Was Zoe Lee’s Arrest a Scare Tactic or Are We All in Danger Now?

My guess is that most Australians are completely oblivious of what a police state actually is, feels like, or even smells like. I know the feeling and the smell from my days in apartheid South Africa.  Everyone waited for a polite knock on the door – ALL the Blacks, and any White who had dared to breach one of the many oppressive rules.

Now today, in Ballarat Australia we got a foretaste of things to come. A young pregnant woman was arrested in her home for the crime of “incitement.” That is because of a Facebook post she made encouraging people to show up at a September 5 rally in her town of Ballarat. It is an hour’s drive west of Melbourne.

Ballarat is considered rural, and so is only in Stage 3 of the Lockdown. It is almost laughable if it were not so serious. This young pregnant mum posted on Facebook, on Saturday 29 August, 2020) asking people to join a “Peaceful Protest”, saying that everyone should obey the social distancing rules and wear masks.

How different things would be if Zoe had advertised, “Join me on a recreational walk with a placard on Freedom Day. Keep your distance and wear a mask.” The original post:

We must await legal interpretation of what she did wrong — especially when she was trying to obey all the CoV2 rules.

(By the way, you are allowed out for “education”. Could this be classified as an educational event?)

The main thing is the video. When the police arrived, she had her cell phone in hand.  So we see the opening stage of the “visit” to her home.  Then she handed the phone to her partner and he continued to film until it was taken from him.  You can watch it all in the video below.

The officers seemed to have no regard that stress is not something desired during pregnancy.

I must mention that her post (the headline photo of this article which I screengrabbed)  had, after two days, only 2 Likes and 2 shares. Wow! I’d imagine if the post had 2000 likes and 2000 shares she might pose a little more of a disruption. But in her quest for love and an awakened community, is this young lass a serious danger to Victoria?

A Deliberate Scare Tactic?

I have to consider this was all planned and orchestrated in advance, and Zoe was the sought out as a perfect “candidate” — a vulnerable and enthusiastic “fall-mum.”

I was sent the video, by a friend, only an hour after it had been miraculously live-streamed. Then a short while later it was on the 6.00 pm evening news.

The detective even says, “… you need to listen … you got your phone going…” What? On first seeing this I wondered why the detective was happy/comfortable that she had her phone “going” — and then proceeded to confiscate it once there was footage of her being handcuffed.

Were the detective’s actions meant to get on the nightly news?

If this was “planned”, what a perfect way to frighten off ALL the potential protestors in Ballarat and in Melbourne to stay at home on Saturday. If they can treat a nice young pregnant mum this way, what will they do to you?  It’s brilliant!  We could name this as PPC — pre-emptive-protest-control.

The Question

Who is failing to keep us safe?”

The government must answer this question: By not advocating SAFE therapeutics like Ivermectin (and HCQ), are they responsible for the deaths that have occurred AFTER this became common knowledge? They cannot claim in their defense that they were keeping sick and dying people from a dangerous drug — because they are safe drugs.

Or, is this young pregnant mum failing to keep us safe?

It seems we could be arrested for almost anything now.

Could you be arrested for even “suggesting” someone voice their opinion?

Could you be arrested for educating somebody in the street about the medical adverse effects of wearing a mask for too long — that they might be lowering the oxygen levels in her bloodstream (hypoxia); that they might be breathing in excess CO2; and that this might increase the bacterial levels in their system?

What’s next?

I feel sorry for the detectives who are instructed to follow these rules. They have no experience of what tyranny looks like. It has crept upon them in the night.

    UNDOUBTEDLY this “arrest” is intended to keep people home from Melbourne’s march.

        By the way, I recall from law school n Adelaide that all cops in South Australia carry a general warrant, renewed every 6 months, No need for a judge to approve a home invasion on the basis of “probable cause.”

    • There is no basis to the charge of incitement under Victorian law.An element is a person acted upon the incitement.So when they arrested her there was NO reasonable or probable case as the event had not taken place so no one COULD HAVE acted upon it.

        I would like to know the basis of the arrest, as the applicable FB law, that they mentioned, does not come into effect until 1st Oct 2020, under thier NEW conditions of use.

    • I can’t believe this is the only instance. The state often punishes doctors who act on conscience. Rashd Buttar has often been prevented from treating autistic patients with chelation, I believe.   19. As if this thread were not complicated enough, I add this from Tony Ryan’s article of May 10, 2018 at Gumshoe:

    Excuse me. The thing that brought it to mind is the People’s seeming inability to form a front against the Aus gov’t (or the six states’ gov’ts) re Covid. Example: this heavy-handed arrest of Zoe Lee.

