Melbourne feels like a city in quiet turmoil. Many are 100% compliant and wait patiently believing the government is keeping them safe. But those who are losing the businesses are becoming desperate and frustrated. It is estimated 50% of all small businesses will soon end operations. And then there are those who have studied statistics, or researched therapeutic cures like Ivermectim, that are seething.
The latest bill before the Victorian Parliament: COVID-19 Omnibus (Emergency Measures) and Other Acts Amendment Bill 2020: 1 (b) to provide for new temporary modifications to the law of Victoria for the purpose of responding to, and relating to, the COVID-19 pandemic.
This act will side-line all other freedoms and rights by the extension of existing temporary measures (excluding rights afforded by the Charter of Human Rights and the Constitution Act 1975). The Power to issue a prohibition notice “is taken to be an activity that involves an immediate risk to the health or safety of a person.”
This slippery slope was reported in The Age:
“New powers to detain people considered a high risk of negligently spreading COVID-19 are set to be debated in State Parliament this week. The Victorian government could also enlist protective services officers and WorkSafe inspectors to enforce public health directions under the proposed law…”
Could the government enlist teachers to remove children? Our readers are fully aware of the ramifications of laws that allow the removal of children. The new laws would…
“(600O)… extend the order by a period, that will have the effect that the child will be placed in out of home care for a longer cumulative period than would otherwise be permitted…”
Considering that children are not impacted by this virus reveals the strangely malicious nature of these actions. I had a conversation with a 10-year-old today and she describes how scared she was in the beginning, believing that we were all going to die. No one has reassured these children that they are at almost zero risk of being harmed. She was relieved to hear about the 94-year-old woman that had recovered after being prescribed Ivermectin.
Detaining a “High Risk Person”
The law allows for someone in close contact of an infected person to be forcibly detained if the bill is passed. The rules, confirmed to The Age by a state government spokesman,
“…could be applied to conspiracy theorists who refuse to self-isolate or severely drug-affected or mentally impaired people who do not have the capacity to quarantine.”
The bill proposes that if a “designated authorised officer reasonably believes that the person—(i) is a high risk person; and (ii) is likely to refuse or fail to comply with the direction,” then this person may be detained.
So who might be designated as officers? And what might be considered high-risk, or high-risk behaviour? This attitude seems to echo the CCP in China as described in this Epoch Times Cross Roads video.
But every law can also reflect back on the law-makers too. In a few months, could the suppression of therapeutics like Ivermectin be considered a high-risk strategy? Could advocating against safe drugs that saved lived elsewhere be deemed acting criminally? Maybe. Especially if government officials were provided with evidence and proof that these drugs are life-saving. Thus, by not allowing or encouraging doctors to prescribe these (e.g., HCQ and Ivermection), or by discouraging the media to report this, was this responsible for the deaths of many elderly Victorians? Most likely.

- A 40-millimetre launcher that fires a hard squash ball like a projectile…
- Stinger grenades that can be rolled into a crowd, explode with light and smoke while releasing nine 32-calibre rubber pellets to waist height with a range of five metres.
- Flash/noise distraction devices designed to shock and disperse violent crowds.
- Capsicum canister – a crowd control weapon of last resort…
Post-midnight Flights During Lockdown
While Melbourne was locked down, on some nights, flights were streaming into Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport after midnight and before dawn. Phil Hingston alerted me to the Thursday 6 August 2020. Between 12:10 am and 4:06 am there were 18 flights — with most “Status — Unknown.”
It might take some time to discover the purpose of many of these flights.

I don’t know about UN troops, but living in Melbourne does feel like an “experiment.”

The Washington Post, the New York Times, and all the “great liberal media” of the US are not in court to hear it and do not report it (italics mine), because of their active complicity in the “othering” of Julian Assange as something sub-human whose fate can be ignored. Are they really so stupid as not to understand that they are next?

They already had a scenario like this in Thailand during the transition of the new king, which is still underway, started a few years ago. The “redshirts” were rioting so they shut down their democracy and the army boss took over all the TV channels for years, much to everyone’s annoyance. I told Thai people at the time, for stability, “they” needed to safeguard the adjustment to the new king. (The Thai view of their political scene might be described as WHO weekly mixed with lashings of corruption).
The old king was a hard act to follow so Thailand which was at the cutting edge using HCQ has now found it advantageous to follow the whole lockdown thing, at the expense of the tourist industry, but they are working on ways to bring back “high value” tourists (medical stays, Japanese, retirees etc). They may let you in to buy a premium condo for example.

This false flag event called the coronavirus pandemic is not about one king seeking control over his subjects, but is about the few attempting to take over the entire planet. The result sought is a new order, a “new normal,” that will be totally controlled by ruling ‘experts’ claiming to be able to sustain you, protect you, appease you, meet all your needs, and eliminate your worries. This system is called technocracy, and is dependent on a societal class fully controlled by an upper class. Does this sound familiar? It should, as that is the want of all tyrants, but in this day and age, it will look much different.
All of this relies on a willing public, and in order to achieve that total compliance on a scale this large, the human spirit must be broken, and love, family, emotion, responsibility, open communication, mass gatherings, and debate must be squelched. Once the pathetic masses accept this ruse, and acquiesce to the mandates coming, they will be transformed into a machine-like state through technological manipulation said to make life easier and more convenient. A totally digitized system is necessary in order to retain constant control. This may sound outlandish, and something akin to a dystopian science fiction novel, but that is because that is exactly what it is. The new world is coming, and by eliminating truth, eliminating our historical roots, and hiding all that is real and honest, what is left is a fantasy, but this fantasy will be deadly.

Thessalonians was originally written in Greek and the word harpazo ( “to snatch away” “to seize”) was used,
That was then translated into Latin as ‘rapere,’ ( “to carry off” )
Hence the use of the word “rapture”

In the 2nd instance no one on the entire planet gets to escape:

Connecting the dots isn’t really THAT hard
“spirited off to another dimension” would probably be more descript than simply “removed from the earth”
These theories of Planet X wiping out Earth have been around for some time. If there is evidence to support this situation, why panic? Man is not able to do anything to prevent such a happening, so just live out the time we have left and enjoy life without fighting wars for the Bankers.. Those who are deeply religious, will probably be the first to panic, it is in their makeup. Yet, is it not in the capabilities of their God to prevent such a catastrophe? Or have they been telling us stories all their lives.

Exactly. There’s no need to panic. The devout Christians are really excited because they see this coming cataclysm from the arrival of Planet X to be the precursor to the return of Christ.
OK, they’ll die but they’ll get to meet Christ which is what matters to them. They are in this world but they do not belong here. I like that attitude.

When Richard Grenell, one of President Donald Trump’s closest envoys in Europe, was the ambassador to Germany, Grenell reportedly brokered a deal with the Ecuador government for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange’s arrest and expulsion from the London embassy.
A wealthy Republican donor named Arthur Schwartz, who handled communications for Grenell while he was ambassador and has close ties with Donald Trump Jr., was apparently aware of the plans months before they were carried out.
