Trump’s New Lawyer (Aw, I Blush) Offers Full-Spectrum Advice

The front page of today’s Boston Globe, says:

“On one screen we have Rudi Giuliani repeatedly lambasting witnesses and prosecutors on behalf of his client, the president of the United States. In another TV studio Lanny Davis, lawyer for Michael Cohen, publicly discusses sensitive tape recordings of president Trump…The stakes are as high as the Watergate probe of the 1970s but it [looks like] a prolonged episode of “The Jerry Springer Show.”

The prez needs a new lawyer. The Globe can get better material than that.

Mr Trump, let’s say you appoint a lawyer – one who has no swamp connections, and will be able to show you every option without fear or favour. You can pick someone who is emotionally bound to principle and to the legacy of American law, but who is also schooled in Machiavellianism and, generally speaking, knows her arse from her elbow.

In other words, Yours Truly.

The Boss As Overseer

Wow, thanks for appointing me! It’s good to have a paid job after all these years. I’m so pleased to think I can be of help. I’ll show you how easy your job can be. It’s widely accepted that you won the 2016 election by appearing to have leadership talent. I think your tallness, 6’ 3”, is a factor, too.

We humans are hardwired to look for a leader, a boss. I do believe we are a herd species. Not that we are aware of that.  We go around saying each is his own boss. I saw a highway sign in New Hampshire this week “Fasten your seatbelt; Someone loves you.” Pretty sure that’s because the state of NH has no seat-belt law, due to the libertarian idea that government should not interfere.

You would be wise to honor, in theory, the “let folks decide for themselves” idea — but at the same time realize that we do need rules and leaders. Granted, in the olden days, when each family grew its own food “Keep government out of it” was a viable option, but today there is extreme interdependence of people.

Mr President, where did your last meal come from? I know you did not plant the seeds, tend the land, and harvest the crop. Other people did that, and still others transported it and others retailed it. So, one of your jobs as president involves keeping an eye on infrastructure. Today, society would collapse dramatically If the infrastructure stopped working.

As your lawyer I’ll specify the areas we need you for. America’s need for you will furnish your legitimacy. Loving law as I do, I want you to be lawful but that is not enough. You have to adapt the presidency to the needs of the people. “Keep government out” when possible, but “Be creative” when necessary.

We need someone to act authoritatively and it might as well be you since you are already in office legally.

Your Many Helpers

The impression we’ve got from the media, starting at the time of your 2017 Inauguration, or even earlier, is that you have many people wanting to overthrow you, and that you have surrounded yourself with pals to counteract those others.  This is a lousy situation for the population. It suggests that your day-to-day decisions are based on something other than love of country.

Indeed, a theme emanating from the media, for the last 40 years, is that politicians are about as un-leaderly as one can get. They are a combination of bribe-takers and cowards, always keen to do whatever will best keep them out on the dance card of The Powerful. Such persons are useless and are taking up most of the positions that should be filled by president-helpers. Yuck.

I will call them the Yuckettes. Don’t focus on getting rid of them.  They will soon yuck themselves out of existence. There are many persons that need to be on your Remove list, but we can get to them later.

For now, please open up the field of potential helpers. Since you and I are the same age, 72, 71, you must remember how the Inaugural speech of JFK in 1961 made it super-respectable to “ask what you can do for your country.” The ringing sound of those words made people take pride in unselfish actions and belief that we could work together.

At present, the great human drive to do generous things is thwarted by lowered expectations.  We keep hearing that nobody has altruistic traits anymore.  Nonsense. Our species’ DNA did not undergo change in two generations. We are stuck with the good old traits of love and kindness.  And ingenuity. Thank God.

Concerning Your Other Lawyer

I don’t think you ought to sack Rudi Giuliani. He can be useful. Let’s get right to the point of 9-11 here. It is a big issue to many people.  Fairly soon after 2001, a poll in New York State showed that 49% of the citizens – and today it’s higher – did not believe the official story of 19 Arab hijackers.

It was an Inside job and Giuliani is undoubtedly one of the players.  You, on the other hand, Mr Trump, are well known to have been innocent on the day.   A Youtube video of you shows that you didn’t know that you were supposed to avoid the word “explosions.” Great. To me that indicates that you are also innocent of the broader set of ideas – and I mean some really loop-de-loop ideas — about The New World Order.

Golly, David Rockefeller was a pathetic soul. Not to mention his older brother Nelson. Wait till the average educated American gets the downlow on how crazily the CFR, Council on Foreign Relations, has tried to stamp out Yankee nationalism in favour of the worshipping of their own stupid god, globalism. Oh my.

