported to me the following.
    She was sitting at a art show and examining a painting across the room ………… under her breath she mouthed something disparaging of the painting. “….. it is neither ………….’. Well she thought it to be a painting of no merit.

  5. Shiva Ayyadurai was someone that impressed all of us in the early days of the Covid Deception (myself included).

    However, there was more to this man – as we later found out with his bad mouthing of Robert F Kennedy Jr.

    Whatever the outcome of the impeachment venture, America has been exposed to the world as irredeemably corrupt and in the grip of a 1% plutocracy, while 50% of Americans languish in poverty. No matter what happens now, the two-party duopoly of pseudo democracy has become transparently a fraud… a system that can only be rescued by military dictatorship and the execution of anyone who might resist… hence the mRNA artificial pathogen factory injection.

    Is it possible for the resistance movement to defeat this genocidal clique? Yes, theoretically, but in the real world almost none in the resistance yet understand that they will be required to physically fight. Keyboards and biros and spray cans just won’t cut it. And this is the situation in Australia.

    But here is the hilarious irony… only in the US of A are there people who CAN fight back because they are the only citizens with guns.

    • On this continent, everyone just goes into a dreamtime, and we have been in one at least since Gough. We imagine we have some type of bill of rights, but we scarcely even own our own “property”, we can get booted off anytime and the legal fees make any other proposition a waste of time. Australia itself did missiles then chose to drop out and go to sleep, now an upstart like China could walk in anytime, if the US abandoned its empire, which seems to be what’s happening. In our favour we still have paper votes and scrutiny but the communists will still get votes even in Victoria because their supporters think they can go on the dole forever and somehow live off mining royalties where the reality is if they are so totally useless and lazy they will be first in line for the soylent green factory. Nobody needs “artists” anymore, these positions are reserved for the inheritance class. Still a little bit of manufacturing and innovation persists in Victoria, we are reminded by commenter 56 they have bio-weapons labs, which may come into play if the communist voters don’t go nicely into the soylent green factory as was shown in the film. They said Chairman Mao directly and indirectly exterminated 300 million so that’s the benchmark of communist success.

      BUT, the bulk of the armed forces, the bulk of the coppers, who are drawn from lower and middle classes, who see the women and children amongst the protesting crowds, the elderly, their civilian mates in the crowd, WILL NOT SHOOT.

      The BULK of the Police and armed forces will TURN THEIR WEAPONS upon that fanatical subset in their ranks and GUN THEM DOWN and let the masses stream into parliament unhindered.

      This is my sincere belief when push comes to shove.

      To the extent that Americans are on the street and Aussies are not is due to the RADICALLY different circumstances each country faces.

      Americans have been pushed to the brink, vast swathes of them living in tent cities or under Freeway overpasses, HUGE numbers of businesses destroyed, entire districts looted, burned and decimated due to BLM and Antifa riots (not to mention the GREATEST TRANSFER OF WEALTH IN HUMAN HISTORY from the middle classes to the 0.01 % under Trump’s administration and SIGNED OFF by Trump).

      Make no mistake, NONE of this transfer of wealth could’ve happened without Trump’s complicity.

      Compare the U.S situation to Oz, where business goes on as normal, some businesses are affected and have been bankrupted – but nowhere near on the scale that occurred in the U.S.

      Other than in Victoria, the lockdowns have been far less draconian.

      Americans meanwhile are on the streets because they are at BREAKING POINT.

      ‘When you’ve lost everything and have nothing left to lose, YOU LOSE IT.’

      • Speaking of Trump’s outsized input in destroying and bankrupting America, comes this prescient remark from Ernest Hemingway over 60 years ago :

        Well Trump fulfllled the ‘mismanagement through inflation of the currency’ bit – and HOW (there was no episode in the history of the Republic that was remotely as reckless).

        And, given a second term, he would’ve carried out Netanyahu’s wishes in launching a preemptive attack on Iran in all likelihood.

        Hemingway had Trump pegged to a tee.

        Donald J Chump was always nothing more than an opportunist, a soldier of fortune who’d prostrate himself to the highest bidder.

        And so it proved to be.

When the foreign troops are invited in (legally indemnified) to sort it out they will all have facial recognition built into their hats, we have seen it in the movies for 30 years, the “Civil War II” is probably designed with this in mind. Trump has never set out to raise a bogan army, this bogan army will be picked off mercilessly if circumstances permit, by all the sci-fi methods now available, so long as the country is under control of the plutocracy. I have no idea who is controlling it right now. Trump and various racialist theories are just a distraction, the real enemy is the TV.

    • The trouble, when you’re PM of some little place like Madagascar, and the WHO or some agency offers you $20 million of printed money or counterfeit e-money, to kill your own citizens, you have to spend the money fast before the hyper-inflation starts, or before it becomes known as counterfeit, and at the same time you have to keep the purchase secret from your own citizens, now what does 20 million really buy, a big house and a big yacht and a pension for life, well a small house and a small boat are equally good, cheaper to maintain and less attractive to thieves.