    Did she commit a crime? If so, the police are following normal procedure. I don’t think we can make a police issue of it as such.

    But is posting on social media, a notice of a meeting, a crime? Does it meet the definition of “incitement”? (I have not been able to locate that Vic crime, but it is very likely on the books).

    Let’s say the premier has ordered anyone who posts such notices to be arrested. The people need to reject that. It would take too long to go thru the courts or parliament to fix the law of incitement.

    As with the possible takeover of Arnhem land by foreign interests, you can’t just watch and say “Isn’t that awful!” Human beings have reasoning in their little old nog. Indeed, it was the bad guys’ use of reasoning that made them work out all details of how to shut down the world.

    So, Folks, it’s nog versus nog. Here is a suggestion from my nog — go out in massive numbers on September 5 — in Ballarat or whatever. Bring your toothbrush in case you get arrested. The one and only thing (since weaponry is unavailable) that will undo the outrageous wrongs being done by “gov’t” is a show of massive opposition. This means you have to make sacrifices. There is no cheap way out of this.

    • Australian law on freedom of speech. Although Oz has no Bill of Rights (and ought to get one, pronto), the High Court has determined that since people have to vote for ther govt they need to talk about it, so the Aus Constitution contains “an implied right” to free speech.

      I am no expert on this. The precedent case was Lange vs ABC in 1997, but upgraded (buttressed) by McCloy v NSW in 2015 (by the High Court). Here is a passage from McCloy:

      “Only by uninhibited publication can the flow of information be secured and the people informed … Only by freedom of speech … and of association can people build and assert political power”.

      Caveat: it is not enough to quote that. Look to austlii.edu.au for any complications.

      I believe Zoe Lee has the right to post a notice. Perhaps the American precedent would be the Fuck the Draft case, aka Cohen v California. One of my fave cases. Anyway, what is it that Zoe is supposedly inciting?

  24. Just watched video. Why in hell is this defenceless woman handcuffed , she hasn’t created a violent crime or event. Do these coppers have any common sense at all, or do they lose this ability as they pass through the Police Academy?

    Why would they need to confiscate her phone or other electronic devices or her husband’s when they already have proof that she sent the message? If the authorities need to know if she has sent other such messages, they can find out via NSA or her telecommunication server.

Lanka’s main point throughout the article is this: when modern scientists are working with diseased tissue, they think the presence of a virus is causing the disease, instead of realizing that the tissue in question has been cut off and isolated from its host, then doused with antibiotics, and that this separation and poison make it diseased and kill it, rather than any virus. Lanka writes:

    “All claims about viruses as pathogens are wrong and based on easily recognizable, understandable and verifiable misinterpretations . . . All scientists who think they are working with viruses in laboratories are actually working with typical particles of specific dying tissues or cells which were prepared in a special way. They believe that those tissues and cells are dying because they were infected by a virus. In reality, the infected cells and tissues were dying because they were starved and poisoned as a consequence of the experiments in the Lab.”

    “. . . the death of the tissue and cells takes place in the exact same manner when no “infected” genetic material is added at all. The virologists have apparently not noticed this fact. According to . . . scientific logic and the rules of scientific conduct, control experiments should have been carried out. In order to confirm the newly discovered method of so-called “virus propagation”. . . scientists would have had to perform additional experiments, called negative control experiments, in which they would add sterile substances . . . to the cell culture.”

    “These control experiments have never been carried out by the official “science” to this day. During the measles virus trial, I commissioned an independent laboratory to perform this control experiment and the result was that the tissues and cells die due to the laboratory conditions in the exact same way as when they come into contact with alleged “infected” material.”

    In other words, the studied cells and tissues die with or without the presence of a virus in exactly the same way; therefore, the virus cannot be the cause of the morbidity and mortality. Interestingly, this is exactly what many health experts have stated, namely that there are only 2 causes of disease: deficiency and toxicity. For instance, Charlotte Gerson (who took over running the Gerson Clinic from her brilliant father Max) said this about disease and cancer. Removing cells or tissue from the body and thus cutting them off from their energy/nutrient supply will quickly lead to deficiency; injecting antibiotics into the mixture is toxicity; thus there is no solid proof a virus is causing disease when there is already deficiency and toxicity present. This is the key point of the virus misconception . . . Our lack of understanding about viruses, disease, the immune system, terrain theory and much more is exploited by Big Pharma to push dangerous medical interventions such as vaccines . . .