Just think about those fancy-dancy people who thought it was perfectly OK to stage a “terrorist” incident in order to get Americans to turn around their habits of respecting the Constitution. I am so glad you were not a party to that.

As I said, the then mayor of New York was a party to it, and this does not speak well for his, ahem, moral character. But there are many “Rudi’s” and if you push them all out they will take desperate measures to kill those who’d like to put them in jail – such as myself. We need to get on with fixing our society, fast, and not bog down completely in vengeance.

Rudi will be able to get the word around that, first of all there’s no percentage in trying to keep 9/11 a secret — most people already have the gist – and second, the road those guys are on is leading nowhere anyway.   All the loop-de-loop plans about a globalist order are bound to fail.

Sure, it sounded doable when it was first laid out, but time has shown it is not going to happen. The hubris of it is laughable. I recommend you give them a tentative invitation – based on good behavior and remorse – to join the new project. They can sort out which of them overstepped their welcome.  They can play “take the cannoli’s” vis-à-vis  their confrères if they wish.

But Rule of Law Must Come to Prevail Again

Naturally, Congress needs to repeal the insulting anti-terrorist legislation but they certainly should protect our many wonderful laws. One is the 1890 Sherman Anti-Trust Act which sends monopolies to the knackers. As soon as the Attorney General gets the hang of this magic bill he can apply it to the horrendous monopoly of the television news. There is not the slightest excuse to retain that, is there?

Mr Trump, let me give you an example.  In 2017, ten of us Republicans ran, in Alabama, for the nomination to Jeff Sessions’ abandoned US Senate set. It is a 75% red state. I found the people to be educated and caring. On the hustings they liked me. But I got less than 2% of the vote, and the same was true of other good candidates.  CNN and Fox TV let the viewers know only about the race between Luther Strange and Roy Moore. No doubt this happens in many states. Disgraceful!

Another part of the law that must come to prevail is the fact that the Constitution does not support a police role for the feds.  It is a state matter, as plain as day. The FBI knows this, in that they realize all the arrests they make are made under the common-law provision for “citizen’s arrest.” It is a hilarious secret.

Anyway, letting the covert agencies mess up the police’s role has meant hell for many families and communities. I recall Dean Lauren saying that New York’s education advisors not only have prepared a scheme called “the school-to-work pipeline” but also one called “the school to prison pipeline.” Imagine it. And I’m sure he’s right. Imagine children being guided to a life in prison for drugs. Guided to it!

One more part of the law that need to be glorified instead of suppressed is what I call the Blackstonian stuff — the treating of obstruction of justice as a serious crime. During the trial of the Tsarnaev boy, who allegedly bombed the Boston Marathon in 2013, the behaviour of prosecutors, defense team, and judge was absolutely mind-boggling.  Did you know that the boy’s family was told that they should “not resist his conviction,” even though the Court knew him to be innocent. Persons “at the highest level” wanted him convicted – I guess that means Obama, or Obama’s bosses.

Environmentalism

Personally, I got too hot and bothered about the Marathon trial. I should have given higher priority to what the Nut-jobs are doing to Planet Earth.

Remember the oil-rig accident in the Gulf of Mexico that had something to do with Halliburton? It was no accident.  This sort of desecration of the ocean is deliberate. Goes on all the time. As does less dramatic stuff such as over-fishing, and thus disturbing the food chain in the sea. Mr Trump, I mentioned leadership.  Human individuals, and – more so, human groups — compete with each other with apparent disregard for consequences.  ‘Sure, let’s wreck the biosphere; if we don’t our competitors will.”  Crikey, what an outlook!

And all the manmade weather events. You must be aware that your nemesis, Hilary, did the earthquake in Haiti.  Yes, she did it. If it had occurred in your “administration” I would say you did it.  But it was 2010. Hundreds of thousands of people died. And she did worse than that, poor old devil.

And food is being produced that is not, sensu stricto, food. And medicines and vaccines are forced on people for the exact opposite of health reasons. One hears that your darling son has autism.  This, I have found, appears to have been a deliberate genocide. There is domestic law in the US against genocide 18 USC 1091; the prescribed penalty is death. (Not that killing the ones who did will repair the damage.)

Some of this stuff appears to be the attempt to fulfil a “Satanist” agenda. I don’t really think that is the basic incentive for it though.  As I often say, people get on to a wrong track and stay on it, as if they can’t let their “commitment” slip. Over many generations the “elite” set themselves apart from the folks and now they are doing all sorts of weird things to keep up their “anointed” role.

Mr Trump, give me the keys to the kingdom. I’ll “make the American presidency great again.”  MAPGA! MAPGA!  And there is no time to lose. You’ve got to do the needful.  You are our best hope.
